Did pick up order as we walked to Disney 2 days in a row. Everything ready and just as ordered. Michael was super helpful and kind.

A good option for a cheap coffee before heading into the Disneyland Resort. Food options are reasonably priced as well but a bit higher than normal local spots. Staff are friendly and work hard to get orders out in an organized fashion. The dining area is clean if you decide to dine in. My go to spot for a quick meal when visiting the Disneyland Resort.

Every McDonald's should strive to be as good as this one. The food is fresh, the workers are polite and friendly and the soda is the best of any fountain drink I've ever had, in any restaurant, ever. It can be busy with the Disney crowd but it is so worth it.

This is one of our go-to places when staying nearby. Perfect place to go to for breakfast and a late night snack before going or coming back from Disneyland. Depending on the time this place is always packed. I recommend ordering ahead with the app. It makes things go a whole lot smoother. Especially when dealing with hangry impatient people waiting for their food as well. The food is always made fresh to order, and they keep the store nice and clean. You may see some homeless people outside. Just keep walking. Don't pay no mind to them. They won't bother you. The prices are a lot more than some other locations. There aren't a lot of deals with the app either. I guess that's the price you pay for convenience. The people who work there are nice and helpful even if you can see that they are stressed out with the crowd. Just be prepared to have patience with you, and things will go smoothly.

The most efficient McDonald's I've ever been to! Breakfast here next to the Disneyland park entrance is warm, fast and quick and the staff are super friendly and helpful. Be prepared for ordering on a screen! Get your number and grab a seat! Get breakfast here at 8 am when the parks open and then go over after breakfast after the initial security and park lines go down. Several visits this week while at the parks and staying nearby. Always fresh, always warm. Great fries ordered light salt! 🤗

The ordering and paying process is a bit confusing, but the food is made well. If you pay at the kiosk and are eating in the restaurant, be sure and ask for your cups so you can get your beverages right away and not wait until your food comes out.

Great McDonald's. The place is always clean, food is good (still McD's, but acceptable). Seems as though it is continually busy, but it isn't stagnant or perpetual. If you have to eat at McDonald's, this is a great one to do so.

Good service and clean environment, though the staff strangely push would-be customers away from the counter and toward the self-service terminals. This is a bit odd and doesn't necessarily improve the customer experience.

It's a McDonalds near a theme park. Should say it all, right? Prices are higher, many regular "cheap menu" items aren't available. The whole place is designed around self service. Don't expect to order at the front counter; you'll be using a kiosk - which is fine ... There are plenty of them. They are overall easy to use; simple to navigate and get custom orders done. The staff was okay when you spoke to them but you can tell this is a low-customer interactive place. I'll warn you that the customer display board isn't super accurate. I had my order number and it showed up on the "in progress side" (as expected) but then it vanished and didn't appear on the side saying it was being served so it went into limbo and I had to ask after it. At this point I would have gone 3 star but the order (which contained several custom changes; no onion, etc) was 100% right and I'll be honest .... I didn't expect it to be. It wasn't quick either. Keep that in mind and maybe order ahead?

We needed something to eat after a long day in Disneyland. This is right across the street. Some quick food to tide us over after a long day so we were not all that fussy as we were tired and ready to just relax. Overall we just needed something to eat after a long day of theme park action and this did the trick.

Overall it was good. It's insanely busy with it's location where mobile pickup orders are a little chaotic. They did the best with what they could but it could be a little more organized. I think mcdonalds also should have a check in through the app. I was close enough that it was a 2-4 minute walk where being able to have the food ready as soon as I left would have made it easier.

I’m a Canadian and was visiting. They have way more selections here compared to the McDonald’s in Canada. I love that they give you the option to have fries and apple slices with the kids meal and the Disney toys here are cute too. The only complaint is that the attitude of the people working here was a tad rude.

US McDonald’s tastes a lot saltier than Aussie McDonald’s. it’s either the cheese or the meat patties.

Saturday night manager either deserves profit sharing and a raise or an offer from a restaurant that pays more.

I know this is the Disneyland but this place is about 3x as expensive as a normal McDonald’s. Staff are great if a bit overworked but all in all seems pricey to me

Love the location very Automed mcdonald's employees are seen laughing and goofing around the back kitchen. Hardly, anyone has customer service knowledge, which takes about 5 to 20 minutes for a simple order. Do not recommend this location, but I love the feature aspect and are very automated, but not the staff.

Food was fine, consistent as usual. Big Mac tasted just like a Big Mac. One of the sandwiches was missing the cheese AND the mayonnaise. Food didn't look like the pictures. Delivered by Uber Eats... guy was fantastic.

Be careful with this place. It gets overly crowded and attitude gets very up and down during rush hours obviously. They will tell you you'll have to wait for certain items longer than other orders to keep you waiting for your order longer overall. One lady was trying to tell someone in the drive thru that they didn't order anything but after they refreshed the system it said their order just as they were leaving. The Happy meals are always sold out for the special ones and they give you looks when you order them. At the very least my food was usually prepared properly except for certain times having stale fries and ice cream being on and off. Overall it's nice for the experience and to be close to Disneyland but not as close unfortunately. The one down the street could be equally as bad or good depending on you.

