First time eating in at this franchise. Lots if TVs showing various games. Roomy dining and bar room. Good music playing in the background makes for a hoppin' vibe! The food was very tasty and the beer selection very adequate. We had the appetizer sampler and 20 wings in various flavors. Lots if free parking, even on a Saturday night. I would return and recommend!

Overall, a nice place for you and the boys to go chill after a good day kicking ass at work watching the game. Server was excellent and always on the move and was very accommodating to all her tables. Amazing food and was ready in a well mannered time frame.
The staff were very kind and accomodating. We had a large last-minute group and appreciate them seating us, but we highly recommend any future groups call in advance. My only concern was the lack of air conditioning in the establishment, assuming to cut back on costs, but it was a bit muggy/stuffy inside, and they had their patio closed. It's still worth coming back to.
Great place but beware of using their TouchTunes jukebox. There have been a few times when I pay for music and then it seems like someone connects their phone and overrides the music currently playing. Why bother having a jukebox when you won't respect a paying customer's music?
This is the second time we came back to this restaurant. The vibes were very good and the services were very fast and friendly. It was mid-day of Sunday, but the restaurant was already half full. This place was very family-friendly, most of the customers came in to have lunch with the family. You could watch all the sports from your table because the tv monitors all sizes were installed everywhere around you. The food was decent and delicious. This place was very well known to the sports fans to hang out during the games. There were also other restaurants in this strip mall such as sushi, pizza, and Thai restaurants or other food chains. So you have more choices of foods, come out and have fun with your loved ones.
I originally ordered from DoorDash but my order was completely incorrect. I contacted the store and requested to get my ordered corrected and I spoke to Chris, he was very polite and helpful. He corrected my meal and apologized for the mistake. Great customer service and super polite. If Chris isn’t already a manager , he should be. He didn’t give me attitude or fuss like most restaurants do when things are incorrect. So I truly appreciated the kindness ! Thank you again Chris
August 23, 2025 dining was an interesting experience. Delayed to be seated, booths with plates/food/cups still left to be cleaned, and only 1 server handling all the seated guests. I'm still giving it a good review because Elijah (i believed was his name) handled everything well being his first day on the job. He expressed it was only him and his first day which my partner and I didn't mind the wait but I can see everyone else around us showing frustration (honestly they could have left to a different location, it's not like there are other locations to eat in the plaza). Company wise review, will be a 1 star, you can do better and support your team, I did not see a manager throughout that visit (unless it was their day off) that could of help and the other servers in the bar section didn't even bother to check on him (Elijah) or even lend a helping hand. Definitely need a better team in regards with support, yes it's going to be a shit show but still help out each other, you a team no matter what.
The wings traditional and boneless were good and also the fries. The celery and carrots were a little soggy. We were told by the server to use the app because it was faster (meh) I think they were just short staffed. If you go every once in a while for some chicken wings it’s ok. More staff for customer service is needed though. Cost went up a bit too, but that’s everywhere now.
I travel a lot and Buffalo Wild Wings is typically a pretty safe dinner choice… but I wasn’t a fan. The most dead I’ve seen a bar ever and you have to not only look at the menu on you phone but also you have to put credit card into the site before getting look at the menu! Also felt like the seats at the bar were a little crusty and needed a cleaning and they were out of boneless wings!!!
Went with the fam tonight 3/7/2025 for dinner. We were seated fairly quickly. Our server was Richala, very sweet and friendly. Took our orders promptly and was very attentive. The food was cold and the drinks were flat. For what we spent the food quality was not worth it. Our service however was great. Thanks Richala for your hospitality.
Great time. I went in for happy hour and had the mozzarella sticks and a couple of wild herd beers. Bill came out to under $19! Great deals during happy hour!
It took at least 10 minutes before some acknowledged us. It took a long minute for our order. When we received our order there were missing items. Then when we brought our food home, our order was to go, the celery was brown and the carrots slimy. The boneless chicken was so crunchy that it was hard to chew. This not the first time that and item has not been in the order when I order to go. It wasn’t that crowded either.
