Recommend
A near perfect dive with a consistent flow of good people accompanied by great tunes and cheap beer shot combos.
Awesome place! Great food, owner is super cool, chill and fun.
pool table, cheap drinks, great atmosphere. classic dive bar.
Easily my favorite local establishment. A real spot! If you want Bushwick this is Bushwick
Nice space with good music and a pool table. Good crowd too!
Great little dive with a pool table, and amiable patrons.
First time visiting, and love the $5 nachos, spicy and good.
I dig this bar, good drinks and a pool table.
They didn't share their coke.. but I'll go back to play pool, maybe.
Rashad is a great bartender, great pool table and patio.
Great dive with cheap liquor and a pool table
5$ beer and shot all.night , pool.table , nice people
Real edgy/hipster/emo vine to it. Lotta fun and not that pricey.
Great local bar with laid back atmosphere
Tv’s, pool table, all around great dive bar
Love this place. It’s been a while but every time I go to New York, this place is a must. Chilling with Zexor in Spirit. Brought a tear to my eye. Atmosphere is just dope though period.
I'm not a Bushwick native or even a local – in fact, I got to the bar duffle bag and backpack dangling off me after returning from a bad, bizarre LGA experience that had me pretty down in the dumps. But the excellent, easy-going bartender along with the no-nonsense feel and awesome specials instantly turned my day around. Lone Wolf isn't some party mecca nor does it try to be something it's not, because they simply don't need to: they're already awesome at what they do. Plus, $5 shot and beer. We are [I am] eternally grateful.
Pretty cool and chill, it has indoor sitting, pool table and its very spacious. Very friendly bartender.
Great place and staff
A classic dive with plenty of space, great pool table, and a cute little back yard.
The woman that was working Monday night was a fantastic bartender, super attentive and wicked funny. Would be here frequently if I lived here.
Pool table friendly people security and door music and drinks are great.
Nice chill bar, big booze selection pool, tv and amazing bartenders
Great service, nice and quiet til midnight. Happy hour $4 draft beers, can't beat it.
One of the better bars in that part of bed-stuy. Was good for watching NBA games when that was airing.
Fun bar, friendly staff and great music. Pool table and outside area.
As other mentioned they stand with their community and serving great food
They always have a beer and shot special and there's always a pinball machine. I wish they opened an hour earlier, last time I tried to go, they didn't open until 7. It's dark inside. Edit- new ownership the last year or two. No more pinball. They have a jukebox there instead. Pool table is still there, it's probably run better than it used to be.
Been coming here for a decade. Always seems to be a seat at the bar and a decent dj most nights. Always a billiards game happening. Low key, yet exciting and full of characters. Visit!
It's too bad that Goodbye Blue Mondays has closed and been replaced with some sort of identity-crisis bar/restaurant, but at least we still have Lone Wolf. Classic dive bar, with loud punk rock 'and they've got a pool table too'! A great go-to bar on Broadway.
Any place that refuses to serve feds is alright by me. This place is great and deserves more business.
An-Wen is incredible amazing service amazing drinks love the place
I’ve been there several times over the years and I’ve always have had good experiences. It’s got a mild dive bar vibe. They have good beer and drinks. The bartenders that have served me there have been polite and attentive. I only go there once every couple of months or so, but I’m not a regular. The bar isn’t sleek or beautiful. Lone Wolf is just a really good bar.
The food is really good and the espresso martini. I couldn’t really see the bartender because she was one of those tiny people, but she was sweet and attentive and was actually maybe the nicest person I’ve ever met, her name is “bushy” but the really mysterious girl playing pool was mean to me. I’ll definitely come back though, also sorry to “bushy” about your broken leg!!!! But i miss Erica
I’m not gonna lie, I only came here after Marcos trivia and thought I would pop in for a change up and a nite cap. I’ll say I was was pleasantly surprised. This place seems like a slice of old New York the neighborhood needs. I saw the homie Rashad behind the bar. I’ve known them years growing up in nyc and the scene, just to see that they got him working was a selling point for me. That’s honestly what made us all stay…. Immediate good vibes. I’ll be back for sure.
Lovely atmosphere, very chill and friendly, sunday karaokes are very nice. Esteban is always very welcoming.
This is a cocktail program for people who loves and appreciates a drink that takes into consideration the nuances of flavor. The Freezer Martini rivals and beats the Cold Pizza from DCP. The team loves their job, what they do and it’s clear in how much they appreciate their patrons. Come here, and enjoy the great atmosphere and conversation over some of the best cocktails I’ve had.
Cool place. Back yard and pool table.
Pool table. Affordable. Courteous service.
Friendly atmosphere, happy hour till 9pm, outdoor seating
Really good pinball machine. They also let you bring in food from next door, I think.
Good prices. The atmosphere was very nice. Highly recommend
One of the best low-key hip Bushwickian Brooklyn bars with billiard table and pinball
A good budget friendly pub of Broad Way.Price of the drinks are minimal.Staff are very good in behaviour.Due to present situation place does not remain crowdy like before.Interior is good.DJ Music is also good.Better to visit the pub evening.
It's a chill place. The atmosphere is nice and mellow. If they served food, good food. They would rate a 5. They allow you to bring food inside.
Decent dive bar, great prices, cool outdoor area. Average bar pool table, decent competition. Friendly atmosphere.
Nice people cool places where you can bring your own food in
Good dive bar feel. Has pinball, dj on weekends, good drink selection. Pretty busy.
