Carl's Jr.

Tried their beyond burger. It tasted and felt like real cheese burger. The place is clean and so is the play area. The service was fast and they deliver it to our table. They do need some bigger tables for big groups of people. I was a little disappointed with the amount of lettuce they put in my sandwich. Was too little. Overall 4 stars.

The only problem was the prices. Other fast food places have raised prices, too; but it cost us $40 for two meals. That's higher than some "sit-down" restaurants. Food was great, but the high cost will keep us from going back. What a shame.

If you're looking for a quick burger, Carl's Jr has to be the best fast food place to go to. The lines are never long, and they make the food quickly. It's not anything special, but it's pretty good.

Order has gotten screwed up a few times but the Hispanic lady who works in the morning time in the Drive-Thru is really friendly and has great customer service skills. Go there specifically to get our fast food breakfast because she's so friendly and very energetic when she communicates with you. Not something you get in very many fast food drive-thrus like ever so definitely impressed with her customer service. Good job!

As food goes, it is just another fast food place to me with prices that are too high. It doesn't help that I don't like hamburgers son can't comment on those. I do like this place for the indoor play structure, though. It's a great place to bring the littles especially when the outside temperature is scorching.

By far, the worst Carl's Jr. I have ever been to as far as the food goes. Seems to be a challenge for them to put any hot food out. I love it when I can taste a criss cut that sat for hours.

Horrible customer service and the worst experience ever. I ordered my food on a mobile app and they refused to give me my order and told me they didn’t have it even though my card was charged. I tried showing my receipt and asking for a manager which I was then shewed away and they told me to call the police because I wasn’t getting my food (I was literally nothing but polite to these people and just wanted my food or my money back) The police ended up getting involved and what do you know, as soon as they come, they now have my food ready and it had been ready for over 40 mins which is when I had arrived to the restaurant in the first place. Definitely discrimination played a roll in this and I was treated like trash. Never even got an apology or my food or my money back (didn’t want cold food ) Do not recommend esp if it’s the morning crew you have to deal with.

Fix your drive through QR scanner!!!! It's been months since it has worked and I'm asked every time to come into the store to pay because the drive through scanner doesn't work! What is the use of my points if I can't even use them in the drive through.....

When I went back to tell them my order was wrong the guy didn't even great me at the window, said noting, just stared. So I told him it wasnt what I had ordered. He then took the food and disappeared for another 10 minutes. Took forever. Go somewhere else.

Just ordered Fried Zucchini and it smelled and tasted like some kind of creepy plastic. I’ve always enjoyed this but had to throw it out. The same nauseating smell was wafting out of the drive thru window. What’s changed?? Yuck.

1st They Over charged me by $3.18 which I went back to reclaim...Chicken Sandwiches were cold after being told I want Extra Hot freshly made Sandwiches plus had a lot of groddy nerve ...It Was Disgusted.. Did Not Get my Hot Fires...also fries were mediocre..Luke warm uggh!! Senior coffee was Bitter / Luke warm.. Never again!! and I wondered why they were dead at Lunch hours 1:10pm

This is the worst Carl's Jr experience I've ever had. I don't want hamburger buns saturated with bleach water. My food taste like chemicals. And I do have my recipe. Whomever the owner is, you have a serious problem at your establishment. I will never eat here again... Their gonna get someone really sick!!!
