Stopped by this Wetzel’s location today while shopping to grab a quick bite. I ordered the Pizza Bites with Marinara Sauce and my kid ordered the Cheesy Dog Bites with Cheese Sauce The Cheesy Dog Bites were pretty good but the Pizza Bites were horrible. They were over cooked, dry and the bottom was hard. I returned them to the store and chose another item with no issues. I appreciated the apology and great customer service! The prices have increased quite a bit. Paid $19.98 for 2 cups of pretzels with sauce, no drinks.

Great staff. Poor and cold food sadly. Wanted to like it. Plain pretzel and pretzel bites. Pretzel not edible. Bites barely.

First time here and we bought pizza pretzels and they were all burned up. Tasted awful and cinnamon pretzels had barely any cinnamon and were just not good

Over charge you for stuff check prices

My husband went to this location today at 2pm on a Tuesday, sign on the door says closed till further notice. There was an employee inside so who knows why it was closed. We had also tried a previous time on a weekend as well and they had no pretzels ready. Will not be returning.

I paid for my 3.90 order today with my credit card. After paying and asking for a receipt, I'm handed a receipt that days 8.90, five dollars added as a tip which I didn't add. So after asking them to refund it, all the kids flee to the back of the store. Then another girl apologized and refunded my "tip" as wetzel bites. I'm sure so they can keep their "tip" last week I was charged 10 dollars for my pretzel, I checked my credit card after this experience. My order was only 5 dollars, so they robbed me twice.. I was so appalled at the audacity of these kids thinking they can just steal money from their customers. And please don't reply to contact wetzels customer service. Train your employees better

Very hard to screw up something like a baked pretzel. Bavarian Grill down 75 offers them as sort of an appetizer or sorts and they are home made and cooked perfectly. So proclaiming yourself with a German name, Wetzel, and naming yourself a pretzel place - expectations are for something even close to a properly done pretzel - and aspirations that it would allow you to close your eyes and imagine mustard and the soft salty goodness of a German pretzel. Let me dissolve any and all hopes here. Nothing good, and not even beer to make up for the shoddiness you get from apathetic teenager help who gave zero care for service, quality, speed or cleanliness. One would hope of all aspects there one would shine but in this case none are present. Not only will I never return to this location, I was so insulted and disappointed that I will never return to any “Wetzel’s Half Baked Zero Cares Pretzels” ever again. Half a mind to send a letter to corporate but knowing they allow locations like this to continue operation makes be believe they would not care and just keep taking franchisees money and customer money and not care. If you come here set expectations very low and from the other reviews watch your receipt for theft.

Employee was dishonest. Before I placed my order I asked if they had a fresh batch and they assured me that they did. When in reality they sold me a stale and oily product.

Very thick and dry. Little to no taste. Too much dough. Very bad, me and my daughter only ate one bite each and put it down. Do not recommend.

We walked in and the very first thing the lady said was, "it's cash only and if you don't have cash I can't serve you." We said that's fine and we ordered. She proceeded to answer with, "actually my register is down I can't do anything." She then walked into the back like she didn't even want to sell us any food. Horrible service from the lady working there.

First of all I don’t even want to give this place a 1 star because they don’t even live up to THAT expectation. I come here with my family every single Saturday, take time out of my weekend to FINALLY eat some good wetzel pretzel just for my results to end up the same: Sorry We Out Of Wetzel Dogs!! Like what kind of business are you guys running here? Why is it that you guys can’t EVER have what you guys claim to advertise. Like my whole point is DONT ADVERTISE PRODUCTS YOU DONT HAVE OR PLAN TO MAKE!!! Every time I step foot into that establishment the workers already know what I want but not even just me but what majority of the customers want because we have children and wetzel dogs are popular. This place is not holding up to anyone expectations!! I’m new to Texas and back at home I have nothing but great reviews from Wetzel Prezel but this place right here takes the cake. I’ve been here for 3 months going on 4 and I’ve only been able to get what I want only 3 times. I DONT CARE the time of day or what day I come they never have what I want and I’m sick and tired of it. Now if the wetzel dogs is off the menu that’s fine but TAKE IT DOWN!!! Or if they making it once ever 3 hours that also fine BUT LET CUSTOMERS KNOW!!! Don’t have us wasting our time money and gas coming here and nothing is ready and/or old. What happened to great customer service? Does this company not VALUE customers anymore. Why have 5-7 employees working here when NOTHING is ready? So instead of looking at each other like y’all just started working here and how about living up to the company’s name and delivery. But I won’t even get started on y’all so called “catering” because y’all stay running out of food so like I’m confused on what y’all catering because y’all dont seem to know the needs of the business and again that’s fine maybe y’all need to close down shop and rethink about the business plan and what y’all really want to do here.

I’m only giving this place a star because COLLIN was super nice and needs to be recognized!! The other girl that was working with him around 8ish on 5/20/19 was the definition OF RUDE RUDE RUDE!!!! She should be FIRED!!! How do you hire people like her!? I hope she sees this! People should know that you will not get treated well if she’s there! Horrible horrible person definitely needs to be taught customer service !! If you want great service be sure Collin helps you. Sweetest young man and was raised well!

shop is supposed to be open at 10:00 according to Google. There are no times listed on their doors, but the doors were locked and it was clear that they had no food prepared yet. I've seen this same complaint posted multiple times. When are they going to correctly post what times they open?