I've been to BWW 2 times now. Food service takes forever. Just to take your order it took a long time even just for water. Once you order it took them over 1 and a half hours just to bring out the food and I remembered once they brought the food it was cooled down like it was sitting there for over 30 plus minutes. I asked the server if I can redo the order and get it freshly hot 🔥 and that took another 45 minutes or so to get the food again. By the time we finished eating, we was there for over 3 plus hours!!!! I will never go back to BWW. I'll just stick to wingstop.
The atmosphere here was nice but it definitely could've been better, the orders were consistently brought incorrectly and despite ordering the traditional boneless mild wings we were given wings with bone. The waitress, though friendly, had to be reminded countless times what was taking to long or that something was wrong with our order. I doubt we'll be returning here but I hope that she'll receive better training, especially since she does seem very charismatic and social.
I went in today with my boyfriend, and while I expected it to be busy on a Friday night, what I didn’t expect was how poorly the place was being managed. We got seated fairly quickly, but our food took forever to come out. Normally, I don’t complain about stuff like this, but tonight was ridiculous. Our server Rj was the only bright spot in the whole experience. She was super sweet and clearly doing everything she could, but it was obvious she was completely overwhelmed and stretched way too thin. The fact that there was only one server handling the entire dining area is honestly unacceptable. After a long while, a few others eventually came in but by that point, the damage was already done — the dining room was a mess, and our server was working nonstop just trying to keep things afloat with other tables and it was painful to watch her struggle like that without any real help. It’s really frustrating to see management stand by and let their staff struggle like that. It’s not fair to the employees or the customers. Rj handled the situation the best anyone could, but the lack of support from the managers made the whole experience feel chaotic and unprofessional.
I love wings but most of you waitress staff was not engaging all the tables was dirty I had to ask if they could clean the tables. The waitress that helped us was the best and well composted honestly she's the only reason I gave you a 2 stars. I really understand that you are short staffed but that's no reason why everyone else has to ignore the guest.
Honestly the worst wing experience l've had. When I received my wings the sauce didn't even cover the entire wing and my boyfriend's wings had no sauce at all when he didn't request dry rub. Our total was $50 for 10 wings and a lemonade and I would at least expect it to be better than what it was since the price is so high. The food took a while to come but the waiters were very nice and understanding! There were only two waiters tending to so many tables so I appreciate their service but the overall experience was bad. I didn’t want to complain to them because you could tell the night was already overwhelming.
Love that they are open to 1 am but for was ok ordered Lemon person and got eong wing no lemon pepper on them. Also ordered totes fully loaded cheese, green onion, sour cream and the bring me something called the dirty bud with chicken which doesn't say the was chicken in there I see no brisket maybe a piece ..
Management seems unorganized. Ignored my table for 40 minutes and we left without ordering.
I placed a mobile order for 20 wings, fries, 3 ranches, and carrots and celery. When I arrived to pick it up, no one was at the desk and there was a long line. Eventually, a guy comes out, takes my name, and says he’ll bring the order out, but I never see him again. A few minutes later, a lady comes out, asks for my name again, and finally brings my order after about 10 minutes. When I checked my order, many of the fries were burnt black, my wings barely had any sauce, and the dry rub was barely sprinkled on top. The lady was very nice and did take my order back to fix it, but it took another 10 minutes. On top of that, the carrots weren’t properly peeled, and there were exactly 2 tiny sticks of celery. I order from Buffalo Wild Wings at least once a month, and this was by far my worst experience. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this location.

Horrible service from this restaurant. Our server Cassie was hardly ever around to check up on us and got our receipt wrong 3 times, she even charged a water for a drink. We had to wait for 15 minutes for her to eventually remove that charge. When we asked another server for something, instead of helping us, he asked who are our server was. The food was not even hot, it was warm as it had been sitting out. Overall a bad experience here.
