As a vegetarian , I was impressed by the arepas . I had two : one with vegetables , the second one with cheese and marmelade. Both exquisite , I definitely recommend it

Truly a unique experience ⭐️ This is a place for those who are adventurous and enjoy eating locally sourced ingredients and unusual techniques. For those ready reviews remember that you are supporting the art of food and those who care about trying new techniques, flavors and artisan driven ideals Make sure to get the bread and butter so you can try the amazing bagels! As well give their cocktails a try to experience what they distilled in the restaurant. We got to enjoy local fish, fruits, liquor, homemade bagels, butter and lots of unique flavors
Amazing flavors, Jorge is a wonderful host and what he and his wife have created in Ibiza is very special. We'd heard a lot about Overall and are so glad we finally went - highly recommend. We made a reservation but you can also walk in - the hand rolls (a new menu addition) are delicious.

Ça paye pas de mine vu de l'extérieur mais quand on rentre dedans c'est vraiment un endroit superbe et cosy. OMG This is a Love Language — an out of this world Heightened Sensory Experience! Jorge & his wife Monica have created the most Amazing place. Their daughter is named Nara for the white deer of Japan where they spent 5 yrs. Everything is sourced locally & from very small & distinct regions by Jorge himself. I truly enjoyed the conversations we had while this was my first dining experience since arriving on the island. What a culinary artist! I was just in my element listening to all of the passion poured in every little detail of the whole OMAKASE curated tasting experience! This is the Alchemy of Food & the expression of Love! It’s clear to me that Jorge & Monica have a such a distinct, palpable passion for capturing the various essences of nature so as to transform them into a journey & nourishment for the Mind, Body, Spirit, & Soul is a True Alchemist! Oh & did I mention the ambience!? Again, perfectly paired like the food. 🥰 I can use all the words but this is beyond what can be written — You Must Experience the Magic! I will definitely be back! In fact, I’m looking forward to trying their coffee during the day at their Bagelhouse ☕️ 1100 - 1500
We had very nice and entertaining evening at Overall - coming back next time on Ibiza. For drinks, we each had two cocktails for which we described our tastes and Jorge (the owner, the barkeeper, and the guest relation, who runs the place together with his wife) creates a cocktail especially for you - all four cocktails where spot on (but a bit pricy...). The menu changes every day, is handwritten, but provides enough choice for everybody. Some of our dishes were wagyu steak tartare, marrow bone, roasted leek with summer truffle, cucumber salad and seared scallops.
Incredible dinner experience. Fine dining, seated at a moody counter, but made casual and super personable. Favorite spot in Ibiza. Flavor focused small dishes, that plentifully keep coming and leave you mesmerized (and exactly the right level of full by the end of the evening!). Accompanied by out of this world creative cocktails and wine selection. Hats off to this family-team. We will definitely be back.
They just opened a new bagel & specialty coffee shop here two weeks ago, in addition to the restaurant. The coffee is amazing and is of excellent quality (I am speaking from someone who comes from Amsterdam). Probably the best one you can find in the island! The inside is amazing as well, a really cool vibe and you can get some specialty drinks (natural wine etc) as well here.
Wow! We class ourselves as being very lucky to stubble across this absolute stand out concept restraunt in Ibiza! The ethos is purely based on the love of flavoursome food and drink. You have to be patient as everything is created in the moment but this isn’t Mc Donald’s so intern understand that you get what you pay for…. To sum things up I’ve lived in Ibiza for 15 years from eating a menu del dia to dining in the most iconic restaurants on the island this jumps instantly to my top 5! I say embrace the concept and make a booking you will not be disappointed
Overall is a food and drink laboratory whose extraordinary, innovative drink and food flavours are perfectly complemented by the hosts own music, an uber relaxed atmosphere and warm ambience. Everything is a highlight but for me, the cocktails, chocolate with caviar and Wagyu were the stars. Overall will be the 2025 breakout star of Ibiza cuisine.
We had the pleasure to meet the co-owner Jorge as well as David and I must say I was impressed with the amount of passion they have for what is truly an exceptional culinary experience. Having visited for the first time, I enjoyed the innovative, somewhat experimental nature of the dishes and love the regional, sustainable sourcing. Much is fermented, cured or smoked in different ways. We had a chef guided menu, which was amazing. The drinks are a blast, unique tastes I can’t even try to remember. It was wonderful to get to know more background from both Jorge and David and they were super attentive I thought. The place is pricey but I think justifiable and they try to be transparent about cost to avoid negative surprises. At the same time, this still feels like a down-to-earth venue, nothing pretentious. In my opinion, this place and especially the mindset and idea behind the business is a wonderful addition to Ibiza’s scene.
