It’s a typical Taco Bell, you know what to expect of the food. Nice and patient staff, location seems to get quite a lot of traffic on Friday nights that overworks the staff. Had a large order and they got everything right though. Good location.

Got the Luxe box, which was good. The 5 layer burrito is delicious, especially with their hot sauce. Swapped the cheese sauce for guacamole with chips. The strawberry lemonada wasn't bad, I suggest the mango tea. The place is clean, the staff is friendly, and my order was prepared in a timely manner. The street chalupas are also a must order.

Very good place everyone there is great except the new manager I think the name is Annette and another I know for sure's name is amber both very rude and mean people especially amber. I think she quit or something and if so good riddens. Overall tho very well good put together store!

This location has restored my faith in Taco Bell. I made my order over the mobile app, arrived at the restaurant and after a brief moment in line, I had my food. And the best part, my order was correct! (Even down to the number of hot sauce packet from my order!) Good job Buda Taco Bell, good job!

I had placed an order online at about 8:50pm, and it charged me but did not show up in my orders. I went in and Annette and Amber (pardon my spelling if it's off) helped input my order manually and remedied the situation in a timely manner while still assisting other customers. I've yet to have a bad experience here and I received all of my order today in full, all correct and great quality compared to other locations.

This is the best Taco Bell I have been to since moving to Texas. No matter what time of day it is these guys always have great service, and exceptional food. Every other Taco Bell I've been to in Austin has always been mediocre, or they mess up the order, sometimes consistently not putting stuff in. You will never get that at this location. Thank you for all of your hard work and effort. Thank you management for keeping these guys happy and keeping morale high.

Taco Bell = epic win Celebrated my 40th birthday with some #tacobell and it was a Baja Blast ;)) (Like this review if you got the reference) Real eaters know the spicy potato wrap is the way to go. If you're not using the app then you're a chump. I'll never pay more than $1 for a drink. Biggest scam in the biz. It's happy hour or nothing, ya know what I mean, Gene? Shoutout to my homie Gene. Loved him in Willy Wonka. I miss him every day. I think he would have really enjoyed the grilled cheesed burrito if he were still with us.

I don’t know any names but the 4 girls and one guy working this Buda Taco Bell by themselves on 12/17/2025 all deserve a raise! I ordered through the app for pickup and decided to also get my dad a special order when I arrived. A red/auburn head girl came and handed me my mobile order as well as taking my new custom order without any huffing or puffing or attitude!! (Which is what usually happens when you order more than 2 items at fast food places now a days!) On top of this the store was very well kept and clean, the sauce and silverware station was stocked fully, and the workers were all moving quickly on the line sliding those orders down as fast as they could! My order was correct! even the special order I had (bean burrito add beef, serve it to me in a bowl smothered in red sauce and a sprinkle of shredded cheese!) I just wanted to take the time to boost these guys! They were rocking it! Really hope management is looking. I’ve had some not so nice crew member encounters mainly late at night here but this evening these guys were awesome!

Whoever the overnight manager was from Fri. July 25- Sat morning July 26 went truly above and beyond. I didn't get his name but I hope his bosses see this and heap praise on him. He rectified a mishap that was truly not his fault after Uber eats failed to let me know they were out of an item. I drove down there after being livid Uber eats could not explain that they were out of a product. Then, when I complained to Uber eats they stated it was not enough for a refund. The manager stepped in when he heard me pleading with the cashier at the drive thru and swiftly went above and beyond in finding the missing product after a storage mishap and making a fresh order for me at no charge. Thank you, sir!

Just went through the drive-thru was a bit of a way after I ordered but after that it went pretty smooth. I think somebody had a big order beforehand and so we ended up having to wait a little bit but that was no problem cuz I think my food's pretty fresh and I love that will definitely be coming back again.

Hadn't been in years. I like just meat and cheese on my tacos and they were so small of portions. But today was great. Good amount of meat and cheese. Good job. The attendant even helped me order something to my liking.

