My first time I've been here. The Oreo ice cream cone looks good The speakers are horrible. The music is playing so loud you can barely hear what the person is saying and I had my car turned off to help. Order was wrong ordered a #3 looks like I got #2. Sides and drink were right. If you put onions on something have that in the description. The menu listed everything else why not add one more word. I know it's trivial and not wanting onions is a personal choice. You can barely tell that they have onions on it in the picture and after looking closer the picture of the burger I wanted doesn't look to have onions. They use chopped onions so I ended up having to scrape everything off the cheeseburger. Glad I keep paper towels in my car. The meal wasn't that bad for being basically a $10 plain cheeseburger. The guy that brought my meal was nice, straight forward not much chit chat. Would I stop again? Probably not, expensive for fast food. Bad run of restaurants that's 2 disappointments in a row. Must be spring fever 😁

They are SO stingy with the amount of chilli and cheese they put on the chilli cheese tots. If I wanted dry tater tots I would have just ordered regular tots 😬😬😬

So, at Arizona and Germann’s Sonic, we’ve got “Maddie” on the intercom, giving me “Is that it?” like she’s speed-running my snack order. Girl, I’m trying to vibe, not race. I pull up, “Maddie” says $45 and change, and I’m pulling out cash—cue her “cash, oh, whatever” moment. Excuse me? Cash is queen. I ask to break a $100—nope. A $50—nope. They only respect $20 bills, and none of that is posted anywhere—just like their customer service. Got my change, sure, but the attitude? It was giving “I can’t even.” So if you’re craving fries with a side of “meh,” you know where to go.

Got some breakfast burritos. They where mostly tortilla. Asked for extra sauce didn't get any. Cashier had an attitude. I remember burritos where huge there now they are smaller than McDonald's burritos.

They are always very fast but Every time I go in I ask for as little ice as possible and they give me a drink half full of ice this is the 3rd time. I'm done going to this location. How hard is it to follow simple instructions.

the jerks shut down early. 5 mins before closed and refused to give me my doordash order that i paid for. now i have to talkwith doordash to get a refund. avoid this place like the plague. they don't care if you paid or not they will not give you your food.

I understand this is Sonic and the food is not going to be amazing BUT......I ordered chicken nuggets and every single one was inedible. Burned to a crisp, and there is no way I could even chew it. I tried giving it to my dog and he wouldn't even eat it. Come on people! I know what I am ordering ....and from.where....ATLEAST let it be edible in some respect....such a waste of money......

I ordered the cheeseburger meal and my burger came out looking like it was sitting for a day and the toppings look like they were old. This is the first time that I have been to this Sonic and I will not go again.

The speakers are horrible. The manager who worked on September 1, 2025, around 10 a.m. was very rude to me and my husband. He didn’t have to be so rude, coming off with a bad attitude. We were trying to order six breakfast burritos with milkshakes. "Joe," the manager, asked twice about the condiments. By the third time, he yelled at my husband, telling him he heard him. We stopped by the window; all he did was yell at my husband while we were trying to explain. I guess he didn't want to hear anymore and told us he was going to call the police. Good, because I will never go back. Very horrible customer service coming from a manager. I wasn't planning to write a review, but this is the second incident we had.

Every time I come here, they refuse to sell me ice. It’s always “we aren’t selling ice” or “we don’t have ice” so ironic 😂 how on Earth are you making shakes and slushies if you have no ice? There was ONE time when they did sell me ice. I don’t know why it’s always an issue with other people. I guess it depends on who’s working 🤷‍♀️

Bland service, tasteless strawberry shakes with pieces of strawberries that get stuck in your straw, we are missing one of two burgers, and then 3 fries but no tots. We ordered 2 #3 combos and 1 shake. Our fault for not checking the bag before we drove home, I guess. A waste of $30; We won't be back.

This is utterly ridiculous!!! Got home from getting a late night meal they were still open for an hour. My supersonic double cheeseburger was ICE COLD when I got home a city block away. The burger was not only cold but made wrong. The cheese, all three slices were not melted AT ALL. And even after a minute in the microwave the center of the patties were still cold. I said no onions but every tomato tastes like they ran them through onions before putting them on the uncooked burger. I tried calling to speak to someone about it but of course they would not answer the phone and after several rings they disconnected the call completely. I did not pay for an uncooked burger and I could have gotten very sick eating onions. The rest of my food was also cold but at least it was cooked. I will be going there tomorrow to speak to a manager about a refund. Apparently I just need to avoid this location all together because there is always something wrong or done half ass. They NEVER sell ice and always have the excuse that the machine is broken yet they still have ice for sodas. Needless to say no one should EVER have to microwave their food to cook it when you pay someone else to cook.

Worst burger I ever had. It was full of brown nasty grease and the bottom of the box it was in was full of dirty grease. Bun was soaked in dirty brown grease. I tried to take a bite and it was gross. Took it back and asked for a manager to talk to. He just took my burger and threw it away and said he would make another one. I waited outside for 20 min it's while they were serving everyone there food. Finally I asked one of the servers to check on it. Then this girl finally came out with my burger and a big attitude. After this horrible customer service I asked if my burger got spit on or something and was given even a bigger attitude because I expressed a concern about my food. I will never be going back to this location. Horrible food and careless customer service.

The Manager Who worked tonight Jan 26 around 10pm was very rude to me and my husband all we wanted was some condiments to go with our order. She didn’t have to be so rude about it. Rolling her eyes and coming off with a bad attitude. Very poor customer service coming from a manager at that. So I ordered a Strawberry shake. And it’ looks like a vanilla shake . Again I tried to tell the manager but she did not do anything about it .
