I often come to the Piadineria in Busto both for the quality of the products but above all for the kindness of the staff, especially Valentina and Chiara, always very kind and helpful; I often happen to pass by the Piadineria at closing time and I'm always greeted with kindness and smiles... Keep it up, congratulations to all the staff.

La Piadineria sempre una certezza, personale gentile, i tavoli potrebbero essere più puliti

Nulla da eccepire sulla piadina, tenuto conto che non siamo in Romagna. Personale gentile, locale pulito, tavoli puliti e ordinati e servizi igienici ben tenuti. Abbastanza veloci, in funzione dell’orario di affluenza. Se non hai pretese e hai fame beh, allora entra.

Forse il peggiore servizio avuto nelle tante locations provate. Personale demotivato, imbranato, sconclusionato tra cassa e preparazione. A locale semivuoto aspetti anche 20 minuti incredibile. Spero si diano una svegliata perché ti passa la voglia. Qualità resta buona ma la gestione da rivedere.

Could have been better. Average service and very poor air recycle

Cibo buono, nulla da dire. Ma il personale… da 0 stelle. Di solito andiamo a prendere le piadine e le mangiamo a casa; una volta si sono dimenticati le patatine, siamo dovuti tornare indietro; un’altra volta ci hanno fatto pagare 10 euro in più per sbaglio; oggi si sono di nuovo dimenticati le patatine. Insomma, non c’è mai un ordine corretto.

Very good piadinas, it's a shame they always get my order wrong. If I add or remove ingredients, they don't pay attention and the piadina always arrives wrong.

Good piadina, pleasant atmosphere. If you make a mistake when ordering online, you can't change it on the app, even though you can. Also, the phone is disconnected and no one answers. Terrible.

The prices on the board do not correspond to the final price. I ordered a 'tricolore' which shows as 5.90 EUR but the bill came to 7.40 EUR (it shows the lettuce, tomato and cheese as "extra" items but how can that be seeing the tricolor will have nothing in it without these 3 ingredients that also happen to be the only ingredients in this tasteless piadina?!) It is very bland (seasoned only with salt). The wrap tastes strange and is soft. The cheese tastes like air and the tomato like plastic. This masterpiece of gastronomy does not come on a tray though it inevitably drips from the bottom. Loud music completes the experience.

Buone queste 2 fette di tacchino sottili in una piadina vuota. Mhhh per 5,20€ non dico che mi aspettavo la piadina piena ma almeno da dargli un minimo di spessore sì. Era spesso tanto quanto lo spessore della piadina stessa.

Ciao entrato ora alle 21.53 per ordinare 5 piadine d'asporto... La. Risposta della gentilissima lavoratrice è stato un bel no con la. Testa.... Ma. Se chiude alle 22.30 perché non farmi 5 piadine di cui 3 per dei bambini? Ma poi pure d'asporto non ho parole 35 minuti prima della chiusura.... Io non metterò più piede in sto posto anzi in tutte le piadinerie!!!!!

Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. I ordered two piadinas to go, and even though the place wasn't crowded, we had a long wait. Once home, the worst surprise: inside my roll, I found a piece of hard, sharp plastic that cut my gum. I understand that mistakes can happen, but this isn't a case of forgetfulness or the wrong sauce: finding a sharp object inside your food is extremely serious and unacceptable. It's truly a shame, because I had trusted them and hoped to eat well.

I was recently at the Piadineria in Busto Arsizio, I had an appointment and to hurry I wanted to order a piadina. If I had never done it, I waited more than 30 minutes standing waiting for two piadinas and two portions of chips… they had very few customers, there must have been 4 at most, and despite this I don't know how it is practically possible to make us wait half an hour. They made the wrong piadinas for other customers and had to remake them. Then when our turn came I thanked the girl who is at the cash register, disorganized and RUDE, RUDE with short blond hair and slightly dark skin who was drinking drinks from the fridge in front of the customers the whole time. She didn't even deign to say hello after I wished her a good day… in fact my friend even told me that she looked at me really badly for no reason. This also applies to other customers, when they made the wrong orders she didn't even deign to apologize, in fact she was more than presumptuous. Leaving the Piadineria with doubt I checked my piadina and the yogurt sauce was missing, and the chips were completely cold as if they had been there for a longer time already made. When I went back I explained to her that the chips were cold and she shocked me and said "well it seems strange to me" I replied "look I left 1 minute ago if you want I'll bring them to you and you can check them yourself. I didn't bring them because I'm not interested but a customer can't wait 30 minutes for a service like that." Not even a sorry, not even an excuse. They added the yogurt sauce and I left they didn't speak to me, really awful staff. I want to point out that I also work with the public and if you are not capable of it you cannot allow people who are unfit for communication and good manners to come into contact with the public. Without going into further details I think what I have written is more than enough even if I could list an infinite number of things I hope they take action
