Ktapas Albacete Reviews
I ate here years ago and I was dying to go back... everything is delicious, whatever you order is high quality and perfectly cooked. The waitresses are very friendly and the head waiter is also a pleasure to eat with, both for the food and the service. We will definitely be back :) Incredible value for money too.
I was recommended this place and it was wonderful. It's a tapas bar, a bit small for how busy it gets at lunchtime, but the tapas I tried were fantastic, especially the breaded cod. The staff was very friendly. They have two lunch seatings: one at 1:30 pm and another at 3:00 pm. The prices are reasonable.
Fantastic! I celebrated a birthday there; we were traveling from Murcia. They gave us excellent advice on their most typical tapas. They stopped us from ordering when there was a lot of food, which was appreciated since they didn't try to oversell us. Everything was delicious. Their specialty is the battered cod, which was absolutely amazing. I don't have a picture of it because it disappeared so quickly, haha. We left completely satisfied; we ate a lot and it was delicious. We drank beer nonstop, and the bill didn't even reach €20 per person. It's a sure bet. I'd like to take this opportunity to thank them for their excellent service and send them my best wishes.
We went on the recommendation and reservation of a good friend, and she couldn't have been more right. Both the quality and the service were top-notch. I think even the owner came over to ask how we were enjoying our meal. That said, I recommend making a reservation because it gets very busy. In addition to the food I've attached, we ordered desserts that weren't homemade, and they were delicious. We will definitely be back. Thank you, Anto, for taking us to places where we feel right at home.
A long-standing establishment that serves decent-sized portions and tapas at a reasonable price. I went on a weekend and it was packed (couples, groups of friends, families, etc.). The entire time I was there, I watched as the seats emptied and filled in a continuous stream. I tried several sharing dishes and thoroughly enjoyed them: atascaburras, breaded asparagus, and secreto. Quite an experience.
It's a good place to have traditional tapas, very well prepared and reasonably priced. The breaded cod is highly recommended. The service was fast and attentive. We ate very well. There were lots of people there, so we sat at the bar. They then offered us a table, and we ate at the table. We will definitely return.
We went to lunch yesterday with a baby and a 2-year-old boy. They recommended sitting at the back to accommodate the double stroller and be more comfortable. They were very attentive to the child and served us warm food. Everything was very clean, the atmosphere was pleasant, and the waiters who served us were very friendly and professional. We'll be back soon.
Delicious portions. We ordered salad, grilled ear of corn, and eggplant with honey (Cordoban style). The salad was very rich and filling, with well-blended mayonnaise and whole potatoes (not mashed). The eggplant with honey was very, very good, the coating was not greasy at all, and the honey (real) was delicious. The best was the grilled ear of corn, very good, with a very crunchy touch similar to pork rinds. Overall, the portions were very good, although a bit small.
Very good traditional food from Albacete
Tapas and drinks for reasonable price and friendly staff. Usually crowded on weekends.
Good food, good prices. I have had better, but it was definitely a good cheap option.
We arrived without a reservation, and out of kindness, they served us, even though it was December 26th. They explained that we had to leave by 3 pm because of a reservation. It was 1 pm, so no problem, we ordered sandwiches, small open-faced sandwiches, and hamburgers. They took ages to bring the last two open-faced sandwiches, and they kept taking our plates away before we'd finished. In the end, we ordered a breaded and fried cod fritter with a sauce to try, and it was excellent (it's the house specialty) and didn't take nearly as long. The prices are very reasonable.
It's very popular and always packed. I went on a Monday and we managed to get a table because we were there just before they opened. The food wasn't bad, but I expected more. The battered cod was undercooked; the pig's ear was just big chunks and super tough; the atascaburras (a potato and cod stew) was edible, and the fried cheese was delicious. The good thing is that you can order a half or a full tapa. The half portion is quite generous. All that, plus a drink each, came to 10 euros per person. The service was attentive, considering how busy it was. Some staff members were friendlier than others. The owner, although a bit curt and easily annoyed, gives great recommendations. I got the feeling the food was cooked too quickly, but I still recommend it for typical tapas, which have a good variety. Definitely make a reservation to guarantee a table.
Tried to eat here and they were surprised we didn't have a reservation. The staff seemed very stressed out. Food smelled good, but there was only 4 chairs at the counter and so we couldn't eat. The lady behind the counter wasn't rude, but she definitely wasn't friendly at all.
