I've been to many different Chili's locations over the years but it's been awhile and I've never been to this location. I've seen a few posts recently about their burgers and decided I would try them again. I sat at the bar and ordered a coke and an Old Timer with cheese. It comes with fries and I opted to order it exactly as it comes on the menu (lettuce, onion, tomato, ketchup, pickles). The burger was pretty large, was warm and tasted really good. The fries were seasoned perfectly, just a little on the saltier side, which I love! There is some kind of seasoning on the fries that adds flavor. Considering it's the same price or less than a lot of fast food burgers now it was well worth it.

When they serve those sizzling fajitas, let me tell you, your mouth starts sizzling too. Highly recommend the chicken fajitas. The service at this location is great.

Thomas was an amazing waiter and unlike anyone my family and I have encountered lately on our dining outings. He was very kind, energetic, funny, and attentive to all of our needs while dining inside the restaurant. He’s truly an amazing person that deserves a promotion and raise. He should be the golden standard for service in the restaurant business. Thanks for making my family and I feel welcomed, comfortable, and happy while dining.

Had a lovely great time at the Chili's me and my teenage awesome son walked over paid a visit to the neighborhood Chili's in Allen Texas the food was fast to the table presentable edible and tasty my boy was happy and hell so was I!

Alondra and Elijah were both super attentive and everyone was really nice! All of the staff here was super friendly, whoever manages this location should be proud to have such an amazing team :)

This Chili's location was perhaps the best I have been to in recent memory. Our server was delightful; he chatted with us but was not overwhelming, and anticipated refilling our drinks so we never once had to ask for a refill. He was great at making us feel at ease, especially when I brought up my own dietary restriction. He told me he could could adapt almost any order to it, and reassured me that it wasn't a problem. He also pointed out that there is a kiosk that would have nutrition in formation available on it if I needed it. The experience was great!

We came with a group of about 20 young adults after church service. They were quick to seat us and the server, Bri was very attentive. She was AMAZING. 100/10 Best server I’ve ever seen. She was so polite and proactive.

The place was pretty busy with the atmosphere of being the only one that made a difference. The steak 🥩 was over cooked. I ordered med well and got well done but ate it any way the server was on the mark of keeping my drink full. Although she had several tables it was like I was her only customer. She showed me how to update my account info in the kiosk for their club and for the reward club she was very knowledgeable about what was going on.

The food was great. I travel a lot for work and sometimes food has poor quality. But I can ALWAYS trust that the food quality is perfect. And, it tastes EXACTLY the same no matter where the restaurant is located.

Ordered delivery through door dash. Driver picked up the food but never delivered to me. Called chilis and talked to the manager (I forgot to get her name). I just wanted my money back and settle for pb&j sandwich at home. Instead the manager offered to refund AND remake a new order for me to come pick it up. Easy deal. My family and I came to Chili's for lunch on July 13th. Our server was Thomas, he went above and beyond. He is extremely kind and an excellent server. He made sure we were taken care of and always had a smile on his face. We were incredibly lucky to have him as a server and will request him glint forward. He deserves recognition because in today's time kindness is worth its weight in gold.

I come here frequently with my husband when we have enough spare cash for a night out. The servers are always friendly and the food is reliable and delicious. The 3 for Me is our go-to, because it is so much food for a good price.

Anfony and crystal are both great servers, both always keep up on us and do more then the bare minimum for the table. But not to say everyone at this Chili's isn't great.

The host, Joanna, was amazing — she was so friendly, welcoming, and upbeat! She made us feel right at home as soon as we walked in. Great first impression and excellent service all around!

I really enjoy getting the chicken quesadillas here. They have good portion size. They also have some great chocolate deserts with ice cream. It's honestly great quality food at an affordable price. If I were to only change one thing, it would be to keep the restaurant a little warmer, the AC was a bit too strong. More importantly, this is a positive review. I am also leaving this review for Maranda, the Manager of the establishment. She deserves all the recognition she deserves. I had a dispute with another customer at the bar, who made me uncomfortably frustrated with my dinner experience. However, Maranda handled it flawlessly. She made things right for me. There is really no critique as it was perfect. For these reasons, I continue coming to Chilis. And before she spoke with me, I was not going to return. She is the reason I am still a customer here. Not only did she make my voice feel valued and heard, but she actually addressed the issue. It was not a case of fake "appeasement" it was a solid "solution". Quite honestly, Maranda in my opinion is everything any manager should aspire to be. This is evident not just in her words, but in her actions, and the way she speaks to customers eloquently. She has great people skills. In brief, some words to describe Maranda would be integrity, kind, respectful, professional and empathetic. For anyone in upper management reading this... Maranda knows what she is doing, and many lessons can be learned from her that should be taught on a corporate level for basic manager training. Because i have been to other locations of yours, and I can't always say the same. Thank you Maranda, God Bless you. You made my day.