Alarming! For being next to the most popular site in the State one would assume the service to be on par to it's conterpoint. Long lines - confusion - missed orders - wait times - and just not worth it. No, do not go.

I don't know if it's this location, or if it's a big difference between McDonald's in Canada and the USA, but McDonald's here was gross. The patties tasted like cardboard on my burger, no moisture at all. I literally choked on my big Mac. Service was great, atmosphere cleaning cleanliness was great too, I'm not trying to bash this restaurant, but oh my goodness it tastes like cardboard burgers. Is that Justice location or is that normal across the United States?

Food made my daughter sick and throw up. I used the restroom saw an employee leave a stall splash water on their hand no soap then wipe their hands in their hair and face then walk out.

This is definitely the longest McDonald’s I’ve been in. It’s standard as they will get at least one thing wrong with your order but being across from Disneyland is likely making this restaurant super busy! It’s cheaper than eating in Disneyland so if your looking to save a little money eat here then go back to the park.

I visited this restaurant twice and both times had issues with food quality and speed. The only positive aspect was probably the dining room person that was working hard to keep the place clean. Average service time after placing the order on the kiosk ranged between 12-17 minutes. Orders were being bumped off the screen to likely “cheat service times” which is likely why they are getting away with slower speed of service since they are manipulating their speed results. Fries were lukewarm at best for both visits and buns tasted like they were toasted but left sitting for longer than they should have. I will always be a loyal McDonald’s person when I travel the world. Hence why I am giving such detailed feedback in hopes this helps move the needle on their restaurant metrics

Food was good like typical McDonalds. Wait seemed kinda long for how slow it actually was. Considering how long McDonalds has been in business it just seems to lacks any real understanding as to what it is. It's disorganized and has no flow. I remember watching the movie 'The Founder' and how McDonalds just flowed and had almost a life to what it is. McDonalds doesn't have that anymore and it's sad. I've been a fan since I knew what a Happy meal was. I hope McDonalds can find it's groove again someday.

It's happening with most of the restaurants. Prices rose, and the portion of the food shrunk. I ordered two spicy mc crispy, waited 13 minutes to get the food, and the hamburger was so mini it's ridiculous 😫

Horrible. Went later in the night and ordered a single hot chocolate. Waited in the drive through for about 20 minutes with no movement. Ended up switching to do a counter pickup instead. Waited inside for another 10 minutes. Worker claimed the drink was taken by someone else. Finally got my small hot chocolate after 30 minutes. Ridiculous.

Waited 30 minutes for 2 double cheeseburgers and a McChicken. Food still hadn't come, asked for a refund and left without the food. Should be 5 star since I didn't truly need the food and they did my health a favor. Lots of people waiting, no one getting answers about why they were waiting so long. Pure chaos.

Pulled up to the drive through at 8:10 PM, 30 minutes later finally got the window to discover there’s a kid taking orders who doesn’t know what he’s doing, no cars in the front just a big delay. Paid and they asked me to pull forward to wait another 30 minutes, didn’t leave until 9 something. One full hour to grab something for no reason except incompetent employees. This location is at Disneyland but it felt like I was in the desert. Just wow, if I can give it 0 stars I would.

Me and my mom just waited 40 minutes for a burger and some fries. the workers were laughing and messing around and there was a ton of people waiting forever for their food to come out and their was a line of cars down the street like how it is at In N Out. the workers were messing around and laughing and just preparing the bags for the orders, not even actually working. and when my food finally came out, it was cold. do not recommend.

I'm old-school I guess. Ordered at kiosk, waited 20m,t hen went up to counter to inquire about the wait. My order was never actually placed because I was using cash. Thankfully after inquiring, a manager was able to receive my cash payment and place my order. I waited nearly 30 m at a McDonald's for food. I suggest using a card but think it's crap you can't have a person taking my order and we can make a cash transaction.

They took 13 minutes to make 4 pieces of chicken tender when it takes 5 minutes. And they hassle you to confirm pick up when unnecessary. They don't when picking up from drive thru during late hours. And other McDonald's don't hassle you.

This McDonald's really has forgotten the term "customer service". No associates or managers manning the counter interacting with the growing mass of disgruntled customers. My food, as well as several others, sat behind the counter for 30+ minutes never to be called out or placed in the designated Mobile Pickup area. I had to ask an associate what my order was waiting for them to even look at it and realize it was ready to go. Given the location of this restaurant, they should be used to and prepared for night time rushes most nights.

Sitting at McDonald's across the Happiest Place on Earth, Disneyland. I see a tow man taking pictures of cars. People get off to enjoy a small bite, while the whole time not realizing someone is lerking nearby to take their car. Soon a bill will pass that penalizes towards from private tows unless called for!

