I’ll be honest, from my experience, Dunkin’ Donuts coffee is not always consistent. However, this specific Dunkin’ Donuts gets it right every single time! I get a specific coffee. I get it the same way every time, and it hits every time. I’ve never had an issue and they’re amazing! Definitely better than any other Dunkin’ Donuts.
This place really Rocks!!! My guys and I stopped in for breakfast today(we work for the city) and there was a little "hiccup" with the young lady named "Serena" and getting logged on to the register, so we had to wait. Our patience paid off because the asst manager, "Crystal" came to the rescue and made everything alright for us. If you get to stop by this place be sure to say, "Hello".....
No one waited on me for 5 minutes or so. A fresh employee came in, clocked in and then rang up my ground coffee before she put her things down. Which was kind and gracious! The ground coffee was in stock at this store, the third Dunkin I went to!
It's always very clean.They keep that line moving fast for filling all of our coffee drinks and donut cravings lol. Or that a white omelette when we're just trying to drop a few they're for us either way I love my local duncan i'm a duncan girl day thank you

I visit this Dunkin a lot and it's average. My wife enjoys the coffee and the kids the occasional doughnuts or ice cream. The doughnuts are decent, I prefer the Krispy variety but you take what you can get. Their ice cream section, though, is in a frostburnt state of disrepair. Check the quality before ordering for sure. They are super busy during peak times but the staff was kind enough to not deny my four year olds request for a sample. If you want coffee and can wait in line during rush hour, rest assured it'll be marginally better than a gas station.

Sometimes good experience early in the mornings they must have a manager on duty or someone in charge and knows what they're doing because they always put your receipt with a sticker on it then most days they don't wanna give you your receipt unless you ask
It’s the service. They slow and dingy. The Hashbrowns and coffee usually good. The short lady is fiesty. You have to get her together sometimes.
Had issues with drive thru. Went inside, floors were dirty, the machines where I was standing at pickup were covered in dust...not what you want to see when picking up your food and drinks. Staff was lagging until a manager seemed to have walked in and made sure I had what I needed as I was standing at the counter waiting. Probably would drive to Brandon location in the future.

The longest drive-through ever I have never sat in a Dunkin’ Donuts drive-through as long as I have sat at this one I would avoid. The design of the drive-through you can’t even leave so they are basically holding you hostage. It’s honestly a fire hazard….
Won't go ever again. The last couple times I went the donuts are not soft, they must not make them there. Plus there is a donut store right down the street called hole in one that is awesome.
Very bad customer service was just there and ordered 4 egg and cheese bagels they gave us 2 with croissants not with bagels and then we told them then they gave us 2 plain not even toasted or even filled with cream cheese and they charged us 10$ for both of the empty bagels . Workers were nonchalant and had to repeat the order multiple times and still got almost every item wrong . Food quality is very bad for the price we paid 57$ just to get 4 bagels and hash browns and 2 coffee and 4 refreshers . Go to the brandon branch is 100 times better. Very awful customer service
Here's the deal. The service is slow, half not all but half the staff is darn ignorant, that I guarantee within the next few months this place be closed bc they always mess up your order, they are rude and extremely slow. If you can't handle your job, and aren't good with people then why the hell are you working fast food! Seriously! All the comments I read, why are these people still here! Why haven't they done fired them and got new people in.! .. I have yet in the past 2 months and I go 2x a week gotten an order that wasn't messed up. Then at the window after waiting 20min, they are (most them only few are nice) rude and have absolutely NO personality except ignorance! Shame on Dunkin for allowing this! The owners of this place should be ashamed.. I also went in the one day and they literally took 20min to ask me my order then another 25 just to get them and all they were was 2 damn drinks! ... just a suggestion... I think you better get new people before calls are made and your place is shutdown! Just saying! People will go elsewhere
I’m not sure what happened to the morning crew but there’s a different crew now. The previous crew had customer service skills and greeted customers. With the new crew, my orders have been incorrect. I was conversing with a lady in line who frequents this location and she agreed with my observations. Today, I ordered a frozen coffee which had coffee dripping all over the cup. I will never understand what all the hype is with DD. Every time I order there it’s wrong and the coffee is weak. Ordered Uber eats and both the driver and DD messed up the order once again. This is the last time I try with them. May seem petty but there shouldn’t be an issue every time. Ordered a hot latte(shown on sticker in photo) but arrived as iced….not the first time. Ordered 2 tots. As you can see below we received a little bag of smooshed potatoes. Ordered Oatmilk but they were out and added almond milk to all the coffees instead. My daughter has a nut allergy. How is this an establishment that is know for its coffee and donuts, yet you guys always without fail seem to be out of espresso. It doesn’t matter what time I come or what day, coincidentally they are always out. It’s inconvenient, now it just seems like all that’s being served is problems and donuts.