This is hands-down the best location. From the host to the servers, service is friendly and on point. The food is consistently great. My personal favorite is the chicken fajitas. Big portions of chicken, onions and peppers. It's the best. I also like the new queso. I had a free bowl on my loyalty account so I gave it a try. It was great. Personally I like the new queso over the skillet queso. As far as those crying about not going back to Chili's over the loss of skillet queso, they need to put their big boy pants on and get over it. Chili's offers so much more than queso. Great job guys!

And another very special thanks to the host Judo, I had a particularly bad nosebleed and i went back in to the building to try and to go to the bathroom to grab a couple napkins to cover my nose and hopefully clean up he was there and he went out of his way to grab some napkins and a towel for me and was making sure i was ok. Our server, Daniel, greeted us with a cheerful attitude and and was smiling and attentive thru the meal. Unfortunately, the pasta I ordered did not taste like it usually does. He was quick to offer potential solutions. The manager, Judo, was quick to come see what he could do. One of the top Chilli’s you can visit . Clean , spacious , has a great design with a nice bar area and lots of TVs . Even game audio is available. The food is of high quality and has the usual favorites . Nachos , wings etc Had the mushroom and Swiss burgers , Cajun pasta and the chicken sandwich . All of good food quality . Molten cake dessert is also great. Lots of beer draft selections and liquors .

Honestly chillies is one of the few restaurants that is still insanely cheap and has good deals. Chilles doesn’t get enough credit. Its genuinely good and the service is good. My only complaint is the lemonade tasted watered down but I ain’t gonna complain because with inflation this is on of the only affordable places left.

The most memorable aspect of a Saturday evening dining experience was the atmosphere. So many locals out and enjoying football games and sports. We had the Fajita trio and chicken tortilla soup. Waitress was excellent and gave me amble lemonade refills. 👍 Best Chili’s experience I’ve had so far.

we came in last night as a party of about 40 was being served and we were told there would be a 45 minute wait. we decided to wait around cause i had a feeling they were over quoting the wait time to pace the kitchen. the wait ended up being just 15 minutes. as a previous manager of a restaurant, i can’t help but wonder how many customers they scared away with that wait time. i believe you should seat empty tables so that guests can wait at a table and just explain that the kitchen is catching up from a large party. anyway. the service and the food was great. honestly, my only single complaint was how many times our server called us all “baby”. to my kids, that’s sweet. to myself, it seemed insincere and made me feel like i was in daycare. to my husband, i would say it was disrespectful had she not said it to us all about 45 times. it just felt like overkill. again, previously being in the service industry, i believe “baby” is not how you address adults. especially to a man sitting beside his significant other… might say it to the wrong couple one day. i am sure it’s just her habit, but maybe she could practice different replies. price was good and atmosphere was that of every other chili’s.

It's an alright Chili's. This one in particular seems to be in the habit of occassionally getting orders wrong, or bringing out food slightly warm and not piping hot, but this is ultimately like complaining they basted my lobster in only 1 lb of butter and not 2 lb's of butter! The food was okay, probably overpriced for what you are getting. I got the Smokehouse Combo with two choices, but I wish I got the 10.99 meal instead. The service was amazing! Went last Sunday to celebrate a reward my husband got from work. We were highly disappointed when his sliders came bathed in onions. We asked for no onions, he's allergic. This experience was handled in the worst way ever. There was plenty of staff so there was no excuse for the way things played out. It's sad that my husband still has money on his gift card but we dont want another bad experience. Hope Chili's does better next time.

My wife ordered the top sirloin steak plate, she ordered it well done. When it arrived, the server asked if my wife would like to cut it to check it. She did, and the steak was done medium; almost medium rare. Sent it back. Came back, still medium. Sent it back. Came back not quite medium well. Sent it back. Came back, still a lot of pink. Fourth time was the charm! Server handled the situation well. Delicious steak in spite of all the round trips. The loaded mashed potatoes were great; not too "loaded."

They have been taking out items off their menu's. I used to go almost every week but since they changed the menu, I've stopped visiting less and less. My favorite was the street corn. I dont know why they do that to their customers.

