Your normal eats as any other Sonic it all tastes the same. Staff is friendly and accommodating. The app didn’t work tonight so I was able to order when I arrived and the wait was 13 minutes. My order on my drink was wrong and they corrected it with a size larger 😊. Very kind!

First time trying the super sonic burrito 🌯, it's huge it has egg, jalapenos, tomatos , onions , tater tots, cheddar cheese with sausage. I'm impressed with sonic y'all have great breakfast burritos. 100 💯 satisfaction 😄

I’m submitting my reviews backwards - let me start by saying, this is my third Sonic in 1.5 weeks that I’ve eaten at and I am happy to say, I have not been disappointed. As a kid, Sonic was the go to. Something changed in the quality over the years where the food was saturated in grease and the smell was unappealing. Due to the that, I hadn’t Sonic in maybe 10+ years. Being my third location, in a week and a half, the moment my food arrived, wow! Quality is on point! The buns have a slight sweetness (not like overly sweet), the tomatoes and lettuce were bright and flavorful, the cheese was normal, and the fries weren’t soggy with oil plus the limeade diet with easy ice was cool. The gal with the green nail polish that gave me my food, I wish I could recall your name (I’m sorry) checked back in after I threw my trash away and asked how it was. I said, ‘Amazing… so good’ - add additional adjectives to understand how remarkable it was. Any who, thanks for a great third experience! I’ve told three people already😝.

Ordered a new menu item from the app. My carhop was not only a skillful roller skater, flawless execution and fun to watch, she also was very professional and product knowledge was impressive. I wanted to order again just to watch her skate. When she finished with her delivery of my order she looked behind her back and skated backwards to do it again with her next delivery. I'll be back

I’ve known about Sonic since back in 2001 when I lived in Georgia, so you can imagine my excitement when I found out they were opening a location here in California! It’s like getting a little piece of my memory back. Now, let me tell you, my absolute favorite thing to eat at Sonic is their ice cream. Specifically, anything with Reese's. I always go for extra Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups because, in my opinion, it just tastes better that way! But honestly, the ice cream alone is worth the trip. 🍦 If I’m in the mood for something savory, their coney dogs hit the spot every time. I like pairing them with a strawberry nerd slush or a grape slush—definitely a fun, sweet combo. There was a time when I came here almost every day to try something new off their menu. The variety is huge, and I got to taste everything from breakfast items to lunch to their desserts (which are my absolute favorite). If I had to pick my second favorite, it’d be the coney or Chicago dogs, but desserts take the crown for me! What really adds to the experience is the nostalgic touch of the rollerblading servers. I love the old-school vibe and how they’ll skate your food to you—it’s a nice reminder of the good ol’ days of our grandparents time- being here sort of gives it an old-timey vibe from the 60's. Keep in mind, this place can get pretty crowded on weekends or late at night, so be ready to wait a bit. But overall, if you’re craving classic American comfort food, this is the spot to hit up! 😋

Another sonic that really represents! The only 2 issues, once my order was delivered I couldn't get them to respond after I pressed the red button, they had sent me the tots instead of the fries I ordered, and I was gonna let that slide till I figured out there wasn't any ketchup so I hit the call button and waited what I thought was a very reasonable time but I had things I had to do besides waiting on service, especially after I let the girl keep the change, over 4.00 is a pretty good tip. A 20.00 meal should have been a bit more enjoyable, but I ended up throwing the tots in the trash and didn't finish the burger either . They had really good shakes though! Maybe next time somewhere else, I'll get what I order, and won't tip as much before hand. Tips are gratitude for service, they go hand in hand, if there is none, there won't be one, and many times I'll let it slide because of the shear volume of people that go to these places , but that day it was me and maybe 2 more cars. Oh well, live and learn.

There were problems with the 1st 2 order stalls I tried to use requiring me to move. This was difficult as the site was very busy and I had to wait for a stall to open up. When I did get to order it took longer to be delivered but I attributed that to the number of orders being processed and filled. No restaurant should have to apologize for having an excess of customers.

This place used to be really good, but I don’t know if management changed or what happened, but they are going downhill quick. Over cooked burgers, getting the orders wrong, and taking forever to even get you your order. Oh yeah, and the slushy machine has been out for weeks. That’s the main reason I even go to Sonic in the first place.

I hate they took away alot of the stalls for mobile orders. Also it took over 5 mins for them to answer the red button. I'm not sure what was the issue. But it just a drink it almost took 20 mins to get.