Probably the best experience we had in the last few years. Something we can’t describe. The combination of flavour were amazing, food was super tasty, the idea behind the concept is stunning, cocktail well combine and balance, service was more than fantastic. We had 7 dishes perfectly executed one after the others pair each course with a perfect drinks made on the spot with homemade liquors or cordial, using local ingredients. Well done guys keep up with your work.
An amazing place and experience. It’s really tucked away and almost hidden. Great atmosphere inside. We had the medium taster menu of about 6 courses and various cocktails. Everything was unique and they produced some amazing flavours and combinations. Unlike anything I’ve had before. Not cheap but commensurate with the unique experience.
Food and drink for the adventurous, hospitality with a story, this place is a must visit here in Ibiza.
Simply put, Overall is incredible. I talk about food, way too much. My life revolves around my next meal, and this place was more than just the flavor of the day. What Mónica and Jorge have accomplished here is absolutely beautiful. I will remember this meal for a lifetime. They consciously craft a personalized dining experience that weaves together music, flavors, culture, and love with absolute perfection. At their table, you are a part of their family and are instantly taken in by their hospitality. Please enter with an open mind and heart, and you will not be disappointed. Thanks for everything!
Wow, these guys are amazing!!! We had the omakase and a lot 4 or five accompanying drinks. We were totally blown away by both the creative surprising and delicious dishes and drinks. These guys are the best and deserve all the praise.
Amazing experience. Every drink is home made, and every cocktail is created on the spot. You won't have two of the same... food is gourmet, wagyu and so on. Menu doesn't have prices so you know that the bill is not gonna be cheap, and it very well wasn't. But then again you can't expect this type of place to be cheap right?
Intimate small group dining with personal interaction and participative type of dining experience. Chef Jorge is passionate about his craft and explained that the name Overall alludes to a workshop concept where they don their overalls to hone their culinary skills. The dishes put together had exquisite flavours and distinct umami taste at times. Chef Jorges also mixed drinks specifically catering to the individual taste which greatly enhanced the meal. For a delightful evening savouring eighteen precious moments the meal is an experience not to be missed.
We enjoyed a memorable winter visit to Overall Ibiza in January. Creative, thoughtful cocktails made to order from a library-sized collection of house-made, seasonal and preserved local ingredients and distillations. Inventive food prepared with great care and attention to detail. This is a very special find in Santa Gertrudis. Well worth the taxi ride from other parts of Ibiza. We will be back soon!
Certainly a breath of fresh air in S. Gertrudis. We do live in the village and my partner and I last night decided to try this fairly new place and is fair to say that it was simply exceptional to say the least. The cocktails and the food were pure bliss and the host Jorge was great. If you are looking for a culinary and mixology experience rather than just a meal, then I would highly recommend it.
Lovely addition to Santa G. Husband and Wife team, cooking perfectly smoked meats and other well prepared sometimes experimental and brave food. Cocktails are on another level, very creative and not your average bar. Overall is well worth a visit -
Guys - you've got to try this place. Period! We enjoyed an evening as guests - not clients - as the waitress ("chica from BCN!), the owner, and his wife, all made the evening amazing. This is what makes a dinner into a memory! The food... The foooood!! Incredible. Everything is made on the premises - spices, smoker grill, even their own distillery for amazing cocktails. If you are a considerate meat-lover where it's about the flavor & quality - you have to try the beef brisket. Even in the US I didn't enjoy a brisket like this - the owners wife smokes & marinates it for 30 hours, and boy does it burst w flavor! The vegetable arepa, for those more plant based, is a melange of lightly smoked vegetables and a crispy/doughy (yes, at the same time!) homemade arepa... Wow! Our one disappointment was that we didn't try one of their cocktails - which look like amazing individual creations. However, we did get a small taste as a goodbye gift - a mix of fermented grapefruit, smoked butter, and some sort of alcohol that I don't remember because it was too delicious to keep track of all the details. Thanks to the entire team for a wonderful evening, and to everyone reading this - please check them out! You'll be amazed and be helping this new, unique spot to get on its feet!

