Parking is tough in the lot at busy times. Took the better half and four grandchildren for lunch. We were greeted and seated within minutes. Our server was friendly and helpful. We ordered drinks and appetizers. Load french fries, blooming onion, and coconut shrimp. The grandchildren ordered steaks and chicken. Mashed potatoes and broccoli. The wife and oldest granddaughter ordered pasta with shrimp. I had steak ,baked potatoes, and veggies. Everything we ordered was served as requested . Our lunch was good. Everyone said their meal was tasty. Desert was a passion fruit burley. No dessert for me as no sugar-free offerings. Overall, it's was a good time with my grandchildren.

First time here and I loved it. I have a lot of self imposed diet restrictions and Outback accommodated all of them.

One of the hallmarks of a good business is when they give you, the customer, more than you ask for. After my meal, I asked for a bag to take the bread that I didn't finish and the waiter came back with a fresh loaf of warm bread. It's a small gesture that speaks volumes. And it's a better steakhouse than other chains such as Longhorn. Recently went there again and had Connor as a waiter. Very attentive without being intrusive, he was as perfect as they come!

Visiting FLL in February on a quick trip with the kids we decided to stop here for dinner one night. We were immediately greeted by the host and seated right away. Our server Logan was amazing. He cracked jokes and was very pleasant and courteous. Food was delicious and came out in a timely manner. It was perfect! Thank you Logan for your phenomenal customer service.

I come here every week for lunch! It's a nice cozy place to eat and relax. Rosy the hostess is so sweet and welcoming. She is basically family to me at this point. Christian is my favorite waiter. He is very attentive and always remembers my order. This place is a local gem. Highly recommend a visit.

Great dinner. Outback style seared prime rib! Brussels sprouts come with hot peppers that are the perfect combo for the meat. The FtLaud Outback puts the North Miami Beach Outback to shame. Mattea and Logan, you guys should give lessons. One thing, the Onion soup comes out way too hot to eat. It’s delicious though.

We came in at 10:38pm straight from the airport we were greeted by the door and seated without issue. We got served by Logan and he was amazing even though it was late, he still treated my wife and I with a beat energy. He needs a raise he was awesome and also the lady at the front door who greeted us with the menus because I’m sure they were about to close. I love this location.

Definitely worth visiting the new location of Outback which moved from Federal and Cypress close to Imperial Pt Hospital. The new decor is modern, spacious with an open layout. The bar us guge and wrll stocked, nice for a TGIF after work hangout. The service has definitely improved, all servers were smiling, friendly and provided great customer service. The food is great value and taste for a corporate steakhouse. The manager visited my table was very polite and I feel awful I lost the paper she wrote her name on for me...my sincerest apologies.

I started coming here when I began my stay 1st week of September, next door at the Hyatt / My Place attending Courses few blocks away at the MPT (Maritime Professional Institute) for dinner. Food was tasty and the Staff and Crew were so friendly and courteous. Then I began to come at a regularly (gotta eat) basis since I’m here till October. Bunch of great dishes to choose from, don’t get me wrong. We have these establishments back in Hawaii, where I’m born and raised from. You have to see, and experience the passion and commitment these employees have for their customers. And the folks here from Ft Lauderdale, have that warm tropical southern hospitality. Appreciate you all, still have another week here before leaving, but I’ll definitely be there tomorrow. Names to mention, Jenna, Raymond, Andrew, Alexis, Kate, Victoria, Matteo,.. my mind getting a Senior citizen moment,.. I know the Servers, Kitchen and Wait help by face. Commending you all sincerely. My spouse and I came to the restaurant on Valentine's Day. We didn't know about the Valentine's Day special promotion when we were seated, so we ordered without asking for it. I asked the waitress to hold off on our orders, but I could tell from her nonverbal communication and her need to inform the kitchen that she wasn't happy. Initially, I ordered water, but I wanted to order cocktails from the menu, so I asked to keep the menus, but she took them away. I didn't want to bother her anymore, so I asked for another waitress. We were then seated in another area, and our experience improved by 1000%. Michael, the manager, is an excellent person. He came out to us, listened to our concerns, and made sure our food was served hot and delicious. He even made me a drink himself, and he is excellent at making margaritas. As customers, we often write bad reviews, but when we come across good people who genuinely care, we must praise them. I only had $8 in cash, but I tipped the new waitress on my card. However, Michael refused to take the tip, so I am writing this review to express my gratitude. Michael should be more than a manager; he should be an owner. He treated us well, regardless of our sexual orientation or ethnicity, and we would love to come back again.

Attention to detail to its finest, she made us feel as though we were at a five star fine dining Michelin star restaurant. Will go again but must be served by this young lady.

We love Outback and try to go to a new one whenever we travel. The food was on point but the best part was our server Kristen. She was amazing. Best personality ever. She was the absolute BEST at her job. I highly recommend this location and ask for her section.