Just got back home from this Sonic on Lamar. The Sonic I have been going to my whole life and as I was throwing my hot fudge sundae a worker come up to me on my way back to my car and said ,”I just wanted to tell you that if you get sick in two months and it is because our food. It is just really dirt in there where we cook the food that’s all.” I don’t understand why you would say that to a costumer unless you want to make them not come back. I will no longer be coming back to this sonic location and it sucks because the guy that gave me my food was very nice and the food was amazing.

I only ordered a shake, but it took almost 30 minutes for me to get it. The kiosk I ordered from was broken as well. It would not let me press on any of the options on screen. I understand there were other customers, but my order wasn’t complex. I essentially ordered ice cream in a cup. That takes a minute to make maybe 2 or 3 minutes at most. The guy who brought me my shake was a pretty cool guy though. I just thought it was a little ridiculous to have me wait that long for an order so simplistic. I’ve been to other Sonics that were packed while requesting the same order and I got my order way faster with way more traffic at multiple other Sonics. Overall, it’s a decent spot, but I wouldn’t necessarily make this one my preferred Sonic.

We've tried this location twice now as it's the closest sonic to us (about 20 minutes). Sometimes you're just craving a slush or one of their other "staples". Unfortunately, this location has gotten our order very wrong both times, bringing us the completely wrong orders. They've gotten attitude and been VERY rude with us both times when we've requested for our actual order to be brought out (as both times they've given us totally wrong orders). This last time, they finally brought what appeared to be the right order...and everything was still wrong, causing us to have to ask for additional assistance as they only got 1 item correct (the rest were nothing like what we ordered...). One of our slushes had the popping bubbles. They literally gave us 90% sprite, a little flavor, and 3 popping bubbles in the entire cup (they messed our slushes up last time too). Since they got upset when we asked if they could remake it or just add the bubbles, we asked if they could bring us the popping bubbles in a cup so we could add them. The attitudes got ruder, and they refused to even speak to us when they brought them out. 🤷🏻‍♂️ We still didn't get the order completely correct, but we just left since we'd already been there for almost 30 minutes and they clearly weren't wanting to help. I know some people get angry with this stuff...that's not me. We were kind and soft in asking for assistance and understand people have bad days and things happen outside your control. They were decently busy this time (busier than the last time we went)...but they still weren't nice and got our orders wrong when we were only 1 of 2, cars there the 1st time. Overall, we love sonic for a nostalgic, comfort, cheat type of meal. Last night, we had a cheeseburger meal with a medium tot and a large slush. We also had a chili cheese footlong with mozzarella sticks and a large slush, and a garlic butter cheese burger (no side or drink). The total was $42.05 (🫠) - disclaimer: they also took our receipt after handing us some items we didn't ask for and then taking them back after we said we didn't order them (not sure if we were wrongly charged as they then took the receipt and didn't give it back). The service...we'll go get the same or more food for less money on a greasy burger from Habit, red robin, five guys, or somewhere else next time unfortunately.

NO PARKING!!! Half the non existent parking is restricted to App order pick up. Full.. the other half Full. Had to go through the drive-thru, food was okay, pickle slush was too sweet for me but still good. This was my 1st time ever at a Sonic. I'm a little disappointed. I will stay home and cook for myself next time.

When I got my blast it tasted kinda sour, I had my boyfriend try it and he too thought it tasted sour. I barely had 2 bites of it and had to throw it out. I didn’t get a receipt so I wasn’t able to get my money back.

I usually go to this Sonic regularly because it's close by my place of work and I was very disappointed this morning in regards to the quality of this chicken sandwich in the bacon you know I was expecting fresh chicken sandwich nice fresh bacon and the bacon looked burnt and disgusting I just am very disappointed and if the $32 that I spent on my order I definitely would like a refund a gift card or something this is not okay and I asked for medium drink I got a kid's drink and I asked for a pretzel I didn't get the pretzel it's ridiculous... 😢

I ordered my food at 12:27, didnt get my food until 12:55. Pissed me off, especially when i ordered 3 corn dogs with mustard, and a chicken sandwhich, there was 0 mustard (requested 5) and the sandwhich was destroyed like someone with Park's made it.

