Really, the best place for actual "fast" food. Much quicker than going through a line at McDonald's or Burger King. You can eat right there in your car where you order. Order more after if you desire. Great prices with the exception of milkshakes. Recommend!

For fast food this is about as good as it gets. From order to car side delivery we waited maybe 8 minutes. The order was perfect, her sandwich without onions, mine with, and we didn't have to ask for extra napkins. The only thing I wish is that we lived closer to the store.

I placed my order through their app and received very fast and friendly service. I was shocked at how quickly the food arrived after I parked and entered my stall number!

The food can be cheap if you get the right things. Their chicken is great. I especially love their juicy and generously sauced boneless wings. They're always hot and fresh. The chicken slinger is a very good light sandwich, and the quarter pound double cheeseburger from the value menu is better than all the more expensive burgers. Their shakes are definitely the best fast food shakes I've ever had. They also have the bonus of having both tots and real onion rings. The corndog is pretty standard, but it's very convenient when nobody else sells them. The drinks are incredible. Ocean water is like nothing else and the limeades are the perfect thirst quencher. Their lemonade is as good as a nice cold cup of fair lemonade but for a fraction of the cost.

They have awesome food a little pricey but delicious and they're always very quick about getting you food together OMG update they're amazing the shakes are wonderful and the late night drive through the girls are just the sweetest things in the world. My daughter got me loving the peanut butter Oreo oh my gosh

Loved it! The food is awesome as always. The service is very good; the servicers are friendly, polite and quick. The Diet Coke was a little on the flat side, but over all it was a great birthday lunch, even had a strawberry cheesecake blast!

I have to say we were very surprised at the speed of service. We just completed our order (not drive thru) and less than a minute later the carhop delivered our food. I mean we didn't order anything special but WOW! Amd the food was good besides.

Took my fiance and MIL for the first time. I always say if the food isn't fresh it's not going to be the best first impression. Luckily are food was hot and fresh and my family really enjoyed it. We visited from Watkins Glen. Sonic is one of my fave fastfood ❤️

This place has awesome milk shakes. You can get a bunch of different kinds. They use fresh ingredients also. Real fruit makes them taste amazing. Highly recommend trying one of your favorite flavors as they all taste amazing.

I've had better hotdogs from street carts, they could've put chili and cheese on it for real instead of the smattering they did put. Everything else was good though from service to the experience.

You pull up order, there very quick to bring your food out , fresh , warm , delicious. Very kind and polite your waitresses. The lady or gentleman who take your orders are very respectful an polite. You don't have to hear every second anything else, especially when your not complete with saying your order , like McDonald's an Wendy's! Sonic waits , you don't feel rushed. You also can sit in your vehicle , eat , an never worry about anyone walking up to your vehicle bothering you. There food might be a little more , but it's worth it. The food is delicious 😋! You get a nice portion an quality is 100 percent better than McDonald's, Wendy's, burger King! Just my personal opinion! Go see for yourself. Believe me , you won't be disappointed!!😍😍😍

Sonic is an old time drive in with some of the servers wearing roller skates. Great fun for the kids...they can decide what to eat and get it served in the car. The food is good and is always hot. They have quite a few ice cream choices from sundaes to milkshakes and they are really delicious. They're open late at the drive thru ...the servers are very pleasant and friendly. If you're looking for someplace to take the kids give Sonic a try...

Food was a bit pricey but for fastfood more than worth it. The quantity was more than plentiful and tasted @ a much higher level of quality than almost all other restaurants that would fall under the same category. The wide variety is amazing and they truly do have something for everybody. And don't even get me started on the dessert options.... Like the wifes Grandmother always said life's too short, eat dessert 1st.... Don't mind if I do..... Oh and they participate in the gig work food delivery apps and programs...... Check it out , you won't be upset that you did.

They are so friendly, they also always have your meal ready if it is delivery and you are driving for a delivery service, they are very sweet and accommodating two people that don't have many cup holders in their car and they go above and beyond to make picking up as easy as possible.

My car hop I believe her name was Bobby was extremely friendly and provided good service. The food was excellent, hot and arrived fast. As always had to get my grape slush with nerds too.

Amelia on the speaker was great, the girl that brought my food out was great, the food was great. I went there and parked in a stall and ordered two smash burgers and some tater tots, I get that it’s not a large order, but it was out so fast I was legitimately and pleasantly surprised. I would recommend this place to anyone who likes a good burger, milkshake, slushy, etc..

Bobbie at the drive-thru is a master of customer service <3 I always wish I could tip with my card because she is just that good. I gave Maria one of the most challenging orders through the drive-thru speaker, and not only did she get everything correct, she did not seem to be annoyed or get aggravated when I was being a little annoying by splitting my order into three different parts. The employees set this location a part and I think they need to be rewarded if they have not been already!

