I went to cheesecake factory for my birthday. Got an email to redeem my birthday cake, but has to purchase something first. So I saw Saturday and Sunday was their brunch days. I had Belgian waffles with strawberries, chicken and biscuits with gravy, scrambled eggs. Food was delicious, especially the chicken and biscuits 10/10

Excellent experience! I visited on Thursday 1/8/26 in the evening, Ayesha was my server. This was my first visit to Cheesecake Factory and won’t be my last! She recommended the Crusted Chicken Romano, which was ordered. She kept up with refills and ensured I had promptly received some of their delicious fresh bread. The food came quickly and tasted fresh, was filling but didn’t have a heavy feel to it like most chicken parm dishes. All around, it was a great experience!

I had a great experience at The Cheesecake Factory. I ordered the medium-well steak frites, and the steak was cooked perfectly—juicy, tender, and bursting with flavor. My date had the salmon with mashed potatoes; the salmon could’ve used a bit more seasoning, but overall it wasn’t too bad. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and of course, the cheesecake was to die for. I would definitely go back just for the cheesecake alone!

This place serves solid food day in day out. I never have room for cheesecake. The lunch portion of shepherds pie was huge! Had to take home half. I’m not complaining!! I’m could eat that and that alone for the rest of my life and I would never be disappointed!! The restaurant decor does feel a little dated, and perhaps it’s time to redecorate to stay up with the times. That’s my only critique.

Stopped in to grab a nice lunch while on vacation. The Asian chicken lettuce wraps were a nice and light choice. Jackie, our server, was super nice and very attentive with great customer service. Great experience!

I have never come across a CF that hasn't delivered. Ingredients fresh, Service wonderful. It's located in a walkable area as well so great to walk off the large portions. I had the Jamaican Pepper Shrimp dish, it was the perfect amount of spicy alongside the Standard peach bellini.

We visited The Cheesecake Factory in Fort Lauderdale while on vacation after our cruise, and it was a fantastic experience. From the start, we were welcomed and looked after by the lovely Lyndsay, who made us feel right at home. With such a huge menu, her guidance was a lifesaver: she was attentive, friendly, and gave excellent recommendations. I went for the lunchtime pasta, which was full of flavor and came in a very generous portion. My partner ordered the Korean chicken with rice, which she thoroughly enjoyed. For dessert, Lyndsay suggested the lemon meringue cheesecake, and wow; hands down the best cheesecake we’ve ever had. A perfect meal, excellent service, and a highlight of our trip!

First time in this Cheesecake Factory in Fort Lauderdale. There was no waiting time. The food and the service was great. Had the low licious cheesecake with strawberry for dessert, but they brought real strawberries when I was hoping like a strawberry jam. I will continue having the loaded cheesecakes in the future, they are worth it.

Excellent selection of menu items for all ages. I tried the burrito which looks like it could feed a family of four by itself. And the desserts are phenomenal. Conveniently located below the riverside hotel, and very quickly seated without reservations. Very child friendly restaurant. Can't wait until our next trip.

Food was good expect for the egg roll sampler was burnt but manager Ashley was very sweet and took it off my bill and didn’t give a hard time and gave us a free Godiva chocolate cheesecake! Good options. They have a large variety of healthy and balanced meal. You also have the option to customize most of the meals. Our waiter Josh F was Amazing. He made some great suggestion and was very patient with us. you don’t often find someone who can crack a joke with their customers & make them feel welcomed-Josh did that for us. The food was cooked perfectly. We started off with the lettuce wrap. The chicken was seasoned and cooked very well. For our mains we got the lemon shrimp pasta, carne asada steak with a side of mac and cheese. The cook on the stake and shrimp was executed perfectly. The skinny drinks also tastes so well. Great food as always. Seems like they are doing some construction in the area so it was a little confusing at first. We got to the restaurant and we were able to be seated right away. I recommend this location over the location st Sawgrass. Every time I've gone to the Sawgrass location there has been at least a 45min wait.