Apparently workers are more sensitive about a paying customer tapping on their horn to inquire about why their order that was supposed to be ready 10 minutes ago still hasn't come out, than actually making the simple drink order isn't watered down mess by the time he decides to bring it out. Came inside just trying to pass the time while my son is playing basketball across the street. Ordered a crispy tender dinner biggest one they had was 5 piece thinking for 14 bucks it'd be a good amount but I got 5 BABY tenders 1 piece of toast 1 onion and a few tater tots lol so sad looking my and my wife just kinda laughed... and then my other son ordered a hot fudge shake for 6.49 for a small and there's barely any fudge and it was definitely small. I usually don't leave reviews but Golly man for 23$ and I got this sad looking box kinds had to... i guess I'll stick with the burgers here??

So I had to take my son to the bathroom at this location while we waiting for our food. Homeless people inside begging for money and the bathrooms were disgusting. Poop on the toilet and the sink was gross too. Where do the people who work here go to the bathroom? How are they ok with this? It's not just a one time thing. You can walk into this bathroom any given time and it would look like this. I love the drinks... I worry for my health though if the associates are using the bathrooms that look like this and then handle my food. 🤢🤮 Don't believe me, look for yourself.

We waited 15 to 20 minutes for our food just for it to taste old and like a Luke warm temperature. I bought the largest sonic oreo pieces blast (milkshake) they had and it had very very minimal oreo pieces, 7$ for a huge cup of vanilla ice cream. This place is dumb. It should be a drive up, but they only have a few slots that are always full. Or you could do the mobile order, except we don't have the app, and we're currently blocking traffic, and there isn't a spot anyway. Or you do do the drive through that isn't really a drive through. Or you could eat inside, if there was parking, but there isn't. All the ordering options are also piled on top of each other, so they're all in the way of each other, so it's extra inconvenient. Why? I’m not a person to be a Karen and write nasty reviews on a restaurant but this person on the headset was extremely rude to me. When I first pulled up I told them i have a coupon for a free burrito because they were closed when I tried to order yesterday. She said, I’m having trouble hearing you, so naturally I repeated myself a bit louder. She said Alright sir! I’ll be right out. I told her it’s Mam and she said nothing. I wanted to order more food but she cut me off, didn’t ask me if I wanted anything else or anything. Well the server came out to my car and she was super sweet and I told her about what happened and she offered to talk to a manager for me. I was like, Is that woman the manager and she said yes, she’s the only one here. I said well I was gonna order more food but I’d rather take my business else where and she said she doesn’t blame me and that she’s only here for the money. I’m a server myself and no one deserves this type of treatment. I would not recommend anyone go to the sonic on Lamar they are extremely unprofessional and rude and need better management.

This is the worst sonic I have ever been to. I pressed the button and it took about 5 minutes for them to answer. Then once the young lady did answer she was rude and kept putting me on hold. Then after 15 minutes or so I just left because the only thing I ordered was a drink.

Terrible place. If you show up an hour before they close, they will not take your orders. I repeat, They will NOT take your order!! They stand there and look at you and you can push all the buttons and they lock the doors and start cleaning. Hours should be changed to closes at 11pm. 🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫

Short staffed , and they don’t put your food in one bag . They just hand you the hot dog without a bag. Sometimes the cheese of your hot dog pulls off with the foil . When you ask the manager to accommodate you for an order you’re paying for they don’t want to . Very slow and short staffed

How could it get any worse?! My order was 2 drinks (unsweet tea and a root beer). I ordered on the app and tipped $1.00. What followed is straight out of the twilight zone. 15 minute later the carhop comes and hands me an unsweet tea with ZERO ice and no straw. He says sorry we are out of the root beer. He just stands there. After starring at him for what seemed like an entire minutes, he said well like would you like something instead or are you good. I bite my tongue and say, no problem, can I get a coke. He comes back with a warm flat coke, with ZERO ice, and 1 straw. He tells me to have a good day. I had to stop him and ask for a straw. I guess Sonic decided today it no longer wanted to be the drink stop. Skip this Sonic. I recommend the QT across the way.