I still do not understand why if there are so many empty tables and there is only us waiting it took 40 minutes to be seated and that happened until we have asked the host twice if there was any available table. Based on all reviews there sure is management issues. Wake and act upon the solution or your biz will hit a point of no return. Unfortunately they have blocked the ability to share pics.... I had a party of 4 when we went in on a Friday at 6:30pm. As soon as they seat you they tell you to scan the qr code and you can order your own food. Because of this qr code the servers are very limited. Service is suffering because of this. It took about 20 mins to her 3 appetizers and they all came out at very different times. Our busses had no idea which table was which. We tried waiting for our waitress to order wings but she never came by so we ordered on the app. We had to flag anyone that worked there to get refills. We waited over 30 mins for wings. They were all awful. My boneless wigs felt a tad undercooked and were full of fat or skin and very little breast meat. The carrots were very soft. We couldn't even finish out margaritas they were gross. My friend is currently sick 2 hours after leaving the restaurant not being able to keep anything down and my other friend and I are feeling quesy hoping we don't have food poisoning as well. Awful service overall. Service and food quality are just the worst. We love coming here to watch Dodger games but will not be back again.
First time at this location.. Extremely slow pace service, drinks and especially food took so long to arrived and when it did food was cold. Waitress would rarely check up on us, never if we needed refills on drinks or anything else. Will most definitely NOT coming back.
In order at 10pm said my order would be ready at 10:20 it’s 10:45 pm been here 25 minutes food is not ready and it took 17 minutes for someone to say if I needed help order is 25 minutes late and worst of all place is not even full it’s actually slow how is that possible place is also very dirty and the people that would pass by wouldn’t even asked if I’ve been helped before choose another location I wrote all this bad review while waiting for my food that was supposed to be ready 30 minutes ago oh and I’m still waiting not ready yet I had to come back and edit the review you can now add another 20 minutes to the total time review has been posted 22 minutes now and no food and the workers just pass by and look without saying nothing alos they have me the wrong order
We went to watch a Sunday evening NFL game! We ordered a few appetizers including their pulled pork tater tots. We were starving…. So as soon as the tater tots came, we started eating until after a few that I realized there was zero pulled pork. I told our waitress who took our dish and said she would mention to the kitchen. They brought back the SAME plate with about 2 spoonfuls of pulled pork on the SAME tater tots that were now COLD. I didn’t eat them. My nephew did bc he was starving. They cost $29.99. They weren’t worth $5.99. I was extremely disappointed! I expected a brand new fresh order!!! HORRIBLE!!!! I also would have expected them to remove item from bill but NOPE!!! I get it’s a Sunday game evening but they should be ready for that!!! I’ll never go back again!!!

Couldn't give it any less than 1 star. Took my daughter and her friend. We ended leaving after almost 30 minutes of waiting for them to take our order. We left and went across to The Habit. Will never come to the Cerritos location. Place was not busy and had us sit at the bar area just waiting.
Waited 45 minutes just for 10 boneless wings, 6 traditional wings and a cheeseburger which were all cold. The only time we saw the waiter was when she gave us our food and the check...(Thats it). We had to ask another waiter for a refill, and that waiter was rude about it, placing our refills down on our table roughly, and in a rudely manner. I do not reccomend coming to this garbage buffalo wild wings. Horrible service, cold food, and the atmosphere felt unsettling. ⚠️WARNING, DO NOT COME! ⚠️
Went to eat there last night and just ordered wings. They were a bit on the cold side. They looked like they were the wings you get out of a frozen bag at the market and just toss in the oven real quick, but not heated throughly. When the platter of wings came out, they looked they they were just tossed onto the plate along with the carrots and celery, which also looked like it was from a frozen bag. The arrangement was just not appealing. I didn't finish the wings and probably won't be back to that location.
Came in for one more try thinking they must have improved or how are they still in business. Nope, just like the times before ovet the last yeat or two. You can only self seat in the bar. At 5:30 in the PM. Entire dining room deserted. No wait staff dudr at the take out said. Bar area has one waiter if you are lucky. huge waits the last time i tried it. Avoid this BWW at All cost. They dont give a damn.