This is the worst Dunkin I’ve been to I was in line waiting for over 15min and no one answers. You could hear them in the overcome just talking and just point out they weren’t even busy… The people they have there working are unprofessional.

I was waiting for ice-cream for about 10 min. The blonde girl looked at me several times. The Caucasian women walks up and she immediately addresses her and says I will be right with you. Then she walks up looks at me and proceeds to take her order. She never did take my order. Another had to come. Racism even subtle still offends.
I walk in to order, 5 employees are standing around talking not doing anything, then they all scatter to the back. I stand there for 5 min or more before they even acknowledge me. Several people looked right at me and didn't even say a word. Customer service apparently doesn't mean anything to these employees.
I’ve been sitting in a line with (3) whole cars in front of me for 31 minutes now…. I would’ve pulled off 20+ minutes ago but I’m TRAPPED in a damn alleyway drive thru and CANT leave. There’s no reason to be that slow, knowing that you’re holding customers hostage from leaving. I don’t even WANT a coffee anymore after waiting half an hour but I have to sit here anyway. Absolute worst service! Do not go here. Laural I think her name is was disgustingly rude. All the staff are rude but she's the worst At the drive through one person gets on and I politely asked her to give me a second. Then right after that another woman who was laural gets on and ask me what I want. I told her politely to give me a second then she proceeds to say, "I don't have a second". It took everything in my to just shush but I did. Then not even a minute later she gets back on asking me what I want and starts throwing random suggestions out there. I again told her to give me a moment I'm reading the menu on the board. Then I get to the window and they had only 2 flavor of munchkins. So ok fine but then they hand me overcooked loaded hash browns with burnt bacon. I asked the lady if I can get a new one without burnt bacon and Laural tells me that's how it comes. It's comes with crispy bacon like that. I told her no it doesn't. I've gotten this before at other dunkins and never has the bacon been black. So then she says, "well what do you want a refund because we don't have any other bacon it's going to take a long time to make new bacon." How long does it take to make new bacon??? . So I explained to her its ok I'll wait for it. So she tells me to park in the front and they will bring it out. Well I waited 20 mins. This lady Laural had gotten in her silver pick up and drive around the dunkin donuts in the drive through line like 7 times. At first I thought maybe she was testing the drive through speaker because it seems they couldn't hear anyone that well when they was speaking. But she would park, get out her truck, go back in, go back out, and drive back around. This is the she lady telling me she didn't have a minute to allow me to read the menu and figure out what I wanted. So now it's been like 25 30 mins, I pull out and get on the drive through right behind Laural doing her 8th lap and ask them where the replacement hashbrowns are. They had been ready sitting on the counter while Laural was going in and out you mean to tell me she couldn't bring them out? This isn't the first time I've had issues with this place being rude and telling me that their messed up food or drinks was how it was supposed to be made. Not only that but there is homeless people and young kids just hanging out inside and out the place just lingering. I wouldn't recommend this place at all. Service all around is disgusting. The owner needs to replace the manager or supervisor who I believe is laural. They really need to reset the whole place and put better people in there.
