I stopped by this place today for a coffee. I'd heard great things about it, but I'd never stopped in for a drink before. Very good impression, excellent service from the waiter working this morning, very friendly and helpful. We didn't have to wait for him to serve us, and he brought our order right away. Very clean, the place is very pretty, with all those beer taps and the wooden decor resembling a ship. The coffee was excellent, as were the pastries. I recommend it, I will definitely return.

Hace años me gustaba pero volví y el servicio no me gustó. La chica que nos sirvió... Sin comentarios. No venía nadie a cobrar y ni nos miraban. Fuimos a la barra y después de 20 minutos decidí preguntarle al encargado o dueño para que nos cobrase. No sabía que nos tenía que cobrar porque la chica no lo apunto. Nos pudimos ir tranquilamente porque entre que no se enteran, la gente gritando, etc...

This is the umpteenth time I'm giving them a chance because I like the place, but the service leaves much to be desired. Some people get free tapas, others don't; it's a free tapa with the second drink, sometimes it's not; long faces, sometimes it's not... It's a shame, the place is great if the service were better. It's not easy running a business these days, but the customers shouldn't have to suffer; they're the ones you have to take care of, regardless of your own circumstances.
