Alba's Pizza Albans Reviews
On holiday in NYC from England, we found Alba's by accident and so glad we did. The pizza was the best I tried in NYC and the best anywhere else in the world I e eaten pizza. NIce staff, immaculately clean restaurant and good value. Will definitely go back for pizza next time we're in NYC.
Great place, if you are looking for the traditional italian flavors, "grandma's like", home made food this is your place!!! The prices are fair to low for the quality of food you will get. The service is great, knowledgeable, kind, right there at the right moment. Once you pass the pizza place entry, you will be transported to a different level of experience, culinary and personal. Definitely a place to go back and enjoy the great atmosphere... Don't miss it!!!
1 of the best pizza spots in queens. Top tier grandma pizza 🍕 😋. Service is always great with a smile. You wont regret it .
Great Evening @ Alba’s Delicious Food & Beverage & Great Music & Entertainment
Best spot in the neighborhood. Don't be fooled by the pizza shop in front. At the rear of the establishment, there is a really pretty eatery with classic Italian dishes. Top bad they don't offer personal size pizzas, and while they do offer a full bar, it has lots of potential. The service is good, the staff and the owners / managers are ex optional people. Try their avacado salmon salad, their lasagna, pasta Sinatra, anything Francese, and their sorrentino is also scrumptious.
Best place in queens… Friday nights ambiance is great and excellent food.
been going to Albas since i was a teenager. some of the guys from those days still work there. just goes to show the ties to the community it has. one of the best pizza spots in queens and that’s a fact. they redid their dining area and it’s absolutely beautiful! can’t wait to eat there again.
Whether you're just in the mood for a pizza, or a multi course dining experience, dining outside or inside, we're sitting at the bar, the food at this restaurant is consistently excellent, and the tap beer is the coldest in town, and always so served in a frosted glass.
I would like to apologize to the guys at Alba’s Pizzeria. I order a Grill Chicken Caesar over the phone to be picked up.and when finally took salad out of bag , there was no Caesar dressing on it..so I took it back to the pizzeria…angrily but not rude. And without hesitation and apologetic…they took salad back and made a fresh one with Caesar dressing. But, when I got home I saw the dressing on the counter …I didn’t realize it had fallen out of bag when I was taking salad out. Thanks again for your kindness. Tarsha L
Was there for a baby shower. Great aesthetic. Nice beams, tiles, brick. Food 10/10. Fabulous service.
It was my first time at Alba's. Wow! Just wow! The pizza section in front is amazing and it only gets better as you head back to the formal dining room. It is so elegant and inviting. I had a slice of the Grandma pizza. Superb! I highly recommend Alba's. Pasquale is great and so is his service!
Great pizza Great service and great atmosphere. Definitely worth coming back for another slice.
You want Fantastic family style italian?...well say No More!, By the way...don't let the front appearance fool ya'.. as you're walking in it's a great abundance of pizza selections and a utopia of decisions that you just wanna eat everything you can see. You wanna nice date with your lady?..No problem, just walk on towards the back and behold!!!... they let you sit anywhere you want, and as soon as you sit down, you feel cozy, and the atmosphere is perfect, nicely dimmed lights. Whatever you order, salad and fresh bread is included. My favorite is pesto pasta and of course, they have the most amazing Chicken Francese ever! That's what me and my lady allways order. Their Salmon is on point. And please save some room for their delicious dessert! We Love the tiramisu. I highly recommend this place! 😊🤗😀 ♡
Chef Albert and his team take great pride in presenting a wonderful dining experience!! The food is outstanding, well-seasoned, fresh ingredients, and great preparation!!! The formal dining room was beautifully renovated with imported Italian tile definitely adding to the ambiance. Highly recommend this restaurant!!
It's perfect! This was my first time ordering delivery food online and the food was delicious and even my mom and my uncle had a taste of Ravioli Al Fungi! It tastes amazing! I use the code and the delivery took less than an hour to arrive! The only mistake though was that I ordered spinach wheel and they gave me pepperoni wheel instead! But I forgive them cause I didn't want my parents to find out I was eating meat on a Friday (lol). Thank you so much! It saves me a lot of time than just walking there! Thank you!
