Love the crew at Valley Ave! I placed an order online one morning & there was a bit of a wait due to how busy they were (no biggie, it was a Sunday after church hours). But the food made the wait totally worth it!! My bacon was cooked to perfection & the grits were the best I’ve had from anywhere in a very long time! The sweet young lady who packed my order made sure I had all the condiments I needed.

Extremely busy, but was ran like a well oiled machine .. wonderful lady engaging customers... The line busting their butts ... impressive. If your not a good worker you would be run over. Hard team work. I would go again even though it was busy.

A a business owner, I appreciate when a business stands on business. The Waffle House at 316 Valley in Birmingham Alabama hands down is the best. Fast, fresh, Hot food. Exceptional customer service. Friendly cook and server. Management greeted each person entering the restaurant. Would definitely recommend this location.

A Very Nasty Waffle House. Filthy, poor service, cold food, soggy waffles, grease floating on top of glass of water. Just NASTY NASTY NASTY. Hepatitis C outbreak waiting to happen

Update: Went back since there isn’t many places open at night. Received more burned bacon. See the 2nd picture Asked for my bacon to be cooked soft but all of the pieces are burned and not edible. How can you serve someone this slop. I called the restaurant to try to get this corrected and no answer

I live up the street from this Waffle House location and they always get my order wrong. I have to come back literally every time they are rude and disrespectful catches attitude after I come back and tell them this is the wrong order. I have to travel 13 minutes just to enjoy a customer service experience at another location.