Went there around 8 PM on a Saturday night. Food was amazing!!! Service was very good! Or server was kind, very polite and always checking on us. Atmosphere: it was not overcrowded. Wait was not more than 5 minutes. We ordered: 4 cheese pasta: 5/5 no doubt. Became one of my favorites pasta here. Skinnylicius crispy chicken sandwich: 5/5 very good flavor, good size, not too small, and the chicken was juicy. Steak Diane: 5/5. Meat was very tender, medium rare was cooked perfectly. The mashed potatoes INCREDIBLE.

This place is very cozy , quiet and familiar , the service is amazing in all their locations and the food of course delicious , I love their tiramisu ! And the cheesecake is really spectacular, thank you!!!🤩

We had an unfortunate incident at dinner. The manager John handled it with class and experience. I recommend this establishment from that alone. Good customer service is hard to find anymore. Cheesecake Factory is well known so no need to speak about the food. If you are looking for a properly run establishment and good food. This location wins.

I went to this location and had a Cobb salad. They were nice enough to give it to me without blue cheese and replace the dressing with ranch. The salad was large and very tasty. I enjoyed the signature brown bread too. The waiter I had was very polite and helpful. If I'm in the area I would definitely come again.

Both bartenders were beyond great today. I sat at the bar for happy hour. The bar service was perfection. Both bartenders triple check their crafts, orders, and create an unforgettable atmosphere. Definitely made my day. Food was great. I highly recommend the strawberry and mango Long Island by Andre’s. So good I doubled back for it again 👌. Great job guys. Thank you for loving your jobs and what you do. Truly makes the dining in experience a whole lot better.

I love The Cheesecake Factory, especially the one on Las Olas! About 90% of the meals are absolutely delicious — I especially love their SkinnyLicious menu! The service is usually great, but yesterday (11/03/2025) between 7–8 PM, the woman at the reception who seats guests was the worst person I’ve ever encountered at The Cheesecake Factory. She was rude and unfriendly — didn’t even ask where we’d like to sit. When we said we wanted to sit outside, she just walked there without saying a word like “follow me.” She opened the door, stood there talking to other workers, and when we asked where to sit, she looked at us like she didn’t care and just pointed to a table. She didn’t even give us menus. HORRIBLE attitude. People like her make guests not want to come back. I honestly wanted to leave, but I didn’t want to ruin our evening. If you’re reading this — please, if you don’t like your job, find something else where you’ll actually feel comfortable!

I recently went with some friends, and it was such a great experience! I had a burger, and it was delicious, juicy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The service was fast, and the staff was very friendly, so we didn’t have to wait long. Of course, I couldn’t skip the cheesecake at the end, and it was amazing. Overall, it was a fantastic meal, and I’ll definitely be going back!

These Cheesecake Factory locations are really hit or miss and can be a terrible experience depending on the locale but this location on Las Olas is the exception. Food was very well prepared and extremely flavorful. Service was above average. These sentiments are not the same for other Cheesecake Factory locations I've visited previously. Highly recommended.

Love the food and the cakes are amazing. Could be a little more smiling staff, but the food is great. You can eat both healthy and unhealthy whatever you wish. There AR markings of calories on the menu e both on food and cakes. They have healthy er or less calorie choices. The best thing is the portions, real American big portions!

Great place in the heart of city. If you can’t find a table anywhere on busy Friday evening, this is the place you must go. Hospitality is really good, they attend you immediately without any wait. Food is delicious and they serve complimentary breads which are so appetizing. Portion size is huge. Most of the items are good for 2 people. Highly recommended if you are in Fort Lauderdale.

The service was really fast and the food turned out delicious. They did move our reservation time back a half hour since we didn’t confirm it, so just make sure to confirm your reservation ahead of time. The drinks were really good and it’s in a good part of town where you can walk around after. Parking can be a challenge and costs money which is unavoidable in this area.