Albas has exquisite food, affordable prices, and very friendly service
Best place to eat Anything on menu is delicious
Good deal on decent pizza. Always friendly service.
Our building's Board of Directors ordered our annual party food from Alba's at the suggestion of one of the officers, who frequently patronizes the place. It was excellent! Apart from very fine varieties of their pizzas, their Caesar and regular tossed salads were fresher with plenty of extra dressing on the side. The Caesar salad was generously garnished with shaved Parmigiana cheese. The proprietor was generous with plates, napkins and utensils, including cups. Neighbors who attended remarked at the high quality and hope to take a run over themselves. ADDING ANOTHER HAPPY COMMENT 1/11/2026: You did it again and thank you! I must say that this year's food was great and very much enjoyed by all able to attend. Delivery was early, making set up easier for us. My personal preferences, Grandma Pizza, and both your house and Caesar salads were fantastic, even better than last year's.
Good food, good service, good music = exclusive atmosphere!
I'm 3/4 Italian and grew up in Staten Island, now living in Jamaica Queens. OMG! The seafood combination with linguini in the fra diavolo sauce is amazing!!!! The seafood is so fresh, the diavolo sauce is nice and spicy and the pieces of garlic 🧄 are cooked perfectly! Thank you! I love 💕 Alba's!!!!
Albas is close to my job We always order from them for many years Their food is fantastic alway fresh and hot when delivered Today I had a slice of their delicious pizza - the crust is never well done - just right and the cheese and sauce amazing Also ordered the Grilled Chicken Panini - this is so large I can make 3- 4 meals out of it as it’s so filling ! The grilled chicken is done to perfection - it’s also filled with lettuce tomato and roasted red peppers and melted mozzarella on ciabatta bread ! This is Amazing, delicious and again very filling ! Thank You Alba’s as always for the most delicious food !
I ordered Avocado Salad with grilled shrimp delivered to my home. The portion was abundant and I was given the option of additional shrimp. I luv avocados but only if they’re fresh. Alba’s avocados are always perfect. Thx.
Me and pizza go way back ,like an old friend matter fact a younger siblings lol ...That being said I have to say that was one of the best pizzas I ever had!!! perfect consistency 😌 my compliments to the chef .I got a grandma sicilian with pepperoni!amazing I can't have my pizza any other way 😋 😍 smooth delivery too thanks
Mondays, Tuesdays, wednesdays starting at 4 pm are pasta nights which mean you get a salad, pasta and dessert for discounted price. First they hit you with the bread and butter, boom then the salad with vinegar (delicious) then you get the pasta and your choice of dessert with coffee. In my case chocolate tiramisu. I ordered a coke, they dont give me a can they give me a bottle. ( not included with the meal) My wife and I spent $29.75. Filled me up and I'm 60lbs over weight. I can't move.
Our go to pizza place in Briarwood, Queens. Staff are friendly, good variety of items, prices are decent. The pizzeria seating is a little run down but the dining area in the back is set up nicely if you want a sit down dinner. Their pastas are delicious and a good portion. We have never been disappointed.
Loved our experience. Food was delicious. Happy to support our local restaurant.
Consistently good, not amazing but never disappoints. The stuffed meat pizza is interesting, at first I thought they delivered the pizza upside down, but it really was just a giant round calzone. They have table service in the back of the restaurant and they have special deals on pasta on week nights. Good neighborhood pizzeria.
Everything we ordered for your baby shower was delicious!! The only complaint was we should have ordered MOOORRREEE 😌❤️
The service day is fabulous everyone is great from the waitress to the cooks to the service the atmosphere is wonderful very friendly I would recommend it to anyone to go I dying there I have lunch there I have party there is a fabulous atmosphere
Epic place, very nice employees and the food is great. Very nice atmosphere altogether!
