You know, beyond providing what I'd expect out of a Little Caesars, I've noticed steady improvements being made over the past while. Most importantly the equipment seems well maintained,the staff has been helpful, and it's been consistent. I'm glad to have an affordable dinner option again.

This location is the one we order from. Be it Doordash or pickup, I have yet to be truly disappointed with LIttle ceasars. My pizza and italian bread are ALWAYS good. I recently had an issue with an order and the manager was kind enough to remake it for me correctly with no issue. Much appreciated!

I asked and they delivered! I had a birthday party for my daughter and needed to feed about 30 something people. Party started at 11 am, they opened at 11. You can see my delema, but I called the order in the night before and requested it for 11 am pickup. It was ready at 10:55 am HOT and READY!

Had issue with one pizza I ordered online. Asked one person and he had an attitude and acted like it bothered him. Asked for manager and waited 20 minutes. She kept saying are they mad and still here. We heard everything said. Horrible customer service. I've ordered pizza here for years and I may stop after today. Also the pizza looks thrown together.

Never order over phone or app. When you place the order always say "I'll wait for a fresh one". And then stand there, don't leave, until they hand you a fresh one. That's how you get a hot fresh pizza from here. If they say "these ones just came out", while pointing to the warmer... do NOT take that pizza. It's always cold-n-old. Ask for a fresh one and wait patiently for it to come out. You'll be glad you did. Only takes 10 minutes. Your Welcome.

I would normally give a 4 or 4.5 but tonight of all nigh I ordered my deep dish and a cheese for the kids. They forgot to make my cheese so I waited abt 38 minutes and when I walked in I was the only one in the store. So people came after and left before me. Then when I finally get home I had to recook my deep dish it was undercooked and all toppings where sliding off just trying to pick up the slice ..

Always friendly and overall a good place. However I don’t understand why they don’t have more pizza ready between 4-7 every day of the week. Shouldn’t have to wait for a cheese pizza a crazy bread in these hours. Yes I should of used the app and called ahead.

Consistently burnt pizzas! Asking them to cook lightly doesn't work. I've waited for a pizza to be recooked at least 4 times! 2 times in one visit. Other LC locations can give you a cheese pizza that isn't brown and darker brown so I know it can be done. Please fix your ovens, your staff or both.

Ok so we ordered a cheese pizza from here and the cheese was burnt. The crust tasted undercooked so that kinda didn't make any sense. This isn't the first time that we got a burnt pizza from here but most times the pizza is good. So I guess its a hit or miss with this location. Make sure to look in your box before you leave if you don't like your pizza this way.

Stopped for pizza because we didn't want to cook. I walked in and there was a line, but the young man at the counter didn't acknowledge any guests that came in. Instead of waiting, I ordered my food online while standing in line. I ordered a pizza and an order of hot wings....didn't make it out until nearly 45 minutes later. It was our first time at that location and likely our last at any LC.

Just wanted a quick cheese pizza for the kids and had to wait almost 15 minutes. What happened to hot and ready? Then the woman inside is tweaking and yelling at employees talking about firing someone. She was digging in her hair and touching the food. Same with the other employees. Another was coming and going to a car parked next to us. I am guessing a family member or girlfriend etc. This location needs some help what happened to the 5 or 6 pizza .. 7.99 for a single not hot and ready

I am my family like pretzels, so we thought we'd give it a try needless to say we were all very much underwhelmed, I've never had a pretzel that I've had to question, the only distinguishing characteristics about the pretzel crust was the salt sprinkle, it tastes like a regular pizza nothing extraordinary about the stuff pretzel crust. I definitely would not recommend this and I would not be requesting this again.

Every time I go in there it’s a problem with my order or a delay won’t be back

There was no one in the lobby when I arrived. Ordered a hot and ready, crazy bread and a 2L of soda. Nothing crazy. Waited over 45 minutes to get my order, after 7 people who came in after me got their orders. Everyone I asked said “I don’t work the front” and called for someone else. No one else ever came up. Once I FINALLY got my order, they pulled it from one of the 10 pizzas sitting on the counter for over 30 minutes (not in the warmer even) and was cold. Didn’t even bother to ask for a remake - didn’t want to wait another 45 minutes. I would not recommend going to this location!!!