I mean it was alright. Its taco bell. They keep chamging their vendor and lowering the quality of the foods they use. And there was an avocado stem in my 7 layer burrito. That was weird. Glad it wasn't something else. But the service was good as usual. Food was cheap. Just wish it still tasted like food

My drive-thru visit yesterday (11/02/2017) was the perfect experience. My order was confirmed at the order screen, again at the window BEFORE I paid, and a third time before they handed me my bag. The young woman "Crystal" greeted me with a smile and was very friendly. Order was 100% correct, fresh and 100% yummy. Keep up the good work guys!

Ordered Luxe Box with Steak Poblano rolled quesadilla, changed to chicken, which was delicious, and 2 tacos. Added tomatoes to both tacos, only 1 had them. Ordered 14 mild sauce pkts, 0 delivered. A box full of Mexican food and no hot sauce!

The food is good as it always is. However, the wait while dining in at the Buda location is horrible. The time on receipt said 7:40 pm, we got or food 15 minutes later. There were only three orders ahead of ours but car after car flowed from the drive-thru. It would be nice if Taco Bell focused as much on the dine-in customers as they do on the drive-thru customers.

The employee taking orders for the drive-thru section appeared to be very impatient and agitated, I used the self-order touch screen station in the lobby so my interaction with the employee was very limited. All things considered the experience was good.

Did a quick meal here after trekking Cabela's. Service was quick and staff was friendly. Fountain drink area reeked like the drink overflow had been sitting for weeks. Parking lot area is of slight concern. I literally watched a narcotic transaction take place. After the deal was done a couple of them hung out in the parking lot until another vehicle pulled up and another suspected deal was done.

Ready to take your order! They are always quick with the food. Never have they gotten my order wrong. There are public restrooms available but needs attention as well as the common area. The seats could use cushioning. Nevertheless I enjoy my time there. I'll be back.

Last time i went, only online orders were being accepted, but no signage or other indicator was posted... Today, i managed to get breakfast combo, but the coffee was incredibly sugary, and cinnabon minis were missing. the speaker didnt seem to worked too well either, as i had to repeat parts of my order at the window (drink, sauce, etc).

I feel like the store manager is doing his best but he has staff that just is not trained properly and in my incident yesterday I did all my ordering at 6:45 and did not get my food until an hour later. I think they should come up with the system if they’re getting too backed up they should close down online ordering because they were focusing on drive-through orders, which is great but when we order ahead, we expect our food to be ready when we get there. I know they look like they were also shortstaffed, but I hope they can improve with some of this information.

I went to Taco Bell around 2:45 pm. They have a sign that shows happy hour drinks 2-5 pm. When I ordered our medium drinks thinking, they would be $1 as the sign states the girl at the window told me it didn't start till 3. She told me she couldn't honor the happy till 3. I informed her that the sign clearly stated 2-5 pm. She got a little snappy with me, then she talked to someone on the headset, and she went ahead and honored the happy hour price. If the times have changed, then Taco Bell should update the signs in their drive-thru and not mislead customers.

Went thru drive thru it was midnight.girl at drive thru didn't offer or ask if I wanted sauce so I waited for her to notice me still there to get it. Then I get back to my room I rented till the next day and I had no napkins either.but food was decent and I received what I ordered even better.

Usually this location is on point, but my last visit was upsetting. Had more lettuce than meat, hardly any cheese in my taco. When I called to complain manager David told me to bring back the tacos and he would replace them. We don't eat out much and the next visit I'm planing out that way is too far out to hold on to some tacos. So I'll leave my experience here.( I threw away my receipt so I'll take the loss)

This taco bell is a flip of a coin. 50% of the time they will rock your world, and the other 50% you will get food that a drunk toddler could make better. It's honestly a fun game to play except when it's not and you wasted your money on trash.

Five stars for food. 2 for everything else, drink machine served warm Dr. Pepper and had no Ice, dining room was dirty and I had to clean my own table. The 25 minutes I was there NO ONE came out to check it or clean. As I was leaving went to bathroom, it was also very dirty. I will note I saw several people just standing around board. So, no excuses accepted!

