Dopo molto tempo ci siamo ritornati e faccio i complimenti a tutti. Il piattino di benvenuto con il pre-antipasto era talmente bello che mi dispiaceva mangiarlo... Ma meno male che li ho mangiati 😊perché erano delicati, inusitati e pensati (non usa cosa inventata perché è di moda). I piatti principali, dall'antipasto al dolce, tutti eccellenti. Ho mangiato il mio miglior petto d'anatra mangiato in questi anni... Non vedo l'ora di tornare.

Se si passa dal centro di Alessandria, una visita in questo ristorante è d'obbligo per l'ambiente, per i piatti ed i vini e per il rapporto qualità/prezzo (considerando il livello del menu)

Per la prima volta ad Alessandria volevo portare a cena un mio amico, cercando nelle vicinanze ho trovato questo posto e dopo esserci stato in altri ristoranti della città posso dire che questo è il migliore di Alessandria, per i miei gusti. Locale raffinato in un ambiente tranquillo e calmo. Abbinamenti insoliti e ben riusciti. Le signore che servono ai tavoli sono di una gentilezza davvero speciale. Mi son trovato molto bene. Consigliatissimo!

Mangiare in questo ristorante è stata davvero una bellissima esperienza, dall'attenzione per il cliente, alla spiegazione dei piatti, alla scelta del vino e alla cura sia nella presentazione di ciascuna pietanza pane incluso, sia nel farne risaltare ogni singolo sapore. Prezzi in linea con la sua categoria. Merita davvero una sosta!

Ogni tanto mia moglie e io andiamo a cena in questo ristorante. Non siamo mai rimasti delusi. Ottimi piatti e personale gentile. Anche l’altra sera proposte che difficilmente si possano trovare in altri ristoranti. Rapporto qualità costo buono. Ottimi anche i dolci. Consigliato

The food was excellent, locally made, and absolutely delicious. The quality and variety of wine were extraordinary, and the service was quite good. It's definitely worth a visit. I would recommend the fish of the day; the beef and veal were also absolutely delicious and very fresh.

Excellent restaurant in the center of Alessandria. The dishes are meticulously prepared and refined, superior to other restaurants in the city center. The service is fast, precise, and very attentive; each dish is presented and described in detail. I highly recommend the tasting menu to fully appreciate the culinary offerings. The price may seem high, but it's completely reasonable and justified. The restaurant is very clean and welcoming, especially recommended for couples or small groups.

Peaceful, quiet, elegant, and simple atmosphere. The menu isn't very long, as the restaurant places great emphasis on the quality of its dishes and how they're served. There's a good rotation of dishes, and having been there several times, I've always seen new and interesting offerings. Each dish is presented and explained with care and attention. As mentioned, the quality of the dishes is very high. The service is attentive and courteous, never intrusive. Recommended!

We enjoyed dinner for two al fresco, tables inside the air conditioned restaurant were also available but the area is pedestrian access only (at least at the time we went). We liked the luxurious feel that linen on the table provides, care that was matched in the presentation of each plate of food. Our waitress could not have been more helpful and was clearly proud of her role in explaining each dish. I asked for affogato, which wasn’t on the menu, but I wasn’t made to feel as if I was creating a problem, indeed my wife was given miniature panna cotta to keep me company. The various breads on offer were enjoyable and matched different courses. Amuse bouches are a delightful and very welcome conversation piece. The extensive wine list boasts a number of excellent local wines. If I could make one suggestion it is that, even though we take little salt, two of our dishes were under seasoned. Nevertheless we were very pleased to have chosen to eat at this restaurant and recommend it.

For someone who appreciates dining with a good wine, the Duomo offers the mystical experience. We ordered the menu with a very nice bottle of local wine. Service was very nice and one could feel the care and respect for the tasty fineries that were served! From the Couvert to the desert, it was simply perfect!

Menù cutato con piatti ben presentati e invitanti all'occhio e al palato. Ottima scelta di vini. Piacevole scelta di pane ai semi, con paté di olive e focaccina. Servizio impeccabile per efficienza, professionalità e gentilezza. Stupiti da tre extra: entrèe, pre dolcino di panna cotta al limone e dolcetti finali offerti dalla casa. Siamo stati per caso a mangiare in questo ristorante, un menù accattivante , la mia compagna ha scelto il polpo ed io la ricciola , con il pane ed i grissini fatti in casa, veramente buoni , abbiamo continuato con un cosciotto d' agnello con patate affumicate è un roast beef di tonno fantastico ( era la prima volta che lo mangiavo) . Abbiamo terminato la cena con un sorbetto al lampioni , tutta la cena è stata ottima, se mi posso permettere, consiglierei di metterein pò meno limone sulla ricciola , per il resto complimenti , una cena veramente ottima. Il conto adeguato per quello che si è mangiato e bevuto..