Trash! I ordered online. Pizza was supposed to been ready by 7:22. I dudnt get my order til 7:45. I watched 10 people walk in and order. Got there food before me. The portal is useless if the food not ready and you still have to wait 25 min for pizza. The pizza was soggy and rushed. The last time ill eat at this location.

Make sure you order online because it's cheaper! Employee expect you to know they only have one oven working and that they only have 3 employees working. He's says I'm not special maybe not in his eyes but I am! My thing people most of the time understand when things go wrong, if you would just let the people know instead of smarting off at your customers! I wanted to get my money back and walk away but my grandson really want a pizza!

Place smells horrible so I ended up not even eating the food we ordered

First thing I call with a simple emotionless tone because what do you expect me to call as if I’m just about to invite you to a birthday party I called and got straight to the point said “hey there uh..could I get a pepperoni pizza” their response “Is that all” in a tone and keep in mind I didn’t say anything about their tone then when I respond with a simple “yea” he goes “CAN you not be rude?” Like a complete idiot like if you’ve had a bad day that’s your problem but don’t involve others and then began complaining about me being rude as I’m trying to tell him my name for my order confused and then he hangs up lovely!

Hot n ready my a$$. Why is the cashier in a tank top with his boxers hanging out clueless on how to get pizzas out quick. God bless the kid and the 2 guys in the back. Guaranteed all the pizza is dirty in there. I’ll just spend the extra $5 and order from papa johns from now on.

Guess it's okay to bring pets to a food establishment and have them on the counter (sarcasm it is NOT okay), but the staff there talked to the dog, instead of asking them to take the dog out of the store. And then you have these two over here Jaw jacking with their friend convincing him to pay them $20 so he can go take a number 2 in the bathroom. Then more time was wasted when the manager (Holly) explained to them why they can't be doing that. And they wonder why they are so backed up.

THIS PLACE BLOWS!!!!!! Only bright spot was Sophia, the cashier / cook. Manager was rude when asked if they still offered the bacon around the crust style pizza. He was sarcastic and said rudely "No". Like I follow their f***in advertising all the time! So ordered Deep Dish and a plain pizza. Then asked if they had paper plates and napkins to go. Again more sarcasm from another female employee. "No we don't give away plates, we don't have any, here's some napkins". Meanwhile this "manager" obviously did not have a clue, was asking employees "What are you doing?" One was prepping pans, another was getting product ready, and Sophia was doing her job, checking phone and in house orders, as well as checking the status of pies being baked. She looked at me and her eyes said it all. She was apologizing for this inept manager barking orders and trying to stay on top of everything. Store is definitely understaffed. Sophia should be the manager. Nice, courteous, and trying to do her job. I wrote to corporate. I doubt I'll hear back....... For the same money, We could have gone to Pizza Hut or Domino's, and received better service and comparable if not better food with more toppings and selections. P.S. Had to stop at Walmart for paper plates. What a Joke this place is.............. AVOID at all COST. :(

Tonight @8:10, I ordered a custom cheese bread with NO GARLIC and I asked for OVEN ROASTED. I waited for nearly an hour just to receive my order which was buffalo wings because an employee claimed that he thought they had some ready and I didn’t feel like waiting so I just took them seeing they were already short staffed and had an issue with another customer. I also received what I thought was my custom cheese bread. I left the store with my order and went in the car to check my order to see that not only did I not get the wings I wanted, THEY GAVE ME GARLIC CHEESE BREAD!! I went BACK in and asked for a refund considering I received nothing I actually ordered and the employee stated he “just put some cheese bread in” and it will be out soon in which I clarified that I want my money back. Nothing was hot nor ready. Little Caesars in Clayton needs better management at night or your store is guaranteed to be shut down. I seen several people receive refunds other than me.

Told it would be a 10 minute wait on a Tuesday evening. Sitting here for over 20 minutes with no end in sight. Not happy, I saw people walking in getting pizzas and walking out. After almost a 35 minute wait walked in asked about my pizzas. Was told they were just finishing was handed 2 pizzas 1cold 1warm. Got to the car and checked 1pizza was correct the other was cheese only I had ordered a pepperoni. Went back into the store showed that I got the wrong pizza a guy walked up took it from me and threw it into the trash. Was given a pepperoni pizza. Whoever owns this store needs to fix the customer service issues now.