We only received our partial order. They were busy in the drive thru. They have the dining area closed. Tried to get the order fixed of what was missing and an employee took awhile to come to the front door and seemed like he didn’t want to help or fix the order we had paid for. Finally got one of the items missing with hesitation we looked to make sure everything was there and found 2 more items were missing. Bad attitude all the way around as we had to go back to get back a second time.

So insanely slow, they probably need to pay more so they can hire enough employees. They also run out of items constantly. They make the food pretty good, are usually accurate with the order, and the employees are mostly friendly. Still, I mostly avoid going here because I don't want to wait in the drive-thru line for 20 minutes just to be told they're out of everything I want.

Gave up on this place after noticing that they seriously skimp out on all ingredients in all items on the menu. That and the fact that Taco Bell has become laughably expensive the last year puts this off my list of places to get food from here in Buda.

Service was lacking. Dining room is closed more often than open so this time we used the drive through. Our order was prepared wrong and we all know how that ruins a meal right away. It would be nice if whoever takes the orders really listens and doesn't just assume it's like every other order. The key to providing good customer service is to listen.

I like this location typically but I have to give 1 star on service because I just got home and found sour cream in my tacos that I just order "no sour cream". This may not seem like a huge deal but it's frustrating that such a simple thing can't be done correctly. I don't order sour cream because I don't like sour cream. Update Dropping to 2 stars because it happened again. Same thing. Do they just ignore the order details?

Absolutely the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever seen in my life. I ordered a burrito with two ingredients (beans and sour cream. Was gonna eat it with different dips) and somehow they got the order wrong. I was sent three disgusting looking shrinked up burritos with only sour cream on them. Absolutely inedible. Cost me 18$. Tried to get a refund and they gave me “5$ in store credit.” Never EVER go here!

This Taco Bell sucks. Make sure you call before you go to make it’s actually serving food. One time they were out of beans, another time they said they “were not serving people until 5pm” (it was 3pm) and another time there system was down. So fair warning

Was in line for an hour and they forgot a part of our order. We watched the staff just wasting time, talking/laughing/on their phones while one guy did all the work. They didn’t have inside dining (it was around 11:30 at night) and the line outside wasn’t very long. Worst experience I’ve ever had in a drive thru and that’s saying a lot because I have worked in the service industry for over 10 years. I’m pretty understanding when it comes to understaffed situations or things of that nature. This was just pure negligence. When we asked what was taking so long and for an ETA the guy said “we’re waiting on the food” and once they realized our frustration THEN they started to work. After all that time they forgot part of our order.

Worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. Do not order on the app. They will be out of something you order for sure, which,no their fault but they are constantly screwing up orders. And when you ask them to fix it it's the end of the world. I'll drive in Austin before going back here.

Gone downhill by a LOT. Why even have app walk in pickup orders available for this location (the restaurant can turn app orders off for this location btw) if youre going to lock your lobbies and then force people to wait 30 minutes in the drive through to pick up cold food? And then not only do they lock their lobby while accepting app orders for walk in, why even allow any sort of food customization if you're going to just ignore them all anyways, including the paid addons? Drive a n y w h e r e else for taco bell, this place is trash now. FYI, any review stating that this taco bell is great is most likely just trying to boost numbers on here from all the downvoting and I wouldn't doubt in someway related to management of this taco bell. Hard press to believe HALF of those good reviews as of recently.

This place is in need of new management or something they always have some issue or they are always out of something, if the owner cared they would read these reviews. The product sells itself “it’s taco bell” simple food and fast. I am to the point now where I would rather go to the long lines at Whataburger or Mcdonalds just to not be disappointed at this location.

This Taco Bell has gone downhill rapidly… sat in line for almost half an hour get to order and was told they were out of: beef, chicken, nacho cheese sauce, and drinks…. Most of the time when I go it’s so slow, look in the window and the employees are just sitting around talking… Today went and spent 25 min in line, with around 10 total vehicles… and DIDN’T GET MY FULL ORDER…. I’d rather drive the extra distance to go to Kyle’s location. Edit 12/6/21… HOW ARE YOU CONSTANTLY OUT OF BEEF???