We were at this sonic at 10:45pm this Monday night(Aug 14)Pushed button alittle after. There was others parked and waiting for there food. Our button went off at 10:50pm. We told them we were park at 10:45 and "why did u turn off light on button?" They replied " it's 11 pm and were close." It was not 11pm when we drove up. We had a hungry 5 yr in car. Ordered using the app. Arrived on time. Took 20 minutes just to get my call light answered! After another 10-15 minutes watching multiple cars get their orders, we pulled the car hop to the car to ask. Was told they were the only car hop and we had a lot of drink orders…. We had two drinks and an ice cream. Brought our drinks to us and asked what the ice cream was. Well I ordered a blast and customized it. The frozen lemonade was no longer frozen. The iced coffee doesn’t have my special add ins and is so watered down it’s like water coffee(I asked for light ice). It was also several inches from the rim. He remade my ice cream bc he said it was soup. I showed him the order and asked if he needed a ss of it and he said he’d remember….. nope. Definitely not what I ordered. All in all we were almost an hour into the ordeal and left super disappointed. Used to if you had a wait like that, they’d give out a drink token or something. It was busy as we were leaving. However when we first arrived there were 5-7 cars in the parking lot. One car hop or not, the wait time does not justify what we went through. Our order was clearly ready for a while just sitting there.

I ordered and paid for two slushes online, and I abandoned the order after 45 minutes. Nobody would pick up the phone or come out of the building. Several cars pulled up and left while I was there. Others were getting out of their cars and questioning other customers as to what was happening. I drove to another sonic and received my order immediately (after having to pay again). I've had many problems at this location--I will not stop again. It's a shame, with it's proximity to Six Flags and all.

Wow, got my face snapped off by a tall male employee, I guess he's offended that I simply exist because I didn't do or say a thing to him to provoke that kind of antisocial tirade. Definitely will not be back. Feel sorry for the other employees who have to work with such a nasty character. Hope life gets better for you, man.

I pulled into this Sonic and called my girlfriend to see what she and my son wanted. That was at 9:03pm and it was a 2 minute call. I pushed the red button and the screen said it was activated at 9:05. I never got a response after 15 minutes and moved from stall 1 to stall 3 and pushed the button. I waited another 7 minutes before I heard them answer the call on stall 1, then stall 2 (who has also been waiting longer then me) and then finally my stall. They didn’t apologize for the wait and offered no discount. I’m still waiting on 3 drinks as I’m writing this 10 minutes later!! That is ALL I ORDERED! There are 5 of 6 employees inside and 4 cars at this location! What in the world is going on in this place?! Long waits happen here all the time. Even when ordering on UberEats and the driver has to wait forever. I’ve had to call the location to get them to bring the food to my delivery driver. This place is absolutely awful. I wish there was another one closer to my place.

This location might be overwhelmed and understaffed. We placed our order at 5:09pm and after waiting about 20 minutes for our online order we get a message in the screen that someone was on their way with our order. After waiting about 5-7 minutes no one showed up. My husband hit out of the car to see what was going on. An employee talked with my husband. He was defensive and of course I would be if I was understaffed but at the same time I would apologize and say we are doing our best and bring it out as soon as we can. Still don’t have our order.

I’m not sure what they’re doing inside but I have never had to wait for more than a few minutes at the button. I placed an online order in advance and it took well over 20 minutes for anyone to respond to the button. I can see people inside but clearly they are not in a rush and do not care as many other cars around us are having the same issue and leaving. If I had not already paid for the drinks I would have left long ago. Edit: I had to go up myself and knock on the door to get someone. According to the ticket my order had been ready for 28 minutes and sitting on the counter. The shakes were melted and one was made wrong. I would give less than one star if possible.

I decided to give this location a second chance. I've been sitting in the bay with the button pressed for 15 mins. When the lady finally answered she had an attitude immediately. She was rude and had zero customer service skills. And sonic instead of asking everyone to escalate, call a number to leave another review. How about you notice the trend here and send someone from corporate to try this location out them selves. A blind audit during lunch time would get first hand experience.

Worst Sonic I've ever been to. We stopped there after an event around 11:45 pm and waited to place our order. 10 minutes later they turned off the lights without ever having taken our order. We could see them laughing and playing around while cleaning. We left. Based on other reviews, corporate needs to overhaul this location or close it

Now I normally pass by all the Sonics in the area to go to this one but after today….. I sat 15 mins just waiting then moved to another stall and waited about 5 mins to make my order. When I received my order I received a kid fry in a combo and the fries looked like a experiment. They were dry and crunchy every single one of them and my sandwich wasn’t hot at all. Im so disappointed!

ordered online pickup. said pickup will be ready at 12:04. here i am at 12:25 still waiting for my pickup. i have a 30 minute lunch break so i do online pickup so it’s ready by the time my break starts but by the time i get my food my lunch break is over. nice job sonic!