Reason why, is the Food is actually really good, and the employees that bring my order to my car are always so nice!! Only one thing: PLEASE don't ever bring someone mozzarella sticks that aren't hot! Recently i got them and they weren't hot. 🤷🏽 tis all.

Food is always good and service is always fast but some of the drive ups are older and dont work and sometimes they forget the smalls...napkins, sauce or silverware. Almost guaranteed a good meal here and it seems like you get so much more for the money compared to mcd, bk or similar others. I'd say go there check for napkins and silverware but get an extra sandwich to put in the fridge for later!

Stopped here on the way through the area and always have liked this location and after going here multiple times at different times during the day/night, they’re one of the more on the ball Sonic’s and yes overnights at many places suck, but these guys are better than the majority/rest. Also got told on a recent visit (07/10/2025) that they’re one of the busiest places in the country which was neat. But they get the job done, GREAT quality and they are on the ball and if something is wrong they will make it right. Always look forward to sonic trips here when I’m around town!

This is not a 5 star review. This is a 100 STAR REVIEW! THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING AND INCREDIBLE. I’m shocked there’s even a Sonic’s in a place like this but I love it. The food is great like any Sonic’s but I wish the waiters here could roller-skate. But the mozzarella sticks are AMAZING. They may be small and kind of pricey, but IT IS WORTH IT. Nonetheless, this is a recommend place to all those looking for a tasty and filling meal in groups, as a family, or by yourself looking for a quick bite.

This is not a default 5-star review. This is a WELL DESERVED 5 STAR 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 review. This was Chick Filet level of service. There was a line around the building. I knew I would be there for at least 30 minutes. NOPE, 7 minutes later, i had my food and was pulling away. As for the employees, the person at the order taking speaker was enthusiastic and polite. As if they appreciated my business, when I turned the corner after ordering, staff was walking out to cars and delivering food IN THE DRIVE THROUGH LINE, which sped things right up, great management. When I got up to the pay window the team greated me, once again, enthusiastically. As for the food, it was prepared very well. This was a great experience, I'm guessing they have a great manager who really takes care of their team. I haven't seen a fast food e.ployee performance like this since the 90s

Yum I love sonic! We don't have many in our area so I'm always excited when we find one. I got the footlong chili cheese coney with tots and it was delicious! My bf got the regular chili cheese coney with tots and a strawberry limeade. The servers were really nice and everything came out quickly. I also love being able to eat in the car. Enjoy!

This place is great staff is always friendly and service is efficient and fast. Their cherry-limeade is awesome. They take cash and credit cards (cards can be taken right from the car park order stands), or you can order from the app.. If you want to skip the drive through you can just use the car park spots and get the order to go and save yourself tons of time from having to wait in line.

Yesterday, we went to a terrible Sonic in Syracuse, so today we went to the Sonic in Binghamton to make up for it. It was a thousand times better. The food was perfectly cooked and delicious, and the service was fast and friendly. We had the mesquite butter bacon burger, tater tots, and a strawberry slushie. It really made up for the horrible experience we had yesterday and redeemed the mesquite. I'm really glad we decided to give Sonic a second chance in a different location.

We love sonic's food. We took the kids here after a dentist visit. Food was delivered quickly, was delicious, and I'd definitely recommend it over most other fast food joints these days. My only real complain is that my daughter's order was slightly wrong. It was an easy and simple mistake, but it obviously upset my young daughter. (Her tots were missing.)

The only thing I was bummed about was that the cheesy tots weren't on the menu. Idk if they had them if I had asked (for some reason, I didn't). Otherwise, everything was good. The staff was super friendly, and the milkshakes were awesome!

The service was good. The fries and drink were good. My boyfriend loved his hot dog. I was not a fan of the grilled chicken wrap. It was quite bland and I didn't feel it was worth the money.

I’ve never had an issue with enjoying the food here. The service is a bit slow, but Sonic isn’t supposed to be fast food anyway. Great place to bring the family and have a nice eat-in in the car. I especially like that you don’t have to be around other people, and during flu season this restaurant is a god-send. Burgers, wings, and *very* customizable drink options that don’t break the bank.

Not easy when it's your first time. Not a fan of eating inside a car. So ordered from outdoor seating and terminal. Washrooms are clean. Food is good. Service is very good for this type of restaurant.

This was our first time to a Sonic. When we got our order, we were missing some fries, and also all dipping sauces. (Marinara for our mozza sticks, ranch for the pickle fries, syrup for French toast sticks, as well as sauce for our popcorn chicken). Staff was quick to bring us what was missing, and most people we interacted with seemed friendly.

