P. Terry’s is Austin’s answer to In-N-Out. It’s got a simple menu that packs a punch. I have to eat here every time I visit, and it always satisfies and delights.

I have allergies and the staff here was super helpful. They don’t offer a GF bun, but I opted for the lettuce wrap and it was great. The special sauce has egg so I went without but the burger tasted great with the lettuce and tomato. The fries are fried in a dedicated frier and they were great. Staff made sure to ask if I had allergies and made sure to take precautions like changing gloves. I was able to easily find their ingredient list by googling the restaurants allergen menu. Highly recommend.

I went in just for the newly reinstituted Ruta Maya coffee. While there, I decided to get a double burger. I was expecting excellence with the coffee and was happy to see it back again. I’ve always liked your burgers. Your fries are the best as long as they’re fresh. I always have ordered them extra crispy, no salt. What I wasn’t expecting - and was deliriously happy about - were the pickles that I had on my burger. Amazingly, you’ve changed the pickles to REAL pickles – awesome!! I hope this trend continues. What other glorious changes have you made that I may have missed? Sorry, I have no photos to add as I consumed everything before doing this. The burger was perfect.

PTerrys is our go-to burger spot in Austin. The fries are thin & crispy and the burgers are consistently delicious. Plus, we get to support a local Austin chain. 10/10 every time!

Love it! Fresh ingredients, delicious burgers and the nuggets are crispy and made with chicken breast you can actually see. Yum! Also really appreciate how nice the crew always is. 5*****!!

This is the best PTerrys. Their fries are always sizzling hot—fried hot and served just right. Their sandwhiches are always great. And the folks running the place are so friendly. I love this one. Thank you to all of you. Always a great experience! Hits the spot.

I visit Austin often from Ohio and normally get Whataburger or In-N-Out. This was my first time trying P Terry's and will definitely be back when I visit again!!! Cheesy greasy burger! Yummmm! Just wish the onions I added were sliced and not diced. No biggie tho. Lol. The cheeseburger is very similar to In-N-Out but maybbeeee a tad better....? Fries aren't as great, but still yummy! Also recommend their oreo shake. Service was also fast for dinner time! Wish we had this place back home :(

P Terry’s has the BEST veggie burger of all fast food places I’ve tried. All the way - but I always ADD PICKLES & MUSTARD bc it doesn’t come with them! They make it so much better. The veggie burger is made with good ingredients like brown rice and cremini mushrooms. The fries are nice and crispy nowadays, and the special sauce is good. Only thing is I wish they made the cookies softer at this location but they’re still pretty good!

This is the 1st time I've ever eaten P Terry's and it was NASTY! AND the customer service sucked! My food was NOT piping hot like it normally is, and my food tasted like it had been sitting out for a while; RUBBERY AND FLAVORLESS, not to mention I asked for onions, which they did not put on my sandwich, and then I was given a side of cold grilled onions in a plastic container. REALLY FOLKS.... That's how a number 1 fan is treated? Needless to say, I won't spend my money at this location ever again!

I ordered a cheeseburger, fries and a milkshake. I had to go back home to get my card and I returned to get it. They had my name as “no money” and gave me the same cold and old food. My milkshake was runny and completely melted. I called to address it with the manager who denied it and she said “what do you want, to remake it?” In a very rude tone. They also giggled when giving me the bag. This is the worst customer service ever. I eat here frequently as this is my favorite restaurant but I will never eat here again.