Although we were greeted at the door by a somewhat disagreeable host who was very aloof and did not smile, we were thankful to get a server, Allie, who really made the meal. This location has quite a mixed set of reviews but overall the food is excellent as well. The sirloin steak was top notch and the coconut shrimp was five star. Everything went seamlessly… However, I think this is mainly due to the professionalism and upbeat personality of our server. A restaurant is nothing more than its staff if the food is equally as good as other venues. Outback at this location seems to be improving and we will return.

We came with a big group at the last moment and Jaylen took such good care of us! He was attentive and helpful and really went the extra mile for us and the kiddos. Some of my table weren’t English speakers and he was so patient. I love coming to this Outback just for the amazing service they always give us. The food is also super good and comes out fast. It’s always clean and a good time. Definitely the best in the area. You can’t beat good customer service and good food!

I’m somewhat of a regular here, and every time I’ve been here, Jasmine is at the front door and she always opens the door and greets everyone with a smile who comes in. It seems like a small thing but it’s very much appreciated. Plus the food is always fresh. 10/10

I sat at bar. The bartender (the guy who wears the glasses) was very professional, attentive, and cordial. The drinks were excellent. Of course, the steaks were very, very good. If I come back to Fort Lauderdale in future, I will visit this location.

That mindset genuinely shows in the service and overall atmosphere, making guests feel welcomed and cared for. The only feedback is that the Ziosk tablets at the table don’t really streamline checkout as intended. On a positive note, the soup and salad options are definitely a vegetarian highlight, making it easy to enjoy a satisfying meat-free meal here. Overall, the people-first approach easily outweighs the tech hiccup and sets this Outback Steakhouse location apart.

She almost got a slap from me for being so rude and disrespectful. But anyways I gave her grace because I thought she was hungry or having a bad day, and plus, she is young, so these young people do not have any sort of customer service. When we left there was an older lady at the podium and she was nice. Anyways, the server and food made up for the hostess attitude.

In the mood for steak, I decided to try this Outback since it’s a national chain restaurant they are somewhat consistent but it can still vary depending on who’s running it. I ordered my Bone in Ribeye medium rare and to my surprise it was perfection the entire way through, kudos to the Chef. The Ahi appetizer was delicious and staff was friendly. The only odd thing was the musky damp smell - could be from all the humidity but it definitely made you question the establishment. Besides that it was a great meal.

We came out for a girl's dinner and were unfortunately seriously underwhelmed by the experience. The steaks were mediocre at best. The service was very slow which was frustrating. That being said the manager, Mike, was quick to assist us. He saved the evening from being a total loss. We will give them another chance since the blooming onion and the sides were good though very heavy on the salt.

The food was good as always but the waiter was serving 1 2 many tables and he wasn't doing it well. I wanted desserts but since the waiter was so busy and taking long for even the refills I skipped desserts. My alcoholic beverage had 0 alcohol in it lol. But other then that everything was great

As late as we got here, some time after 7pm this restaurant was pretty busy; people kept coming in. The food was really good. I would recommend the Alice Springs Chicken, it was delicious. Our server was friendly and very busy. On our way out of the restaurant, we saw two geckos.

Great food, but the portions seemed a little small to me. See for yourself. For a $22 steak and shrimp entree with mashed potatoes and mixed veggies, I thought it would have a little more. It tasted wonderful though.

Luckily Outback Steakhouse was open on Easter Sunday til 10pm. We were greeted nicely by the staff. Drinks were tasty and a good serving of grey goose on the rocks.Steak was great with a delicious Caesar Salad w complimentary brown bread. My other friend was happy with the Ahi Tuna appetizer on a bed of lettuce. The salmon was cooked perfectly, the mashed potatoes delicious and the house salad adequate. Service was a little slow with no check back. I had shrinp on the barbie appetizer which had 8 medium size shrimp with bread of all things which I didn't need since they gave you complimentary bread Instead, it would have been nice to have a little salad or tomato slices. $10.99 seemed a little expensive. It was my friend's birthday and they gave her a complimentary chocolate sundae and sang to her. Outback is clean and consistent serving reasonable and tasty food.

This was a great venue for our large group who had an event at the nearby hotel. The chicken was not great, very dry, unseasoned, and tough. The blooming onion was good. I know it is tough handling orders for 75 people was no judgements on the quality.

Service was absolutely terrible! . I would have never go back to this location. Food was average, and server was disastrous. My food came wrong many times, late, cold, not as I ordered it. The whole thing was a mess. Went for lunch at 3 pm, the place was kinda empty. No excuses. Terrible

13oz ribeye for $27 not very good. No spinalis portion and very small center. Tail was just thick, tough fat. Didnt even look like a ribeye. Disappointed in my dinner, hadnt been here in awhile, probably not coming back if this is the quality nowadays.

