I stopped eating here after a horrible experience. Recently decided to give it another chance. I'm glad I did. There's been several changes made that has made this place great again.

Been here maybe 3 or 4 times. Good quality ingredientes and very tasty food. Seem to always have a large drive thru line but inside is less crowded but take this with a grain of salt since I been here very few times.

It was my first time here and had the best employee in my life. The employee(Pablo) he helped so much. He was very optimistic and polite. Would come again 10/10.

I love the food, the orange chicken is very good, and the shrimp and nut dish is delicious. I like the chinese tea they have. The servings are OK, the staff is friendly. I have been several times, and always got good service. Kind of expensive for a Chinese food, but is worth it.

Always a good spot for some fast Chinese. Came here for a casual lunch date. 2 plates with 2 entrées each with a drink and an egg roll came out to about 28 bucks. The orange Chicken has some good spice to it, and both the sweet black tea and unsweet passion peach tea is amazing. You can never go wrong with Panda.

It's been a long day of travel and I needed a win. Panda was super busy but I was already there and orange chicken sounded too good to pass up so I went inside to bypass the drive thru. Sheila speedily helped me through the line even though she was doubling on drive-thru. She simultaneously was taking orders on her headset while politely taking mine, and giving orders to the kitchen on what she needed and she didn't miss a beat! I used to work fast food and I was amazed at how well she performed under that pressure! Even though my Beijing Beef was pretty lackluster and I had to wait longer to get my fresh teriyaki chicken because the cashier forgot about me, I still give a 5 star rating because Sheila deserved it that much. By the way, she was the one who came back, prepared my teriyaki, and gave me the rest of my food that was sitting next to the cashier (who was supposed to bag and give it to me). Sheila runs that show!

my wife brought home a small box of kungpao chkn and it was good. the receipt said a free entree with a survey. i cant seem to make a survey. it keeps going in circles so i doubt i will visit them even if the food is good.

The food was good, but not great. Limited selection. But if you love Panda Express, this would be one to try. This place is always busy and the staff seem to really care about quality. Just don't expect authentic Chinese food. Like Taco Bell, Panda Express is great, but not a substitute for the real deal.

The food is good but it's as though they constantly are having problems. They EVENTUALLY fix them, but if you have somewhere to be and you come here you won't be getting there on time.

The food wasn't bad but it was cold. Also they only have 2 highchairs for the whole restaurant and no changing tables for small children. I would think they would be more accommodating for families.

The food was not tasty at all, and I believe it wasn't worth the cost.

The restaurant opens at 11am and we got there 15 min after they opened and all the tables had food on them. Which had to be from the day before.

Noodles could be better, they lack flavor, beef and broccoli is somewhat bland, shrimp is decent, their spicy sauce packets are pretty good lol, but they definitely gotta work on making better noodles, fortune cookies suck, flavorless and "fortunes" are just lame

I had food from this place, it was delicious but later on i got sick. So, i was thinking was it the food bad or what?! Also in that specific day I took my nephew with me, he also ate what I ate, we got sick. My stomach started to hurt and we both stay for a while in the bathroom..."you know what I mean". So yeah didnt know what to do even though is very good place and delicious food but I ain't sure, if is good food.

Meh. I'm not into it. The food is good, but I don't think the prices are worth another trip. To add, the food is prepared in batches and sits under a hot lamp, so the food gets cold faster after it's on your plate. That was my case. I'll hit up a buffet next time I want Chinese.

Good consistent food. Ice tea availability less reliable than McDonald's ice cream machines. As in.....they rarely have it! Grab a meal here to go. Stop somewhere else and get your drinks.

I had the teriyaki chicken bowl with steamed rice. It was good food however no sauce on the chicken or on the side. Makes for pretty dry meal and loss of flavor

Place is good but drive thru always take to long. Even if you get there first and alone. Today 10 min wait in a slow day. I just notice as I wait here right now. Instead of giving us our food they are making the other people food behind us as well as our food just seat there. I also think the lady sounded sick. Big concern now.

I normally don't eat here, and now I remember why. The only thing I enjoy is the shrimp, but they always skimp out on the shrimp serving size and they charge you extra for it! Any other entree, they give you plenty. Not cool!

This was my second visit & I'd had forgotten how bad the a/c situation is. Everytime someone opens the main door, hundreds of cubic feet of cool air exits while 100° hot air lowers the indoor temperature (Consider getting a second set of doors to mitigate a/c loss.). Get your food to go instead! Food was okay. Some of the breaded chicken was tough, but the rice was excellent. Friendliest staff. Donate to Driscoll Hospital Fund.

I can't really explain it cuz the line was so long I got tired of waiting maybe now with the Pandemic going on they should make more than just 1 drive thru or do it like Chick-fil-a.

Panda, Panda, Panda. Where do I begin? Positives….. friendly staff and clean restaurant. That’s it. Food? No white rice. Noodles were broken prior to cooking (honestly looked more like Mexican fideo than chow mein). And the worst part of it? Everything and I mean everything was cold. The food took on a gluey, gelatinous texture. It was pretty bad.

