They are so rude they don’t pay attention to orders. If you’re gonna have people there working, make sure they know how to read because the last time I checked, I ordered a breast, not a thigh.

This is the WORST kfc I’ve ever been to. On the rare occasiona that I went. BOTH times the chicken was dark and when i picked it up the bottom of the box had BLACK grease it was disgust. Recent I tried the one In Elizabeth NJ. It’s Very clean and friendly and the chicken was not black.

Ordered chicken strips to be told they have enough, asked how many you have. Response was everyone is ordering the same thing. Was told it would take 4 min to park in lot and they would bring it out. 20 min later called no answer, go inside to get order just to get home and realize they were missing items. Be very aware. Everyone in parking lot was waiting for drive through

I had to put one star but it is too much for them. I won’t eat chicken for a very long time. The food looked like they fried it in motor oil. It was slimy one piece had maggots, bread was hard, tenders were cold and hard fries were soggy and cold.

Not trying to be rude but we come here maybe a few times a month during lunch breaks. The wait is unbelievable, 35 min just for 2 meals. Then they get the order wrong and get mad at us because they’re busy. We can deal with a little rudeness, it is what it is. They need to either hire more people or figure it out. Think we are going to find a new chicken place in the area.

KFC sells chicken so you know what you’re getting. However, when you’re spending your money food from any place whether it be fine dining or fast food, you have an expectation of receiving a full hot meal. This place does not do that. In fact, if you mention it to the staff that there are missing items, it’s almost as if you’re disrupting their day, when you just want what you ordered. I would just recommend you get it somewhere else.

Ordered ahead on app They told me to drive sound front someone will bring out my food on the speaker I watched a worker bring it to the wrong car When I asked her if she gave my food to the wrong person she denied it Told me I would have to wait 20 minutes for chicken I asked if refund is possible? She said no, so I said what are my options then I’ll wait 30 minutes goes by and multiple cars served at drive thru Had to go inside and confront them about situation for such a simple order (8 pieces of chicken dark meat Tuesday special) Took literally a half hour for a $10 order The are either lazy, lack structure or can’t handle the rush of orders or a little of all of the above The worst part about this is that the employee lied to me over something so trivial, like why ?? Just remake the order don’t give me a hard time and lie Also parking lot is a mess, bad pavement huge holes I will never return to this location

Came by around 930 pm and they close at 12am they tell me all they have is wings and breast at the moment when i wanted the waffles with tenders and another with leg and thigh. 2 and a half hours before closing I'm sure they could have said wait for a new batch but nope they are too lazy to do that. A whole new set of workers should be hired or just close down if you dont care.

This place should be closed they're selling poison here and the service is terrible not a clean or safe place to eat. We ordered 4 pcs chicken and specifically said dark meat look what they gave us they put a big breast and that little mini piece that is more bones than anything but that's not my concern here just take a look at the oil they're using looks so dark the chicken looks disgusting and taste horrible they're using super old oils it even looks like the oil from my car how old is the oil they're using this is so terrible and unhealthy I'm not just disappointed but super concerned for people's health.

This place needs to be shutdown, everytime I go there either the service is bad or the food is terrible. Just got the 8 piece chicken and the chicken was horrible, it looked and taste old. Don’t get chicken from this location.

This place needs to be checked by KFC Corporate (YUM! Brands) for standards (if they have any). I really wish KFC was a better chain- this location exemplifies the problems with the brand. Customer service is rude, the quality of food keeps getting worse,the lobby hasnt been updated since it used to be a Pizza Hut/KFC, and it's quite dirty. I also don't expect perfect food from KFC, but when you get a chicken drunstick with no chicken, for 3.50? This is stealing. Don't come to this location. It's not worth the time or money to eat here. You can't fix this location.

I went to KFC for lunch today. I pulled up to the window and was told I had to go inside. I ordered my food, they gave me 3 cups, no lids in the holder and I asked for a cup holder they don't have any and offered me a bag. Really?? I managed to get 2 of the drinks in the house the other one spilled out into the food bag.. I do not expect to find 2 bones in my Pot Pie when I buy one.... And when I ask for French Fries instead of Mashed Potatoes I dont expect to get home and find mashed potatoes. Last time I went to KFC I said I wouldn't go back there...Time to try Popeyes as KFC is officially off my list of places to eat.
