Let me start with, I don't like to complain about shops but, I asked for a Bavarian cream donut & was handed a whipped cream donut. I explained to the Asian woman the difference. They need to keep them separated. Secondly, my daughter ordered a chocolate glazed donut. She was given a regular glazed donut. Either learn English, or learn donuts 101.

I’ve been coming here for the past two months, and every single time it’s the same ridiculous excuse: ‘someone made the restroom too dirty to use.’ It’s obviously just an excuse to avoid cleaning it. It’s unbelievable that a business like this hires employees who have absolutely no intention of doing their job. And today, the woman working there was unbelievably rude—she was sitting away from the counter like she couldn’t care less, and customers clearly meant nothing to her. Long story short, this place is downright awful

There are ALWAYS gnats on all of the bagels and pastries in the display. I don't understand why they think that design element is okay, or sanitary to have the glass display open in the back. Do what Starbucks does and have the display and the actual food separate. Completely disgusting. Will never eat food from Dunkin again

There was centipedes crawling on the table when i sat down to eat. It was very disgusting.

Would have loved to love this Dunkin Donuts as they do have very good staff. But they have one older staff worker who has been working there for far way too long, he seems to always talk down on customers, has no customer service skills, very rude and condescending. He will for sure be the reason why I wouldn’t step foot in this Dunkin’ Donuts place again. I rather drive to other locations.

I bought jelly munchkins and I got this. Wasn’t much of the jelly it was like a paste rubbed inside to imitate the jelly. If I wanted regular munchkins I would have just bought that. I believe the point of asking for jelly was expecting what I asked for. Big disappointment Dunkin do better we pay for stuff we expect what we asked for

Extremely disappointing experience. It took over 20 minutes just to get an iced coffee, and when I asked for a refund, they made me wait even longer. That girl has no clue what they are doing behind the counter.

The tall lady that takes the orders never gets it right and I’m so tired of that happening. I no longer go there but this morning I was rushing and again she messed up. And the food has a bad oil taste and latte was not good and I buy this every morning elsewhere

This location has gotten terrible. I’ve been going here for 10+ years. So has my family and friends because it is very convenient. The staff is terrible . This older man specifically that has been the worst . No mannerisms and is just very rude

3 consecutive mornings I asked for a bagel toasted dark with butter and for 3 days i was i given a hockey puck that could not stand up to being double toasted ...This order has been placed at over 3 dozen DDs across NYC/LI however from this location was Horribly Stale Or 3-4 day old Bagels....Not Sure Which..

Stopped off to pick up a donut. Noticed there was a mom and son walking in behind me . I was waiting to be helped when the counter person started a conversation with the people behind me completely ignoring me . She gave the child a donut and kept asking him if it was good while I was standing there . I said can I please be helped I’m waiting here and I was able to place my order . I was given the same variety of donut as the child and I tried to explain that wasn’t what I had ordered . The counter person kept insisting that was what I ordered and kept shoving it in my face insisting it was the kind I ordered . I said no that’s what you gave him . She was ranting about trying to help me . I stayed calm and said can I please have what I ordered . She wanted me to leave without what I paid for . I said I just want what I ordered and paid for.. After her co worker said something to her she reluctantly handed me the correct kind but continued to tell everyone I was just trying to help the Old lady ! I ignored her knowing she was just trying to annoy me as clearly that doesn’t describe me.When I left the store I called customer service who put me in touch with the district manager . He said he was going to retrain the counter person . I never heard back from anyone even though I asked to speak to the owner as it’s a franchise . I said I was willing to reiterate what happened as long as the person I interacted with wasn’t the store manager or the people I interacted with the day I stopped off .Never heard from anyone again. Was never given an apology for the insane woman behind the counter insisting she was correct when she wasn’t !All about a donut ! Started a scene for absolutely nothing! I will never walk in there again and will be sure to tell everyone that lives nearby to keep away from that location . As for Dunkin they seem to have absolutely no caring about whom is representing their name . Maybe they should take a look at how the customers are treated . The fact that a counter person was spewing such an aggressive attitude over a donut to a customer is disturbing . Clearly she felt it was better to scream at me rather than admit she made a mistake. I definitely wouldn’t nominate this location as the sample for other locations to follow. Actually I will guess that the owner does not actually care since there is such an inappropriate counter person representing the location and I suggested to the district manager that they view the video and since nobody has reached out to try to right the wrong I’ll just say the owner doesn’t care .How sad my childhood memories of donuts have been tainted by a poorly managed and maintained location . I will add that this location has to be the worst Dunkin location . The only thing that was missing was rodents running around tossing donuts to one another but that probably happens when everyone goes home. Apparently some managers will hire anyone willing to do the job in a customer oriented job regardless of any skills . Perhaps the antiquated environment and the unsanitary feeling are part of the ambiance for some people. Maybe they are so miserable and nasty there because they are aware of what a dirty subpar business they are . One might think that with the amount of bad reviews this location has , they might want to do better and get good ratings and clean the shop so the rodents aren’t playing games of catch all day . Apparently they don’t really care since they don’t do anything to improve and just get more and more negative reviews.