Dark, chill bar. Good place to go at the end of the night. They have a pool table.
Good service and cheap beer. Very dark, which isn't necessarily a bad thing. I would usually go somewhere like this for a nice mood-lit conversation, but the music was also very loud. Could be your cup of tea, but I found the combination unappealing.
I enjoy coming here for good happy hour, nice people who frequent it and very good friendly pool players. If there’s one thing I’d like to see them change, is that they just keep that back door closed during nice weather seasons. It’s typically left open so the whole place smells of cigarettes, and last time I was in I found 6 flies in my drink and it deterred me from going back for quite some time. Otherwise, a very welcoming place
Only downfall is no AC when I went there.... but its a great chill spot and the cooler bartenders in BK. outdoor seating (rear), pool table and dj's on certain nights. good reasonable pricing.
Lone Wolf is the definition of a dive bar. Great pool table. Spacious place. Not too much in terms of decor but they do have two televisions, cheap drinks and a small outdoor lounge/patio area. What more could you ask for!? I really enjoy this place and if you like dive bars, I’m confident you will too!
Neighborhood place, mostly hipsters but has a pool table and small backyard.
I used to think this was a lesbian bar, but it's not that interesting.
Bushwick is an interesting area. Not only is it home to the largest hub of Brooklyn's Hispanic-American community, but it is also in the early stages of gentrification and have thus seen a growing hipster population taking over parts of the neighbourhood. Something that gives an interesting vibe to the community. I rented an apartment close to this establishment, and had my fair share of beers. Friendly crowd during my visits to this dive bar.
One of the decent bars in Bushwick. There’s mostly the locals that hangout. Can get a bit loud even though there’s not that much people. Drinks are about average. Not really a memorable experience.
I got disappointed. Supposed to he a rock bar. The pool table and nice bartenders are the only things worthed.
Cheap beer is expensive—most bars have Genessee for $2-$3, not $5. Pool table is not leveled. Not horrible, but very unremarkable.
Damn this place used to be a somewhat legit dirty dive bk Bushwick bar. The overpriced kicked keg beers and early 90's basic crowd pleasing hits blasting over the sound system show that has changed. So if you're all about catering to the every-man; well this 3 star rating is for you and your miller. Otherwise, 1.5.
Vibe of this place has changed a lot. Went last night for my friend’s birthday. There was about 30 of us. 4 people were hogging the pool table and didn’t buy drinks for the 2 hrs we were there. Some people in our party signed up for the pool table to play w their friend. The ppl at the table insisted the winner gets to stay in the pool table til they are beaten. I asked the bartender, they said this isn’t true. I told the pool table people. They yelled at me and got confrontational. I asked the bartender again - she snapped at me saying she’ll help with the pool table people eventually but she’s working. I felt bad cuz the place was packed. But they never helped. Weird vibes. I’m sure it’s different every day.
It was dead but the bar tender was nice..
Sad boy Sundays made me leave before I finished my drink
The bouncer tonight would not let a disabled woman in with her service dog he physically shoved me out of the bar and told me he doesn’t care about a service animal
I dive bar but if can avoid it , don’t come here. Disrespect is beyond anything.
Horrible experience, bartender didn’t take my drink order and asked me to leave without a valid reason. Honestly just a weird vibe.
Horrible service, imagine going to spend money for the bartender (lady) have the nastiest attitude. No ID required. Very irresponsible business.
They close whenever they want to. Kicked us out at 2 am on a Thursday when they’re supposed to be open til 4.
The bouncer shoved me and would not let me into the bar because I have a service animal he said he did not care if I had one I wasn’t aloud into the bar here you can look this up and see he’s a legit service animal I have a disability it’s illegal for you to even ask my disability you can only ask what service does he provide I will never come again and will let me 100k followers know not to come either
My best friend and I tried to come here the other night and they would not let her in because she had her service dog with her. She showed them the papers and they actually SHOVED her out and told her “I don’t care if you’re blind he’s not coming in here”. That is incredibly discriminatory coming from a man, especially after she showed him legitimate paperwork for her SENIOR service dog who I have personally never seen misbehave. I hope someday people can learn to calmly talk to people and treat them with respect.
I just left there now, I was there only for 20 mins, waiting on some friends to show up to play pool like usual and Erica I believe her name is, was the most rude and disrespectful bartender I’ve met in bushwick! She kicked me out just because I didn’t buy a drink right away when I walked in smh I’ve been going to lone Wolf for a long time, always spent plenty of money (loyal customer) it was uncalled for!
Ignored me to engage a customer in casual talk
Batender reassured me he'd get back to me, only to chat up another customer.
I haven't been there in years, so I stopped in for a shot and a beer when walking by. $15 for both = not dive bar pricing and the beer was flat. Just like years ago. The bartender was very friendly and service was great.
Maybe a bartender or owner came in disrespectful and rude mandated to buy 2 more drinks each because my friend and I were playing pool. Understandably buying drinks is common courtesy but this is after my friend finished their cocktail. Literally no wait time and we were in the middle of the first game. Spot is horrible and not amicable to newcomers.
People coked up arguing over the pool list/table, coming out of the rest room like it’s a clown car. People don’t know how to be discrete or handle themselves. Pretty sure the dude who works there is the person supplying it. The female bartender was rude as hell. Allowing in people who are already drunk and should NOT be being served. Just bad vibes all around and it FEELS dirty. Literally go to any other bar. 🤮
