Never any complaints when I do visit this one. I am not pleased with the one closer to me in Rosedale. The workers aren’t as nice, nor the food can be compared to this one. I like what I like & will travel further for quality at it’s best.
Terrible... very slow to take your order. On line says you're able to dine in and I was very rudely thrown out by an employee. The manager does not have a handle of that place. won't see me there anytime soon!

Cute little McDonalds. I used to come here with my dad after school or during the summer. It's a lot smaller than it was back then and got that home feeling. Staff is nice and it's kept clean.
Very great experience. I went after 10pm and ordered inside the restaurant. I placed the order on the electronic board and took the numbered token to my seat. When my food was ready, the cashier mentioned the order and I assumed it was going to be brought to my table. The meal was what I ordered and food was hot. The restaurant was clean.
This is not only one of the cleanest McDonald's but also the cleanest restaurants I've been to. I didn't think NY had such nice McDonald's! The building is very well kept the parking lot absolutely clean, the furnishings very elegant and modern and most importantly the cleanest I've seen as well as the nicest McDonald's staff I encountered thus far! And I travel a lot. The lady was cleaning the tables, chairs, and glass on windows and doors as if she was cleaning her own home! Thumbs up for hiring such dedicated personnel. Well done McDonald's and local management.
My first time, Visting, that McDonald's Was looking for a nearby one! near my job, and I am glad I found that one, I used the drive thur, but the surrounding was super clean, and the ladies that were working right now 8/16/23 was very polite. Hands down & by Far, the Best McDonalds I’ve ever been to!!!!!!!!!! I’ll buy a Double Quarter w/ Cheese it they’ll serve it every time with no Grease almost as if they patted it down before serving. I don’t get that anywhere else that I know of & I’ve been going here for at least 4 Years now 🤔 The Fries & Nuggets come out PERFECT!!! Flawless Customer Service & Attention to Detail! Do yourself a Favor & try them out, you will NOT be disappointed!!!!!!!!!!

Went here late after a movie on a Tuesday night just before closing. I arrived 7 min before closing and used the drive thru. The young man who took my order was extremely polite and patient. I had my children with me who couldn’t make up their mind and wanted to add things last minute and he continued with the best service I’ve gotten at any other local mcds so far and my order was correct with no issues.Great job!!!!
came here morning of august 12 around 8:30, I gotta say for a McDonald’s, i had a great interaction with the woman at the drive thru register. she just talked so professional, me and my sister were in disbelief that she was working at a McDonald’s (we usually have iffy/rude interactions from employees at diff locations). I don’t know her name but she was a lightskin woman and she was just so nice. And overall that interaction made the rest of my day. That lady needs a raise!
Country inn feel at this location. Bright airy and a very pleasant clientele. Many young staffers fully committed and make counter service a breeze. Kiosk use speeds up the order and wait times. Wait, order and out the door is 5-6 minutes.
I don't go to McDonald's often. But when I do the service is great! The people are very nice. The food is always delicious!! Most of all they are very clean. I love you McDonald's your selection of food is delicious!!
I had a great experience at the McDonald's in Lynbrook. I believe it was the manager who helped me. She was very welcoming and clearly dedicated to providing quick service. While we were eating, she even came by to check if everything was okay. This was the best service I have ever received at any McDonald's. I wish I remembered her name so I could mention it here. Highly recommended!
I had a previous issue at this location that I had forgotten all about, however the manager remembered and apologized for it, along with extra fries. Showing that kind of dedication to the value of their customers I can appreciate.

Let’s be fair. Their service is not superb in Long Island standard. However I can assure you, as a local Queens resident for 20+ years, I can attest the service of this McDonald at Lynbrook location is among the best. Just come to visit the McDonald at 72-69 kissena blvd and see for yourself. You wait FOREVER for your order and there is always a long line waiting. You are lucky to place an order with a live person as most of them just ignores you and want you to place order through the kiosk.

During my property preview for a client today, I stopped by the McDonald's in Lybrook for a quick lunch. I was pleasantly surprised by their efficient dual lane ordering system and the convenience of using the mobile app to order ahead and pick up at the drive-through window. The special offer of buying one sandwich at full price and getting the second one for $1 was a great deal. The service was fast, and the drive-through attendant provided exceptional customer service with a friendly and helpful demeanor. Overall, it was a delightful experience. If you’re looking for fast food in Lynbrook this is definitely a good choice!
Service was fast in the drive thru. My only issue is that not one person said "thanks you" or "have a nice day." It's a problem when I spend money at an establishment and I feel like I'm bothering them.