Ordered our food, waited 45 minutes. Food was cold and a bit stale. Order another round of wings and fries, waited for about an hour. Same thing, food was cold and hard. Servers were all depressed and dead. I understand if the place is busy and packed, but at least try and act like you wanna be here. I had a party of 4, they kept bringing our food one at a time. May have just came in on a bad day, but came in around 5pm and was told the only seating avaible was bar seating. Waited 25 mins before order was taken and then food took 55 minutes to arrive afterwards. Maybe it was just this location, but I wouldnt recommend.

I do not recommend this location. I understand that a Monday night might not be busy, but do your job better. Especially the servers. You’re paid to do a job, not look at your phone over by the cash register in the back next to the bar. No wonder why my food is so cold.
Bad Bad Bad every time I order for pick up, they take forever ! I get a time for pick up and an hour later and the food is still not done! Happens all the time. First there’s never anybody at the desk I’m there waiting up to 10 mins until somebody checks on you. This place is a disaster customer service at it’s worse!
Service was TERRIBLE!! Place wasn’t packed, yet waited 20 min to be seated. THEN ordered and waited over an hour for food(they said they were short staffed in kitchen) on a Tuesday night when they have by one get 2nd 1/2 off. Servers were terrible, too. One in training never came to wait table. Brought half the order out, so half party ate and was finished by the time other half came out, and asking for refills… forget it! Find another place to eat, for the two hours wasted, wing stop would have been a better choice, perhaps chuckie cheese arcoss the parking lot! Never again!

I just was here last night & the service, the food & even the dining area was not even well kept. Staff was not organized at all, the restroom was a mess. My waiter only came once to the table. They were out of ranch, which to me is ridiculous considering you are a wing place. The dinning area had multiple tables that were dirty with a bunch of plates. The wings I asked for were to be saucy & wet & they were dry. I had to ask for a fork & wait for a long time to even get the fork, which in my opinion should have been served knowing I ordered Mac & cheese. I will NEVER come here again & I don’t recommend anyone else coming here.
Came in after a long day of work to relax. Then the closing bartender came in with a horrible attitude. Came in complaint about her food taking too long and then proceed to slam empty glass racks as she stocked up. And then another guest at the bar made a coment and she accessed him of being drunk and almost cutting him off. Had my 1 drink and left and will not be returning...ever! She made the rest of my stay extremely uncomfortable.

One of the reasons I knew this, was the large group of employees talking to each other on the patio. After waiting 10 minutes I had to remind them to give me my bottle. After five minutes, the employee came back with a cup of Mountain Dew. The entire reason I wanted a bottle was because my car doesn't have cup holders. I asked for a refund, and the staff said they were to busy to give me a refund, but I should give them my credit card and contact information, and they would process the refund. I asked for the manager. They said the manager was not available. So, I had to leave without my refund or my soda. On top of all this, when I checked my order, they gave me 6 pieces of carrots, 2 pieces of celery, and 4 containers of ranch dressing. I tried to complain on their website, but received a form letter that obviously is sent to everyone who complains. You cannot send back a reply, and it's obvious no one reads it. So, this is how Buffalo Wild Wings treats and respects their customers. Look at the reviews and if you decide to give them your hard earned cash, don't say you haven't been warned.
How do you have only 1 server for both the bar and dining area. Order through the app and food never came. Waited over 30 mins and no-one even stopped by to check. Never thought I would say this about a Buffalo wild wings but skip this one.
The service was so horrible it will be the last time we coming to BWW. I haven’t been to one in a cool minute & you guys just made it a bad experience to not make me go back again. It literally took 50mins to get our food we ordered. The Guacamole was unflavored & my daughter’s chicken tenders looked like they had them cooked for hours so stale & dry. I can’t even blame the server about the Poor service she was the only server on a Sunday evening attending who knows how many tables like how are y’all going to provide good service like that & to top it off at the end when we about to pay the server tell us to scan the QR code but that thing didn’t even let us pay. We literally waited another 15mins to pay because we got doubled charged for some chips & guacamole & the manager had to overwrite it. Instead of having more employees cleaning y’all need to hire more servers for better & efficient service cause customers shouldn’t wait 50mins for some wings, fries & a burger. The service wasn’t worth the $100+ spend there.
