Whoever runs that store needs to let their employees know it’s never the driver’s job to make the drinks. Yall have those drink stickers for a reason. I been in my car for 10 deliveries and you want me to go stick my fingers on their drink top. Make your employees do their damn job instead of feeling so emboldened to force me to take money out my own pocket because they refuse to. I’m going to find your manager or owner and I’m going to complain about every one of your employees.

I ordered soul food through one of the delivery services. I canceled that order on the app but Wingstop in Carson in the Carson mall said they wouldn't refund the money. So meanwhile I'm out of $30. I would never patronize your location again and I mean ever poor customer service in that respect because for one thing you never begin making my food especially if I cancel it within 2 to 3 minutes. That is unacceptable. Never again.

The worker girl is very rude without any smile on her face, no hospitality inclination whatsoever. This joint has a restroom in the restaurant but it is locked for employees only!!!! Avoid this place if you can. Not a pleasant place to eat. The bad atmosphere might give you indigestion.

It took 2 calls for 20 minutes! The service was very poor, my order was not how order it. This place has been bad for a while, the personnel have bad attitudes, for $20.00 a hour you would expect great service, good food, I was one whom felt they were deserving of a higher wage, now I am rethinking this. Wing stop had raise prices to gouging the public, cut back worker hours not to pay benefits, but will allow bad apples to stay employed, they should learn every customer is priority whether on the phone or standing inside the store. Management needs to clean up & retrain, I would not recommend the location.

Don't EVER order from this location!!!! I ordered delivery. They got my order wrong & refused to make it right. I ordered $32 worth of food and I called to get my correct food but they only offered me a refund, so no dinner for me tonight. I'm calling my bank to make sure I get my money back.

Jose Martinez The “District manager” what he calls himself has a horrible attitude and terrible customer service, if this is who wing stop hires as managers then the whole company needs to be evaluated. Jose had a awful attitude when I came to get a refund because they messed my order up he acted like it was my fault they forgot the items and told me if I was cooler about the situation he would of gave me free food, mind you I had to travel 15 min back to Wing stop from my home after they messed my order up. I don’t want your free food I want my order to be correct in the first place. In addition when I first arrived for the refund he threw the food in the garbage then pulled it back out and placed it where the new orders were to see if I had ate any of the food disgusting. Whole time I was talking to him he had a frown on his face and his hands were shaking like he was upset and unstable then he proceeded to throw the money and change on the counter aggressively. I will never come back to this location and I don’t recommend anyone else to this place as awful customer support and I will be calling the corporate office about my experience with Jose Martinez.

my daughter and i had ordered their cajun meal. on the picture it looks very saucy yet their was none to be seen. yall gave us some salty wings with a paint splat of sauce. so disappointed and hungry cause it was too dry...