A decent, modern McDonald's with plenty of parking. The architecture blends into the surroundings so it can be easily missed. Used the drive-through and the order was accurate and quick.
The young lady named Leslie is so very nice and professional. I love seeing her. I'm from out of state so McDonald's should not be on my list but I enjoy seeing her.
This Macdonald, for me, was excellent from the start they welcome the customers professional service and fast at the end I ask to talk to the manager a very young man I pick small concerns about the wrapped they used and he was very polite and helpful explaining it to me I'm talking this opportunity to congratulate him and try to see if this comment reach corporate to study and try to find more managers like him.

If you order too much of one item or they don't have it premade there is a good chance you will get sent around for food pickup. The staff is friendly, the food is hit or miss. French fries are usually very good though.
What I'm finding in this restaurant is the customer service. These attendees are very helpful and knowledgeable of what they sell; the attitude toward customer service is coming back. I have the pleasure to talk to the manager, and right there, I notice the leadership that he has My congratulations to him and his group. Hopefully, corporate will read this to learn and incorporate it into the rest of theirs restaurant
One of my favorite franchises to visit. They typically get the order correct and most times they let you know which beverage is unsweetened. They dont do many of the special deals so use the app. Ask for ketchup and check the bag!
I went through the drive through. Very pleasant workers and my order was correct. Rare that I get everything I ask for during a drive through experience. I thought they would have had an outdoor seating arrangement but they didn't. Nevertheless, a pleasant experience.
Dissapointed with a couple of things. 1 They redecorated and lost its family feeling atmosphere you used to get when walking into this place. Changes are made to improve but thus time it failed. 2. Main reason, the owners greed, they raised its prices by 15 - 20%.
I am giving them 3 starts because every time that I buy anything especially by drive thru is an item missing. It could be my mistake because I don't my order until I get home but it shouldn't happend so consistently

Since Valley Stream is closed for renovation I'm stuck between the Rockaway Turnpike location and the Lynbrook location. Lynbrook wins because of their parking accommodations, faster takeout lines and larger dining area. Tonight I had the pleasure of being served by a trainee by the name of Zack. My order was a complicated one with coupons and bundles and multiple drinks. Zack struggled but always asked for assistance and his trainer was always willing to help...good teamwork. He was extremely friendly and very engaging with his customers. While my order was missing a few items Zack had his team covering for each other...bravo Zack....this location is more costly then Valley Stream and the Turnpike but I'll be back..
Your getting McDonald's so don't expect five star meals. But the atmosphere is really why it has such a low score. Unable to get seats due to the amount of homeless people chilling inside
Well purchased there deal buy big Mack or Quarter pounder either or but 2 Get one for I think it was for 2 bucks. Waited in car after paying and the drive through girl ask me to pull around to side because the 1/4 pounder was not ready. Did that.She came out to car smiled and handed me my order and I said thankyou. Well here is the *** stars on Food *** The 1/4 pounder was great nice and warm And delicious. But they layed a BIG DISAPPOINTMENT on the BIG MACK .🤕😥. After eating the 1/4 I new on the first bite The Big Mack was *Cold* Was to much in a hurry to return it inside But it spoiled the whole trip.🙃🤯. Why ? I ask 🤕 think the whole invoice with both burgers was over $13 dollars with medium fries. Why would they send out a * cold Big Mack * and not be aware of it.🤕 ? Not customer Friendly. 😑😶🙄 Only reason I even gave them 3 stars was for the 1/4 pounder. YOUR AT A DISADVANTAGE because you have to rely on them to present a complete warm product. Bummer 😥 left a bad TASTE 🤕 Not sure I will ever go back there again.
Food was hot and fresh, but it was a bit more expensive than other McDonald's I typically go to. Girl taking drive thru order didn't exude pleasantness, but the guy at the window where you paid was pleasant. In addition, we didn't see salads on the menu and I asked about it to which the girl replied that McDonald's doesn't sell salads anymore! That was shocking in itself, if true.
The drive thru is terrible, person at counter looked to be in misery, no "thank you" at the end of the order. I felt like I was over complimentary to compensate.