This company has definitely gone downhill, and this location particularly is full of disfunction and chaos. Don’t expect to get someone to take your order for at least 20 minutes (if you’re lucky), don’t expect to wait less than another 30 minutes for your goods (regardless of what or how much you ordered), and lastly, don’t expect to get the order that you asked for. The workers look like they are actively high and verrrrry slooooow NOT A JOKE. The manager didn’t think anything was wrong with business and wouldn’t hear out why I would be waiting 45 minutes for only 2 drinks and some ice cream. Finally got a call back from corporate I assume and she was also completely useless and a waste of time. Did not help an inch and showed zero understanding, she clearly deserved nothing better than a terrible survey she had received. I have nothing else to believe besides the company must be on a steep decline because they no longer deserve my time, money, or business. One star, would have gone lower if I could’ve.

Waited 15 minutes before someone got my order, they were unpleasant & I didn’t say a word about it then the girl with glasses showed up with my food saying everyone in front of me had online orders when I finally got my food. There were 5 people to show up after I did & already left before I even got my food. She was not kind & did not even apologize. Where did the customer service go?! And if you are going to be that far behind at a fast food joint then you need to figure out what you’re doing wrong.

If I could give zero stars, I would. We got there 15 minutes before closing and immediately pressed the red button, at which point the staff proceeded to ignore us long enough to de-press the red button. We noticed immediately and pressed the red button again, and when the staff member noticed (immediately, I might add, considering they previously ignored us for fifteen minutes), we were told in a very rude tone that they were closed. When we reminded the staff member that we had been waiting to place an order for fifteen minutes, we were told to call the manager because they were not taking our order. My family and I will not be returning to this location, as service at this location has been going downhill for months, and this was 100% the last straw.

Took like 10 minutes to start taking our order and another 20 minutes to get our two basic shakes. All the while we saw everyone in there just talking and messing around not doing anything. A customer in a spot next to us moved 2 or three times to different spots the whole time we were waiting before someone helped him. This happens everytime, and based on the reviews, it happens all the time to everyone.

I was very pissed we waited 25 minutes for our order that we ordered online then pressed the button to see what was taking forever and no one answered for another 10 minutes they finally came out with our order and was missing a whole blizzard and two drinks and another drink was just wrong. I was very displeased and the carhop was also very rude and talked to us like we were his lil friends instead of giving us good customer service. Overall this place was nowhere near perfect and wasn’t even an okay place.

Showed up at midnight, an hour before they closed. I Was told they are only doing fried food because they have already started cleaning the grill, witch was really unfortunately because I hoping to get some real food after work. The person on the other side of the intercom was really nice and said, they will stop cleaning it so we could get some burgers, witch was very much appreciated until we got home, amd stared to eat the burgers. My husband's was ice cold, mine was so dried out and un edible, I'm 7 months pergnant and didn't eat it in fear of getting sick from a burger that was ethier siting there and the warmed up or just poor food handling skills, in the end we should of just took our business elsewhere. Don't go to this location if you want a edible meal.

Just waited 27 minutes at this location for a smasher and an order of fries. When we noticed that everyone around us had come and gone, we hit the button again, asked someone in the back the status of our order, they said they had to check with the cook. A minute later, they came back and said our order was skipped over and they were making it now. After sitting for 25 minutes and only being noticed when we brought it to their attention, we requested a refund and that we be brought our food for the inconvenience. They said the had to check with the manager, someone else got on said they couldn’t process a refund without a charge…. I can’t even make that make sense… we’d already paid. I’ve worked in food service, customer service, retail… If the location’s manager doesn’t notice that her employees are incompetent-the carhops that repeatedly walked past a car that no one had brought food to, the cook in the back that lost the our ticket with the order on it and the manager who is supposed to be supervising everything, then she’s incompetent too. Will not be returning here.

Swiped my card for someone else's order. Did not provide me any proof that my refund was issued back to my card the staff lied. 19 mins later in between orders and another worker came out blaming previous worker when he was the one who took the order. I then waited longer as the went to get the Mgr which it was the oldest trick in the book(another co worker). The burger smelled sour and made me sick !!!

