Well, the Wendy’s on Thursday did an order for through the drive-through rude and desperate manager at the window and employee how to go up there three times to get my food correctly. Still wasn’t made correctly. How to throw it away. Call the store. No one would answer. call the store manager Maria was very disrespectful and also call the area coach and no response. Unacceptable. Will never eat her again. When does she be shut down for this is unkind, considerate behavior I wonder how upper management from corporate when I call Houston on Monday how they feel about this behavior that’s happening. This is unacceptable

I've eaten here but I will never eat here again. When you walk inside it smells like sewage.. you wonder why there's never any cars in the parking lot in the dining room is never full.. this is why. I will guarantee you this is why.. I didn't know, I've been getting orders through the drive-thru.. and I'll never eat here again.. and if you were smart you probably wouldn't either because there is definite health code violations here. I'm 100% sure.. no restaurant is supposed to smell like sewage.. there is a ventilation problem at minimum.. and the place shouldn't be open for business.. . that's a fact Jack.. or Wendy !!! Teat it down and rebuild a new one with a new septic system.. unbelievable

Could barely understand the person in the drive through. When I got to the window, she was rude.Didn't say a single word and didn't offer a receipt. My chicken sandwich was bone dry. Stay away from this location

Stopped in on my way out of Bandera to grab a late night bite to eat. I have NO words. Ordering was easy enough with an attentive employee but when it was my turn at the window, I should’ve run away while the ditching was good. When the person who took my order opened the drive thru window a plume of steam/smoke billowed out like Wendy and her angsty friends were in the back hotboxing mom’s smokes. Everyone knows what old frying grease smells like, so I already knew my fries might be a goner. Got my drink OK, got my food bag. Ripped into the fries, they were hot and crispy, but definitely fried in old grease but ate them anyway because, French fries…but! When the burger was on deck it was absolutely uneatable.

wow how is this place still in business. not the first time i've been there and it's lacking everything. service abrupt and rude. today they actually gave me COLD FRIES? aren't they usually at least in a warmer? cheeseburger awful. they get 1 star because the cup of water had ice in it.honestly just stop and go out of business if you can't handle the basics. so many bad reviews i see. last time i go here.

Never,ever go back to the Boerne Wendys. Couldn't understand the person taking my order, and when the order came for two biscuit and sausage, which should have been three dollars, the bill was 5.40. I live seven miles from Boerne, and when I opened up the sack, there was one sausage that was literally black. It smelled burned. Not driving back into town, but no excuse for an employee putting a burned product out for a customer.

Me and my wife went inside, worse experience ever in any fast food restaurant, flies everywhere. We watched over 10 servings of fries under heat lamp, am given to customers in drive thru orders. When we received our food I asked for fresh fries and told manager that shouldn’t be acceptable manager took our order and threw it on the counter very aggressively an rude, I asked for a number to file a complaint and wasn’t given one, this is the way Wendy’s allows its employees to react under pressure and after other employees approached us apologizing and said they been complaining about this anger an nothing has ever been done..

I’ve been to the Boerne location only twice the first time they were really rude and we didn’t receive all of our items But, I thought maybe it was just that day whatever. Weeks pass and I order food through the app and ordered the new brownie milk shake, NOT the regular ice cream version that Wendy also has. I’ve seen the difference of them and no matter what we asked or said they still told us that we were wrong and it only comes in one form…. Now, if that were the case I would have just bought the cheaper one and called it a day but at this point I’m just left feeling like I paid for things I didn’t actually order with no kindness when confronted with the fact that they messed up and didnt wanna fix it when honestly it something simple and I was trying to be genuine about it. (although when is it’s a customers job to de-escalate a situation, place, or person of an establishment that I don’t even work for?)… it’s just weird I don’t like to argue and the woman there seemed like she did so I just left it at that We were the only people there the first and second time, so there should be no reason as to why their attitude is so uptight, no reason as to why the food quality taste worse than other locations and absolutely no reason to mess up orders the way they do when their not even dealing with a rush. Honestly, I barely started ordering food from Wendy’s near my work. and it was actually pretty good. But, Since moving and going to this Wendy’s, I truthfully don’t know the next time I ever will order again (just from my experiences) but it will never be from this location again. Rip my Wendy’s experience 😅

A fast speaking woman rushed us through our order ( you know- the bill Miller type- asking "anything else" before you finish your last word). Anyway, we get our food, drive off, and try the nuggets. Cold, hard, but wrestled it down because I was so hungry lol. Get home hoping the burgers for the kids are better...as I'm pulling out the food, I see this crispy bonus fly w the nuggets. Needless to say, kids didn't eat.

$18 for this “baconnator” and a kids meal. Fries , burger and nuggets were cold in the 10 minutes it took to get home. Fast food in Boerne is terrible.

I’ve been sitting here five minutes, and no one has responded to my presence. If you care about your time, and it’s important to you to have good service, this is not the place to come. Usually after 7 o’clock in the evening, this place is managed and operated by incompetent people. Just saying! I ended up waiting for eight minutes and finally decided to just pull up to the window. Where they ignored me until I finally honk the horn. The morning shift in the afternoon shift. They are on their game. But these folks in the evening shift are not just lazy they are rude. Times must be very tough if they keep these kind of folks working.

I don't understand fast food restaurants that think it is ok to say they are dine in and post hrs 10-10 yet continue to lock their dining room!! This is downright abusive! I checked the hours and dine in status online, just to drive to the restaurant, park and find it locked! I'm not going to eat in my car with dirty hands and need to wash up before my meal so is it too much to ask that if you're going to refuse dine in at service that you at least update signs and update your online status?? An employee even stepped out while i was taking the pics, and when I asked her why the doors are locked she simply ignored me and walked past me towards her vehicle. Just WOW! This is so not the Wendy's I know and love.