Horrible service!! They made us order our own food through a QR code & end up ruining our order. When I asked the server she didn't even bother fixing it, she just offered me 5 extra wings. I didn't make a big deal out of it but what really got me mad is how horrible the service was & she tipped herself almost $20 without asking us. They do the QR code thing & MAKE you put a card or file so they can STEAL money from you & put it as a "tip".

Made an online order through official website. 1 hour goes by and my order was canceled. Delivery person didn't bother to let me know why so I texted him and they said another driver took my order??? What the hell kind of operation are you guys running?

Order 15 wings medium / Asian zing & Onion rings. Everything came out cold. Was not busy. Asked for the wings to be remade instead got microwaved wings. Hilarious enough still not "hot". The manager made me wait 10mins to talk to him only to not really care. Good margaritas. You don't come to BWW expecting the best of anything, but wow was I let down. This Location needs to do better!!!! I’m writing to express my deep frustration with the completely unacceptable experience I had at your Cerritos,CA location today. I placed an online order scheduled for pickup at 6:30 PM. I even called ahead to let the restaurant know I was running a little late and would be there around 6:45 PM. When I arrived, I was informed that my food had been mistakenly placed in the DoorDash pickup area and someone had apparently taken it. While mistakes happen, I appreciated that the team offered to remake my order. However, what followed was beyond disappointing. I was told it would only take “a few minutes,” but I ended up waiting an additional 45 minutes for my food. During that time, I had to approach the staff three separate times for an update, and each time I was given vague responses like “just a little more time.” There was no sense of urgency or accountability from anyone on your team. What made things worse was the complete lack of customer service at the location. There was no one at the host stand, a long line of unhappy customers, and the overall atmosphere was chaotic and poorly managed. I even grabbed the general manager’s card, but unfortunately misplaced it. Also, your location has security cameras right above the register. If reviewed, it will show that I was repeatedly ignored and forced to ask for updates with no proactive communication or apology offered—not even a simple “sorry for the inconvenience.” Frankly, the entire situation was handled terribly, and I left feeling completely disrespected as a paying customer. I would like to know what is going to be done to address this issue—not just for me, but to ensure other customers don’t experience this same level of neglect. I will absolutely not return to that location and will be sharing this experience with friends and family to warn them of the poor service I received. (been a week since I filled out the forms on their website and still haven't heard from anyone. This location is such a joke! Do not go there!)
Went on a Thursday night with some buddies to watch NBA finals. Good news it was on every TV. Bad news. Took a long time to be seated on the bar. The line was super long to get in. No greeter. We asked is we could just seat ourselves in the bar. The employee said No we had to wait. We just decided to skip that advice and seat ourselves in the bar. Took a while to get a server to come our way she brought 1 menu for 4 guys and left. No drink order. Came back and we ordered beers and wings. Came fast to the table. Food came pretty fast too. However, the wings were disgusting. How do you screw up boneless chicken wings?? Made me sick for 2 days. So hadn't been to BWW in years and won't be back. So much space and great business model but bad service and food doesn't work for my group. Good luck BWW.
As soon as we entered, we got seated in the bar area with a baby, 30 minutes passed, all the waiters have made eye contact with us, no one has come to ask if we would like to place an order. I asked a waiter to see who's in charge of these tables? He stopped without looking at me and said, "You have to wait and give us time. We will be right with you." This place is always understaffed and has overworked employees. I dont see management helping them either. If you can't keep up with the customers, why not just close this place down?. Please clean the ceiling pipes and the back of the Televisions
Very bad service 😔 we arrived at 3:00 and we wait a lot of time to get our food finally when they brought the order it was cold, and to refill the drink they took about 15 minutes, after we finish to eat was another long time to get the check to pay and the worse part was how long we wait for the waitress to bring back our change. I really feel sad about this bad experience, manager of buffalo wild wings do something to improve the service. Thank you
Bald middle aged bartender accused me of a felony using a counterfeit hundred without any evidence or proof. Did not even use blue light or marker before accusing me. I’m guessing just because it was not a brand new blue bill. None the less I went back to my hotel and the bill in fact passed the marker test had they used it before alleging serious accusations against a paying customer. The bartender retaliated for me not tiping by getting the manager to throw me out based on these false allegations also once again without verifying the authenticity of the bartenders claims. Everyone be very careful coming here as you may land in jail from phony accusations. I will be calling corporate and the GM’s there during the day. I still have the bill with paint pen on it. I will not go back to any of these establishments and I’m telling the general public to use extreme caution coming to this location and paying cash to the white bald middle aged bartender with his shirt tucked into his pants. Most likely a narcissist who got his jollies off the entire interaction. I’ll reiterate he got another staff to double down without proof of false allegations. DO NOT COME HERE YOU’VE BEEN WARNED!!!!
