io e la mia ragazza lo abbiamo preso come ristorante di riferimento per mangiare giapponese. locale nuovo, accogliente e curato. abbiamo sempre mangiato bene e speso il giusto per del pesce fresco e veramente buono da mangiare. l'okai lo tradiremo difficilmente se dobbiamo mangiare sushi a BG. senza esagerare con le porzioni ma comunque uscire dal ristorante belli soddisfatti spediamo circa 50 euro in due. W l'OKAI!

Personalmente penso sia il miglior ristorante sushi di Bergamo. Pesce e cibo di ottima qualità, ma ad un prezzo più ragionevole di quello di altri sushi molto noti in città. Totalmente consigliato. Io personalmente amo prendere la sushi box max x2 (in foto) che contiene un vasto assortimento di sushi: dal sashimi fino al dragon roll. Molto ricco, molto buono e ad un prezzo onesto

Good taste . Fresh Ingredients. I tried to find an Asian restaurant to have late dinner around 9pm, and this one is still open. Digital menu is easy to understand with English. Fast service and friendly staffs. Perfect CHIRASI TARTARE SALMONE 😅😅

I just had a take away roll but the quality of food was actually good. I am a bit biased to be honest because I was not really satisfied with other Japanese places in Bergamo. The quality of raw fishes is actually good. It might be better if they concern a bit to rice. But it might be okay to non-asian people(I am picky to rices). I am not sure about other hot dishes though. They delivered food carefully such as wrapped soy sauce and putting little fortune cookie. I will definitely order again soon.

Scoperto di recente offre una rapida (gustosa e per noi ... un po' diversa) pausa pranzo. Locale accogliente, personale gentile Buomo il rapporto qualità prezzo.

Abbiamo conosciuto questo locale tramite una promozione che comprendeva una selezione di piatti. Gli spaghetti con verdure e gamberi davvero molto buoni. Fresco e ottimo di gusto anche là tartare. Gli arumaki particolari nel gusto con un pizzico di cannella, verdure e carne. Nella media gli uramaki. Prezzi sopra la media. Ristorante a là carte.

Il ristorante ha un arredamento molto curato, bello e confortevole,tutto molto buono, bella anche la preparazione. Ho dato 4 ⭐️ semplicemente perché ho mangiato di meglio anche se qui tutto era buonissimo Non è un all you can eat ma i prezzi sono onesti per quello che offre Consigliato 😉

Ristorante bello e curato con un atmosfera tranquilla e accogliente. Ottimo per una cena di coppia, in tranquillità. Non è un all you can eat e la differenza si sente nel servizio, che è molto più curato. La qualità dei piatti è buona, comunque sopra la media del giapponese ayce medio. La gentilezza dei dipendenti fa davvero la differenza!

Abbiamo provato questo locale utilizzando un buono che ci avevano regalato con Groupon. Locale molto curato, staff molto gentile, il cibo è veramente ottimo, ovviamente la scelta del menu con il buono è veramente ridotto, ma posso dire che i piatti sono molto buoni e presentati benissimo, allego solo le foto dei dolci in quanto non avevo pensato di fare foto dei piatti. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Pranzo di lavoro dal lunedì al sabato a prezzo fisso di 12€ bevande incluse. Scelta limitata ma sufficiente. Sono presenti altri menu con numero di portate inferiore. Personale idoneo e gentile. Parcheggio un po’ difficoltoso ma hanno sul lato dello stabile un parcheggio interrato a pagamento.

Locale in zona centrale; pesce fresco; servizio un po' lento, ma cortese. Rapporto qualità - prezzo ok. Buona, anche la proposta pranzo.

Ristorante giapponese di qualità, ho preferito scegliere a la carte. Buona l'insalata di pesce crudo con avocado, succulento il ramen in brodo di miso con carne, gamberi e verdure e ben fatti i vari sushi e sashimi. Per finire non poteva mancare il sakè. Ben organizzati anche per il take away

Sushi alla carta è un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Consigliatissimo il mango ebi roll, con mango e fragole! Giusto rapporto pesce riso negli uramaki. Location pulita e inodore (quando uscite non dovete portare per forza la giacca in lavanderia)

Ottima posizione, personale gentile, il cibo mi sarei aspettato sicuramente di più: lo standard è da all you can eat i prezzi da ristorante al dettaglio.

Prenotazione effettuata tramite thefork. Nonostante all'arrivo ho comunicato sia nome che la prenotazione, il personale in cassa si è infastidito in quanto con thefork non avrei potuto scegliere il pranzo di lavoro e pagare con thefork pay. Ad ogni modo buona la qualità del cibo e bellezza del locale.

I recently visited OKAI and had a mixed experience. The food was excellent, with fresh ingredients and delicious flavors that truly stood out. However, a significant drawback was the lack of English-speaking staff. It made communication difficult and detracted from the overall dining experience. Despite this, the quality of the food made up for it. I would rate OKAI 3 out of 5 stars. If they improve their language skills, it would definitely enhance the overall experience.

It’s a nice place to eat good Japanese food. However I would have liked to receive a better service. The waitresses didn’t speak English so well, the classic customer service was more around a “transactional” behavior. Sushi could have been better. Pretty expensive though.

So, couple things. I'll start with things I really disliked and that is matcha tea and some aspects of the service we got. Matcha tea here means water with tea bag that maybe has some tea powder in it. It was really bad, in truth we paid 3€ for water, that had slight taste of tea (see attached photo). Not what you expect, when ordering Matcha in sushi restaurant. The thing I didn't like about the service is that they didn't pay much attention to us. There was some language barrier, as our waiter didn't speak English, but we didn't really mind that. Once we finished the meal and ask for payment options we weren't directed to the desk (in our country staff usually brings payment terminal to the table) and we ended up waiting 20min at the table without anyone checking on us, even if it was very clear that we're looking for someone to help. Now the last part - food. It was pretty good. I've liked pretty much all rolls, the only two nitpicks I have are - the quality of shrimps seemed a little bit lower than the fish to me and we've also got a bit too many slices of raw fish. I love raw fish, but there's such thing as too much, but maybe some people like it this way so I'm not counting it in my review. Overall not bad sushi, that sadly left some bad taste (mainly because of misguiding people with fake matcha).

Asian fusion restaurant in the centre of Bergamo city. The menu offers mainly Japanese dishes, but it isn't only sushi. Curious as always, we ordered a mixture of dishes. Dim Sum that you see on the photo was very good looking but not so tasteful. Our favourite dishes were salad with wakame algues, gamberi in tempura and sushi rolls. Location is a bit basic, with no character. Atmosphere is easy-going and relaxed.

It's a place for Japanese food. It's a mid range restaurant. The Ramen soup and udon soup are nice dishes that one can have along with your choice of sushi. The staff here is Chinese which the restaurant is passing off as Japanese. A coperta is charged for which you are served 4 chips laced with reused oil which might give one acidity and are avoidable. I would not recommend this place for authentic Japanese food.

The bottom of the takeout box was very greasy, even though the content was not, and it leaked through the paper bag and onto the upholstery of our car. The ramen was worst than the instant kind: soggy noodles and flavourless broth. The sushi was heavy with mayo or cream cheese like most fusion sushi in Italy, not to my taste.

Ho sperimentato il pessimo ramen vegetale (foto in allegato). Una sorta di zuppa priva di ogni sapore e "sostanza". Dico solamente che è stato tagliato un pomodoro crudo a fette e messo dentro la zuppa.. Il "pastrugno" è stato assaggiato e immediatamente buttato nella spazzatura..... Sconsigliatissimo!