My boyfriend and I used to order takeout from here all the time. We decided last minute to dine in for Valentine’s Day, best decision ever! We went for an early dinner. The service was 10/10, and the food was so good. They even had someone singing. Highly recommend! We definitely plan on going back.
Absolutely love Alba’s! Great food, and the owner is an incredibly kind and helpful person. I asked if they could deliver outside their delivery zone to Long Island for a senior couple, and he made it happen and covered the driver cost to ensure it got there. I order from here every time I’m in New York. Highly recommend.
My family and I love Alba's pizzeria going on 12yrs living in Briarwood and its the best spot. I ordered the super bowl combo for the 2nd yr in a row and it has simplified my hosting for my family and the food is always delicious, we got 2 pies one cheese and one pepperoni with 30 pieces of chicken wings and it brought enough side dips 2× 2liter sodas and a box of banging cookies everything was fresh and pick up time was on point....Thank you to all of Alba's hard working guys always a nice atmosphere at the pizzeria.
I have been a customer for the last 26 years. Usually I go to Alba's for lunch either by myself or a group of friends. I also have used their catering service many times. And now with their new renovations I have been fortunate to been invited to a retirement party and most recently a 2026 new year celebration. I have to say Alba's always hits it out of the ballpark. From the two owners down to all their employees. Looking forward to the next time I go there. Hopefully sooner than later. My only complaint will be the parking. You might have to park a few blocks away but at the end the walk will be worth the time spent in Alba's
Easy to order in the APP. Place your offer pay renove tip I you are picking up. And confirm order. Will give you a time for pickup. And it's ready at said time.
Delivery was prompt and friendly. Pizza is AWESOME (coming from an old-school Brooklyn girl), and the prices are fair. Great stuff!
Fast delivery with a friendly smile. Food was super hot. Pizza crunchy. Grandma slice and white pizza delish as is the chicken fettuccine alfredo.
Omgosh..this restaurant is "off the chain". The front looks to be regular pizza place..BUT..in back is quiet (Saturday 4pm) spacious seating. The food (mine-Chicken Siciliano) was Deeelish! Fresh, warm and plentiful. Wow😯😋 & reasonabley priced. Highly recommend. Definitely returning. Special thanks to Chef & gracious staff🙏. Memorable birthday dinner for my wife!
Always a joy to eat at Alba's in person but first time trying their delivery app and service, great customer service and fast delivery- HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Easy to use UI and functionality, fees are closer to Uber fees but makes sense. Overall great!
I had my daughter's birthday dinner at the dining room of Alba's. The space is elegant and perfect for large parties. The food was delicious and the staff are very kind and helpful. A great place for a wonderful evening!
My family was at Alba's for a sad occasion - the repast following the funeral and burial for my cousin. But, our time at Alba's definitely added a little sunshine to a difficult day. The food was excellent, the service was exceptional, and the back room is very nice and comfortable. Thank you, Alba's, for taking such great care of my family at such a difficult time. We'll be back for sure for a happier occasion. Blessings!
My first truly at this place was a quick visit to get a Sicilian slice. Have way thru eating the Sicilian, I ran back in and bought 4 more slices..... amazing. The dining room in the back of the pizzeria is amazingly elegant. Looking forward to our first dinner
On behalf of The Center for the Women of New York, I want to extend our sincere gratitude to Alba’s for their generous donation of eggplant Parmesan to our Taste of the World at Fort Totten gala. Their eggplant Parmesan was a true crowd-pleaser—tender slices of eggplant baked with rich marinara sauce and melted cheese, creating a comforting and classic Italian dish that our guests thoroughly enjoyed. The balance of flavors and the homestyle preparation made it clear that this dish was made with care and tradition in mind. We are so grateful to Alba’s for their support. It is because of thoughtful contributions like theirs that we can raise essential funds to continue our mission of supporting women in the community. Their generosity helps make a meaningful difference. We highly recommend Alba’s for their delicious food and their commitment to giving back. Thank you for helping make our event a success!
