Great service with Cristina(red head). all thou it seems kinda harsh from management to leave one employee for a busy day. specially Saturday and Sunday.... They should put at least two employees on the weekend. I feel embarrassed by the employee alone and customers always in a hurry. But overall Cristina is an excellent sub artist. And the food was on point. But customers in the area suck.

The McDonald’s next door was super mean so we opted to come next door to the Subway. The staff was the most pleasant I’ve experienced in my 3+ years of living in Florida. Kudos to the tall lady whose name I didn’t catch!

I reached the store about 9:40 PM. The gentleman there told me that the store is closed. When I told him that the internet says 10:30 PM is close time, he said sorry, but we are closed, and are closing. I said, okay. is it possible for you to make me sandwich. He said, he can make me one.... I am very thankful, I am vegetarian and it was tough for me to find anything else.. at that hour. Thanks for this! Please get the hours updated on the internet (Subway and Google).

There's usually no line here because nobody goes to this gas station. That's a positive for the subway. The employees are pretty easy going. You get gas you want a sub you come here you get a Subway sandwich. My recommendation for all Subway sandwiches is of course the Philly cheese steak sandwich. -Bluick

Lost that way I know they got the tuna you can get it in the bowl and you can eat it with crackers I think that's awesome and the one in Florida City do a great job so the one upon drive behind Travelodge motel everything back at awesome thank you have a nice day

Teeny little shop but food was good! They were lacking a lot of things on the menu compared to other subways

I only visited this business because I was gifted a giftcard, but I was very pleased with my order/food and the friendliness and speed of the employee working! I will revisit.

Fast service, the sub was delicious, but they were skimpy with the double meat steak on our footlong steak & cheese.

There was one employee when we came in at 8:30 pm on a Tuesday evening and she was very efficient and friendly. A group of 5 people came in while she was making our subs and she handled everyone's order quickly but she didn't make us feel rushed. The toasted subs are delicious. This is a very small location, not really for dining inside. (Can't remember if I saw any tables). It's fairly clean, similar to all Subways and attached to a well lit, large gas station.

Scorpion Tattoo During my journey home from the keys, I was in need of a quick rest stop to fuel my truck, empty my piss jugs and fill my belly with something delicious. Next to the gas station I noticed a subway, I am not a regular subway man but I figured it was a safe bet. I was a little hesitant when a husky woman with a scorpion tattoo apon her forearm approached the counter to take my order, but after consuming her masterpiece it was one of the best choices I have ever made in my life. My sandwich artist crafted my sub like she was constructing Adam and Eve in the beautiful garden of Eden. I was so amazed by her sandwich making skills I can't even remember her name, but I ll always remember the subway artist with the scorpion tattoo.

Cheap eats. Fast service. Clean store.

Good sandwich, efficient service...but you're in a gas station, people are traveling. Give em bathroom access

They finally were able to serve me a meatball sub after being out of meatball subs for 3 years.

Do not order extra meat they will not put it don’t waste money on that.

This place is going down by the minute , the salads are less and less every day , also they don’t have croutons and not even plastic forks , is a complete disaster

Got there at 10:10 and the employee was very rude says we are closed i expressed to him it's not 10:30 and his response was i don't care we are closed asked for corporate number and again his response i don't care who you call we are closed even more aggressively and said I don't know the number after asking for his name his response was get out of my store. I would love a call back.

Please watch out! Left my wallet in the restaurant and when I came back after couple hours the money disappeared from it. When asked the manager to see the recording from the security camera she said that sometimes they work and sometimes they don’t - didn’t receive ANY help! Very disappointing from the Subway restaurant.

Every subway in miami area has an out of service bathroom. So pee in the bush nxt to the front door. Then order your very dull sandwich. Every other place doing a better job.

If i could rate negative i would. Locked door at 7 when they close at 10? Didn't give an explanation just had the door locked and shook her head

!!!DONT GO UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET FOOD POISONING!!! The Store’s management is terrible as they only schedule one person at a time with a huge work load. I feel bad for employees who have to close as they are all alone and management lies about their hours. The door says they close at 10pm but online it says 10:30pm. I’ve seen moldy bread in the bread cabinet, the vegetables always apear wilted and old, one of the tea machines is always broken and the other usually has old tea, the soda machine was without carbonation, and there is one Hispanic woman who was incredibly rude and rushes you when ordering. She also will not allow you to use the restroom before ordering your food. On top of it all they run a scam in the store where they don’t have small cups and trick you into ordering a medium or large if you want a drink. Mind you in order for the $6 meal combo to work you need a small cup. I have tried going here on multiple occasions on the way to the Keys but have been severely disappointed every time. Safe to say I didn’t eat here especially after seeing a roach crawl across the floor and ants all around the soda area.