Hadn't been to Chili's in several years and decided to give it another try. BIG mistake. Horrible service, generic & boring atmosphere, and unruly & loud patrons (many but not all with their parents). Could never get our server's attention (she expertly avoided eye contact and shouts of "Excuse me!") and finally flagged down the host. I'm only giving two stars because the burgers met expectations. Certainly not memorable, however. And what's with not including prices of any alcoholic beverages on the menu? The icing on the cake was being charged $3 for a "game" on the table console that we did not use. Probably some unruly child playing it before his parents realized they were missing.

One of the male waiters came by my table to flirt for no reason and then the manager there came to tell me to turn my phone call down. I am a vet with hearing loss so I have to have my phone on speaker when on phone calls also I was not bothering anybody because again I was just talking on the phone. The bartender was amazing! But the hostess and the guy helping the bartender were so rude. To begin, the hostess handed me the menus and told me to sit wherever I wanted to. I don’t even know where to begin on this epic fail, so I’ll start from the top. We sat in a booth in the dining room. The light above that booth has been out for months now every time I go in there that light has been broken still hasn’t been fixed so you’re sitting in a pretty dimly lit booth. We ordered our food for the three of us and one dish came out with the chicken absolutely cold, not freezer cold but like it’s been cooked and sat out for a couple hours. Maybe they were in a rush to serve and forgot to reheat but either way it came out bone cold. Makes me wonder how long that food sits there absolutely cooked and grilled throughout the day. Then the manager came by to ask what the problem was and upon explaining that the chicken was cold, she said well, I’m shocked we always keep it heated. I share the same sentiment with you, shocked as well that you would serve a dish cold. Ended up sending it back to get reheated, but it took another 15 minutes or so before We decided just to split the two meals that we ordered amongst the three of us. So one of us didn’t get to have the meal they wanted. That order got taken off the check. When the check came another sticker shock. 2 teas and a soda all over $3 each, chips and queso, two triple dippers for a grand total of over $50! $50 at Chilis????? $3 for tea??? I get the current state of economy but seems a bit extreme. Long story short, I bid farewell to chilis. That type of customer service and experience isn’t worth the money you’re charging. Zero complaints about the waitress, she was spot on with everything and had zero to do with any of this.

Delivery drivers worst nightmare! I came in to pick up an order for Uber Eats. The worker didn’t even acknowledge me for the first solid 4 minutes I was standing there. They then proceeded to tell me they didn’t have an order under the name I gave for the pick up. The manager, Debby, informed me that the order had already been picked up. I asked her if they verify orders that get picked up and she said no. There is a rack by the door and people just come in and grab orders. I asked why they allow that and don’t verify names for pick ups and she just rudely shrugged her shoulders and said well that’s just how it is and people steal food sometimes. This is how management at chilis handles stolen/missing food orders. They just allow it to happen and don’t apologize or do anything to make it right. This location really needs a better system in place for handling to go food orders because this is absolutely ridiculous. Do not accept orders from here and honestly just the customer service in general was awful. Do better Chilis.

They delivered 8 boneless wings... No worries... We waited for the new wings.. which took about 20 minutes after the mistake... The reason I mentioned this part is because both the new wings and the drinks we ordered came to our table at the same time. Not very good. However, we like chilli's so we decided to overlook it. We ordered like normal, not going into detail but I order a steak medium... It came back well done... Called over the waitress and had them remake it... It took 30 minutes to get a new steak. Which was not medium it was medium well... Left it alone because I was hungry at that time. Anyway, I wasn't very happy with the good and service. Could be a one time thing.. who knows but it wasn't a good experience.

We used to always eat at this location until last night. We sat down, our waitress came over super quick to get our drink order, she brought us a drink with tons of ice from the bar, we asked her for the next drink with not as much ice, she responded, well I don't make the drinks. So unprofessional and tacky. My husband said don't worry about it, I'll stick with water. She had made us mad at this point. We were already eating our appetizer. She said let me take this off your bill because she knew we were not happy with her attitude, the manager came over and still charged us for the 2 drinks and appetizer and said I'll talk to her. He's even more pathetic. We aren't free loaders, but when a customer isn't happy, you take care of them. Needless to say she got $0 for a tip. We won't be back.

My son and his girlfriend came in on his birthday. The chicken strips were raw and they both got food poisoning. I wish I would've been there to complain, but I'll just leave this review instead.

Horrible ! Order online no dipping sauces, can’t even serve the food properly and I got like 3 fries this a $15 dollar plate and this is what you get ! Horrible place to go to

This was by far the worst chili's I've ever experienced. It was filthy with funk from the 90's grand opening. The staff was unprofessional, disheveled & inattentive with the manager sporting bad "bed head." The food was terrible. I mean TERRIBLE. We'd already complained about the huge chunks of veiny fat in the brisket burger so we were too embarrassed to send back the bland, stale fajita nachos but the waitress should have picked up on that when we turned down a to-go box for the full plate she cleared off.