It was a week day and it was great that they had some pasta specials. The portion on my spaghetti and meatball special was small. No leftovers. One good-sized meatball. The complimentary bread basket is delicious. The special comes with a dessert and salad. The staff was very accommodating. We will be back 🍝
5 Stars - A Hidden Gem in Briarwood! Just renovated. If you're a fan of authentic Italian cuisine, Alba's Pizzeria is an absolute must-visit. Nestled in the heart of Briarwood, Queens, this charming little spot serves up some of the best Italian food in the area. I had lamb chops, penne alla vodka, and Italian platter to start. They have pasta night on Mon, Tues, Wed. The dishes are top-notch. The penne alla vodka is creamy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The service is always friendly and welcoming, making you feel like part of the family. And the atmosphere is cozy, perfect for a casual dinner or a small gathering with friends. Whether you're grabbing a quick bite or sitting down for a full meal, Alba's never disappoints. It’s the kind of place you keep coming back to because the food, the service, and the vibe are consistently fantastic. The pizza? Incredible. The Sicilian is amazing. I included here in the picture. Great sauce, crunch, and perfect amount of cheese. Highly recommend!
Great food, great prices, great service, Albas has made itself my number one Pizzeria in this area. The food is packed with flavor and a very generous portion. We ordered a variety of slices, sodas and garlic knots, for three people and only paid about 30 bucks. I feel that’s incredibly enticing especially since the quality was noticeable. I will be frequenting more often. This place is gonna be tough to beat!
My first time at this location, I was greeted by the staff and they were so friendly. The pizza smell is so awesome that you just want to order everything! The original cheese pizza was excellent- fresh cheese and yummy crust. Did you know they have a Beautiful restaurant in the back with events on Friday and Saturday. So the idea that this pizzeria not only have awesome food but has a hidden gem dinning area with a bar too all in one location. I will be coming here again. Service from the staff : superb and kind They are so kind, they posed for a picture 📸
Alba's Pizza is a great place to get pizza. The pizza is always fresh and delicious, The staff is friendly, and they always make sure that you have everything you need. The atmosphere is also great, and it's a great place to go for a casual meal with friends or family.
Food was alright. Service was a bit slow. Atmosphere was great. Friendly and inviting. Must go see for yourself. Rating is based on a party of 60 give or take a couple of people.
Love the food here for years! My husband’s childhood joint! Amazing pizza and red sauce. Old school classic dishes like Chicken and Veal Parmigiano, penne a la vodka, and believe it or not a fantastic Greek Salad with stuffed grape leaves big slices of feta and Greek olives! I can go on. Unfortunately, delivery is so inconsistent. Last time I tried the call this past Friday got hung up on and couldn’t get through after that trying 5 times and gave up and ordered from Dante’s on Metro (great pizza and delivery). In the past waited way too long for our orders. Fix your order home and delivery customer service please!!! Love your food and the new dining room is beautiful too! Thanks for responding back and yes it’s a nightmare for cars by you. We would pick up more but always need an extra person to stay in car! See ya soon though.
So the food is actually really good. Also the service is actually amazing. There is that Italian guy that is really nice. You always get the food fast, which is good.
This is my second review of Alba's since 2023. I am doing another review because the owners have renovated the pizzeria, and it looks fantastic! The dining area in the back looks like it was made for fine dining. And, the area where pizza is served has been transformed to look like a modern, trendy place to hangout, eat delicious pizza, and listen to their cool Music Playlist. I am happy Alba's is my neighborhood pizza place 😋
I order from here often and really enjoy their Grandma slice and zeppoles. The only issue is that the zeppoles weren’t cooked long enough and were soaked in oil.
Since they have installed the new ovens, the pizza is fantastic. The ambiance in front of the shop is pretty basic and has no character, but the back is a little better. Quality pizza and the entire menu is pretty good.
