This was the best subway I’ve had in a very long time, genuinely the quality of food was a throwback to subway from back in the day. Keep it up!
I've noticed that there are new owners and just wanted to say how good of a job they are doing. very welcoming of customers and overall keeping the service good.
The new ownership is doing an amazing job at keeping the store running and the workers and really nice.
Every experience is unique!!!! It's a good spot to order pick up and go! Yes I can see the portions are a little less than other franchises. But it was fresh today at 12:00p.m. got the Beast. You pay for drink they have the cold ones in the back due to theft. Give them a smile to break the ice. Order well and they will never mess it up. The manager will help to pick up Slack to keep production up. I endorse this subway for lunch Monday thru Thursday.
Since I came to America Subway is been one of my favorite spots for a quick bite, I don't remember seen another one open 24 hours besides one in an airport, so because of that, the service and tasty subs I'll give it 5 stars, idk about rude employees here, every time I've been here they always do their job as they should.
When will they ever fix their POS system? They have been using Square for credit cards or debit cards and Apple Pay or Google Pay for almost 9 months I think It’s not a good idea for a business franchise for them to use Square
I eat subway in different dmv locations and today stopped by at this location, got surprised seeing the price differences. Wont visit there anymore. For a footlong tuna and a small drink i ended up paying $16.51.
I had a disappointing experience at this Subway location. I politely asked for extra sauce on my sandwich, and the employee assisting me responded with unnecessary attitude and rudeness. What should have been a simple request turned into an uncomfortable interaction. Customer service is a big part of the dining experience, and being treated rudely for a reasonable request is not acceptable. I hope management addresses this and provides better customer service training, because situations like this make customers not want to return.
Ask me where the egg is 🙄it's not an optical illusion it's just not there... By far the sloppiest Subway sandwich I've ever had surely inconvenient that I had to order through Uber because it was the only Subway open but because they didn't have to customer face the people that they were giving the food to they did a horrible job . The worst flatbread sandwich I've ever had my entire life. I hope this restaurant continues to get multiple one-star ratings for their lackluster service and neglect to detail when it comes to properly preparing the food that people were going to consume. Oh let's not forget the raw bacon and then not only did they not put enough in anything in the sub they doused it in black pepper Great job whoever made this sandwich needs to be promoted to fired 😂
Late night craving. Maria couldn't refund me after I scanned my coupon that went through with the sound when it scanned. Told me she had to call the manager which obviously wouldn't have picked up. Proceeded to make 4 other orders while I was standing there and after 40 minutes waiting in the end couldn't resolve anything. Paid an extra $10-$12 with tip. If you don't know English at least train your employees to know how to simply refund an order and start a new transaction. Won't be returning here ever if she's working.
Don’t go there — they treat people like garbage! What kind of place is this? Two employees, but only one is working while the other just stands around doing nothing. I tried to place an order, and the first thing the guy said was, “You have to wait until 1 o’clock.” Seriously? Making up rules based on his mood. I wanted to pay with card, and he said, “I only take cash,” with a rude attitude. On top of that, he acts arrogant and looks down on you, even laughing with his friend like they’re mocking you. I didn’t feel like a customer — more like an inconvenience to them. No service, no respect. I’ve never seen such unprofessional, lazy, and disrespectful behavior in any business. Places like this should be shut down or seriously investigated. Shame on them!
Awful service. The sandwich did not include all the ingredients it's supposed to have (even though they had them), and when I pointed out what was missing, they refused to add them. They also refused to cancel my order or refund me, even though I didn't take the sandwich. So order at your own risk, because they will take advantage of you.
I’ve been coming to this Subway for over 10 years, but ever since the new management took over, the quality has gone downhill. The place is always understaffed, the lobby is now used as storage, and it feels like every corner is being cut to save money. It’s sad to see a once-great spot being run into the ground.
Like all the other reviews, poor service, very slow and definitely do not get anything to drink from the foul machine. Very dirty and insects in that too. I stated the issue and they did nothing about it. Went back the next day. Just out of curiosity to see if it been cleaned negative would not recommend going. I'm gonna contact corporate on my experience! That is just unacceptable.
I have never seen like this customer service in Subway In my life. Very unfriendly team. I said Hi first, but I didn’t get back greeting. Say don’t say have a have a nice day. Enjoy nothing. She had a unfresh tcheese bread and she asked me do you want the cheese bread? I said no Italian do you want a cheese bread? I said no Italian and she sold these unfresh cheese bread the second customer. About sandwiches first time eat UNFRESH ! All ingredients smell Come this store every time. But it was last time here
Slowest workers with zero sense of urgency when there was a line of 5 people in front of me. They had absolutely no regard for any customers. Waited for 20 minutes and ended up walking out. wish I knew their names so I could name drop them. They worked 1/10/24 around 7 pm. Pissed me off and ruined my night
I placed a curbside order to pick up some food while on shift as I'm prohibited from exiting the vehicle, spent 20 minutes waiting and had to call the restaurant twice before a lady came out and provided me with my food. I explained it's a curbside order and she's supposed to bring it out shortly before the worker began to insult me before going back inside the store. I will never purchase here again for any reason so help me God.
Disgusting. There were no fewer than 6 flies that flew out of the urinal in the bathroom. The bathroom was as filthy as a gas station bathroom. There was no soap, and the place is small enough that the employees surely use the same bathroom, which means they are handling our food without properly washing their hands after using the toilet. The place, itself, was also less than stellar-looking. I sat down at a table full of crumbs. Unlike other reviewers, here, my sandwich was made correctly by a woman who was nice, and she thanked me for the tip I left. No problem with her. But I have to award one star when the cleanliness is this bad. I wish I had gone to the bathroom first before ordering. I would have run out of that place. Seriously, where is the health department?
I ordered from Uber eats. What a joke! The salad which cost 9+ dollars was nothing more than a small plastic container filled up less than halfway with a tiny portion of lettuce and vegetables and meat. The sandwich was no better. The bread was wrong, and I think the person who made the sandwich was obviously trying to be stingy with ingredients. Nowadays it’s hard to find a Subway that doesn’t have cheap owners. See photos. I would never order again from this Subway ever.