The manager told us they do not accept Google reservations but they sent us a reservation confirmation and after we left they cancelled on us. Manager was rude. Seems to be cannot handle the pressure of the demand or does not how their own system works.

The manager Jason is a joke! Picked up Togo order only to get home to cold food fries were still frozen ( I ordered loaded mash potatoes) no bacon on burger no toppings on chicken sandwich and guess what frozen fries! Called the restaurant to explain issue manager was rude and kept cutting me off and gas lighted me and stated I was being aggressive it’s 930pm and my food is frozen!!!!! He hangs up on me and my wife calls back and the manager once again kept cutting my wife off not letting her speak and was like I was trying to give you a full refund but someone was yelling at me ( no one was yelling at him) this dude is not made for management especially for a restaurant if he’s going to be rude and scared when a customer has a issue!!! Never waisting my time and money at this location!!!! And don’t leave them cash tip he couldn’t even give me that back!

Service Terrible. We went there on a Sunday no people on line , not too crowded. We were asked how many people . We were 10 and. They told us about 30-45:miss wait. We were ok with it and then the receptionist came to us and told us that there are no available for 10 people. We politely told her it's fine to split our group 6 and 4. She said she can't do that. As I was checking the restaurants there were a lot of empty tables. I think we were discriminated based on our color/ethnicity. What a waste of time. People can really ruin your Sunday. Chilis located at McDermott and 75 Allen, Texas.

The closing manager on January 17, 2024 was incredibly rude! I got their 2 minutes after closing and he said that I was a security risk because they had already closed, even though diners were still there and I had already placed my order. I arrived 2 minutes after midnight. He was NOT friendly and very brash in his conversation. He rudely asked me for my credit card by saying, "card", not asking how I was going to pay, cash or card.....just the word "card". So I was assuming he was asking me if I was going to pay with my card or with cash so I handed him my card and he snatched it from my hand, and gave it back to me by placing it on the counter, not back in my hand. A kind of felt a certain rudeness from him when I initially called to placed the order, I almost declined going, but I went anyway. Maybe he was having a bad day, but that does NOT excuse his behavior! These are some trying times and I would absolutely not recommend this place for service.....Very disrespectful! 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

I remember Chili's having a good variety of both Tex Mex and classic American grill standards, however it seems after the pandemic a significant amount of quality was lost. While some dishes were acceptable, most were poorly made and arrived cold to our table. Our waiter was overworked, resulting in mismatched dishes and sides, and the appetizer being cold and arriving last. At my table most of us drank teas which were not properly mixed (all the syrup rested at the bottom, and the tea itself tasted watery), and the refill of Dr. Pepper arrived until we were leaving. I ordered the sirloin, which was unsalted, and my chili was oversalted. The only redeeming quality were the fries that came as a replacement of the rice on the fajitas (they had run out of rice). However, we ended up paying an extra side for these fries that were supposedly a substitution. I'm afraid this might be my last visit to Chili's unless I hear things have majorly improved.

I’ve given this location multiple chances, but service from Daniel is consistently disappointing. He’s inattentive, rarely checks back in, and leaves us waiting for long stretches. It feels like we’re being ignored every time he’s our server. This has happened often enough that it doesn’t feel like an off day — it’s become a pattern. Chili’s is usually a place we enjoy, but experiences like this make it hard to come back.

Had it to go. Fries and cheese are overly cooked. Steak was raw when asked for medium. Chicken was cold. They make you tip for curb side pick up. Horrible experience.

Don't know why and since when they have changed to put all to-go order in one plastic container, which doesn't make any sense. Fries are no longer crispy and become totally soft since they are soaked in food sauces. Entree and sides used to be separated by foil paper. Now fries have to be discarded because of their putting them together. What a waste!

Order takeout and got the triple dipper appetizer. One of the sliders had a huge bite taken out of the meat pattie. The buns were in one piece, so someone literally just took a bite of the meat, then placed it into the buns to hide it. Disgusting. Don’t eat here!

Getting rid of skillet queso is the reason we won't be going here anymore. In Texas there are far better tex-mex restaurants and we ate the bland food at Chili's only after enjoying the skillet queso. Top execs at corporate don't know the customer. And the computer payout for paying your bill takes away from the person to person interaction that causes better tips to the servers.