The people that are working today 7-1-16 can not make tacos!! 5:45pm Ordered the beefy crunchy taco, they gave me a 12 inch tortilla with a scoop of meet on one side a scoop of sour cream on the other side a few chips and a little rice in the middle!!! I understand it's fast food but damn really people!?!?!😡😡 I don't think we will go back to that store again! One good thing they weren't short on the sauce like most of them

We tried to go thru the drive thru on a Sunday night at 6:30 and we were told that it was mobile orders only. On the website it say dine in, drive thru and delivery. I assure you, we have never seen the Buda location open inside, and now the drive thru is closed as well! Also missed 3 different items in our order and nothing was labeled, so we had to open everything up or play Russia roulette with our food! Taco Bell’s new motto should be…. We guarantee we will mess up sour order! I do wonder if the owner of this franchise knows that the store and Drive-thru are closed for half of the day and night?

Taco Bell is less than a quarter mile from my house in Buda Tx and I will now drive the extra 6 more miles down the road to the one in Kyle Tx. The Buda location has absolutely no consistency what so ever. It never fails, either my order looks great and tastes great and I am missing items OR I receive all my items and the order is still wrong with missing ingrediencies or ingrediencies added that I asked to have removed. I gave the benefit of doubt over time and the outcome is always the same, all from Drive Thru and delivery experience, never going back to the Buda location....

The place was nasty and so was the staff. The cashier had no respect for herself or customers. Actually asked me if I was dating a stripper from the Landing Strip. GROSS!!! Looked like she was up for 4 or 5 days and was not all there. Think a drug test is needed. Won't be eating here for a long time. Sorry but I will drive to Kyle where they actually care about customer service.

In the past the service was good, now they leave you sitting at the drive thru (where they are to take your order) for 10 minutes before they take the order. It happens every time I go to the one in Buda but now I drive to Kyle Taco bell or Brodie Lane Taco bell. Very frustrating, but they are not the only Taco Bell around!

I've come here all my life. But today I walk in and the lobby is a mes . They ain't even busy so I dont understand why the tables were so messy and napkins on the ground. The cashier was texting while we were ordering our food. The employees in the back were arguing. The cashier didnt bother to tell us they were out of ice in the ice machine. Just really bad customer service and the place has definitely gone down hill since I last came here a couple years ago. I'm just amazed.

My Dad picked up dinner for us tonight. My son asked for nacho bell grande. My dad was assured everything was in the bag. He gets home and of course there is no nachos. Our order is messed up almost every single time. If we've gone 20 times its been right once. We go to this taco bell regularly because we like the food and it's nearby. We called to let the store know and no one answers. The only option is to leave a message. Highly disappointed again. I'm not one to complain but we paid over $30 & didn't get what we paid for. My son said at least the food was good 😂 but everyone had to give him some of their food so he could eat. I hope someone actually reads. Also we didn't get a receipt so it's pointless for me to drive to the store when I don't have proof.

We walked into the Buda location and after waiting almost 5 mins just to place an order, we were finally able to flag someone down who took our order at 7:47 (based on receipt). It was not until just after 8:30 that we received our food, which was cold and packaged poorly with food all over the bag, and we had already been standing at the cashier area asking for updates for over 10 mins prior to receiving our meal. The employees were not rude, but they absolutely did not care that multiple people were going on 20+ minutes sitting in the lobby complaining. We watched an employee walk out to their car and grab a bag of food for themselves in the middle of several people asking for their orders that still had not been made. I love Taco Bell, and to be honest, I don't have unrealistic or even high expectations for any fast-food chain as of late nor am I one to spend my time writing a review of a taco bell, but this was absolutely the worst experience I have encountered in a long time. The blatant disregard for their customers, the lack of care for the quality of the food they gave me and my children after waiting the amount of time we did, and the complete waste of my time this evening for what ended up being a poor meal is why I do not intend to ever come back to this location again.