Not sure what the problem is. I'm not a fan of tomatoes and I specifically said NO TOMATOES! I ALSO ADDED BACON! And I didnt get that either. My drink was also wrong. 0 stars! I come to this sonic at least once a month to be opened minded to better service quality each time I come and I’m let down every time. This time specifically I placed an order on the mobile app. I arrived 5 mins after the estimated pick up time and waited 15-20mins just for my food to come out wrong. I sent my food back TWICE!!! I ordered 2 of the new Bacon Deluxe Double Sonic Smasher combos and got two regular Double Smashers. One had a sweet tea and they said they didn’t have sugar so I had to choose a different drink. I sent the burgers back and all they did was put bacon on the burger with no vegetables. So I went to the door to have it remade completely and they brought me back both burgers cold but made properly now. I’m very agitated because I have issues EVERY-TIME I come and leave unsatisfied. This locations needs more and new staff, better food quality, and better customer service. THIS IS RIDICULOUS.

Pulled up ordered a shake. Waited 15 minutes and pressed the red button to ask why it never showed up on the screen and the guy told me I'll bring an iPad out when it's ready, there is one other car waiting. Waited 15 more minutes and nobody came pulled around to the window and there just 3 employees inside chilling. Really service is awful

I ordered a sonic blast, but after not receiving it for 5-6 minutes (they were not busy), I called back on the speaker, only to be told it was coming right out. Another 5-6 minutes later, I called again a second time, to be told it had already melted because They couldn’t find me at the stall where I ordered from. I had been here the whole time. Very aggravating to waste this much time when people don’t know what they’re doing!

Sonic (or at least this one) has just given up it seems... the workers I've encountered are great people but the quality of the food and the timeliness of service is terrible. 1 tiny chicken tender in a chicken wrap that has more open space & opportunity than anything else. The drinks are watery or lacking flavor. Is this the quality sonic is fine with now? The app is one of the worst I've ever seen as well. It's just so sad to see. What do you do that stands out at this point?

We placed a mobile order for drinks that was supposed to be ready at 3:23. We waited 20 minutes before pushing the button, but they never answered. After 30 minutes we went to the door and got the drinks ourselves, which were sitting with multiple other orders on a table. Noah was helpful and got us our order quickly once we were up there. But they definitely need more employees at this location if they're struggling to keep up during non-peak times.

I drove to the sonic near my home and at 5:34pm I ordered a medium fry with a route forty four cup of ice in my app. My order was supposed to be ready and at my car by 5:40pm but never came. At 5:58pm I still had not received my order so I called the store and no one answered the phone. When I called a second time a lady answered after the third ring. I told her what stall I was in and that I had been waiting for over 15 minutes for my order and it had not came yet. She asked me the separate times what my stall number was and by the third time I told her ma'am for the third time my stall is 25. She hung up on me and after another five minutes she brought my order out to me. When I drove off I opened my bag only to find my fries were lukewarm and greasy. This was extremely frustrating to me because I had a very small and easy order that should not have taken that long to make especially when I'm seeing other vehicles come in after me and leave before me with their orders. I didn't feel like wasting more gas to go back so I just toss the fries into the trash because I refused to eat them that way. This kind of service is absolutely unacceptable and yes I am an unhappy customer.

Too expensive to get old food. Burger wasn't fresh. Neither were the tots. The cheddar peppers were OK and at least fresh. Limeade doesn't taste like limeade. More like carbonated water with a couple strawberries and a lime. Save your money, go somewhere else.

Food can take a while to come out at this location and they seem to have issues with their ordering screens sometimes. Make sure you get light ice at this location if you want more than 5 sips of your drink.

Came to do a Door Dash Pickup they were only taking mobile order and delivery orders. The manager white guy with red hair answered then never responded back with anything took his headset off, and continued talking or deescalating a situation. Instead saying we will be right out completely ignored our request for pickup. This was extremely frustrating and inappropriate behavior by a manager. He should have said something to us instead of ignoring us. I understand he has a job and etc but this is our job as well.

This is a joke. I ordered a route 44 cherry limeade, easy ice — and I received a drink with the entire bottom filled with about 20 cherries. EXTREMELY unprofessional and unacceptable. I spoke with Jay at this location and was only told “I’ll talk to whoever made it.”

Terrible service. The employees refused to serve me because I spoke Spanish. Cars with English-speaking customers arrived, and they were served immediately, their orders taken while I was still waiting. When they finally did serve me, they didn't pay attention to my order. I had ordered a classic burger with a chocolate milkshake, and when they brought my order, I received the burger and a Coca-Cola. I explained to the waiter who served me that this wasn't what I had ordered, but of course, it was because they hadn't even bothered to write down my order correctly. I had to pay for it anyway and took it home. Very poor, racist service.