We had dinner here and the Cheesecake factory is one of my favorite places to eat. The food was amazing as always. The servers could have came a little faster because I feel like we had to wait a long time for our check. They did however have awesome personalities.

Great food, service, and location! I had the shrimp and chicken gumbo and it was delicious!!! A little spicy but I rarely eat spicy foods so may not be for those who eat it frequently. We (5 adults 3 children) went around 6pm on a Saturday and there was no wait. But by 7pm the wait started and got worse by the hour. Our server Mr. Phil did a wonderful job and was very eager to please. We tipped him well! Definitely worth going to and the interior of restaurant is unique compared to most Cheesecake factories.

We stopped in this afternoon to share a slice of cheesecake and have a cup of coffee. Every employee we encountered (hostesses, cheesecake counter attendant, etc.) was really nice and made us feel welcomed. We sat on the patio so we could people-watch. Our waiter, James (from Michigan), was EXCELLENT and we thoroughly enjoyed having him wait on us. Even though we were just having dessert, he was so helpful and attentive. We got the Dulce de Leche cheesecake and wow, sooo good! Not too heavy, not too sweet and perfect with a cup of coffee. We have been to this location several times - almost every time we come to SoFlo. The food and excellent service will bring us back again!

My wife and I had dinner here the other night, and what made the experience great overall was our server, Semira. Of course the food was excellent, as always. Additionally, we ate outside and the weather was beautiful so that was a great atmosphere as well. But what really stood out to us was how friendly, polite, thoughtful and competent our server Semira was. We give her a 10 out of 10 for all the things you would expect, want and hope for in a customer service experience at this high quality restaurant.

The place was awesome, super beautiful!! The food was delicious and our Server Rafael was above and beyond! Definetly coming back to this Cheesecake factory when we come back to Fort Lauderdale!!

Louis was our friendly waiter, serving us with style. He is highly skilled in hospitality and customer service, so much better than the average waiters nowadays. The food was presented appealingly, and our time was respected. When he offered us a dessert, we couldn't resist...tiramisu! Because of these positive experiences, we will consider Cheesecake Factory more often.

I used to live in Florida with my children, and CF is one of the restaurants that we always go to because, wherever CF branches we go to, they’re always good with the presentation, and the taste of their food were always consistent. I recently traveled to Miami, my brother picked me up at the airport and proceeded to this location for dinner, outdoor seating. The service we received was satisfactorily great, and the food was excellent. The night prior to my morning flight, we came back here again for dinner, outdoor seating. My 2 brothers ordered the appetizer platter, Thai salad and vegetable soup, and Shiela’s chicken salad for mine. My brother stated to the server he used to work as chef for CF (truth) and asked our server to have the chef make the freshly grilled chicken for his salad, which when he brought out our orders, my brother noticed that the chicken on the Thai salad wasn’t fresh and very dry, and mind you, the avocado was missing on my salad also. We pointed it out to our server and he apologized, brought us some avocado slices and replaced the Thai salad with freshly made ones, but my brother thinks it’s still taste the same as the previous one served to him. We all felt a little bit disappointed, but I would still highly recommend Cheesecake Factory over any restaurant out there.

Wow, I must say, the food was absolutely divine! The warm and welcoming atmosphere made the experience even more delightful. Although, I couldn't find enough space to try those mouth-watering cheesecakes everyone was raving about. Maybe next time!

Our poor server was really having a day. He had 2 tables of 7 and 10 plus all his other tables. On the large tables each person was a single check and he was having a hard time doing all of this. No one stepped in to assist so every table took forever. I do not fault the server he was trying his very best.

We had a lite lunch here on a Friday in February 2023. We sat outside due to the pleasant weather (unfortunate there were road works going on, but this is temporary). The salads were perfect and very tasteful and the staff was very friendly! It’s always nice to eat at The Cheesecake Factory!