ABSOLUTELY the worst service. Ordered online, went to pick up over 15 minutes later because I drove there from work and nothing. Tried asking people for help and got ignored. Finally asked about my order, lady says they don't have it, looks for 2 seconds on computer and tells me obviously I didn't put the correct store on my order. Pulled up my order and now she's too busy to help me. I open a bag that's been sitting on the counter to see it is mine, tell the lady this is my order but she needs to see the receipt. I then have to take the receipt around to her because she won't make any effort to take 1 step closer to look for herself. During all this, I watched how they treated other customers as well and I KNOW I won't be coming to this location again. The third attempt was definitely the charm. Anyone still reading, try the Bell on Veterans, they are a million times better in all aspects.

Worst service in town. For the 3rd time in a row I drove off without even ordering. Waited in line for 20 minutes and only 2 cars moved and I was still 4 cars back. Tried to go inside on my last visit and waited at register to be acknowledged because I had a question, numerous times the employees saw me and never as much said hello. Waited 30 minutes in the drive thru for just 3 cars ahead of me to get their food. Then the food in my bag was someone else’s order. Went inside, waited some more, when someone finally took the bag back the kitchen the workers started arguing about who’s fault it was. Done with this place.

The drive through line was long. I understand that they were busy, however the product that they served me was completely unacceptable. All of the tacos in my order were empty, and it looks like nothing in my order was made with any regard for what was ordered. To top it all off I was not given a receipt. I called the location phone and got a message that they can't come to the phone. I then called the 1800 corporate number and they were also closed for the day. I've noticed a pattern of not receiving receipts at this location.

Listen to the reviews STAY AWAY from this horrible location! When I went to pick up my order, I was told they did not have beans for my items. The male worker in the drive-thru stated that my order would be canceled by him manually and that I would receive my refund. I never received my refund, and the order was not canceled. I still received the charge and never received the food. Went with a friend to grab some food. Went through the drive through, and tried to do 2 separate orders. They said, "we can't do that, only one order per vehicle". Seriously? What fast food places restrict separating orders? One person shouldn't HAVE to be responsible, for paying for everyone. Up till this moment. I have never had a single place deny that option. They weren't busy either. So it wasn't a matter of efficiency. Needless to say, I will never go back to this location again.

This location is constantly only taking Door Dash orders. I have not been there in the last year when they weren’t out of something significant. No beef, no cheese, no tortillas etc. The manager needs to learn to put in an order and stock up. It would be nice to try the Mexican pizza but they haven’t had them since it came back out. Open the drive thru for a change.

Very rude service. The cashier saw us but would not come over to take our order. The manager had to come out of his office to tell her to take our order. She rudely laughed and as I tried to start our order she started mumbling to herself. I was half way through telling her what I wanted and she asked if I was done! There were 4 people in my family and I had only told her half of what I wanted! She wasn't paying attention to our order and she was also digging gunk out of her eye the whole time, so my appetite was gone.

1/7/22 Arrived at taco bell around 10:35ish with the drive thru line was to the front of the store. Once we finally got up to the speaker to order, we were told they were out of ground beef. We had already wasted so much time waiting in line that we went ahead and ordered and subbed the ground beef for chicken. It took another 30 or so minutes to get from the speaker to the window. The employee working the drive thru took our payment and gave us a bag of food and immediately closed the window. We check the bag and the order was incorrect. We sat there waiting for her to come back -we could see her making drinks and getting other orders ready, even making eye contact with her until she disappeared. We were trying not to be rude but after waiting about 7 minutes (and holding up the drive thru line), we beeped. No one came. We waited several more minutes. Beeped again. No one came. Then we laid on the horn and a different employee comes up, clearly frustrated, and we explained that our order was wrong and we had been waiting over 10 minutes for someone to return to the window. I even tried calling the store to see if someone would answer and no one did. He said we were given a doordash order by mistake and immediately gave us our correct order which was clearly sitting there for a while as the chips in our nachos were soggy. We also asked the employee where the original employee was that was working the window and he said "in the back, cleaning." We paid for our order at 11:34pm, and didn't leave the drive thru until 11:47 since no one wanted to come to the window to address our concern. Not to mention, they told us they were out of ground beef, but our order was made with ground beef...

Quality of food was so very poor for what I had to pay , I payed for extra cheese an ask for steak meat. A squirt of cheese an 4 pieces of steak meat counted 6 cubed tomatoes, fully loaded beans . A grilled crispy taco should be crispy as advertised not soggy , won't be doing that again.