Bad management. Entire dining room area was dirty. Constant yelling in the kitchen. Lots of manager looking people but no leadership. Tons of customers waiting for food. I had a table number for the food instead they dumped it on counter and yelled my receipt number and ran back into the kitchen. Did looked like it was thrown into the boxes and into the tray. Total mess.
Two of our orders were wrong, and the soda machine on the left fizzed and splashed all over me when I tried to fill my cup. The sweet tea in the self serve container was rancid. Not going back to this McDonalds.
What happened to what used to be a very good McDonalds. I felt like the place went on spiral down. The tables were dirty, the staff were all "hanging out" in full view of customers with conversations at a loud level and I actually witnessed an employee put back a drink cup that had just fallen on the floor. Yuck. Sorry, but no more at this location.
I keep paying for large fries and getting a large container with a kid portion of fries inside. For what y’all charging for meals and have the nerve to skimp on the fries is beyond me!!! Take the couple minutes more to drive to the west Hempstead location the fries always hot and fresh AND FULL IF YOU GET A LARGE FRY guess what? ITS A LARGE FRY. I’ve been coming here for almost 30 years and I really miss the early 2000’s crew!!
Quick. Hard to avoid sugar overload. I don't get it. This doesn't need to be unhealthy food. Just am extension of the myopic, profit-driven food industry. You're captive? ... choose non sweetened beverages. Down with HFCS or anything that pushes your sweet button imprudently.
I placed an order on the drive thru, but they instructed me to wait on the other side of the restaurant. The way the waiting area is configured is not optimal, as it is adjacent to the drive thru lane, and if there is a long line of cars, you’ll be stock until the line clears. On top of that, the employees took about 15 minutes to bring out a burger.
Make sure you check your order when they give it to you before you drive away. Twice in 2 weeks, my order was missing something I paid for. On a recent trip, hash brown potatoes were missing and 2 weeks before that, one of the two burritos that I was supposed to get with my order was missing! Both incidents happened at the McDonald's on Merrick Avenue in Lynbrook, NY
Service is very slow in store as well as drive through. Definitely don't like using the drive through because they always forget something or make a mistake with the order. Honestly I don't think that I should have to go through the bag while holding up other customers at the drive through. Because of a lack of checking the other.
The last two take out experiences - 1st - forgot to pack sauces and the cheese was not on the fish filet but on the box. 2nd - did not pack a spicy mccrispy sandwich. The staff needs to improve! The Manager did give me a complimentary fish filet today plus some nuggets but there’s nothing worse than going home and not having a meal for one person. Unfortunately you have to check your order before going home 😕
Nasty employees. Always disrespectful and arogant to customers especially the old lady and the Hispanic guy. On multiple occasions they were just sitting on the chairs for a couple of minutes tending not to see you almost refusing to take orders whether walk ins or drive thru within working hours. Multiple drive thru orders claiming order being not available. When we walked in, they killed the outside lights also within working hours irresespective to whether one can see or not. They really need to be replaced. The place needs new management for sure. I first thought they were having a bad day but repetitive arrogant behavior.
Usually get order wrong on drive-thru. Why ask what sauce you would like if you never get it in the bag anyway? Eat-in ordering is just as bad. The last chicken sandwich I got was a piece of grizzly chicken that barely looked like it was cooked.

Definitely the worse customer service ever. Came from my hotel, the lobby was closed at 10, when the sign on the door clearly says they close at midnight. Spoke with the manager, and got disrespected to the fullest.
I order an iced coffee with one cream only and they gave me a can of milk with little coffee in it . I ask him politely to give me what I ordered he gave me same thing again. These workers think We are a joke .
If I could I would give ZERO stars!!!! First of all they can’t get anything right. How many people really want Canadian beacon??? And if they do get it right it comes out all burned. Ask yourself, would you really eat that?? Also why so cheap with the fries?? Give the people what they want even if it’s bad for them or in this case result in one star. Order was not correct,drinks were not filled, even the Big Mac was incorrectly made. It didn't have the right bun nor the "special sauce" sauce, one cheese. If it allowed half the star I would choose that.