Comida exquisita. Se nota que el dueño tiene gran formación en restauracion. Cuidan todos los detalles, decoración y baños. Y los Bagels Buenísimos.
Un lugar único donde te preparan un sorprendente y delicioso cóctel en base a tus gustos. El trato del personal es extraordinario.

El restaurante es precioso, la cocina abierta y limpísimo. Hoy no hemos tenido ocasión de comer pero los platos que hemos visto tenían un aspecto estupendo. Hemos tomado café extractado lentamente con hielo y nos ha parecido delicioso. Además tienen destilados muy especiales que preparan ellos mismos. Lo que más nos ha gustado es el trato que nos han dispensado. Iremos pronto a comer y os contaremos.
Este sitio es perfecto. La gente que se queja deben ser los típicos clientes desubicados que no se saben comportar en sitios públicos y que vuelven locos a los camareros. Son de los que pedirían unos tacos al pastor en un restaurante japonés... No se enteran de la vida... Si te quejas de la calidad de la comida y bebida, primero, no tienes ni idea de gastronomía. Vete a Burger King o un Starbucks, que además allí no darás la nota porque la gente será igual de básica que tú. Y segundo, si te quejas del precio, aprende a leer porque todo aparece en la carta. Si no se ajusta a tu bolsillo, das las gracias amablemente y te vas. Les harás un favor a los que trabajan ahí. A mi este local me parece de lo más increíble. Se nota la pasión y el amor de los dueños por todo lo que hacen, te explican todo para que tu experiencia sea la mejor posible según tus gustos. La comida y bebida, diseñadas al milímetro, cada ingrediente de súper calidad. Y eso se nota en cada bocado y cada trago. Yo los felicito desde aquí, y a los que os quejáis, pues ya bastante tiempo he dedicado en haceros ver lo limitados que sois, así que ya acabo aquí.
Todo estaba deliciosos.. combinados creativos con producto de primera calidad, explicación con detalle de las elaboraciones y procesos de todos los platillos o destilados, acompañado de buena musica en tocadiscos. Un festín para los sentidos!! Gracias equipo OVERALL
La cocina es sorprendentemente buena. Los bagels El Gardener y Tomatitos, son increíbles. Se nota que el ingrediente es local y fresco. 🫶🏼
Me ha gustado mucho. El disegño interior es muy muy Bonito, de buen gusto. Es perfecto para l'a temporada invernal. Los coktails son particulares, diferentes, però no tienen muchas cosas.. podrian tener mas élecsion. Hay que probarlo.
We went on a quiet night and got really personalised service. The chef was super attentive and happy to cater to both dietary & drink restrictions. The price is a little on a higher side but they don’t hide that in any way. It is justified in the incredible EFFORT put in at every stage of this experience. The team forages, farms, ferments, brews, pickles, steams, dehydrates and puts so much love and attention in to their work you really do get something special. It’s a wonderful experience and the passion of the team is evident. Definitely visit for something a little different and very special in Ibiza.
The place is really hype with really good music! The cocktails are great and original ! Food is very tasty and service is also super friendly. However, I didn't give four stars because I think the quantity of food for the price is a bit small. Dishes are quite expensive but it's very small portions (Starter size in my opinion) Other than that it was great!
Original, gran calidad y personal muy amable
A lot of smoke in the restaurant since the concept is to sit in the kitchen. The chef is very friendly and it's a nice concept. Though the idea of the dishes are good I feel it lacks finesse and needs a little more practice. It's not a place for people who just want to get a tapas, a steak and a bottle of Rioja. If you're not open for a "different" restaurant experience don't go there.

Quality of the drinks and food is amazing. But it is overpriced and instead of 9 drinks we had 13 on the bill !!! This is very disgusting when people are trying to cheat on you. It ruined our great first impression from very stylish place.