I was asked to pull forward to receive my order and after the line died down no one ever brought my food to me. Now that I've reversed to the window there are 3 ladies at the register but none of them have asked how they can assist me yet.... Ik it's taco bell but ...really?

I placed my order ($5 cravings box with a mountain dew) and proceeded to sit in line for 25 minutes. There were four cars in front of me. I did not make it to the window, and ended up leaving as the car in front of me passed open tacos back and forth through the drive through window. I expected a fast food restaurant to be a little faster than that. I won't be going here anymore.

This location always has a problem. Every single day. It’s either no food, no employees, or no system. To see these reviews all saying the same thing, it’s clear more than ever. This Taco Bell doesn’t support or appreciate their employees. Why is everyone quitting or calling out?

The female employee who worked the night shift of 12/21 going into 12/22 is extremely rude. We went through the drive through and noticed food was missing. My daughter was trying to let them know that her order was missing and the girl looked at her turn the lights off and walked away. Instead of trying to help. We also notice another person having the same issue. I would advise to not go to this location after hours.

The line is always backed up and the dining room is always a mess. I come here all the time and it always takes 30-45 minutes to get my food, they are severely understaffed. The management/employees need to be evaluated and the bad apples filtered out. This location makes Taco Bell look bad.

Firstly, the lady who took our order at the drive through was very disrespectful, and kept repeating what else every time we ordered an item, along with putting my tacos on the bottom of the bag full of burritos which crushed them. The lady who took our order also refused to give the managers name and when I said I would call corporate she said his name was max which I believe she made up. I went again today and the same lady was there and was still very rude so I drove off.

They used to have a decent team but they have all been run off. I go hear often because its close to work. They will always get at least on item of your order wrong. On a good day. They have the worst service of all the chains in the area. if you ask for none of something they will give you extra. For exaple no onions or no sour cream. You will get double onions or sour cream. I hardly ever go there any more. I just check in once in a while to see if its changed for the better. But it just gets worse. I recently go a burito with more sour cream than meat and a pile of onions in the bottom so the last bite is all onion. Its like they do it on purpose. And dont even try to get your order corrected the maneger doent care.

I placed an order at the drive thru only to get home and be missing part of my order. I place an order for a $7 luxe meal and a crunchy taco. I asked the employee if crunchy taco was in the luxe meal box as they didn’t even bag my order. He shook his head yes so I didn’t bother to check.

This is the worse taco bell I've ever been to. They taco shells were stale,the cinnamon twist tasted rank, and the food was cold. I saw another review about this being the best taco bell someone has been to hahahaha... okay If you live in Buda you know that's a lie. The owner needs to focus a little more on the quality of product and employee retention.

I go to this location often because it's close to my job it's a hit or miss type of store. Today they messed up on my order and they weren't very busy for it to be one of those days. 😞 Better luck next time I guess

I ordered NO sour cream and all 3 tacos had it. Paid extra for supreme tacos and then couldn't eat them. No one answers the phone to address my complaint. Picked up the food today at 12:45. No credit card service either. Cash only so someone is banking unreported sales.

This taco bell has the worst customer service I've experienced. Today marks the third time I've been shorted on an order and I should have known better than to leave the store without double checking everything in the bag. I got home after a 12 hour shift, start handing food to the family and find that they shorted us multiple food items. I call to get a refund and let the family eat my portion and they answer just to hang up. I know they're answering because I can hear voices when it stops ringing and immediately hangs up. I'm not going to drive across town for a couple missed tacos but it would be great if they would at least take the call and make up for their mistakes. I'll go the next town over the next time I want taco bell

Waited nearly an hour in the drive through line just to get an uncooked Cantina chicken quesadilla meal. This isn’t the first time our meal has been messed up like this, but it’ll be the last time we go to this location. It’s the nearest Taco Bell to our house, but we’re going to have to drive farther to look for a better one. Really a shame — I eat a lot of Taco Bell around the state and this is the most consistently poor quality location I’ve ever eaten at. Have photos for management.

