Yeah… whoever that miserable person was, looked like the manager (I could be wrong) disgusting attitude. Brought in Joe’s and ordered fries here, but refused to give us utensils saying something about how come we didn’t get any at Joe’s. Must’ve been jealous of their neighbor’s business.

Is this location 24 hours for certain people? We were otw to the door at 10:14 PM and a female crew member met us at the door and told us they were closed. With a drive thru line down the street and 18 people inside the dining room. If their customer service reflects their food, I’m glad we “missed out” on this food.

Simply asked for 2 water cups, cashier said they can't open the window in drive thru. Well the lobby is closed so why even be open if can't take money or orders or provide service?? And why all the snarky attitude?

Tried to get some food for myself and my little daughter after a long day, but was only allowed to order from a car or the app. I was on foot and I don't have a US phone and the staff refused to let me order for pickup so me and my daughter had to go back to our hotel abs to bed without a dinner.

Food was greasy, no taste. Manager was rude to her employees and would give clients a mean look, like what do you want. It's really hard for her to keep a smile at work, no customer service skills...I didn't enjoy my food like I usually would. The atmosphere was lonely while the streets were full of people. The driveway was busy only. I guess the manager can only deal with drive-thru.

Horrible service. The lady at the counter was extremely loud and trying to insult me by saying that I didn’t even know my own name. I literally ordered online to make it so simple. Just horrible

We ordered from this location using the app while in the parking lot. We waited till we got a confirmation that order was ready and got into the drive through. We get to the window and we said we've already paid and gave our name. After a few minutes of confusion by the staff they tell us the order was already picked up. We said that wasn't possible because we ordered it using their app and in the parking lot. Was told it was picked up 30 minutes ago. We ordered only 20 minutes prior. The lady argued with us about it. Horrible service for them giving our food away and treating us like we were scamming them.

Is it that hard to make fresh fries and not give customers burnt one that feel like they were left out for hours.. that rubber tuffness. I've never had mine good here. Order is always messed up,most NOT ALL of the employees are just rude there's A night guy and the lady today that couldn't understand I wanted my cup completely filled with ice ALL ICE not hard... or is it? She hands me a drink.. light Ice &overfilled to the point it was pouring off of the top of the lid and when she handed to me it was already spilling over . I grab it the whole thing just opens and Spills all over me, my car door,my car seat and on the side between the seat and the door then she starts insinuating if it's my fault. I get my food and I just head out cuz I have to clock into work and lo and behold what do I have I have a bag of burnt french fries five overly cooked chicken strips and only two sauces. If it wasn't for this place being right next door to my job I would give it absolutely no business at all because I'm angrier more than I am satisfied each time that's not customer service it's not how you run a business I don't know how you're still open

Food normal as any other Jack. The drive tru service is good. BUT THEY REALLY NEED TO CLEAN THAT SODA FOUNTAIN. I got an Orange drink that had some dark things that looked like mold. If it would had being a coke no one had notice it.
