Don’t bother coming to this location. I put an online order in at 2pm, for pick up at 4:30pm. I got there at 4:30pm, my order wasn’t handed to me until 5pm. Mind you, multiple people just waiting for their orders - workers just ignored everyone for about 15 minutes. Pizza was cold, thin and doughy.

Got a stuffed crust pizza and it was horribly put together and raw in the middle and sadly this is the third incident so I will not be going back ever.

Food looked like it was in heater oven too long. When I ask for a fresh order. The employee refused. Manager did refund my money. Service was unacceptable.

My mom went in to get an online order and it took at least 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge she was in there. She asked a gentleman for help and he completely ignored her. She goes to Little Ceasars all the time where she’s from and it’s sad that she’s been here once and had the worst experience ever. Please get better training or employees.

Called in my order and was told it would be ready in 20-30 minutes. We arrive and go in after it had been almost 45 min since I placed the order and they say the order was never placed. 😩 So ordered again right then and there and told to wait 20 min! Waiting and waiting nearly another 45 min goes by we go check and STILL being told we needed to wait its still in oven. Left to get something else because absolutely NOT ! They didnt even apologize , looked at us like we were dumb Never coming here again

I don’t know who is coming up with the idea that on a Friday night if you get there around 10pm..they are no longer making pizzas and your only option is to take what they have in their keep warm section. Mind you they are open until 11pm. This is what I encountered at 10pm on 8/9. In general I would say workers here care little at all about pizza quality…selling pizzas that are not fresh. Lobby feels like a sauna. These pizzas have a shelf life of 10 min so you’d think throwing together a pizza for you wouldn’t be a hassle.

Made order and paid. Was told 10 to 15 minutes. Came back 10 minutes later. Once inside i was ignored for another 15 minutes and was handed a pizza that had been sitting there for 10 minutes. Havent tried it but it doesnt look very good.

Don’t waste your time here. Waited 45 minutes for a pickup order and was handed a cold pizza. Staff doesn’t pay attention to customers or care quite frankly. Little Caesar’s should be ashamed of the service this store offers. Time for an overhaul of staff or something. It’s like this every time I ever go without fail

I have been there three different times and every time they have taken more than 30min. to have my order ready. I suggest you order online way before you actually need your pizza. Besides the three negative experiences, I do have to say that for every visit, all the employees seem polite when greeting customers.

Not sure what happened here. Dry, thin, chewy. Just not good. Seems like someone got the dough recipe very wrong. Complete waste of money unfortunately.

8:13PM Sunday June 2, 2024 Pay attention to WHAT IS ALREADY MADE, MAN. Walked in, was greeted fairly promptly, and was told 5 minute wait for puffs. Cool. But the store was not cool. It was really, really hot. But it was only 5 minutes, right? We wait the 5. Amanda walks in. She's not greeted. Wait 2 minutes. Walk outside to wait for a bit, because it is so hot, we'd rather wait outside. Walk in after 3 minutes. Are told "it's like 2 more minutes on puffs". Less cool, but fine. Luis walks in. He is not greeted. We stand there for a few more minutes. Luis is greeted and gets his food. 2 minutes later Amanda gets her food. 20 minutes later my boyfriend asks, "Can you just give us what's ready?" The tall young man with curly dark hair and a gold pendant necklace that we've been counting on for the past 20 minutes walks over to the oven, takes breadsticks out, bags them, places them next to a stack of pizza and 2 puffs boxes THAT HAD BEEN THERE THE WHOLE TIME, and hands them to us. The pizza and puffs were already lukewarm. We know we are held hostage by this store, but C'MON, MAN.

Pale deep dish pizza with so little cheese that the pepperonis fall off everywhere. This is nothing close to Detroit style. Ordered directly from their website. They use door dash. If you want a cold, pale pizza then this is the place for you. I won’t be a returning customer.

Worst one ever bread sticks dried up and smashed left over from lunch!!! Pizza is so old the pizza sauce is dried on the box and the cheese is hard as a brick!!! How in the @%# do you have the audacity to sell this #!$%...??? Tried calling store no one answers great customer service.......