Great location on las olas street. Food was decent just not near as good as the KC locations. The KC locations are spot on each and every time and clean dishes and silverware. We Ate outdoors but had a homeless street entertainer attempting to play a trumpet. He was also smoking marijuana and blowing it our direction. Not exactly the outdoor dining we had planned for! Most of our Silverware was dirty which was a turnoff. Must say it wasn’t the best Cheesecake Factory experience we’ve had and doubt we would go back to this location.

What time was admittedly long but it was a weekend and this particular Cheese Factory tends to be very busy anyway because of how popular they are. Moving on, I thought the food was very good, we all got salmon and it was cooked very very well cooked. Was craving it for a couple of days after, not going to lie. So no real complaints although I do wish there was a bit more seasoning? But I suppose I could have just asked for some more so no biggie. For the exception of us being place in a noisy and crowded area (which ideally isn't really a big deal because we were suggested another table afterwards) service was good, even left a tip for the nice waitress :). Atmosphere was very nice as most cheesecakes factories tend to be. So yeah I would definitely come back if the money is right and the gas tank is full. Give it a shot if you think this interest you at all.

Me and my guest was immediately seated on a Saturday night! The food was amazing! I tried the famous meatloaf and it was nice and juicy and flavorful! I was too full to try the cheesecake. Our waitress was amazing! The only downside was the cracks between the seat and the window was filthy with old food. I would try the Sawgrass location next!

Food was freshly made 👍👍👍. Quality varied by dish. I had the shrimp scampi with noodles it was unreal delicious. My son has the fried chicken he didn't care for it much. Wait staff was just ok, no special registry on their parts.

Plenty of options besides the Cheese Cake. I had a Filet Mignon and it was really good. Tender meat served hot and the sides were good as well. Service at the front was a little slow the last two times I was there.

The food tastes great. It has been years since I been here and I don't even know why it's been so long because this was not a disappointment. I really enjoyed the Chicken Madeira. The service was quick and efficient and consistently checked in on us.

Outside of being a bit chilly inside, we had quick and friendly service. I got the Peruvian Chicken bowl which was very tasty. Chicken was slightly overcooked but it was better than expected. I haven't visited here in a long while.

The Pasta Da Vinci was amazing, in addition to the Korean BBQ Chicken. Nice and big portions. The stuffed appetizers were delicious to start with. Lovely atmosphere in light of the surrounding construction. For a shorter wait time, make a reservation in advance, 10 to 15 min wait well worthwhile.

Our waitress, Jackie, was the best customer service we’ve had on our trip to southern FL. She was very attentive and helpful. Our food was really good, too. Their take-out containers are NOT microwave safe, which is crazy work for a touristy area where a lot of people are in hotels. The hostess also dropped us off at our table when the bus guy was still busing, and it wasn’t busy at all in there (8pm on a Tuesday). I understand waitstaff sections, but it would have made so much more sense for her to place us at one of the empty, set tables on either side.

Not sure if I came on an off night, but I did an online order and did not have a pleasant experience with pickup. I went to the counter and gave my name and was told it shouldn’t be much longer. I watched someone drop off a couple of bags and when asked if one of them was mine was given an “I don’t know”, a shrug and then they walked away. I peaked at the bags and saw a DoorDash sticker closing the bag and assumed it wasn’t mine then. After waiting 20 minutes and talking to multiple staff, I asked to have my order checked and one of the bags dropped off was indeed mine. I understand it was busy but the response back was a rude I’m sorry. I also watched the hostess respond rudely to another customer while waiting. Overall not thrilled with the experience. At least the food was good.

Our waitress, Jackie, was the best customer service we’ve had on our trip to southern FL. She was very attentive and helpful. Our food was really good, too. Their take-out containers are NOT microwave safe, which is crazy work for a touristy area where a lot of people are in hotels. The hostess also dropped us off at our table when the bus guy was still busing, and it wasn’t busy at all in there (8pm on a Tuesday). I understand waitstaff sections, but it would have made so much more sense for her to place us at one of the empty, set tables on either side.