These people can be so rude to uber drivers. They would have the uber drivers wait forever, as they serve new customers. It's like the people who orders online is not customers also. However, the late night drive through workers, as for some of them. Some can be very nice. Great job to the nice ones.
The food was fine but the experience today was awful. I placed an order on the McDonald's app and when I arrived I selected drive thru as the means to pick up the food. This location has dual drive thru ordering lanes, but when I went in the morning it was either very understaffed or very poorly managed. Someone pulled into one lane before me so I pulled into the other. Someone went onto the speaker and told them to wait a minute or two, but I was never told anything. After a couple minutes they placed their order, and then a couple minutes later I was told to wait another minute or two. I then told them my mobile order code, and they told me to pull up to the second window. I waited for the car ahead to go then drove to the second window, where they told me to drive in front where someone would walk the food out to me. I was confused, as I wasn't sure why they just wouldn't give the food to me now. So I drove in front, and no one brought the food out to me or communicated with me in any way. After 5 more minutes of waiting I walked inside, which I was trying to avoid having to do, and I told them I was the mobile order. I then waited another 5 minutes while the staff seemingly were in no rush to get anything done for me to finally get my food. I normally go to a deli in the morning but figured I'd go to McDonald's because it is supposed to be fast. I go to a McDonald's every 1-2 weeks or so and this was by far the worst experience I have ever had with any fast food restaurant. In total I spent about 20 minutes waiting for my food because the workers at this restaurant seemingly completely forgot about my mobile order. Would not recommend placing a mobile order at this McDonald's.
They seem to have difficulty with making coffee when ordered at the Drive-thru. If I ask for SUGAR in my coffee, please don't give me Splenda. They are not the same thing! This has happened several times, and only at this location. Why?
Usually, this McDonalds is fine. However, I used the drive thru this morning (Sunday) and I placed and paid for my order. When I pulled up to the window for my food, I was told that it needed more time to cook and I was asked to pull around and they would bring it out to me. I pulled around (where the Uber drivers park) and a nice worker came out after a minute or two, but he had someone else's order. So I waited, and waited. Finally I went inside and waited some more. I thought they might have been short staffed, but there about 12 workers. Finally a manager took my receipt and put my order together. One breakfast sandwich was missing the egg and I was shorted an extra hashbrown (which I paid for). I should have opened and checked everything before leaving, but that shouldn't be necessary. No one was rude, but it was like the keystone cops were running the place. A lousy experience all around.
If I could give zero I would. Horrible service, no ketchup or napkins. The workers speak with an attitude and are quick to close the drive threw windoe before giving your full order. Had to go back around and wait for those that went to the drive threw. I ended up throwing my first bag of food in the garbage. Won't ever come here again.
I'm sorry, did I miss something? Is McDonald's a difficult job to perform or something? Why do so many of the workers at this location have such bad attitudes? You get paid nearly $20/ hr to reheat food! Never again!
The employees are absolute trash, Also, I ordered a large fry and they only put 9 fries in it. It was such a little amount that I couldn't help but count them. I'm amazed at how disrespectful their employees can be. They were so rude, all I did was order and he was giving me the worst attitude. By the time I noticed how they screwed up the food I was already home, and never again would go back there. Horrible.
Horrible, very nasty, cashier charge card wrong. Called a manager she was very rude and didn't want to listen to problem. Then overcharged my card twice. Had to go in and demand a refund. Made her re-ring order she saw I was right. Then she changed her tune. VERY RUDE AND NASTY.
The worst McDonald's I've ever been to. They never get your order right. Have had to go back multiple times with incorrect orders or other people's orders, be it using the drive thru and in person at the counter. ALWAYS check your order before you leave. Examples: 1. Asked for extra pickles on the crispy chicken sandwich. Got one pickle. 2. Asked for a sausage biscuit. Got a sausage McMuffin with cheese. 3. Asked for a plain cheeseburger, cheese only. Got ketchup, onions, and pickles on it. 4. Asked for an unsweetened iced tea. Got a sweet tea. 5. Asked for ketchup and hot mustard. Only got the ketchup. 6. Constantly asking anything else after each item was ordered at the drive thru. Annoying as all get out. Finally said I will let you know when I am done ordering. Still asked anything else after each item was ordered. Plus the order takers at the drive thru are always in testy moods. Never pleasant. 7. Ordered two breakfast sandwiches. Got one. 8. Asked for a sausage biscuit. Just got the biscuit. 9. Asked for a straw. Reply, "There's one in the bag." Nope! 10. No napkins in the bag. I could go on and on. I am so done with this McDonald's. Don't waste your time there.