Had a good time, everything tasted good but my cheeseburger+slushie+onion rings combo was a bad idea I didn't finish a single one of the items and not for people with sensitive stomachs like myself. Will definitely fill you up!

For me as a international student it was a exciting experience to go to this place. I really liked the system to order from you car. I also could only try a few things out of a huge range of products, but this one was a little too sweet for my taste. Nonetheless I'll go there again and then update this review.

For fast food it is better than most. They offer more than burger places do, I love the chili cheese tot. Their drink selection is unique too. The burgers are ok.

I like it. Food was nice.service was fast. Just a pleasant experience which is hard to come by. My only issue is for what you pay for cheese fries they should be bigger. But other then that the shakes are always amazing in my opinion.

The service and food quality is almost always worth the 4 stars I gave. Today was no different. Only two complaints: How the car hops approach you for comments or to provide additional condiments and utensils seems different every time; And my small side order kept spilling out of the container it was served in. I love the drive-in concept and Sonic has kept it alive for me. The service was great. The food was (consistently) good. Fine fast-food dining, in a venue I can appreciate.

The Toasted S'mores Shake was delicious! It was my first time in a Sonic and I wasn't impressed by the fries or Crispy Chicken sandwich. Fries were very greasy and salty.

Came out in about 10 minutes or less after ordering. The food was delicious and my cherry limeade was great as always. Super friendly atmosphere too!

This place is always slow for service but the workers are very nice and make up for it. my only issue is just the restroom and I think the restaurant needs to be expanded more so it can be better for the customers, the restroom should be inside the restaurant not on the outside, I also think it needs more lighting

The food was quite decent for fast food! I enjoy going even for drinks or a good milkshake during either their Happy Hour, or Evening special time. The service at this location is amazing. The food typically comes out within 5 minutes, even when the place is busy! The servers are also readily happy to assist and grab whatever you want at the press of the button. Highly rate this location for a fast bite, even with the family.

I come for the drinks. And I don't expect much but I really am getting tired of the drinks being rushed and turning out horrible. I get it, you have times but it takes an extra ten seconds to make a drink right. The servers are usually very nice and make the experince a little more tolerable.

Never had any issues in the past, orders always accurate and tasted great. But I did come in the other night for some milkshakes and they got mine wrong, then they said they'd fix it and once I got it back it didn't taste right at all. What they gave me at first was a strawberry cheesecake milkshake but I asked for a oreo cheesecake milkshake, I got my milkshake and it didn't taste right at all. I found out they just reused the strawberry cheesecake milkshake and added in a little of the oreo cheesecake milkshake to it. It was disgusting! And this isn't right, they should have made me a fresh milkshake of what I ordered. I'm not happy about the service when I came in, I didn't dare to drink any of the milkshake at all since it tasted so bad.

My visits to Sonic have always been fine. The food is fine, using the drive in is fine, the prices are fine. There is very little about Sonic that stands out as exceptional. I do enjoy a Limeaid from time to time, but overall a majority of the time another fast food restaurant option will beat out sonic. I don't hate it, and the experience here has always been positive as far as customer experience, just not my cup of tea.

The food is great, some of the best fast food I've ever had. I would recommend the French toast sticks and mozzarella sticks. but the service is definitely questionable and I've found they consistently get your order wrong (ex. forgetting something you ordered, giving you and charging you for something you didn't order.) The atmosphere would be alright, they pulled off the outdoor ordering pretty well, but the bathrooms are almost always occupied by an employee and you end up waiting up to 10-15 to use the bathroom only to find out it wasn't even another costumer using it.

It wasn't as good as I remember as a child. Our waitress was super sweet and kind. The bathroom was cleanly.

Stopped in the past and had no issues and food has been good. Stopped today for food at 3:15pm tried to order from the $1 snacky hour menu and the employee told us that is an app exclusive and Not available. Tried to order a burger that was showing on the $1.99 menu and was told that isn't an available item. Cancelled our order and went elsewhere to eat. I have purchased from the $1 snacks hour menu in the past and NOT via the app with no issues. Not sure what happened but was very disappointed.

I asked for no mayo. I got mayo and no pickles. Looonnnggg wait for food in drive through. Not the first time my order was wrong. They are a good place to get ice cream though. I am adding to and change the original review. I am leaving the top portion, but I want to say that the owner cares so much about their customers, and did everything in their power to make the previous situation right. Went above and beyond to rectify my concerns. That is really great ownership! I stand by my statement. Great place to get ice cream!!