Not sure if I came on an off night, but I did an online order and did not have a pleasant experience with pickup. I went to the counter and gave my name and was told it shouldn’t be much longer. I watched someone drop off a couple of bags and when asked if one of them was mine was given an “I don’t know”, a shrug and then they walked away. I peaked at the bags and saw a DoorDash sticker closing the bag and assumed it wasn’t mine then. After waiting 20 minutes and talking to multiple staff, I asked to have my order checked and one of the bags dropped off was indeed mine. I understand it was busy but the response back was a rude I’m sorry. I also watched the hostess respond rudely to another customer while waiting. Overall not thrilled with the experience. At least the food was good.

We had a really bad experience at this place. Got seated at the table outside and we have waited for 45 minutes for our dinner. The waiter was very slow and chaotic. Food was mediocre. Would prefer different locations than to the cheesecake factory in Fort Lauderdale.

I love the Cheesecake Factory. The food this time was under cooked on my partners plate. She had the Parmesan crusted chicken with corn which was over cooked. And the macaroni was delicious. I had the pasta and the noodles was over cooked and hard and not enough sauce. The drinks were amazing and of course the cheesecake is always delicious!

Used to be good old Cheesecake Factory, became a slow bad service restaurant. 40 minutes to serve food when the place is half empty. Gen Z servers who can care less about their work. Food was okay. Once was a great experience now a mediocre. Sad.

This restaurant is within walking distance from the Fairfield Inn, so a few of us walked here for dinner one weeknight. We were prompted seated and sat outside, in an area that’s gated off from the sidewalk. On nice weather evenings, it’s a great place to sit (outside, that is). The menu is the typical Cheesecake Factory menu, huge! Service was with a smile and friendly… our server was also prompt and efficient. The food didn’t really match the service, unfortunately. There were three of us and only 2 got our meals, the third sat wondering where his food was until the server came by and noticed and checked. It came out soon after. I got the chicken green chili and it was barely warm. The salad was decent, definitely made with fresh ingredients. The pineapple upside down cheesecake was excellent. Overall, it’s just the typical Cheesecake Factory… We only went because it was close and we didn’t feel like searching reviews for better options, as I’m sure there are many in that area.

My wife and I were in Fort Lauderdale and heard about the cheese cake factory. Being big bang fanatics we were always wanting to try the cheese cake factory. Well in one word, “ disappointed “ we had dinner and it was ok, the cheese cake that we had was dry and not very tasty. Well at least we got to try it. I don’t think it was that great. Will we go back? I don’t think so.

The service was excellent but I must say that the food quality was not as good. The chicken taquitos barely had any chicken. The fried tortilla and green sauce were good but barely any chicken. The crab bites were like hush puppies. All breading and no crab. I opened one of them, and it had a very small amount of what tasted like crab. My entrée was the coconut curry chicken. It looked delicious, but the sauce was bland. I took most of it home and fixed the sauce myself. The lemon shrimp was a good dish. The drinks were good except for the dirty martini. I hate olives stuffed with cheese. To end the review on a good note, the mango cheesecake was amazing. I also suggest taking a walk by the river when you leave. As you exit the restaurant, just make a left to find the Riverwalk.

I ordered three dinners from this Cheesecake Factory location on DoorDash on Saturday night-a spicy buffalo chicken sandwich meal with fries, Jamaican black pepper chicken, chicken tenders with double fries (formerly known as cajun chicken littles which usually comes with mashed and corn), tex mex egg rolls and a 7 inch oreo cheesecake. The Dasher sent me a pic of my food on their counter when he arrived. There were two sealed yet skimpy looking bags with a picture of my receipt. He delivered exactly what he picked up from Cheesecake. The restaurant didn't pack the buffalo chicken sandwich and fries meal, they didn't pack my Jamaican black pepper chicken meal and they did not pack the double fries that were supposed to come with the chicken tenders. DoorDash ended up giving a $50 credit which did not equate to the missing items. My total was $178. I called and spoke with the manager and explained to him the story. He took absolutely no accountability for HIS restaurant not packaging my family's dinner as ordered. He was very smug and had no skills regarding service recovery. I will not be patron at this restaurant again. My family and I were very disappointed and opted to go pick up McDonalds that night instead and threw away the items they DID deliver out of frustration and anger-how was I supposed to feed my family chicken tenders, tex mex eggrolls and cheesecake for dinner? So disappointed.

