It's a Wendy's. It was exactly what I expected. Not a huge fan of the newer style layout, but it's whatever.
Ordered my food in the drive-thru and did have to wait very long at all. Food was good but not the best I’ve had at Wendy’s. The service and timeliness was excellent.
I was able to visit the first day of opening. Surprisingly there was no line I was able to make my order. Pull up and pay. Receive my order and leave in less than 6 or 7 minutes. The next time my wife and I went. It was a very similar situation. Everything went quickly and smoothly. With great attitude both times. Only thing is you have to remember to ask for sauces.

Went through the drive-thru to get some breakfast, guess I missed it, cause I was told breakfast was over. So much for a chicken biscuit. So I ordered the 5 cheese burgers 🍔 for 10 dollars. That's a great deal. As I dug in to the first one I realized the cheese was still cold. But still good. For my second burger I decided to take the patty out of one and make a double cheeseburger 🍔. Should have done that with the first one. Gave the other two away. I will be back and you should too. Sorry no photos.
I ordered a large Cajun Crunch Spicy Chicken Sandwich. Disappointed. The sandwich was ok but I've had more crunchy bits fall of a piece of fried chicken than what was on my sandwich. The only thing that was right on my sandwich compared to your advertised picture you have was the bread and chicken. And I don't know if its your fountain machine or where your cups are being stored or the cups themselves but the coke I received taste dirty.
The gal that waited on us in the drive thru was very friendly to my husband but wouldn’t say a word to me. He didn’t believe me so I told him to watch…. I asked him to ask her for creamer and sugar for my coffee and also extra. He did and she brought it and I told her “thank you very much.” Not a peep out of her, no smile, nada. When she brought the food out she was chatting with me husband and very friendly, but still not a word to me, lol. All that matters is that we got our food Anna full bellies Ann’s now the rest of the day will be Devine!!! Be blessed y’all!
Did a mobile order app. Ordered unsweetened tea received sweet tea which we don't drink so a waste of a drink. Guess I will not only have to start checking to ensure I receive all my items but I will have to start taste testing my drink as well. Also, why is nobody keeping up on landscaping here? Looks horrible and there are weeds as big as shrubs. Unsat.
The daytime staff is great, but if you come here after 7pm, and choose to order through the drive through, be prepared to wait, and wait, and wait. If you are the only car at the restaurant be prepared to wait, and wait, and wait. In fact, I’d advise one to fill up their gas tank before pulling in to order!
I had a very frustrating experience at this Wendy’s in Big Spring. I sat in the drive-thru calling out for assistance, but no one responded. As I passed the window, I could clearly see an employee on his phone. Since no one helped me, I went inside to place my order. There was no sign indicating the lobby was closed, and when I reached the counter, the employee did not apologize for the wait and instead mentioned he was switching out his headphones. When I said I wanted to order, he told me only the drive-thru was open. I went back through the drive-thru to order Frosties and was told they didn’t have fountain drinks and were only accepting cash. At the window, my total was $11.01. I asked the employee if he would take $11 since pennies aren’t in circulation anymore. He agreed, but then handed me back .99 cents in change. I explained I didn’t need all the coins and asked if he could just give me a dollar instead, handing him a penny. He refused and said the manager would not allow it. Had I known it would be handled that way, I would have taken the time to find the penny. Overall, the service was disorganized, unhelpful, and unfriendly. The Frosties themselves tasted bland and watery. I won’t be returning to this location again.
I ordered it from mobile and Dining in but I don’t see its number. Also, it doesn’t give me a receipt and I paid it . I waited for pickup but long time. I remind to service and communicated with them. Another 7 minutes later I picked up.
It’s an awful and waste time. When my boyfriend was ordering a meal but no name and no number and no reason for service. Because it’s long time and some they are not see the screen on. We will never going there again.
Great place if you want yesterday’s left over French fries $20 plus for a meal they ask you to pull around so you won’t notice they gave you old food. I suggest you walk inside and inspect your food before you leave. Other wise you will be stopping down the street at McDonald’s to get edible food.
I am genuinely in the parking lot of Wendy's writing this review and this particular Wendy's is by far the worst restaurant experience I have EVER had, the food came out wrong, the staff were highly unprofessional after I arrived it got busy and everyone behind the counter was just standing there staring at all the customers walking in. And then another thing, this has nothing to do with the restaurant itself but the people coming in, you guys have GOT to control your kids that's all I'm saying If I'm being honest the woman behind the counter helping me was the best part of the experience. Really shout out to her! Unfortunately I don't know her name sorry!
Was highly disappointed in the service and in the food! Arrived at about 9:15 PM it location was quite slow at this hour. It was only one customer in the lobby and no customers in the drive-through. I was the only one a very slow response time to respond to take my order upon receiving my food and drinks which it’s took quite a while just to make one grilled chicken, ranch wrap, and some sauce nuggets. The employee that brings them out doesn’t even know which vehicle they belong to so there’s very poor communication the drinks I ordered were wrong. My grilled chicken wrap wasn’t even warm. It was cold and the tortilla was stale Highly disappointed in the service and the product! Management needs new training and soda the lower level employees no proper greetings no enthusiasm and they can’t even get your order right or even remember who they sold it to after asking you to pull forward and wait absolutely ridiculous.
The young girl at the window was busy chatting away to her co workers with my drink in her hand for a lil bit before she finally turned to me and handed me my drink and asked us to pull forward and wait for our food.. we only had 1 meal we ordered and it took forevvvvvverrrrr to bring out.... last time we will be going to Wendy's in our town..
They over charged me by almost $10. Didn’t notice until we were on the road. Disappointing, especially because the food was pricey to begin with. Food was yummy, but not worth what we were charged.
I stood outside at 9:55pm and they would not let me inside and acted like I didn’t exist. All I wanted was to wash my hands and then proceed through the drive thru. No one came to the door to acknowledge me. They all just looked at me and that was all. Mind you, that there were other customers inside. One of them even notified the cashier and still nothing. Horrible staff, I will never come back to this establishment.
The absolute worst. They had to park every single drive through order even though they were adequately staffed. Took us 33 minutes to get an order; only for it to be wrong. They didn’t even give us our fries and when we called them on it, they knew they didn’t as they had just dropped more because they were out. Go somewhere else
Ordered a large strawberry lemonade, A double baconator, and a double stack. The cashier asked "Do you need a receipt?" ... Ugh, that should have been a clue. Received the strawberry lemonade - and the rest was someone else's order. Too late to correct it now. One burger had swiss cheese and mushrooms - No BACON, the second sandwich plain cheeseburger. Sad that customer service is so poor!