I walked 3/4 of a mile to this restaurant for chicken nugget meals for 3 grands. Upon returning to the hotel, found that 1 of the entres was missing. I understand that mistakes happen especially when you are busy rushing. The reason for the low score is that while waiting on my order, I witnessed a manager leisurely unlock a register labeled as "McDonald's House" & input money in the drawer. Afterwards she didn't really appear to be actively helping the staff. But my main point is, I attempted to call this restaurant to report the error multiple times over a span of 6 hours & received a busy signal every time, as if the phone had been disabled. My last attemp was about 11pm for which the phone ringed but no one picked up. The restaurant is posted to be open until 2am. I accept my blame for not looking in the bag b/f I left, however when a large order is verified on the kiosk screen, I expect ALL items to be included. Just a perception, but unsure of what the manager should be doing but it seems phone service could be on the to do list. That is the person that I was trying to reach. Since no one at the restaurant utilizes the phone, why do you have one?

Worst McDonald ever, make us wait for two hours at Pixar hotel. Try to call them for an update of my order and the phone keeps ringing for three hours. Somebody just picked up the phone and put me on hold. All I want is just an update of my order. I can’t get that? You guys are the worst and I’m never using you guys for dinner when I next come down to Disneyland.

Thoroughly unacceptable. Not only was it the slowest McDonalds drivethru I’ve been to, not only was my food cold, and not only was it ridiculously overpriced ($30 for 2 meals) but they had us pull up to the waiting area because our Quarterpounder was taking “longer than expected,” had us wait for almost 20 minutes before I decided to park, go inside, and see what’s what. I walk up to the counter and my food was ready. There. The whole time. They had us waiting around for nothing because of their team’s incompetence. And they offered no compensation for the cost and inconvenience.

I just order from the machine and pay cash coz that's all that I have. 10 minutes I'm standing in front of the register and nobody help me. When I ask 2 workers if there's somebody who can help me at the register. Both of them have the same answer. Speak Spanish only. That's is not the right answer, if they don't speak English call somebody. People are starving and waiting. Next time training them properly even their not speak English.

I was in Disneyland the whole day after we left, we went to the closest McDonald’s for dinner. We ordered our stuff at the McDonald’s and went back to our hotel which was 20 minutes away which costed 40 dollars. After we came back we checked our food and were missing 10 piece chicken nuggets, cookie cream pie. Also we received no sauce from them. They offered a refund but we needed to go back which would cost more than the food combined.

As I was picking up a DoorDash order the person that hand me the food had the nerve to tell me that I cloudnt order food for my self not knowing I was still on time with the delivery I find it funny how you work at fast food restaurants and take15 minutes to pack a DoorDash order and then tell the person that dashing next time you can’t order food first and formost I’m diabetic I have to eat and second of all your not my boss just cause you are the boss at your 9-5 doesn’t mean disrespect the people who deliver your food

Both times I went for breakfast, I am glad I checked my order. They repeated it back to me correctly but then gave me a wrong item. The other time they left the cheese on it (I am allergic) I will probably not go back because it wasnt a one time thing it was multiple times this occured.

I’m beyond disappointed with this McDonald’s. After placing my order at the kiosk, it took over 25 minutes for my food to come out. That completely defeats the purpose of fast food. On top of that, the building had zero sense of customer service—no one checked in, no apology, nothing. If I wanted to wait that long for a meal, I could have gone to a sit-down restaurant and had a better experience. Extremely dissatisfied and won’t be back anytime soon.

Walked to this McDonald’s after a day at Disneyland. We ordered from a kiosk in the store, never saw our order pop up on the order tv, there is about 4 workers in the front scrambling around with food orders, none of them have system to process the orders, one worker has no voice to say the order number and this is the worker that mumbled our order number then put it on a back shelf, we waited over 20 minutes and still nothing, asked if our order is up and they said oh it is here on a back shelf, we had a cone and that was never made, we demanded a new hit order of food, this was processed in about 3 minutes. Don’t go here…yes it is open until 2am and location is good but it is not organized, professional. We should have grabbed some over priced Disney food on the way out at closing time. We will definitely not go again even though it is right next door to our hotel. Go to Denny’s instead.

Was waiting over 20 minutes for my food. Mobile ordered and got there 10min wait asked 2 people, 1 being a manager about my order they said they get back to me and she never did. Ended up leaving without my food because I had to go I asked about it and stood there for over 10minutes it was a simple Big Mac combo. I’ve worked in fast food and in kitchens for nearly a decade and 20minute ticket times are serious. What annoyed me was the fact that I order ahead of time and stood there for an additional 10 minutes ask a manager about my food AND STILL LEFT EMPTY HANDED. You’d think you’d want to service the people who are physically standing there waiting for there food ready to grab and go but no. As I left I noticed a whole rack of buns just fall to the ground and I hope to God they don’t reuse them
