Chipotle Canoga Park Reviews
Got a bowl asked for white rice and chicken gave me a at least a small handful of chicken and when I asked for more he gave me 3 pieces I’m not being exaggerated, the spoon had more than 3 pieces but he took half of them out and only gave me three like what is this.
Come here maybe quite a lot. The service is good. Always a least 3 people in the front. They are always stocked. I appreciate their effort. Good is delicious.
My bowl was filled to the brim! The food was delicious and everything was so flavorful. The employees were so kind and patient. I definitely recommend going to this Chipotle if you are in the mall.

My family and I ordered from the Canoga Park Chipotle using the online build-your-own meal for 4–6 people, and it was a great experience overall. We went with the chicken, and it was fresh, well seasoned, and really tasty. The portions were generous, though I do wish it came with a few more tortillas to match all the fillings. Ordering online was easy, and as a nice bonus, signing up for their rewards program got us free chips and guacamole, which was a win for the whole family. Solid food, smooth pickup, and good value for a group meal. We would order again.

Service wasn't bad I visit this place twice I had a good experience the first time. The second time my experience improved the person who got my order ask how can he help I give him the order he apparently was not in a good mood but he did his part then when the second person continue with my order she asked what type of toppings I would like with a friendly manner she finished the order and ask if I need anything to let her know. The cashier asked me if I would like a drink or any chips with a friendly manner. Food flavor wise is really good it has a good taste. I would recommend it.

Food is good. If you get the basic bowl it's good. If you take extra meat they charge $3 almost but barely put any extra meat. That's a ripoff. Also, there were offers but the employees out here won't tell you unless you tell them to apply that offer.

OMG this branch is so bad . There was a big piece of hard meat in my dish It was inedible. It is only useful for dog food. This was the second and last time I bought food from the food court topanga mall.

Terrible customer service. I like to put corn, tomatoes, and sour cream not inside the bowl but in a small cup on a side and all other places are fine with that however here the lady decided to charge me extra for every single cup. Insanity and greediness.
There is no section on the order screen to remove items from the dish, I ordered a protein bowl, I needed the fewer sauce removed and there is no section for the request. I called the restaurant and they do not have a direct line and the gal informed me that she couldn't give it out...no more ha
So when did increasing the price of a meal because of salsa quantity become franchise policy? I'm sorry to say, this venue does not conform with Chipotle's consistent customer service standards nor Chipotle's menu and item pricing. After 10 years of being a fan, I never had this problem at any other Chipotle venue before: I order one flour chicken taco with beans and a couple big scoops of the mild salsa. Looking good, then another associate looks at it and says they need to charge me the price for two tacos, apparently because she felt I asked for too much salsa. Yup. Salsa. I say this is clearly one taco, however the associate disagrees with me and says they need to charge me for the price of two tacos. I made it easy on them and say I'm eating elsewhere.
One of your employees was extremely rude — a woman wearing eyeglasses. I’ll leave it to the manager to decide whether they care about this issue. The incident happened on Martin Luther King Day around 6:00 PM. There’s a reason this branch has less than 3 stars. Cheers!
very rude and entitled workers who don’t seem like they want to be there. As a customer picking up an order I was treated horribly by this lady and treated like I was responsible for whatever mistake they made before, she would tightly hold back the order without letting me take what’s clearly my order. do better this is ridiculous just do your job right instead of being mad at customers.
The last place one would expect to see an unprofessional worker is at a food kiosk cashier. I was there to pick up an online order and had to wait until it was ready. When I asked to verify the order, the cashier held the food bag away from me. I pointed to my prescription glasses and said that I could not see it. She tore up the receipt and held it in front of me. "My job instructions don't allow me to give you the food," the cashier said. Apparently, customer service was not part of her job description!
Ordered to-go bowl. Salty (rice and salsa). Chicken was burnt and as dry as cardboard. They put a super small amount of chicken too. There were like 5-6 little pieces of chicken but it was burnt and dry anyway. Not coming back here ever (it was my first time ordering at this location) and couldn’t go back and complain because it was picked by my husband.
Just had the worst experience at a chipotle after 20 years as a customer. I always get a chicken burrito with everything on it, and today was no different. However, as I finished paying, I noticed that my burrito hasn't been finished and that the female employee with the glasses who prepared it was now verbally complaining about having to re-wrap my burrito in front of all the staff and customers. I was very ashamed for having ordered such a large burrito, and immediately felt my stomach sink and lost my appetite. I was very embarrassed. I then requested to return my food and get a refund, which was agreed to. I am thankful for that, but I will not return to this Chipotle with such a liability like that working on the front line. I hope other people learn to expect such belittling treatment when they order certain items here.
We just had an incredibly terrible experience trying to complete what should have been a simple order. I ordered for pickup through the Postmates app. When my partner arrived to pick up the food (with my name and order number), the woman there insisted that she needed to see a screenshot with a map of where the food was going. My partner tried to explain that she is NOT an Uber Eats driver but a customer, but the woman insisted nonetheless. No such map existed in the app on my phone for that order. I shared the confirmation screenshot that said, "order complete," and the order number, but she still wouldn't release the food. I had to call the restaurant and try to explain the situation to her myself, but she still insisted. Finally, she went and asked the manager, came back, and rudely said, "I guess I'll release the food to her." THEN, she went and handed the food to my partner without saying a WORD. The whole ordeal was ridiculous. I will 100% never order from this restaurant again.
I visited the Chipotle on Topanga Canyon in Canoga Park and had a very unpleasant experience. The cashier, whose name is Maritza, was extremely rude and arrogant toward me. She raised her voice and treated me in a very disrespectful manner. Customer service should be respectful and professional, and unfortunately that was not the case during my visit. Because of this experience, I would not recommend returning to this location.
I have to say I was very disappointed with the service I received 11/1/2025. I went in for two tacos. I asked the gentlemen for chicken for one of the tacos and he puts not a full scoop nor half a scoop but only 6 pieces of chicken. Then I kindly ask if I can have a little more chicken and only puts ONE more piece. Then I kindly ask I can pay for extra chicken and he only adds ONE MORE PIECE OF CHICKEN, was this a joke I couldn’t believe it. Then the manager continues with my order I ask for barbacoa for the second taco and then she gives me the last pieces in the container which had nothing. Then I ask her if I can just get chicken and then adds more chicken to my other tacos and leaves the second taco with 2 pieces of barbacoa. I pay and hope maybe she added more. I go sit down and notice she never made my second taco the way I wanted, I go and speak to her and explain to her and I ask for a refund I didn’t want to deal with the workers they were so rude while I gave them respect.
The employees here make sure to let you know they don’t want to be there and they don’t want you to be there. They are rude and make it seem like you are a bother. The steak was under cooked. The food was cold. They kept saying they were out of everything (corn tortillas, salsa, guacamole). I’ll be surprised if this Chipotle stays open much longer.
I just witnessed something absolutely unacceptable. A customer found a hair in her food, and instead of apologizing or helping her, the staff accused her of putting it there herself. This is disgraceful, unprofessional, and downright disrespectful. No one should be treated like that ever. This kind of behavior needs to be addressed immediately before it happens to anyone else. I wish I could give this a zero star and I left the line to panda express.

Absolutely terrible and gave me food poisoning.

The lady with glass and tattoo was rude while picking up my order. Very horrible experience.