The employee in the store was standing at the register when I walked in. She had what looks like a receipt in her had. She didn't acknowledge me at all. Just walked over the the other end with the receipt in hand. Never once asking if I was ready to order or anything. She literally never said anything to me despite me saying hello when I walked in. I politely walked out after 2 minutes, not saying a word. This was around 5:30pm on April 12th.

Customer service is always just "Fair" restaurant is fairly cleaned I come hear for lunch a few times out the month and I've noticed they have a small scam to make more money. They never have "small" cups they force you to buy a medium or large I caught on and when asked one of the employees he said they never order small cups. The tea machine never works and there's old sugar in lid area

There was a lady working there today 01/5/25 overnight around 9:30 she was really rude once we got in she got mad for no reason and got mad because my man used the bathroom. It seems like she doesn’t want to work there. AWFUL customer service.

Employee was very rude and put like a tablespoon of meat in the steak sub.

I am not a fan of Subway because of their processed and low quality meat, cheeses and vegetables but I went there today out of convenice for a late night supper since it was across the street from my hotel. And sometimes when I am really hungry I order a sandwich, get everything on it and bury it in condiments because I love the way fake tastes and I can enter a food coma for under ten dollars. Anyways, I went there at 9:35 and I asked about a special in the window. She said that was no longer on. I then asked about a meatball sub since I felt like 🐄 and needed a lot of protein since I was really hungry. She said she stopped serving the meatballs 5 minutes ago which makes no sense to me since they don't make them and just heat everything up. I said I was going to walk around the area and come back if I decided on a sandwich and she said she would be closed in 5 minutes even though the store should be open till ten. At that point I walked out of the store and went to Denny's next door. It's not much better in terms of food quality, but there was a place to sit and service was better. If you choose to go to Subway make sure you place your order before 9:30 because after that they run out of everything and close early.

Waited 30 min in line just to for the employee to tell us that the system was down and to come back in 10 minutes. Came back 10 minutes later and waited 10 minutes. She them proceeded to lock the door and close up shop. Waited 50 minutes and received nothing. 0 subs were made in 40 minutes as the only employee hid in the back and said that corporate called and said the systems down. I called corporate and they said the system has been up all day.

Hispanic Lady here is so rude. Party of 4 came here talking loud and rude. Would never ever come back here. Wanted to wash hand before eat anything but she force us to buy first and than use bathroom.

Worst service ever!!!! I made an order through Postmates and I never received it. They accepted it and supposedly they were preparing my order. Two drivers went by and then the app changed them again. I went to the store and guess what? It was closed. They don’t know how to work. An employee was there and he just said they were closed I showed my order and he didn’t even open the doors for me. He was talking on the phone as if nothing happened. Worst service!

I recommend that you agree on a price with these people before you order or they will overcharge the heck out of you. Rude lazy woman working there.

I can't wait till every subway gets better or completely close for good. This place is like every subway. One employee during the rush hour is unforgivable. I only go to subway because my godmother eats there often. If it weren't for that they would not evrn get a single cent out of me. Stay away from subway. You'll just be late back from lunch miss the meeting or lose your appetite. If you read this and I saved you from a huge headache make sure to thumbs up.

The service is very bad, there is one person who did not want to serve us 8 sandwich orders. and he did not want to kill them because they were many. how awful

Ordering from this specific subway is a mess. If I wanted a simple sandwich I could have made my own. 80% of my toppings are always missing whenever me and my wife order delivery. Not once, not twice. Multiple times. The laziness on delivery orders needs to be addressed.

Apparently it’s common to have the employee here not even acknowledge you when you walk in and just do more online orders 🤦‍♀️ I left after a few minutes of standing there while she was pretending I wasn’t there. After reading the reviews she does it to everyone and doesn’t care. I wonder why corporate doesn’t care