I want to share my impressions of visiting this restaurant. I'll start with the bad. As soon as you enter, you can smell a strong food odor, like in a cafeteria. The table we were seated at had water dripping from above, and the waiter serving us was wearing a dirty shirt. The water, which is usually brought immediately, was brought to us when we were already having dessert. No parmesan was offered with the pasta, the bread became stale and hard as a cracker in five minutes. The mashed potatoes that came as a side with the chicken were very watery. There are no complimentary birthday wishes if a guest is celebrating a birthday. Also, dirty dishes are left on the table for a very long time. On the positive side: drinks and food were brought quickly, the pasta with crunch sauce was delicious, and the pecan cheesecake was also enjoyable. However, the cinnamon cheesecake was disappointing, and we sent it back.

I had a poor experience with my coworkers. The spinach dip was so oily and very little spinach. The crispy chicken sandwich had 4x more breading than it needed, and the breading was raw because it was so thick and did not cook all the way through. The salad was pre-made with vinaigrette dressing premixed in it, indicating that it was not fresh and they were trying to hide the brown leaves. The nachos were good, but overall we were very disappointed.

I recently visited this restaurant on Friday the 13th, and I was utterly disappointed by the cleanliness and upkeep of the establishment. Despite the food following the original recipes, the state of the restaurant was unacceptable. The floors were dirty, and the restroom was in disrepair. It’s shocking how little attention is paid to hygiene. The urinals weren’t flushing properly, and the smell of urine was overwhelming, making the whole experience even worse. Attached are some photos I took during my visit, which clearly show the neglect. It’s a shame because the food could be great, but the environment is too off-putting to enjoy the meal. Definitely not recommending this place until they clean up their act.

We had a great experience at The Cheesecake Factory thanks to our amazing server and the very helpful manager. Both were attentive, friendly, and made our visit enjoyable. However, I’m leaving a negative portion of this review specifically because of the hostess, Jessica. Her attitude and lack of professionalism were disappointing. She did not greet us, made no eye contact, and ignored us multiple times even when we spoke directly to her. Customer service—especially in a front-of-house position—is extremely important, and her behavior took away from what would have otherwise been a perfect visit. This review is not a reflection of the server, the manager, the food, or the establishment as a whole, but strictly about her conduct. I hope this feedback leads to proper training so future guests don’t experience the same treatment.

We were regular customers of this establishment but it ended today. We had visitors from overseas and could not have been more embarrassed by visiting this restaurant with them. The food arrived cold, the table was piled up with dirty dishes, the drinks remained unrefilled and when we saw the waiter running by and asked for service, he stuck a hand in our faces and said that we were crazy people. Our foreign guests had never seen such behavior at any restaurant in their country and were deeply disappointed. The only good person at this place was the hostess by the name of Candace who was a sweet lady, otherwise, it was a total and utter disappointment and embarrassment.

I came here with my partner and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. While our server Shane was great, the table and utensils were dirty, and both our appetizers and main dishes were served cold. I did inform our waiter, but nothing was done to correct the situation. It’s disheartening that many restaurants no longer prioritize providing a clean environment and quality dining experience.