Really didn’t appreciate my visit at this location. Maybe it was just a bad day but everything went wrong. Service was slow, not helpful. Rude and I don’t know if it was the manager but she wasn’t managing anything..well at least. Shot out to the one black lady that saw me waiting for a while and went to get my food that had been ready for over 20 minutes. I don’t recommend.
This is the 1st time I ever say anything bad about a restaurant. Service was horrible. We waiting for our food for a while, then we were not asked if we needed a refill. It was not that fill at the time, where the waitress couldn't back to us. But she sure was able to run after me when she thought I was going to leave with out paying. This is probably the only restaurant I’ve ever been too that’s so delicious to eat at but the service is absolutely a joke. I came here for my wife’s birthday and sat at the bar and we’re sitting there for like 20 minutes with not even a hello… no drinks nothing. It’s the second time I have to walk out of this beautiful restaurant because the service is just ridiculously horrible.
The service was so bad they had bad attitudes, my lemonade have black stuff in it. They took forever to get the food out. The guys from the kitchen came out with gloves, and then started touching his face and his ear, and then went back into the kitchen. They handed me a menu that was super filthy was still barbecue sauce on it and other spots of who knows what on it I was just uncomfortable and and they served the other people that got there later than us they’ve got their food and we didn’t even get our food until later. I had her ask multiple times for the same items. And at the end, I ended up with diarrhea and stomach pain. I will never return to that location.
Horrible bar service girls behind the bar can't pour a beer it takes them almost 3 mins or more i timed it just to pour one drink and they have to use a spoon to take the foam out and then they have to pour and do the same process and then instead of giving you a 22oz they will give you a 16oz they dont give you what you pay for i complained about my drink not filled and the bartender said that the management told them not to fill them up or they will lose shifts just horrible dont come here if you want to wait forever for a drink and get robbed
Worlds slowest and laziest servers. It takes about 5-10 minutes for them to actually acknowledge that your sitting down at a table. Then maybe another 5 minutes for them to take your order. It's not even busy!
Idk about the food cuz we didn't even eat .. we had a table but no menu and it look like they avoid us . So we got up and left
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION ONLINE. Not only was the order incomplete but the portions that were served were horribly undeserved. We placed two orders online for pick up and both orders had to be corrected. I waited for over 15 minutes on a slow night just for a staff member to assist me.
If i could give it 0 stars i would. Absolutely horrible service. 1 server for the entire dinning room is pathetic! Management clearly doesnt care about customer service! DONT COME HERE unless you want to wait hours to be seated and hours for your food. Stay away!!
We were a party of seven and sat down around 7:30 PM ordered about 15 mins later. Several tables that arrived after us received their food well before we did, paid, and left. We didn’t get our food, water, or Coke until about 40 minutes later. When we brought this up after getting our check, our waiter, Christian, actually said that our food was delayed because we “ordered too many beers/food.” He then blamed the kitchen staff, saying he had no control since he “didn’t make the food.” Extremely disappointing experience overall and they charged us 18% gratuity. Horrible.
