I knew I was going to have great service when I was greeted by Andrew the hostess. He was very pleasant and had a great attitude. Then we were served by Elizabeth. She was nice and very attentive. Food was great and was out very quickly. If all locations had this atmosphere I would eat at Chilis more often.

Such a wonderful place. I ordered a Santa Fe salad but without chicken , the waitress asked me if I wanted some Bean patty. That was so nice of her. The thing is it was absolutely DELICIOUS. So it’s a super nice place to have a Vegetarian lunch or dinner. I definitely recommend it.

I generally go for ribs or fajitas. There is a wide variety of items to fit everyone's needs. This location is good for stopping to eat and charge a Tesla. The service was amazing this round which got the five stars. I can't promise you will be lucky enough to have our waitress, best of luck.

Love this place! I go here when I’m working g in the area while charging my car. Super convenient! I always sit at the bar since I’m just grabbing a quick meal. I’ve been served by Angela, Danielle and Tessie. All 3 are great at what they do, and down to earth and chill. Good vibes and a relaxing time.

The waitress was very attentive and pleasant. We enjoy a nice meal and relaxed out of the heat. We were able to choose a table near the TV playing sports events of interest to us. The guacamole was absolutely perfect- not too spicy or with too many other vegetables in it. Yummy!

Honestly this Chilis location was awesome. The staff crack up funny and nice, food came quick and everything was really good. We dropped into charge up the EV and grabbed lunch. Happy as 😊

It's a famous American Style restaurant in Barstow Outlets. Very crowded there. I tried beef steak grill, it's tasty and well cooked

The chips and salsa are great, as well as the Presidente margaritas. Excellent service, and plenty of flat screen monitors if the game is on. They were short staffed at the time of our visit, however, they really did their best to make up for that.

We ate there twice one week apart and both time we were very satisfied.

Excellent experience. I got the 10.99 special with tortilla soup, the QP burger and a diet Coke. The soup was flavorful, the burger was hot and juicy, served with my exact modifications. All in all, a terrific lunch experience. I will be back. ❤️

We have been to Chili's before. I was happy that the menu/food selection had changed. Each restaurant makes the food a little different, but good. The thing that keeps me coming back is the staff. They are friendly & caring.

We travel all over the United States. The Chili's in Barstow is the best run, cleanest and friendliest Chili's in America. There are lots of good ones but this is the best. We are from Florida and we know there are none this well managed like this one. Thanks Martha and a great bartender, Dawn.

This location is very amazing with service and food. Didn't have to ask for anything as everyone was very attentive and had great customer service. Isabella our waitress was very attentive and has an incredible work ethic and customer friendly vibe. Very professional and is a great model for employees.

Our first time here yesterday and it was great! Diane was our server and she was above and beyond with our order. She make sure everything was fine very often with us. Place was very quiet and they followed the social distancing due to COVID-19 pandemic. Bathrooms were ok, but could be better. A good spot to recharge your batteries, before going to Las Vegas, NV or CA.

Manager Kevin and server Izzy were extremely helpful and has empathy towards my son having a unusual allergy that is not generally known, they went over and beyond to make sure the ingredients did not make my son sick. Both my wife and I are beyond appreciative and happy. No other restaurant has gone this far and cared to make sure my son was safe and had a pleasant dinning experience. Stopped in while spending a quick night in Barstow. I'm always pleased with the consistency of Chilli's and this one did not disappoint. I sat at the bar and was immediately greeted by the bartender. She offered a menu and took my drink order. Service was consistent throughout my visit. The beer was cold and the food was tasty. The restaurant was clean and all employees were friendly.

Dining here recently really defied our expectations for this type of chain restaurant - on both visits! Stop #1 was on the way from Los Angeles to Las Vegas. My partner and I shared an order of the chicken fajitas and Santa Fe salad. The sizzlin’ fajita fixins were cooked perfectly, with just the right amount of char on the veggies and meat. Some sizzling oil popped and landed on my shorts, so that was a bummer. The entree size salad ended up being way more than we needed, and we left the place feeling stuffed but happy. Our server was Darrell; he was very attentive and friendly. Stop #2 was on the way back, from Las Vegas to Los Angeles. We wanted those fajitas again! This time, we ordered a house salad, and we still left feeling full. Our server this time was Carlos, who was also really great. I can’t say what the place is like when it’s busy, but the middle of the afternoon was a perfect time to stop for lunch. Be sure to look us up for plenty more reviews and travel info!