Today, I purchased one of my favorite dishes, Seseame Ginger Chicken. It was horrible. The quinoa was mushie and the chicken was overcooked to the point that it had no substance. I mean wood, the plastic utensils couldn't pierce the chicken at all. $25.00 bucks wasted. I wasn't going back to Las Olas. Very disappointed. Zero stars for food

It had been a good 8 years since my last visit to a Cheesecake Factory, and recently, my wife and I decided to give the one in downtown Fort Lauderdale a try. We generally opt for more exclusive dining experiences these days but were curious to see if Cheesecake Factory could still impress. The wait to be seated wasn't very long, which was a pleasant surprise. However, once seated, it took an additional 10 minutes before our server greeted us. Our hunger was building, so the wait felt longer than it was. Strangely, about 45 minutes in, our entrees arrived before our appetizers, a first for us in any dining experience. Unfortunately, the entrees were a letdown, severely lacking in flavor. I ordered the Jambalaya Pasta, expecting a rich and savory dish, but it was disappointing. The noodles used seemed wrong for the dish, resembling something more akin to Ramen soup noodles rather than pasta, which detracted from the overall taste and texture. The Avocado Rolls were another disappointment. They were so unappealing in presentation that we felt compelled to send them back. The rolls looked as though they came straight out of a frozen box, featuring what appeared to be two-week-old avocado. Considering the expense of dining at Cheesecake Factory, I STRONGLY recommend looking elsewhere for a meal. There are plenty of other places where the cost is lower, and the enjoyment of the food is much higher. Our return to Cheesecake Factory after all these years was underwhelming, to say the least, and it's unlikely we'll be giving it another chance anytime soon.

I had to go to the kitchen and wait and ask for it. And water was so hard to get.... I’ve never seen such nonsense! Insects on my food like you see, they are stuck on the broccoli. One time I saw that they were holding the bread with their dirty hands and putting it. How can you put this things without checking?!

I asked for my petite filet medium rare. I get the steak blue raw inside. I know cooking can be hard sometimes, but to mess up this hard? I asked for one again, and the same mistake happened over and over again. I eventually asked for medium well and it was the most dried out and saltiest steak my taste buds have ever come across. I put an extra star for food due to the killer mashed potatoes and cheesecakes. Those were good. I give the service a whopping one star because we had to wait a full hour for our food to arrive. We also waited 3 hours in total for the waiters to come to our table. The atmosphere was good, had that "fancy" restaurant aesthetic. Tables were rather dirty, though. But I severely don't recommend this place in Las Olas. You can find much better for way better service.

This was by far the worst Cheesecake Factory experience I’ve ever had. We waited over an hour just to receive drinks, and then waited another hour or more for our food. The customer service was extremely poor, and when the manager was involved, all we received were excuses instead of solutions or accountability. Overall, the experience was frustrating and disappointing. I will not be returning to this location—or any Cheesecake Factory—again.

Literally these worst batch of wings I’ve ever had in my life. The first order of wings they tried to give were old. They remade them the correct way and again gave old wings. My fries were not fresh. Highly disappointed.

Beyond Disappointing, An Hour Wait, Ignored, and Left Hungry I would give this establishment zero stars if I could. My party and I arrived eager to try this restaurant, but what we experienced was the single worst dining experience I have ever had. After being seated, we waited over an hour for our food. Let me repeat that: one full hour passed, and not even our appetizer, arrived at our table The service was equally appalling. Our server was completely MIA. We managed to flag them down twice in sixty minutes, only to be met with vague excuses and zero apologies. When we tried to inquire about the delay, they seemed annoyed by the interruption, offering no explanation or estimate. It felt as if our table was actively being ignored. We finally cut our losses and walked out. We left hungrier than when we arrived, utterly disappointed, and thoroughly insulted by the total lack of care from the staff. Do not waste your time or money here. The management clearly does not value its customers' time.

Let's get one thing out the way: The food is decent. I'm always supportive of restaurants and their staff because I feel they're the backbone of the industry. We went to eat at Cheesecake Factory to give it a try regardless of the recent negative buzz from dating lists on social media. If you're going to eat from here order out. We walked in with our teenagers in hopes grabbing a bite to start our evening. By the time we got our food they were old enough to drink liquor. We sat for 65 minutes before we got water. There were four of us yet our food came out 20 minutes apart. My plate was 3rd so I got mine exactly an hour after we got our water, 2 hours after we initially sat down. We ended up cancelling the last plate which was a chopped salad. I added a picture of an empty plate because for an hour that's what it was. We felt bad for the server but worse for ourselves. We had tickets to go somewhere afterwards but didn't make it because it took 2 hours for 1/3rd of our group to get our order. We shared and made the best of it. Did I mention the food was decent? Cheesecake was good.