2024: experienced food poisoning a couple of times. And neighbors did too. So BEAWARE and very careful. Haven't been back since. 2022 Rating : 4 stars. Because of the staff and food. God bless you all! 2021 Rating: 3 start I experienced someone stepping outside and ruffling through their red car. Then, walking right into the pizza place after I entered to touch pizza. Three stars because I witness uncleaniness from other employees.
I gave 3 stars for service because they are understaffed. The place is packed and the employees have to work the ovens, the cash register and some waitering as needed. You end up with mixed orders. Food is very good though and the ambience is very welcoming.
This place is a hit or miss. Sometimes the pizza is really good other times the crust is overly thick, very salty and raw in the middle.
Been going to Albas for years mostly because its close by and convenient. The Food is meh OK. The pizza is mediocre. I personally dont love that the dough on the slices are thicker. Seems like it doesn't cook well inside. And the sauce isn't that great. The vodka sauce is bland too. But I stopped dining in or ordering from Alba's, mostly because of the attitudes of the employees. They make you feel incredibly uncomfortable and are beyond rude, even when you call for delivery. They have no etiquette and also forget everything. The only nice one out of all the guys there is a long time employee named Raoul. Even the owner is less than pleasant. Its ok. There are way better pizzerias around with better pizza and service. I won't waste my time anymore.
The food was good; which was a plus. However, when we got to the back to be seated, it was as if we weren't welcomed. We weren't greeted or seated, who we later came to realize was our waiter just pointed to seats in the back for us to seat ourselves. He NEVER introduced himself or cracked a smile. That would've been okay with me if he didn't smile if he was efficient at his job. He got orders mixed up and forgot to bring out drinks. If it weren't for the food, I'd give this place a 1 star based on the service in the dine-in portion of the restaurant. 1st impressions are lasting ones.
This is my Grandma's go-to pizzeria since it's close to her house. I remember her taking me there when I was a kid whenever I would visit her. I ordered ahead online for pick-up on a Saturday, and everything was hot and ready by the time I got there. I ordered a large pie (half cheese/half mushroom), chicken parm hero, penne vodka, and a rice ball. The pizza was pretty solid - they don't skimp on the mushrooms. Chicken parm was fine but could have used a bigger piece of chicken because the bread was too big for it. The penne vodka could have used some more cream because it just tasted like marinara sauce. And finally, the rice ball needed more meat/cheese filling in it - especially since it was $7 a pop. I think next time we order, I would probably just stick to the pizza.
This is the only pizzeria close by to me. I started coming here because I would normally go to Manhattan to get pizza. Their service is terrible. There is always so much confusion when you walk in. No real line you just stand there at the counter hoping someone will make eye contact with you and take your order. I’ve had once other instance aside from today that the person handling my food was also working the register so they have one glove on but are handling money and then at times touching your food with that same glove .. how do you thru not have more customers making them aware. No matter how busy am establishment is if someone is touching money they should not be touching food it’s that simple .. when you come in there is I assume a manager owner all he does is walk back and forth and give you mean looks. The place is normally clean I can say that Like I wouldn’t say this is a friendly establishment by far so not sure what all these friendly reviews are about of course if you have a big party coming in they will be friendly cause that’s money for them .. I’m certain they can do better as they have a large smiling of staff here …the actual pizza. Ehhhh it’s hit or miss.