This is the worst Mcdonalds ever nothing is left out for the customers no napkins no straws no soda machine nothing at all. I asked a worker for some napkins and he took some out of his dirty apron. And they never gave any specials I Prefer the McDonalds in Oceanside much better
Kids at drive thru window on their cell phone arguing with people, zero manners. Have been here 3 times in last month and guarantee they will leave something missing, like no straw or sauces. And new thing is to take your order and make you park and wait so when they do mess up the order you'll have to get out to do it yourself. Total mess at drive thru, was there at 2pm on a friday....Go somewhere else not worth the bullsh1t
Drive thru line very long. Then I gave code from app and ordered. Employee told me code was invalid for item but item was listed on my phone app. I ordered, paid and checked all items were in bag. Got home and start to eat. Daughter’s spicy chicken sandwich had hardly any condiments and toppings plus was undercooked and rubbery. Couldn’t be eaten and we are 15 minutes away from this location. I stopped after a Dr appointment so normally don’t go here. The fries and nuggets were good. Someone needs to check why crispy chicken is not cooked properly as someone can get sick from eating that! I will never return here after this as I live in another area. I’ll continue to go to RVC location as their food is the best! Lynbrook cooks you need training!
Often stop by with the kids in a pinch. They NEVER get the order right. Whether it’s the drive through, walking in, using the video board… I’ve tried it all and they still mess up the simplest of orders. Wait times are also horrible. You’ll wait in the drive through line... Order... Then get told to wait parking lot. Waiting in the restaurant is worse. We just waited 20mins for two happy meals. Never again. Drive a little farther to Valley Stream
I purchased a Two, Double Filet of Fish Sandwiches and a Double Cheeseburger. All items were Not Fresh, Hard and Stale. The food was cooked hours before and obviously had been sitting around. You have to go at lunch or dinner time for it to be fresh. Extremely Disappointed, to say the Least!
They were rude asl and said because the line was long that they couldnt fix our order. Overcharged us for no reason and asked what did we order when it was clearly on the screen and we were showing recepit. Woman at window laughed and was smiling when we were making a fuss. Man taking our order had to be told many times what we wanted. Horrible service.
So on top of paying almost 40$ for fast food, you get slow service, machine is broken and “The manager” on duty has a bad day March 25 7 pm so you are also disrespected and get nasty attitude.
This was my one stop to grab a bite after work…was here yesterday June 1st…at 9pm the girl on the drive thru had the worse attitude i truly felt like I was asking for free food…and noticing her shrimp I’m assuming she’s not a regular employee…long face instead of a smile…I really feel for the customers at this location…I’ve usually put up with stuff missing on my order being treated with that attitude did it….avoid this place
They can’t even make a simple cup of coffee. They did almost make me sick as I had sugar in my coffee despite asking for none. I’m diabetic so they put me at risk. I went to the drive thru and ordered a medium coffee with 12 cream and no sugar. Received large with 12 cream no sugar because they didn’t have medium cups. They didn’t adjust the cream so I asked for another cup. They told me to wait on the side. Nobody came out after nearly ten minutes. So I called from my car and was told to come in where about 10 employees were standing around and socializing. I went to drive thru for a reason now I am told to go inside? Then to make matters worse I get a new coffee and it’s full of sugar. I had to go back inside again and told the manager I am diabetic. No apology. No remorse. He just told someone to make me another coffee. I walked out without the coffee out of frustration. The level of incompetence over a coffee was like nothing I had ever seen. They exposed me to getting sick and wasted my time. They lied to me and had a huge attitude about it. And I never got the coffee.
They don’t care about their customers at all. I’ve never seen this many disrespectful employees in one place before. This is the worst and dirtiest McDonald’s in the area. The staff, especially, are very rude and don’t seem willing to respond or help in any way. As someone who lives in this neighborhood, I never have any issues at other McDonald’s locations, but every time I come to this one, we experience problems. If you don’t want to work, then please don’t.
Service was less than acceptable. Drive thru person was not able to hear placed an order for what she thought then at the next window the guy dropped my change and instead of getting me it he ignored it. Very poor service.
The person working the window to give the food out 1-16-26 a female around 4 pm She should NOT rubbing her nose, being rude and nasty. Unfortunately I will not be going back to this establishment
Terribly managed location with the most unprofessional, unfriendly, impolite employees. It’s almost as if they get trained to ignore anyone standing at the pickup counter. They will literally go out of their way to ignore you and not make any eye contact. They also completely disregard all of the delivery orders that they should be preparing and instead prioritize drive thru orders. You can be waiting for an order at the pick up counter for 20+ minutes while a customer goes in and out of the drive thru in under 2 minutes. It’s absurd and this location desperately needs either a new manager or to be shut down entirely.