The food is delicious n plenty. Once the waitress started to serve, she was very attentive about our needs n came by to ask how we were doing throughout out our dining. The lemonade is very tasty, not too sweet. Because it is free refill, i drank 3 glasses n still feel good about the lemonade. We started off with the platter with BBQ boneless buffalo wings, mozzarella cheeze sticks n egg roll. They were also very tasty, especially dipping with 3 different sauces. Overall, the experience is pretty good. 3 people total is around $150.

Emily was our waitress at this location one evening, and I have to say, she was awesome. Emily was on top of everything, and her customer service was unsurpassed. Even though it was busy due to graduation parties, Emily was great. Food was ok, drinks weren't bad either.

This was my second time eating at this Chilli's in Barstow. Second time eating at a Chilli's in about five years. So it's not the first restaurant choice that comes to mind when we're away from home. We usually eat at small, mom and pop, locally owned places. Chilli's is not one of those. What we liked: Our primary server was great. He checked on us several times as we waited for our food. The back up person who plopped our order of chips and salsa in the middle of our table and walked away without speaking was not so good. The adequate: The food (sorry, no pics. Lots of pics out there already) was okay. Keeping in mind that the restaurant's name is "Chilli's" the food was spicy. The chicken cheese tortilla soup was a little spicy. Tasted good. However, the salad, chicken tortilla salad with a one tablespoon scoop of guacamole on top was uncomfortably spicy. We eat weekly from local southern California (Baja-style) taco shops. I like spicy. But I needed a side of sour cream to counteract the large amount of chili powder sprinkled all over the salad. The Not-So Good: The atmosphere is that of a sport's bar. So fairly loud. The hostess tried to seat us in the bar. We asked to not sit in the bar. She put us at small table, right on the edge of the bar. I understand that staffing at mimimum wage jobs, like food service, is a challenge for employers. But finding good employees at these kinds of job is nothing new. We chose this restaurant because it was late on a week night and they were open. Would I go back? Maybe.

Service was the greatest. Don't remember his name, young, skinny, black guy with clean cut longish hair (around shoulder length) but he was the best, very sweet, handsome young kid. It was 125° outside but we had to charge the Tesla passing through there, trying to get to livable weather. The food was good too. But that weather, insane that anyone lives there! Hell - no!!

Honestly, I'd give this place a 4.7 out of 5. The service is pretty nice and the food is quite delicious. The atmosphere is pretty good, but sometimes (rarely) there's a bit of a mess. The employees are nice and friendly. There can be a bit of a wait sometimes for service because of how often people crowd the place, but other than that I love this restaurant!!!

Shout out to the bartender!! ( I sat at a high top table so I do not know what her name is.) she really knows how to make a drink the right way. She definitely has a bright future ahead of her. Chili’s is extremely fortunate that she works for them because she is definitely a top-notch Employee. Also, I want to give a shout out to my waitress(Darlene) . Her Customer service and attentiveness met and exceeded expectations and her positive attitude is contagious! Both of those employees go above and beyond and deserve the recognition. Bathrooms could be cleaner but I've been in worse. Staff is very friendly and on point.

This is the 2nd time we have eaten here and each time the service was not as it should be. We shared the wings and asked for plates and for about 10 min we waited. We then asked out waitress who then brings them out in 2 minutes. 15 minutes later the waiter comes with our plates. Then asked if we needed more napkins we said yes and when we left we were still waiting for napkins. Each visit was like this. Our waitress was good but didn’t get refills after she said she would bring them. We were still waiting for tea and ended up just paying our bill and leaving.

Normally I don't like chili's but being that the supercharger for the Tesla is right next door I had to try it. I am pleasantly surprised to have good food and great service. Definitely try the fried asparagus it's excellent.

Tucked away from the main drag, the phone GPS was required to find this place as we stopped for lunch passing through. It is your standard Chili's, with the menu you are likely familiar with. If you are familiar with the brand, you can expect the usual experience at this location. Like many similar chain restaurants in USA, I wouldn't recommend it if your trying to lose weight. Excellent comfort food though.