Giving it a 1 star ordered an All you can eat wings wanted to try different flavors we were sat down at 9 we ordered about 5-7 minutes after food took about 20 minutes to come out not to busy at the time . Ordered second round about 9:45 my server checked in with me twice said food almost coming out after 10 pm restaurant got busy but orders were coming out but mine Time went by and he told me he said I know it’s been such a long wait. Let me get you that order They’ll be fresh At this point I had already waited 20 to 30 minutes. I just asked him for my check after highly disappointed. I live in Downey and prefer to go to the Cerritos location now I’m definitely rethinking that. I took the gentlemen‘s word saying that the kitchen took too long, but I’m starting to believe that it was him who forgot and didn’t place the order based on my receipt ridiculous that I ordered and all you can eat and in over an hour in the restaurant only got one round
Honestly Do not waist your time going to this BWW its by far the worst one i have ever been too. I dont understand how they can me so ignarate and horrable in customer service and service in general. If i could give it zero stars i would. Most defenenity do not wased your hard earned money in this place. The food is undercooked not safe at all. Mide as well close it down. Heath Department do your job seriously. And yes i did just paid and left.

Ordered the all you can eat wings simply to wait an entire hour to receive my items. Several people that were sat before my party received their food and more. By the time the 10 wings and fries arrived, the fries were stale and giving the wings lukewarm for a temperature is a far stretch of what it was. The wait is horrendous to get wings and even to be sat down when the building is practically empty. I don’t blame the servers but feel the manager of the establishment should be reviewed as everything down to the service was garbage. I ordered food when a nba playoff game began and received my food by the 3rd quarter to put it into perspective. No napkins were available, paper cups even though we were dining in. Everything about this place is simply atrocious and unacceptable.
I didn’t get some of my food stuffs and I’m very disappointed and offended! I was very excited to eat here but they are very bad. I would never want to come back.
I encountered a Hispanic employee with a poor attitude when I informed her that I wished to utilize my birthday rewards. She inquired about my desires in an extremely rude manner. Upon completing my order, she pointed her finger at me in a dismissive manner, instructing me to sit and wait.
Went here with my family Sunday night. We waited about 45 minutes for a waiter/waitress to help us. We had to ask for help and by the time they helped us it was last call. We were there before last call. The manager allowed us to order our drinks and appetizers and dessert. Then, we waited another 25 minutes. He came and apologized for the inconvenience and gave us coupons. He said we couldn’t get our drinks but he will give us our appetizer and dessert. After some more time we decided to get up and leave. Horrible service once again.
First & last time dinning here. Service was horrible. Waiting 20min to get a booth that was already empty. Get in my table & it was dirty. Told my server & he completely forgot & not to tell you took over 40min to get someone to take my order. My order was not even completed we order wedges & toldthe by & said will bring them & never got them. I waited so long & service was horrible . Food quality was okay. But never ever coming back. They still tried to charge me for the wedges i never even got.
Sunday Evening Visit We arrived at Buffalo Wild Wings on Sunday at 5:30 p.m. and were told the wait would be 20–30 minutes. After an hour had passed, I asked if we would be seated soon. The hostess informed us there was one family ahead of us and that we were next. While waiting, I spoke with the family beside us. They shared that they had already been waiting 45 minutes after being told their wait would only be 10–15 minutes. When I asked again about our estimated wait time, the waitress apologized and explained they couldn’t provide one because there was only one server working in that dining room. That was the most frustrating part. It wasn’t just the extended wait — it was the fact that a large chain restaurant on a busy Sunday evening had only one server scheduled. Weekends are peak times for families, and better staffing and planning should be expected. We waited another 20 minutes and still were not seated. The family we had spoken with was eventually seated, but even then they waited an additional 20 minutes before anyone attended to them. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning — not simply because of the wait, but due to the apparent lack of organization and management. A restaurant of this size should be able to provide much better service.
Our server Audrey was pretty awesome . But the wings were hard and cold while our fries were like the only tasty part . Why would they have only one person serving . The management sucks . They should check quality more . Soda was watery too .
Big football game. 30 minute wait for not having enough waiters. Instead having their guest sit they make you stand whike their plenty of seating available. They don't have all ingredients for food. This place is not managed properly. If your going to open tjen hire enough staff to be available.