Stopped by the drive-thru this morning for breakfast and asked what time lunch started. I was told 10:30 AM, so I waited the 17 minutes and went back through the drive-thru. The screen was already showing the lunch menu, so I ordered a #1 Big Mac meal. When I pulled up to the window, I was handed a bag of breakfast items instead. I let the employee know it was lunch time, and she immediately told me lunch starts at 11 AM—even though she had just told me 10:30 AM earlier. Then she said I needed to wait another 15 minutes. On top of that, her attitude was rude, short, and very unpleasant throughout the whole interaction.
They are too slow always make everyone to wait 15 to 20 minutes sometimes more then that
I was loyal costumer to this McDonald for a long time, but it's really unstable and food you going to get is always depended on which staff(shift) is working at the moment, I order 4 double cheeseburger, all of them burgers had meat like rock, it was cold as night and all forth of burgers had extreme amount of salt, I just couldn't eat it, no one could have eat it, I order regular coke and they gave me one with cherry aroma, there is no way I'm coming back here, terrible service...
I ordered ahead from the app for drive thru pick up 15 mins before arriving. Waited in the drive-thru lane for another 15 minutes; got to the speaker, told the lady my code, she confirmed and was told to go to the last window to pick up just to be told by the guy at the window that the order is on the other side and to drive around to pick up. Drove around and waited about 5 minutes in the car with no one close to coming out. Walked into the store and waited at the counter just to be told that the order was not ready, “if you notice, there’s an influx of customers,” I was told by, I’m assuming, the manager. This is already almost 45 mins after ordering ahead. Another lady at the counter then came up to me and said “just to let you know, when you order through the app, we don’t start your order until you get here.” So, what’s the point of ordering ahead? Please make it make sense. I understand that 80 nuggets may be a big order, but it’s already been paid for whether I pick it up or not, so why not start the order as soon as it is paid? Every staff has a different story to tell you and none of them made sense.
I am not from this area, and my sister asked me to order her breakfast through the app. This was closest location that offered pick up at 6:30 am. When I arrived there on 03/15/2025 at 6:31 am, she was mumbling “we don’t open till 7 am”, “ I didn’t sign up for this” and “they have to wait” to her coworkers. I wasn’t aware they wasn’t “open” because the app prompted this location as available for 6:30 am. Her hostility made me feel unwelcome and if I could have refunded my money I would and just leave but couldn’t. Just wanted to share my experience with the workers here at this McDonalds.
Ordered a meal on the app then added a large fries at the pay window. When I got to the pick up window, they gave me my stuff, but the fries where missing. I politely asked for my fries and the girl had an attitude and said I never ordered any. I asked to speak with a manager and he had an attitude as well. They said it was my fault I never ordered fries. Even after I showed them my receipt and the full order on the app, they still had an attitude. I've never had such a ridiculous and unprofessional interaction like this one. From both the employee and the manager. I'm tired of the attitude from the staff at this place and this has happened before. Never going here again.
They overcharge. A Sunday is 1.29 online and every other McDonald’s location, but they almost charge $4 and barely give you any fudge. I can’t even imagine how much a McFlurry would be then, probably $8. Also they never give you the food at the window. They tell you to drive around and they will bring it out, then you’re there waiting for about 10 minutes before you have to go knock on the door to get your food. Update after the renovation - THEY ARE EVEN WORST THAN BEFORE. You will never get your order at the window they make you go around and wait for 15 mins then you’re forced to get out your car and go inside and ask for your food. They have a bunch of kids working there with no manners. Orders are always wrong, you order fries and get half the bag, truly the worst experience. Will never go back Here again. Worlds worst McDonald’s
Did a mobile order and had to sit on a huge drive thru line and wait to tell the order .. . Then had the nerve to ask me to get off the drive thru and go all the way around and wait for the order.. The damn drive they would have been faster to begin with . Worse experience ever . Defeats the purpose of mobile ordering. Will never come to this McDonald’s again. PS. Your new BBQ sauce is horrible
ZERO STARS!!+ Officially done with this McDonald's!!! I Pulled up to the teller and no response while they took 3 orders on the other teller. No one responded to me until I started to drive to the window. I then ordered 2 big breakfast, one with sausage and the other with bacon along some other items. I was charged extra for bacon. I was missing egg n biscuit in one meal and a total of 3 hash browns missing from my order. They also forgot the Smoothies. They came to my car several times to bring all my missing food and I still drove away missing an additional hash brown because I was so annoyed. OLD: I bought 2 Spicy chicken sandwich deluxe and they were horrible. The chicken had no flavor and was chewy like if was old. The guy at the window told us to pull around to the side so they can bring the food. As he telling me this I'm trying to ask him for sauce and it was completely obvious that he wasn't listening even though he said ok. Guess what no sauce. What a great listener! Look at the meat, dry on the top and fatty on the bottom!