This was my first visit. Wednesday at 3 p.m. weather was nice and there were only a few customers there. At the drive up parking, the service was fast, friendly and very easy to order and pay. The big cheese burger I had was tasty but had too much mustard and mayonnaise making the bun soggy. IF (that's a big if) I go again, I'll ask that only light condiments be applied. Fries were dry, old and cold. They also didn't taste good to me. Onion rings were tasty at first but the larger rings were undercooked. The vanilla milk shake was so thick I couldn't enjoy it with my meal. It would really surprise me if they say the shake was made with real ice cream! Perhaps a chemical powdered mix type of product because it didn't taste natural.

Check your food before you leave. I ordered a burger without sauce, pickles, and onions but I opened the box when I got home and it’s overflowing with onions. I’m not driving all the way back to the restaurant so I’m out $7 and hungry. Thanks.

Usually place my order online tonight the app was acting up so we had to place the order at the actual pull up window. My husband was yelling at the board cause he would order something and they would enter in the wrong thing then she just ignored us and was like oh this is your total and ended the conversation then literally seconds later it said someone was coming out with the food we had to complain about it cause it was wrong not only that no sauce for the mozzarella sticks they were cold as if they have been sitting for a while already. Had to throw out the stuff I ordered cause it was wrong and cold waisted 22 and change for service that was not only rude but couldn’t even get the order correct.

Constant issues with being able to order via the app. Then the management won't match the coupon codes in the app. Honestly I think they are somehow blocking the app at this point. Realistically without those in app deals they are over priced and over rated. You can get better at any sit down restaurant in the county

Asked if the corn dog had pork in it.. the woman at the speaker assured me it was 100% beef and that ALL hot dogs they had were. My best friend has a severe pork allergy. She ate 3 corn dogs and has spent the last day throwing up and is under the weather. Turns out with a quick google search and a call to the store.. they are made with pork!! That is beyond disgusting to lie about a food allergy. Better hope it doesn’t get worse from here…

The lady Izabella who is working in this store (1103, upper front st, Binghamton NY) could be more customer friendly. Because she cleaned up the coffee making thing before we placed the order, she was frustrated and shook her head when we ordered coffee. She said "it might take at least 10-15 minutes to brew coffee again because I cleaned it up" and as we had to drive for 5 more hours, we said we can wait. She was so angry that she gave us the coffee without sugar in it, even after specifically ordering two coffee both with sugar in it. When we asked for sugar she argued that she added sugar in it but clearly there was no sugar in it. I said I tasted the coffee and there's no sugar in it, she kept arguing that she did add sugar. I asked if she'd like to taste it if she doesn't believe me she Said she didn't want to. Then she asked if I wanted extra sugar and when I said yes she gave 2 packets of sugar for 2 cups of coffee which didn't have a bit of sugar in it. This is my first and last time visiting this chain. Never again! Very disappointed by a rude and a racist employee

Said they were closed at 11 this Sunday but it clearly states on google that they close every night at 11:30. I get there’s a holiday tomorrow but that suggests tomorrow’s hours may differ. Arrived there at 11 and were told they just served the last customer and there’s was still people at the drive in portion. We never like to show up to places right before they close because that’s rude yet somehow the hours magically changed and we were made to feel like the jerks for getting there right at close. Please fix these hours because I know I’ve gone here before on a Sunday around the same time no issues.

My partner and I ordered a Triple Smasher combo with a banana shake and a Double Cheeseburger combo. They got a cheesecake shake and I got a smasher with no toppings. I was very disappointed for the money we spent. We also got ranch instead of marinara for our mozz sticks. Would not recommend.

We went for drive through breakfast on 7/12/25. The employee at the window forgot our drinks and waited nearly 10 minutes before opening the window to see what our issue was. She was very rude when we asked for our drinks and then didn't give us straws. We called to place a complaint and were told by management "they couldn't apologize for the wait there's only three of us in the morning and she can't do it all". Very poorly managed location

First, the foot long hot dog was cold. The relish and mustard was fine. Roll was not warmed up, as I requested in drive thru. Never thought hot dog would be cold. I also requested a tall cup of ice... Never knew they charged 45 cents for this. I should have asked. Never had a cold hot dog from any other diner. Therefore, never thought I had to mention the temperature on the meat.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. I am so absolutely disgusted with this sonic. Not only was my burger bun totally soaked and soggy with pickle juice from the 6 pickles they put on it, the bun was moldy. By the time I noticed we were already back on the interstate and the whole burger had to be thrown out. My husband already finished his burger before that time so hopefully his wasn't moldy as well. We were very excited to stop at sonic for a quick meal on our way home to Toronto, which ended in major disappointment. People going to this sonic please double check your bun for mold !!!