Ok since I’m a roll for Queens Pizza reviews I grew up eating albas back in the 90s I met and knew Alba Jack Peter etc etc This is a New owner of Albas and sorry the pizza is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE compared to when Alba was still working and making the pizza here It’s too Salty and the dough kinda thick I’ve tried the plain and specialty slices “I don’t like specialty slices like the BBQ Caesar slice etc etc” but I tried it and MEH SORRY not my thing The Sicilian Slices way to doughy like just not right some how and again way to SALTY By the way I have low blood pressure and I eat INSANE AMOUNTS OF SALTY FOOD A DAY “ my doctor says to do so” lucky me I get to eat food with Flavor 😂but for a basic NYC SLICE sorry to the new owners of Albas you have failed to Keep the Standards and Name The back has a nice sit down restaurant I remember it being more the old diner style but they have renovated it and made it modern which is nice hence the 4* for the atmosphere but for the Pizza go elsewhere for the pasta it’s decent nothing special but you Won’t think it’s Not worth it Again this review is about the Pizza Plain slice mainly but as said I’ve tried most of their slices and all FALLS SHORT And yes I know this is the original Alba Remember Jack and Peter opened up a pizza joint down the block next to baskin Robins back in the day SO Yes I know the standards Albas used to be And alba used give us slices when we did not have enough $ and let us pay him back when we came back but again it was $1.25 a slice back then and we would be there 3-5 days a week as kids and those 50 cent to $1 Italian ice days brings back such good memories In closing the new owners should rename This place Or pick up their standards cuz it’s a DYING SHAME what they have done to the ALBAS PIZZA Name and LEGACY
I just went there with my wife, my brother-in-law and my 3-year-old daughter. The food is very good, but we arrived early when the restaurant was quite empty and after the usual clients arrived, we haven't' been served our food for basically 40 minutes. When I spoke to the owner, he apologized and gave us free dessert, but it actually never arrived. After another 15 minutes waiting, I just paid the check and left. You can't have a child wait for so long, no matter what.
The pizza isn't bad per se, but it's certainly below average for New York. It was too salty and the crust was overly thick with a cake-like texture inside. They charged me $28.25 for one large margherita pizza which is way too much. You can find much better pizza for less money in the area.
I only got 2 order of mozzarella sticks and I paid a total of nearly 26 dollars. It only comes with 6 mozzarella sticks. This place is very nice but the prices for these mozzarella sticks seem a little outrageous
Buffalo slices are the best. They have gotten better with being polite. Overall , it is not an authentic slices.
Food is good but service can be inconsistent. Recent order mix-up was handled poorly by counter staff.
Alba's food is very good, when they actually make it correctly. Their workers have a lot of attitude and never take responsibility when they make something wrong. Like when they accidentally put shrimp on a pasta dish and someone with a seafood allergy almost ate it. Or when they send you a pizza with pepperoni instead of green peppers. They act like their food is superior to others when it's not and like there's no other pizzerias around when there is. It's not worth ordering from them anymore.
Anybody saying there’s great service here has only met the staff and not the racist management. This guy I’m assuming is the owner cause he was not wearing uniform and is way older, made a racist remark to me when I asked why the charge on my card did not match their menu pricing and he said the prices changed, very aggressively, as if it’s my fault he didn’t update his own menu. Their pizza is also disgusting, nor is it fresh if you come at evening as I did, and they make undercooked zeppoli’s. So if you want one of the worst slices of your life, bite into raw dough filled zeppoli’s and get called out your name for pointing out them charging you higher than the menu price - this is the place to go! Frozen store bought pizza tastes better than what you’re spewing out. And fortunately, karma will get you the way you felt comfortable making unnecessary racist remarks, especially to a woman because I’m sure you wouldn’t make racist remarks to a 6’0 ft man, or any man for that nature.
I placed an order via Ubereats after 40 minutes I arrived for pick up. It shouldn’t even take 40 minutes to prepare hot wings and tenders but I figured it should be ample time to ensure I didn’t have to wait. I arrived at the establishment and The order was not ready. I showed them the confirmation of payment and that my order showed it was ready for pick up. No one apologized for the poor experience nor the delay. I had to ask 3 times what was going on and why my order wasn’t ready. After the third time the man at the front said that the order wasn’t showing up so they had to find it and it would be ready soon. After 13 minutes waiting without any further communication I decided to leave. I advised that I was leaving because of the inconvenience. They made no effort to apologize nor fix the matter. They have not contacted Uber for a refund and hence I’m charged for a meal they failed to provide. Horrible customer service and theft at its finest. Do not patronize this institution
They can clean it up but the quality of the service is horrendous. It appears that not only do they never get the order right, the pizza is hit or miss. It’s such a shame that a once loved neighborhood favorite has turned to garbage!
