I realized I made a mistake when I saw 10 cars already in line with no movement! Sat in this drive thru for 25 minutes. Will not be back to this location ever. I get a free whopper every 3 months, I will just let the offers expire and go to a place that values their customers time! Update: I finally got my food, and they gave me french fries instead of the onion rings that are clearly marked on the bags recipes. So I had to go inside and tell them I need onion rings and not french fries. Changed my rating to all 1’s

This place sucks!!! Stay away.. IR stay away from ANY BK location .. Even better. The deal should be the deal regardless of if I go to store or the stupid APP.. LAST TOME I GO TO BURGER KING..

Rodeo burger is definitely not what the picture shows, no cheese only one patty and 2 onion rings. Kinda pathetic. Looks more like a kids meal

I would give zero stars if I could. Decided to try this location one more time after my food was wrong and cold the last time I got food from there. However, I know stuff happens, I have worked in the industry for 14 years and I was just going to ask for my food cooked fresh. When I did, the kid had an attitude and told me to pull to the second window. Before I was even finished paying, someone was putting my food in a bag, I knew it was mine because per usual, there wasn’t a single other customer. I get their attention and say, “I’m sorry, can I please get my food made to order?” He then tells me that they just had a “big rush” and had everything I ordered, specifically, cooking when I pulled up. I was in the parking lot for 10 minutes prior to ordering while my partner went in QT and there was only one customer the entire time. They close the window in my face and start laughing, I had to honk to finally ask them to just give my money back please. Maybe an adult should be on shift with all the teenagers. Never returning.

I went through the drive through and they didn’t give me my credit card back. I had to travel 45 minutes each way to retrieve my card the next day. There was no apology when I got my card back. When I shared with her that I had to drive a long way she started speaking Spanish with another employee - it was very awkward. I just left without an explanation as I don’t speak Spanish.

What the Hell? Last week we had the best Burger King meal ever here !!! Everything was hot and fresh. The Fries were the best. It's Thursday the Sept. 18th we were there about 1445. The absolute Worst meal ever. Food was cold, the whoppers looked like they were microwaved , the lettuce was warm and soggy. The fries were cold and tasted like they made yesterday same with the chicken fries. Again What the Hell. You charge enough for the food to be putting out a crappy meal!!!!! SMH

Sunday AM about 8:30, place was DESERTED! Ordered a breakfast sandwich and a medium coffee ($1.99 at McD's) $3.19 here for PARTLY FILLED CUP. Now I know why no one was there!

I was craving a whopper and thought I’d give in and get one here. So happy I did because after this disappointment I won’t be indulging in anymore of my cravings for a longggg time. I asked for no Mayo and my sandwich was covered in it and my fries were warm at best smh

I had a very bad service last night at that burger king last night. Ordered at the drive-thru, Mexican or latino guy who works the drive-thru last night around 9PM is rude and has no respect for customers. If he's going to be one to work the drive-thru he needs to have that skill which is called active listening. He was not listening at all while I was telling him my order then finally didn't get my order and worst he told " LEAVE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE IF YOU DON'T WANT TO PLACE YOUR ORDER" I was so shocked I immediately drove to the window to record him then a lady came. Whoever is the Manager of that burger needs to structure that guy, he doesn't speak English well it's completely understandable but there is absolutely no excuse to be impolite or rude to customers.