I had called a phone call order, I wanted two pizzas but they only gave me one. I was like whatever and I got another one. I had a friend with me and she went inside and she came back real quickly, they treated her very bad! The employees were rude one told her “You know we close in 20 minutes right?” And the other employee gave her a nasty look. I thought little Cesar’s was supposed to be hot and ready!!! Had to go to domino’s!

We ordered online from little caesars for pi day. When we went to pick up they didn't have crazy bread or the pizza puffs that we ordered. On top of that, they were an hour behind on making pizzas. We asked for a refund and were told we'd have to come in the next day for one since there was no manager on duty. We called the manager the next day and she was rude and not helpful. We got none of our order and we didn't get our money back.

I stood at the counter waiting while one employee was standing right there typing on his cell phone. Stood there for 5 minutes. He never said a word to me then walked away. I turned to walk out and another employee came around and said "What, you not gonna order?" I said well I WAS and walked out. Went down the road to Big Cheese pizza and was greeted with a "Welcome to Big Cheese" with a smile and have my pizzas in 10 minutes. I won't ever make that mistake again!

I called and placed my order ahead of time and when I arrived, she said sorry it will be another 6 minutes because someone gave your pizza to another customer. I waited 10 more minutes and then asked about my pizza.....they gave it away 2 times. I had to wait AGAIN. The manager was rude and avoided the front. I was one of many customers waiting as we watched other customers come in and out with pizza in their hands. I finally got my pizza 50 minutes later and what do you know, the cheese pizza was an older one and cold. The pepperoni and supreme were the only pizzas that were fresh. They offered no apology what so ever. GO TO BIG CHEESE IN CLAYTON. They have the best pizza, employees, and pizza is always ready in 10 minutes. They also have a drive thru.

This place is Horrible, place an order for a cheese pizza, bread sticks, pepperoni puffs and 2 liter soda over one hour and it's still cooking this was supposed to be delivered 30 minutes ago. I placed the order at 7:14 p.m. and now it's 8:23 p.m. and still being told by customer service they are cooking my food. Completely unacceptable. Will never order here again.

This is the worst Little Caesars that I have ever been to. I loved Little Caesars in Texas. They were the best. This place in Clayton is horrible. The staff can care less about you. The pizza has given me diarrhea on my last two visits. The pizza was severely undercooked. I want so badly to love this place as I did in Texas, but my experience with this place will never bring me back. The management is non-existent it appears. Hire better people who know how to cook pizza. That is the key to a better establishment.

I called to place an order over the phone because the online order would not give me the option to pay cash at the store at pick up. I tried to order 4 pizzas and 3 crazy breads and was told that I had to place my order online. I explained the reason I called in was because online would not give me the option to pay cash. I was told I could come in and place the order and that I would need to be there an hour before the event I was supposed to be at to be able to order the pizzas on time. That is just unacceptable. I wanted to order ahead so I could just walk in, pay and walk out with minimal wait time. The lady was rude while speaking on the phone. When she answered all she said was "Little Ceasars." She never even mentioned her name or even asked how she could help me. I work in customer service and typically good, not even great, but good customer service is to sound happy and when you answer the phone state your name and ask how you may assist the customer. All the reviews I read online over the last 3 months is true. It's safe to say that this was my first time calling in and will be my list at this location. I ended up placing my order online at Dominoes with the option to pay cash at pick up.

This store needs to be shut down or get new management

There is so much sauce that it’s 2-3x the amount of bread that the pizza is made with, then you take a bites and it just squirts out the sides all over the place. There is so much sauce that it’s 2-3x the amount of bread that the pizza is made with, then you take a bites and it just squirts out the sides all over the place. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to understand that this ruins a pizza. Making a pizza is not rocket science guys, get it together. No other little ceasars does this, just the one on Shotwell Rd, so I thought hey maybe it’s just a one off issue… 3/3 times I’ve been there it’s the same thing. 3 strikes you’re out, I will not be going back.
