I thought I'd already seen the worst Starbucks service in Mexico City, but this one in Monterrey takes the cake. 1. Bad attitude: They don't even respond to "good morning," "thank you," nothing. 2. Slow: I've seen ISSSTE employees move faster and with a better attitude. I was served relatively quickly; there was only one person ahead of me. 3. Grumpy: When I asked a question, the staff member gave me a dirty look. 4. Taste: It wasn't terrible, but it lacked coffee. It tastes the same as the bottled coffee you can buy at Oxxo. They're simply taking advantage of the brand, in addition to a prime location. It's a guaranteed sale; they know they'll make a sale no matter how bad the service is. If you have the chance, don't buy there. There's an Oxxo a few meters away, and it has a small coffee shop. Although they are also very slow and grumpy... come to think of it, it must be the privileged position and guaranteed sales that make the workers provide such bad service.
Not a Starbucks. It’s a restaurant that serves Starbucks’ coffee. Very disappointing as I don’t asked to this expo Center that has nothing else in it from the park to get a drink but they have very limited options.
Fake Starbucks, they only use the logo and cups. They tell you they don't have any other types of milk, but when you turn around, there are a bunch of unopened cartons. The woman gives you whatever she wants and doesn't seem to care. Bad service, they lie to you, and the coffee is pretty bad (burnt).
Terrible service. The lady there serves you reluctantly and tells you to hurry because she has to leave. She might as well just say there's no service anymore. She didn't even give me what I wanted; it was just half a drink with ice and coffee. Absolutely terrible service. 11/23/25. Don't waste your money there. The two ladies working there should be fired.

It's a lie that it closes at 9:30 pm. Google maps has that schedule and it's a lie.
I came at 4:30 pm. When it says it closes at 9 pm and it was already closed
This is the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. I waited in line for half an hour and ordered a grande, and when they brought it to me, it was the same size as a alto (photo attached). I absolutely do not recommend it. Plus, they didn't have any cold drinks, and they only mention it after you've already waited in line for half an hour.
It's pirated and on top of that the coffee is terrible, burning and has a spoiled taste.

IT'S NOT STARBUCKS. It has the logo, but it's fake. Terrible service. They didn't have any of the drinks I ordered, plus the service was grumpy, and the drinks were nothing like the original.
The restaurant was empty; it's not a Starbucks like they're used to. They just lend them the brand, but it's staffed by La Arcada restaurant, which is also a terrible choice of name for a restaurant, hahaha.
It only has a logo, they don't accept rewards... so it seems like it's not 100% Starbucks.
Terrible service, the worst experience I've ever had at Starbucks. They don't accept Starbucks cards and it's more like a restaurant branch with a Starbucks logo. The only good thing was the coffee; I have no complaints about that.