Chili's was our old after work spot to ear, relax, and have fun. Haven't been here in a while, but it was enjoyable. Service was a little slow, but after waiting a while, a guy showed up that wasn't a waiter but helped start our order. Wasn't that many customers, so I am not sure why there was a wait, maybe shift change ... Anyways, the appetizers were, ok as you see in the picture the plate was way bigger than the serving size. I did eat two before this picture, but still... lol those were the southwest rolls. I had the three meat Fajita, meat was good, shrimp was ok, the chicken had no flavor, and the veggies were soft and oily. The small bowl of beans was actually pretty good! I also ordered a corn on the Cobb on the side, but to make it really tasty, ask for the butter and a side of their southwest chili sauce! Tried to make it like a street elote, so I worked with what they had. The wife's liked her salad, I forgot which one it was. Drinks were great, my wife liked the triple tequila drink they had, and drinks have always been good at this Chili restaurant. Recommend Happy Hour, and drinks are cheap and good. I will still go here, but I will definitely try a different dish.

One of the things on Chilis menu was not available here. Ended up with chicken tenders, was truly disappointed. Traveling all day with this in mind.

I like Chili's as a whole, and usually I get fairly decent service at every location I visit, that was until we visited this location. The food was still great as always, but the service was awful and they added a bunch a things on my check that I didn't order. Then when I question why my son's cheeseburger bites didn't have cheese she said that we have to request cheese. So make sure you request that they put cheese on your cheeseburger that is pictured on the menu with cheese.

Staying at the hotel nearby for several weeks. Ordered food to pick up. Food is great however service is rude. Dropped my order on the counter instead of setting it down or actually handing it to me. Physically held it out over the counter and intentionally dropped it on the counter, made a noise and everything. No thank you no communication nothing from her. Was she trying to ruin my food? Was she having a bad day? Not tipping in the future, why would I? I'm picking it up and you're rude to me, nope.

Wait staff is numeric inadequate and quality defective. 15 minutes to get sugar for iced tea 20 minutes to get salt for.main meal 4 delivery of meals for different table Final bill for another table . Avoid this location. If local management is the problem, corporate needs to react. If the bad practices are corporate policies, sell your stock before they declare 5xbankruptcy.

Used to like going here to dine with the kiddos but the last time we went I noticed they’re charging extra for sauce! Outrageous since the one they first brought with my order was practically more than half empty so how are you not supposed to ask for more right? That restaurant was 70% empty. Horrible that they would allow a hostess to do this to customers.

Service is quite caring and attentive. The food is simply, just Chili's. Good enough for a quick meal if you are super hungry; if you are expecting fantastic cuisine, Chili's is not the place for you. Update: today we downgrade this chili's from 4 stars to 1. The fajitas had beef that was unedible - gave them a try but each piece was just plain tough as shoe leather...and no one seemed to care. This was on top of a really dried out BBQ ribs the week prior. Convenient location but food is now officially horrible.

I ordered a ribeye surf and turf which comes with shrimp. When I opened the bag before leaving, no shrimp was in the bag. The waitress reviewed the receipt, and immediately apologized. She said to give them a few minutes to cook some shrimp. When I got home to eat. The steak was not medium well done. It was very well done and dried out. This was a $40.00 meal to include tip. Very disappointed in the service and food.

The hostess and waitress were super nice. The food was absolute garbage, I had the shrimp & steak fajitas which the quality was so poor that I have doubts if I ever want to step into another chili's ever again. The oil was greasy, the vegetables wilted. All and all very troublesome experience!

Really disappointed. The ribs were not fresh, they had been baked for too long, the meat was dry and woody, it tasted like eating a wooden stick. French fries and toast take a long time to make, and the taste is extremely poor. Freshly baked ones should be crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. This time, the taste is like eating leather candy. The corn tasted bad. I've eaten here many times while living in LA, and it's always been good. I hope this store can guarantee the quality.

Went in last night for dinner with my family of 6 was told it was a 30 minute wait or we can sit on the high table with the high chairs I told her I have 2 children I don’t want to risk my children on getting hurt one of my children is autistic was also told we can sit in booths but in separate ones and again I told her no I’m not going to separate my family we ended up eating at Denny’s

Absolutely DISGUSTING they fed my 2 year old a dead caterpillar in her broccoli !! Please stay away from this place its absolutely horrendous

Got our cups with food particles in the cups and dirty black smudges inside the cups. Before this last visit I asked for a rare steak and I was brought I completely raw steak. These cooks have no clue what they’re doing whatsoever. They can’t clean properly or even cook a simple steak. I would absolutely recommend nobody eat here if you care about your health. This is only two occasion where they’ve served me raw food food with hair or just plain dirty dishes