I love coming in but every single time I have to deal with the host Jessica. She is rude everytime whether it’s talking inappropriately about her coworkers in front of us or giving an attitude like she doesn’t want to do her job. I let it go until I came in and she started talking badly about my daughter in Hebrew to a coworker not knowing that I speak it. I cannot believe that is who you chose to be the person your greeted by when you enter the front door.

Very disappointing experience overall. Super slow service. From our time of arrival until being greeted was approximately 20 minutes. The food was subpar in almost every respect.

Food was so poor. Ordered 3 bistro burgers and the meat tasted way off. Ordered a pasta with chicken and there were three pieces of chicken each the size of a quarter and 5 small mushrooms. Will never eat at CF one again.

On a busy day it is horrible. We waited for them to come and ask us what we want for food for a very, very long time, and when we went to the bathroom, there was a huge line with five stalls. They called us 2-3 times for table and we said that we were right here, and they wouldn’t bring us to a table. When we finally got to sit down it was very hard to hear the person beside you it was like you were yelling into their ear. I had a very bad experience, and there was wasn’t many people working.

Swore I'd never come back here, but my girl makes me. Here's the latest installment of this place sucks. I added some pictures of the $27 seared ahi tuna salad. Notice that the tuna is not even close to seared it is well done, what's the point? Then for $27 it's a tiny piece of tuna that's like a quarter of an inch thick lol You get more than this at every other place when you just order the appetizer. I held off saying anything until now. Our waitress was great, no issues with service for us, ever, it's the food. First issue, the $15 crispy spicy chicken sandwich, it looked like it was sitting next to something and they barely splash sauce on it by accident. There was like no sauce in it. Wrong cheese and not even a full size slice. Not sure it was the right bun. The Chicken looked like they used something from a different menu item, it was skinny and super flat/thin mostly. This looks like something from a fast food place. It did taste ok though. Next my girlfriend ordered some chicken and pasta and she ordered some extra sauce on the side. Because they are notorious here for not enough sauce. And of course they put no sauce on the pasta, very little on the chicken and gave only a small side cup of sauce. Like a dipping cup. We ordered our food to eat there but we decided at the last minute to take it home. so I don't think it was an issue of them thinking they could send to go food that was substandard. If we would have been there they could have corrected it. On a positive note we did have a bunch of appetizers and they were all great. If you're charging this much for food it has to be better than this.

The restaurant was so cold it was warmer outside currently at the location in Fort Lauderdale next to the Riverside hotel. My server was new he was polite but did not know the menu I asked for hot chocolate and he told me they didn't have that because nobody ordered it I gave him a lot of grace because he's new. To a midday afternoon service was extremely slow I took forever for my food to come out I was the first one in my section the last one to leave I watched numerous tables get up and walk out because either the food took too long or it was cold My server definitely needs some more training and I think the management should be working better with him but once again attitude was great his deliverance was very professional and polite but overall the restaurant was just too cold and food took too long to come out

My friend and I went for a girls night while I’m in town and we our server Alejandra was very sweet in the beginning but after putting our appetizer in she didn’t come back to check on us or refill our drinks until we were almost done with the appetizer. Once we got our food she had walked past us multiple times not checking on us, we were waiting for 30 minutes to get boxes and the check and I had to go to a host and ask because she still hadn’t checked on us at all. She was greeting her new tables around us and checking in on the table behind us but never us. She finally checked in once I went to go talk to someone else to get our checks and some boxes. It was a busy night because of the boat parade but that is no excuse to walk past your table multiple times and not ask how we are doing at all. Overall the food was good but I did not appreciate the service at all.