Well first of all the food that we ordered was cold, the soup was salty and we had to send it back to the kitchen. After the food came out a second time it was slightly warmer. The steak I ordered was overcooked, I asked for medium well. The burger was warm, not hot. I've been to a few outbacks but this was an insane experience. The waiter did what she could but damage was already done. Not sure if I will be coming back to this location.

I don’t know what it was but my food tasted absolutely bland… I ordered the steak and coconut shrimp and sweet potatoes…Although the shrimp was good the sauce that it came with everything else was not flavorful.. The seven dollar margarita is a scam !! As if I was drinking juice there was little to no alcohol in there I was better off drinking a glass of wine instead… I even asked the waiter is it worth it lol ….It was pretty expensive too I paid $35 I don’t mind spending that much money on a plate of food but I need to enjoy my food and reminisce and think about it even the next day so I was unsatisfied. Ambience was nice though.

The food was good overall. The service good, just "Blooming burger" was salty, and tomato slides in it too thick. The match potato was delicious. The coconut strimp was awesome. The admostphere was plesant.

I placed a to go dinner for five guests that were coming to my home. The process was a mess from the beginning! I called at 6pm to place my order. I had to call back twice because they put me on hold for so long. I completed my order at 6:20pm. I was told to come in 20 minutes. I arrived at 6:45pm. I was then told that there computers went down and they need to know all of my side orders that were placed. ( no one bothered to call me ahead of time) I stood there and waited until 7:30pm and was told I have my complete order. I get home and I was missing a side and my son’s whole entree. I then had to drive back to get the rest of the order. My son’s steak was medium rare when he asked for well done. I had to recook it at home. My French onion soup was cold. A get together at my home turned into a disaster. They did offer me a free dessert. Never ever again will I spend $200 on such awful food!

I came to eat, I ordered a pasta without shrimp, only with steak, the first meat was very very spicy, I didn't understand why then I asked them to change it and they brought me a smaller portion than the one I had, the restaurant was empty, no one inside and bad service. The manager was very kind and took care of me and apologized but they should be more delicate in the kitchen.

Check your bill! We paid $120 for two meats and two children's meals. After waiting 1 hour to be served, we were tired and did not check the bill. Today we went to another outback and ate the same thing and paid $66. This outback scammed us. I strongly advise you to double-check your bill.

Today, my husband and I visited this establishment. My husband ordered a medium-cooked steak, but they brought him a completely raw piece of meat that was impossible to chew. I ordered a ribeye steak, and it was completely overcooked. It tasted bitter. I also want to mention the terrible service—the waitress was running back and forth and didn’t come to our table for a long time. We even had to wait 15 minutes just to get the bill.

Made the mistake of ordering delivery on Sunday, July 17th. I got an way overcooked Blooming onion. I also ordered an steak with 2 sides. The steak was ok. The sides: The loaded potato with "everything " was, well just a salt crusted potato with so much salt in it that made it inedible. A sweet potato accompanied witha a tiny container filled up to a quarter with butter and cinnamon. Adding the little bread to the order is always nice, except that there was no butter. I should have taken more pictures. I am positive that if someone from Outback HQ received such order would have something to say about it. Not ordering ever again from this location.

Horrible service our waiter was in a rush and kept walking away when we were talking to him he messed up every order I asked for my steak to be medium and I got it well done. And dessert was nothing like in the picture.

im not one to leave a bad review, but how do you mess up this bad? U call yourself a steakhouse. They had one job, and couldn’t do it. on a tuesday evening, not even busy. How do y’all mess up an allergy that bad? i can’t eat anything. waste of money. I’m not driving back to the store either. I’d rather eat cereal knowing i’ll be alive for tomorrow

Don’t waste your time or money, the plates are nothing of what the menu pictures are. We did ask the servant that this plate was totally different from the menu, and she said the picture is advertisement. Never imagine somebody could say that kind of answer. Posting the false advertisement and the real picture.

Pretty disappointed. Its been a couple years since Ive been here. Out of filet mignon and the sirloin was gross. Didn't finish my 1st bite. Server didnt even notice a whole steak on the plate when collecting. I didn't make a fuss still paid for my meal. Very disappointed

Talked to the manager about the meal and her response was the food appeared to look good to her. Service was slow and the food was cold.

When her 3rd delivery was made now almost one hour in, my rib-eye was delivered. Without any doubt, it was the most disgusting piece of garbage steak I have ever had the unfortunate luck to experience. I couldn’t bring myself to eat little more than half as I was hungry and I’m an hour into this place. We both ate most of our potatoes, canceled desert and departed. The bar staff were friendly, professional, and polite. The food runners were useless, the kitchen staff was just as useless. WE WILL NEVER RETURN and encourage folks to go almost anywhere else. There’s a outstanding restaurant next door, Bisto Mezzuluna. We should have gone there. That’s a mistake we will never repeat.

Total wrong order for my daughter when I got the right one it was burned ... My drink over priced still not strong with a double shot...