I've been a frequent visitor to this pizza shop, but my recent experience was extremely disappointing. I ordered 5 slices of pizza and some garlic knots, paid for everything at the register, and even double-checked to ensure they charged me correctly. However, when I got to my car and checked the box, I realized they had only given me 4 slices and the knots. When I went back to rectify the mistake, they denied charging me for the missing slice. They treated me poorly and refused to let me look for my receipt among theirs. Frustrated, I ended up paying again for the missing slice, essentially paying twice for it. To top it off, when I got home, they had given me the wrong slice altogether. Upon checking the menu, I could verify that they had overcharged me for the slice. It's essential to ask for a receipt and double-check your order before leaving. This experience ruined what was supposed to be a family pizza night.
The food is very basic at best and over priced. No real flavor or seasoning. The owner does not know how to treat customers. Always trying to argue with paying customers. Never again. Proved my point with your word choice. Asked a simple question and instead of answering. You shut me down being combative. Absolutely no way to treat a paying customer.
The service is good the pizza is ok, I tried better ones but it is depends of the person preference. The problem is the owner or manager I don't know who he is. He is very rude and he doesn't care about customers. We went with kids and he came to our table to tell our kids to be quiet and he needs to clean the mirrors again because of them he told them their pizzas are getting cold. He embarrassed us in front of everybody. Everybody heard him and he didn't come in a nice and friendly manner. Save yourself to come to this place.
I had lived in the Briarwood area for 10 years. Never had gone to it. Now that it has been remodeled, a friend and I visited it recently. We went in with bicycles. We put them behind a table and next to the garbage cans. Moments later the owner came pissed off and told us he did not want them inside. He mentioned he spent too much money remodeling the establishment. We quietly took the bicycles outside. Came back to finish our slices of pizza with chicken. The slices were good. The treatment from the owner was not. I did not like he mentioned the remodeling costs. It is not like the floor will not get old. Rubber tires won't scratch floors. But I believe he wishes to hold a certain preppy image. The front is now a pizzeria and the back is a dining area. I have known a friend that visited the old pizzeria from 1995 - 2015. He says the pizza was good back then. It is good now too. Yet I went there once and I will not be back there. The owner does not treat his workers well. They work with some type of intimidation. It is not a friendly environment. What a shame of good cooking going to waste. The service by the personnel was good. Yet I will not go or order from there.
Saturday 03/07/26 I am a customer that has been here multiple times this evening I found a hair in my salmon when I called my male server he looked at me and insinuated I had put the hair there myself I had no problem paying for the salmon and understand it happens sometimes he didn’t even apologize or offer to remake my order so I payed for a meal I didn’t eat he never came back to my table for the rest of the Time I had to order dessert and coffee with a different server what a bad experience tonight very disappointed
They keep raising the price for a regular slice that less in size and the qaulity went down. Not the first time ive been here and came out totally cheated , the staff is eager to ask you want you want and will charge you happily for the worlds smallest slice. Pevious owner knew how to take care of this place 100 times better than the new guys. The owners replies to this message speaks for the business itself as a whole , very unprofessional and disrespectful, learn how to change your ways and admit to your wrongs as a business that depends on daily customer's.
I come here about once a week or so. I just moved to the area and have had pleasant experiences here until today. The guy who served me has absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever. Looked at me without asking me what I wanted which I let it pass because I understand people have bad days. When my order was ready, it was placed on the counter and that’s it. Refused to speak to me or even look at me … idk what that was about but I have violated people for less. 🤷🏻♀️ I only let it rock because the older Mexican guy who usually takes my order is nice to my son and I. Anyways, won’t be stopping here any longer because it’s about the principle. Pizza is absolutely delicious tho. It’s sad that possibly some of the employees might be racist, who knows.