Just walked in waited for a while to get seated. Servers passed by without asking anyone if we have been helped. Approached the bar person asked if there was anyone that could help. Instead of being greeted kindly with a slight apology I was given an attitude. Definitely not okay, bad customer service. Will not be coming here again. Do better by your customers.
Hi, I ordered from DoorDash, but the food I received was not acceptable. The Ultimate Nachos had no chicken and were very dry. The wings were too hard and had no taste. Only the Pepsi was okay. I’m very hungry, but I cannot accept this food. Please review my order and issue a refund or replacement. Thank you.
I usuaally come.here with my friend after work and the service decent. But today was the worst. I want to pont out that it was diferent staff then what i usualy see. We sat down waitted 20 minutes nobody aproach to at least say that they would be right with us. I asked the bartender if could at least bring us a beer while we were waiting for ine of the servers. And he said he couldnt beacuse he was checking out. Waited another 20 min bartender. Was still there. Still nothing from the severs. So we just decided to go somewhere else.
Worst service ever, no hostess in the front. Waited 30 minutes to get seated until I took it upon myself to address the workers. Seated me in a table that was not even clean and took forever to clean it. Workers were just standing in the kitchen chilling instead of addressing customers
Terrible service. No one pays attention to you, I see minimal staff and the ones that are around just hanging out in the kitchen just chit chatting with the other crew. Wait time said 25 minutes, it’s been an hour and still no one peeks out to assist me or the other guests waiting. Will not return.
Horrible service, we waited for over ten minutes and no one came to take our drink orders. It wasnt very packed, and waitresses walked passed our table multiple times. We got up and left and went to another Buffalo Wild Wings. Absolutely stay away, there are better locations with better service.
Worst experience ever. Sat at the bar waited 30 minutes for service only got waited on because I said something. Then we ordered the food another hr. Bar was out of high noon sellers white cakes and modelo draft. I had to go to the bar and get my own drink server sucked. She didn't come back and ask if we needed anything. Management and staff don’t really care, there is no structure. There never is anyone at the front desk for pickup. Always a line of people waiting for pickup both mobile orders and uber, DoorDash drivers are always waiting for a very long time to get their food. It’s not even busy too usually less than half full as you can see in the photos. There’s no excuse to make people wait that long. You need someone at the front pick up to be on top of to go orders and in the kitchen, it just gives everyone picking up orders a bad experience and it’s frustrating to wait so long. Management please step up! Unacceptable..
I really try not to be negative when it comes to service during busy hours... but ... when your order is not brought out for almost 2 hours after asking if there's a problem and the manager(Chris) comes out and addresses the concern with no apologies or sense of urgency to correct the errors ... then I feel the need to make this kind of review.... terrible management at this location. Probably will not return any time soon if ever.
Went in last night for my daughter's birthday there were 5 of us and a 1 year old and a 9 year old the waiter a guy with a Edgar cut asked us how many people we told him 5 and 2 kids he said he would get a booth ready i politely told him we wouldn't fit as we had the kids. There were around 20 open table and 5 booths we waited 30 minutes and were never seated no communication nothing we ended up walking out i felt so bad for my daughter on her birthday horrible experience .
Take out/pick out order is late by30 mins. A lady waited 35 mins past her ready time too. Had to go find someone to let them know we’re there waiting. Eating in may be fine but picking up in the afternoon on a Saturday was horrible experience. Edit: got plain wings when I ordered flavored… never again…
Just ordered takeout and let me tell you you that this is not the place or service to go for wings unless your planning to get drunk and watch live games but don’t care about your food. At the front they asked if I was fine in or takeout. Told them takeout and stated my name. They told me to have a seat and wait for them to bring my order. I normally check things as soon as I get to my car but this time I did not mind. Big mistake. Got home to family and to our confusion we were like that’s it??? No ranch, no carrots/celery even though we clearly put it on each order. The wings have barely any sauce they had plenty of time to get this order right. There was hardly any people dining in. Compared to when there are sports games going on. Fries tasted as if they were leftovers and refried, not a new batch or fresh. I also ordered an extra order of large fries and that was also missing. Even if I were to order traditional it would be the same result.
