I called at 7:20 right as I got off to order delivery for my kids to have dinner after working they got my entire order wrong 3 different times needless to say I’m done with this location and maybe Pizza Hut as a whole. It’s not hard to listen to your customers.

Pizza has absolutely NO TASTE to it. If i wanted to eat cardboard for almost $30 I would choose PIZZA HUT. The wings are sour and covered in my guess Tabasco sauce. I want my money back!!! My family can't eat this trash. People beware... the recipes must have been changed. Pizza doesn't even have garlic on it. Give me my refund!!!

Worst pizza I've ever had from a pizza hut. No sauce at all and if there is any you can't taste it. Also don't complete full order for deliveries....

Had 2 dollar pizza, they couldn't get that right. Dropped pizzas. Long lines. Short staff. Recipe for disaster.

Worse experience ever!!!!! Online order delivered by door dash. Food never arrived!!! Called the number only to learn it was a call center number. For over an hour I was bounced from the call center to a store that would not answer the phone.

Placed order online for a large pizza and a 2 liter, got the pizza but not the drink, asked the doordash driver and he said there was no drink, showed him on his reciept that there was, and he told me i had to call the store. I tried calling the store twice and both times was put on hold until i got tired of waiting and hung up. Don't order from here, save your money and order elsewhere.

This is the 2nd remake of my pizza and wings. The pizza is uncooked and my wings have a garlic taste to them I asked for traditional mild wings. At this.point I need a refund!!

This does not look like the pan crust I ordered. This place always f up every order. If you looking for a pizza place that will get your order right, this is not the place. The one on wallisvile is better.

I have ordered several times and the service was acceptable, but the last two times it was horrible, they are supposed to deliver in 25 to 30 minutes. The first time 3 hours passed and my pizza didn't arrive. The second time it was an hour after the estimated time. Terrible delivery service, if you are hungry or in a hurry don't order pizza hut

Please don't go here this is the second time they do something wrong 1st of all I went in day time idk if thats the problem I bought two medium one topping I bought boneless and a cookie pizza well it didn't even have enough pepperoni my man likes dominos but I love pizza hut but not this location we ordered online and requested curve side I put black bmw X1 suv we came way early which I don't mind but there was no parking lot it said it was ready after 20 minutes idc care for that but the girl goes outside handles someone else's food who just got there after us so I just went in asked about my order she said I saw your order but I didn't see no cara outside I saw her looking at us when she went outside I told her what are you talking about I been outside girl that's my black car she said well you didn't park in the front I told her there was no parking lot when I got here that's why and iam in the front I was just to the left on the side of the store but not exactly in front of there face she acted like she didn't care went for my order and gave it to me didn't say. A word after that this is a really bad place go spend your cash elsewhere or don't go in the morning they put so little pepperoni wow and they gave it to us late wow keep my cash for the last time...

If I could rate this location zero, I would. Not only did they mess up my order last month. The credit that we were suppose to get was non-existent. We were told we had no credit today. Even after speaking with the same person who I paid with previously. They informed me I would have credit for my order last time. As you can see, our order from last month is on the receipt and you can see the pizza does not have stuffed crust. We called prior to placing our order today and we were told we only had $5 dollar credit. Which we were fine with until we showed up and were told we had no credit. They looked up our number as they instructed us and nothing was there. We work for Mustang Cat, we order boxes of pizzas almost once a month and we have always had issues. This location is right across the way from us. However, we will no longer be coming to this location.

Waited an hour looks like they ran it thru the oven to warm it up again beef is burnt 2 pizza is missing cheese in some places bottom of the pizza was like thin card board had to take pieces off forgot my wings for the 4th time always place 30$ or more everytime wont be ordering after this....

Took delivery driver over half an hour to get 5 miles up the same road. Pizza was a tepid 76 degrees Fahrenheit, as measured with an IR temperature sensor. Chicken was 73 degrees. Don't know about the rest of the pizza-eating world, but I'm pretty sure toppings don't go on a pizza like this... Not the first time I've had this experience, either.

Ordered a meat lovers and a soda for delivery waited 1.5hrs for order this is what i got. This thin crust when i ordered hand tossed and this has pepperoni only . Wheres the rest of my ingredients? Tried calling the store back finally got to talk to someone and put on hold for a mgr. Who never picked up the phone i called back several times and now no one answers. I will be talking to corporate for sure. But i would warn every one to stay away from pizza hut unless u feel like getting robbed.