Para empezar con un punto bueno, la atención del personal buena y el sitio chulo. Solo fui a tomar una copa/cocktail no a cenar. Por mi parte no repetiría y no es porque no me haya gustado, pero 18€ por un vaso pequeño, donde todo era hielo y al final te estás tomando un chupito “grande”…todo elaborado por ellos ya que no trabajan con marcas. No tienen carta, el chico te pregunta que te gusta y en base a eso te lo prepara. Yo no le saco partido a este tipo de “copas de autor”. El concepto de negocio no está mal pero no me termina de gustar. Además cocinan mucho ahumado y está todo el espacio abierto con lo cual de regalo te llevas la peste a tu casa y eso a mí personalmente me tira para atrás.
"Overall (pun intended), our experience at the restaurant Overall left us feeling like we were robbed blind. We decided to splurge on the Omakase, but it felt like an eternity before our food finally arrived. The prices were astronomical, with more than 350 euros per person, and tiny portions you expect to have at least a proper brigade or team behind the bar/counter, but those guys were only 2 lol. The level of quality was far from Michelin-worthy. We left the restaurant feeling cheated and still hungry. Save your money and go somewhere else for a meal that won't leave you feeling overall disappointed."
They are "only for dining" ....I asked for a beer and they tell you you should leave the place if not having a reservatiin for dining....nothing more to say.....This isn't what we in Ibiza stand for! 😯 Won't even try the food.. Im sorry barbas! 😟 Im am a working resident on the island and just don't want to be treated like this...
Very bad service and it took for ever… nothing special all all… kind of rude waiter actually
We arrived at 20:30 and the last dish (main course of course cause we couldn't wait for dessert any longer) arrived at 00:45 even though we were the second set of clients in the whole empty restaurant. We agreed on a premium omakase which is supposed to cost around 250 per person and ended up paying 460 per person without any further or pre-explanation. Note that the ''wagyu'' was not A5 or anything closer. And the meat where nowhere near a star-chef quality product. Talking to the owner about it, he showed no understanding or questioning himself and laid the faults on us: - Late because we had some cigarettes (yes you have a cigarette when you are waiting 35mn between every dishes) without noting that the table next to us never went out of their seats and waited as long as us, he was just very slow, that's the reality. - Expensive, because we asked for caviar and the few grams he lais on a piece of bread had to cost so much... The food wasn't bad but I still feel poisoned by the lack of respect I was given and the experience ended up very bad. For the sake of your restaurant, ask yourself the right questions Jorge.
DO NOT GO THERE !!! THEY ARE FOOLING YOU ! It is not OVERALL IT IS OVERPRICE ! What a shame, this restaurant offers a 4h30 hours diner with almost nothing to eat, no apologies for having to wait more than 2 hours for 2 pieces of bread and caviar on top, and charging us more than 450€ per person. More than being overpriced, the food is average, with very little portions and no apologies or recognition from the staff that they did something completely overprice and slow. For 6 people we ended having to pay 2.500€ To not even be satisfied by the food. What a shame. All the people in the restaurant agreed with that when we told the chef who’s the owner as well. This place will not survive here if they do not change their prices but overall attitude toward clients. I do not recommend anyone to go there.

Las copas muy buenas, aunque, es para ir una vez, me resultó muy caro.

Escaso y caro. En respuesta al dueño, diré que no sé a qué se refiere con principales. La carta se dividía en fríos y calientes, y tenía 3 opciones de cada cosa..3. Si frío es entrante, y calientes es principal, entonces tomamos 2 entrantes y 2 principales. Y el acompañamiento (las patatas) en lo que salían """""los platos"""". Si, estaba bueno, pero tu actitud respondiendo a las opiniones restan aún más las ganas de volver a "celebrar" nada. No hay más que ver cómo respondes en TripAdvisor, donde aparecen más comentarios que reafirman mi experiencia, y que ojalá hubiéramos leído antes.
Hemos ido a cenar 4 personas y nos ha costado 1700€. No tienen precios de la mayoría de cosas en la carta. Nos sentimos estafados.
Local precioso pero pésimo servicio. 30' para 3 cafés a 5€ cada uno (sin azucar, hay que pedirlo aparte). Al menos estaban buenos...pero no compensa.
Vaya chasco nos hemos llevado!!!!Cuando nos contaron lo que hacen…. Subidón, que interesante propuesta. Pero después fue bajando el entusiasmo. Los cocteles muy interesantes pero carísimos. La comida mal servida, es decir a destiempo. 1 hora en traer el primer plato de un comensal y 30 minutos después el del último comensal. Un desastre. Los platos pretenciosos, ricos pero muy escasos para el precio que piden. Al final 62 € por barba por un coctel y una tapa y dos horas en total. Cuando se lo dijimos ni nos ofrecieron un licor ni nos descontaron nada en la cuenta. Una y no más. Estos son los negocios que le dan la mala fama a esta isla.