I do like Panda Express very much the food is good and the place is very nice and cleans but the customer service is terrible I was in line they said “what’s your order sir “ ( I’m a girl ) only to find out he was talking to the man behind me I was so confused the person behind me orders and I’m here like “what is going on am I invisible or something how did the staff just skip me like that “ then once the man behind me finished ordering the staff asked the lady behind me what her order was I finally spoke up and asked what was going on the man didn’t even apologize he just went on like nothing and asked me what my order was I left frustrated and confused on to why he treated me like that PANDA EXPRESS TALK TO YOUR STAFF ABOUT THIS PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE #shortproblems

The Togo plates are small. The noodle is all chopped up. Noodle or lomein chopped in little pieces not long noodle like other places. Also loaded with lots of celery and cabbage. Looses the flavor on noodle. Make the noodle long. And better service. Kung Pao chicken is more veggies than chicken. Broccoli beef is more broccoli than beef. Come on get it Right. Your charging high. So make it worth it.

I don't trust this food too much. They say ingredients are mostly chicken and beef but what assurance do we have? Panda to make more efforts to label food as verifiable ingredients. I prefer to stick to seafood!

Everytime I come here it seems like the food slowly gets worse and worse. The white rice is almost always hard, and now when I order walnut shrimp it is undercooked. Please do better!!

Good to a certain time dont eat late makes rarely they make new food and they serve you left over all dry sometimes hard so it's an ok I guess place depends on the person if or sure don't like hard or old food that's been sitting on the lamp for God's knows how long.

Went for a drive through, cashier said order will be out in 2 min. I waited in the parking area. 15 min came by and nothing. Went in and ask about my order and no one got a clue what happened to my order. They had to make it for me. Very professional....

This place is a horrible representation of a panda express. No vegetarian options, then only 6 shrimp for a serving of walnut shrimp, no soy sauce, out of tea, no chop sticks, and staff too busy to care. Not coming back to this store.

Almost always get my order wrong... Even when the order is right the rice is under cooked or the chicken feels rubbery or the flavor is missing... Tired of always having to go back for exchange or refund... Jerks!

Noodles?? More like microwave veggies. Crazy and embarrassing that it took over 30 min to get this food and when they asked Noodles or rice, but not veggies. Omg horrible got like two strings of Noodles. Very disappointing

My wife and I went to panda express ( brownsville, Tx) today and it was BAD. The food was mostly cold. My wife ordered a plate of broccoli and beef. Her serving LITERALLY had two tiny pieces of beef. I brought to the manager's attention and he responded by saying "OK". THAT'S IT ! he was a hispanic young man and showed no empathy . Food is good but, ordered 2 bowls that had super small portions and they gave us 1 fork, no napkins, 1 soy sauce packet and 1 fortune cookie. All around skimp out on as much as they could. Because of Covid we did drive thru and then eat in parking lot. Well so much for that because my behind has to go inside the store to ask for all the stuff they don’t give you and that they should from the get go.

I love panda express with all my heart but this one in particular has had the worst customer service EVER. I ordered the fired wok shrimp which i was charged an extra $1.25 and i only got 5 pieces of shrimp and the rest was vegetables. Also i didn't get any fortune cookies which has NEVER happened until today. The lady at the drive thru almost forgot my spring rolls which i had to literally go back for.

Avoid this store, go to any other panda. I went through the drive thru and was told food was going to take 8 to 10 minutes to be ready. I waited 15 minutes and had to call the store, was told that food would be out in a minute. The portions of the main dish was very little. Not coming back to this place. Didn't even get an apology.

Juan said he was the team leader. They messed up on my order twice. I ordered the food for a person and they gave me no tip. I told him in these times tips were my livelihood he gave me the egg role after he told me he would replace the meal since this happen twice. I GOT there and he completely changed his story called them twice to ask for a manager.Portions are getting smaller going to Lotus on BOca Chica they don't forget orders .

Panda Express was horrible! No lo mein, only chow mein and the fried rice had no flavor. The beef and brocollii was too salty and the Orange chicken was gross. The only thing that was good was the honey walnut shrimp. I don't think that I'll ever go again unless I can just get the honey walnut shrimp

I just went by and order thru dirve thru, missing 1 of my sides (egg roll), straw for my drink, called to let them know, man who picked up didnt even let me say much, gave phone to someone else and hunged up, tried calling back and line busy, it took me long to decide to go back to this place for a reason, I just confirmed why , food was cold.

First and last time eating here. Disgusted upon the results. Food was super stale and old , tasted like it was sitting there all day and reheated for us. Noodles didn't even taste good, tasted like it came from the Maruchan pack without the flavor. Food tasted like it was store bought. Not even the good brand sadly. Waited in the drive through line for what seemed to be forever and paid over 10 dollars just for them to forget to give me a napkin and utensils. Then when I finally got to start eating I realize that they only put like 3 pieces of chicken in the bowl. It’s like I had rice and vegetables for lunch. If you can avoid this location you’re doing yourself a huge favor.

My SO asked for the string bean chicken breast and the same employee said they were not doing that today! What the hell. Like do you just not want to make it today? Then why have it on the menu!!! Rice and noodles weren't fresh & tasted like they'd been sitting there all day. Steak chunks in my steak entree that was an extra $1.50, were very hard to chew. The beef and broccoli had no flavor. Only good thing was the Kung Pao Chicken. Honestly. Very disappointing

Went drive thru placed an order of 2 plates they told me to park and they would bring out to me in 8-10min. So like 20 minutes later nothing. I called and they said they gave my order to someone else that ordered online. So they remake my order but forgot the egg rolls. So now food is cold while waiting for egg rolls. Just skip this place. Not worth the headache.

I ordered a 2 meet small dinner. Paid the to have delivered and tip the driver. Order the spicy orange chicken. And it had 16 peppers in it. It filled up one of the containers holes that should have been with meat a protein. This is stupid Way to run a business, fill them up a noodles, Rice, and 16 hot peppers and put very little chicken in it to go order.