The experience was awful. We waited over an hour for our food and had ordered online before we got there. They were not handing out orders efficiently or in a fast manner at all. They came out and asked multiple times for peoples names and orders and did not serve them in the order they came. They were not in a hurry. We had to tell them what to make. Even when we got our order we were still missing things. Yes it was extremely busy, but with how fast they were working you would have thought they had five people waiting instead of a crowd standing outside the door.

This is I swear to God the fifth time that I have pulled up to this Sonic and have attempted to place an order only to never have anyone respond to me or even come out to the car to notify me if there's a breakdown in communication systems or anything All five times I have set trying to place an order for a minimum of 20 minutes before deciding to leave. It is 6:18 p.m. and I am leaving this facility because once again I can't get anyone to help me I'm beginning to think this is some sort of an illegal front and not really a Sonic at all that's how bad it is

I went there and ordered a burger with only tomato pickle and mayonnaise and received a burger that had a ton of lettuce and extra onion on it and barely any pickle and there was only one tomato. My fries were completely burnt and my cherry Sprite had absolutely way too much cherry in it like an unhealthy amount you could not taste the Sprite. The food took 20 minutes to come out. Terrible experience at this sonic.

We pull up there's two people and a manager all laughing it up not taking the orders. There were five people sitting in the parking lot saying either the button is not working or they're just not taking the orders. They were in there laughing it up playing with the speaker. Every time we press the button they cut the speaker off. They continued to laugh it up. Once she took our order 8 minutes later she told us that they don't take card and then gave us the drinks for free and she said this as she was eyeing me. We asked her why and she said it's bootleg in here. She continued to have an attitude problem. Every time I go to this sonic it's the same issues when she is here.

What's the point of ordering ahead on the app if they are STILL you're going to get your order WRONG?!? Totally disappointed and unsatisfied. I tipped, was polite, yet bitter workers will purposely give you the wrong sauces and sides ON PURPOSE. If you don't like your job, GET ANOTHER ONE!

Absolute garbage location. The crew will not answer you at the kiosk. When they do I spent 20 minutes waiting on a burger. No one would explain why it was taking so long or when it would be out. The entire afternoon crew should be fired immediately

First, that black girl taking orders is very rude and impolite. She has zero respect for customers, it is a time for the Manager of this place to do something about it. Second, the way they serve the tarter tots and put and the ketchup's package, candy and napkin right on the top of the tarter tots which is not covef is not sanitary and need to stop. Since when Sonic charge their customers 0.60 cents to drink water?? Water should be given for free and charge nothing, I paid for the food and got charge 0.60 cents to drink water. It is ridiculous.

Worst sonic in the metroplex. Our order is wrong EVERY time we go here. So we boycott it for months if not longer and then make the mistake of going back after a while thinking it has to have improved. Wrong! If you find yourself in the unfortunate situation of having to eat here, check your order right down to the last detail before leaving.

I go in the afternoon, and the slush comes out looking different. I mention it to the worker and they look confused.. I say it’s your sugar free peach and raspberry .. and the worker says, we don’t have sugar free flavors.. to which I laugh and say yes you do, I get it every morning. They go in come back out and it’s still wrong. I’ve given them enough chances to get it right.. it’s NOT that hard!! I’ll avoid this location in the afternoon moving forward.

Worst experience. Homeless sleeping inside, bugging customers for money and stinking up the place. Employees never kick them out. Asked for waters, never got them. Half filled tator tots not worth the price. Shoes sticking to the floor because nobody mops. Dirty tables. TVs look like they've never been cleaned. All around, it wasn't a good experience and didn't leave us wanting to come back.

Do not come to the sonic one they have spiders and flies and mosquitoes in their drink. I have proof here’s a picture and when you confront them with this issue, they ignore the issue and just talk rudely back to you and just want to give you a new one rather than accommodate you, and Take care of the bill and give you a complementary something… The guy was extremely sassy and rude towards me and my husband and I would not trust this place at all. It's 12:17 AM and the lady on the Drive-Thru speaker had attitude and was sounding real bothered when we were asking questions, she kept on saying their were no large cups, and then we ended up getting some afterwards...? Then we asked for no jalapeños then we received what looks like a handful of them... To the lady that took our order if you hate your job, QUIT! don't take it out on the customers!