I’ve always wanted to leave a review for this Taco Bell in Buda, Texas, but never did because honestly, every single time I’ve come to this location the workers have been rude as hell. Today, however, was the cherry on top of the cake. My mom and I went to pick up a mobile order through the drive-thru. My mom politely told the girl on the speaker that she didn’t see an option online, but asked if they could extra-grill the burritos. She’s done this at this location before with no problem—usually they just ask “grilled or extra grilled” and take care of it. This time, the young girl immediately responded with a very rude and argumentative “No. No. No.” She refused to help and wouldn’t even ask a manager. Then another employee jumped on the speaker and said, “We’ll take care of you.” When we got to the window, my mom asked the young lady if she was the one who spoke to her at the drive-thru. She said yes. My mom then asked for her name because of how rude she was. The girl said, “No, no, no, I’m a minor, I can’t give that to you.” My mom asked to speak to a manager and was told that if she wanted to speak to one, she had to come inside—which is ridiculous. I’ve never heard of a manager refusing to come to the window. When my mom went inside, the same girl was loudly telling her coworkers, “That’s her, that’s her,” pointing at my mom like this was some kind of joke. Completely unprofessional. When my mom finally spoke to the manager, the manager came in already rude, raising her voice, saying “What’s going on? What’s going on?” without even letting my mom explain. She then told my mom, “Get out of my store, boo boo. Go on, get out, boo boo.” Yes — the manager said that. She then threatened to call the police. My mom calmly said that was fine and that she would call them herself. Both the employee and the manager refused to give their names. We later found out the manager’s name is Amber, identifiable by red/pink hair. When the police arrived, they were extremely professional and apologized to my mom, stating that this location often has issues with rude teenagers who don’t want to work there. While my mom was speaking with the police, the manager had the nerve to yell insults out the door, in front of customers, like it was funny. Even the officer said, “That’s why we don’t eat here.” I’m very involved in the Buda, Kyle, and Creedmoor community, and I will absolutely be making sure people know about this experience until something is done about the staff and management at this location. This is beyond unacceptable behavior, especially from a manager. Do better.

I was in the store for a few tacos after a long day I waited 20 minutes for 4 plain tacos and one burrito I was the only one in the store as more people were coming in the longer I waited looked like they catered more to the drive thru. I feel bad for the employees as customers were getting upset for the wait. Manager Amber said it’s their new system. I hope they get better service!!

Worst place in Buda the employees always have an attitude like your bothering them when we are actually trying to buy managers are worst will never help you they will give you what they have and the come and tell after you check your order oh yea we didn’t have that but don’t let me know and won’t give me a refund for something I didn’t order or want. I would rather drive the extra 25 mins for my next Taco Bell than to ever come here again.

Told the lady at the speaker I wanted the loaded beef nachos. She gave me the bell grande nachos after I told her multiple times I did not want the. bell grande. And on top of that the nachos were horrible. They had little to no cheese. Bad service and bad food.

Went to this location and ordered 4 cheesy Gordita crunch , a crunch wrap supreme , and a Baja blast. Got home and noticed the Gordita didn’t have any of the chipotle ranch that comes on it and barely any meat. Opened the crunch wrap and it was literally all cheese and tortilla. Definitely never coming back to this location.

This Taco Bell has messed up my order almost every time I’ve gone, and when I’ve gone inside to talk to the manager about either missing or flat-out wrong items, I have been argued with, even though I have the receipt and wrong items as proof. The employees have also been rude to me on multiple unneeded occasions. As someone who is currently working in the fast food industry, it baffles me how this kind of behavior and actions are allowed.

7/25/2025@ 12:55pm We ordered food at a kiosk and sat down to wait for our food. Several people came in after us and ordered. People started getting their food, but we didn't. I asked the girl and she pulled up the order and said sorry and gave it to the manager and the other girls making food. 30 minutes later we received our food. Horrible service at this taco bell.

So slow, 50min wait with 10 cars in a drive through only. Big curly hair in my one taco I was looking forward to. Don’t recommend just go somewhere else or sit down at Cracker Barrel right next door. It’ll be faster
