I dropped a journal on the floor while I was there and didn't realize it. The manager of the store, found it and took his time to locate my Facebook page and message me, to lmk he had it and it was safe. Thank goodness I wrote my name in the journal! This was extremely important and I couldn't have been more grateful to him for finding me. This was above and beyond his job description and leaving a positive review, to let everyone know how thoughtful and kind this person is, is the very least I can do to thank him! So thank you sir, and thank you to your entire staff for being so vigilant and taking your time time to find my Facebook messenger account to reach me to lmk you had found my journal! I will be forever grateful to you!

Lately, we've been eating a little more McDonalds out of convenience being on the go. The service has been top notch and the food fresh and delicious. There was a time it wouldn't be so hot, but they must have a great staff, because everyone is friendly, kind and efficient.

Rolled into McDonald’s in Cobleskill like a man who’s made questionable life choices but still believes in small miracles. All I wanted was food, honesty, and maybe — if the universe felt generous — a milkshake. Mom ordered a Filet-O-Fish and asked for a vanilla shake. I ordered a value meal and hoped the price on the drive-thru menu meant what it said. Simple dreams. Working-class dreams. Joe Dirt dreams. Let’s give credit where it’s due: The staff was friendly, genuinely nice, and moved things along at a good clip. No sighs. No attitude. Just solid humans doing their jobs, which in today’s world feels like finding a lucky penny that doesn’t smell weird. Now… the darkness. The milkshake machine is no longer broken — it is emotionally unavailable. I have successfully acquired a milkshake 1 time out of my last 5 visits. That’s not bad luck, that’s the machine actively teaching me a lesson about attachment and impermanence. At this point I don’t ask if it’s working. I ask what kind of mood it’s in. Then there was the price. The drive-thru menu board said one number. The order screen said $0.20 more. I paid it. I didn’t throw a tantrum or scream about conspiracies. But my brain did that Joe Dirt math: “Now I ain’t no rocket surgeon… but if 250 people a day order value meals and get dinged two dimes, that’s real money. That ain’t pocket change — that’s corporate couch cushion change.” It also jogged my memory of when McDonald’s admitted they’d been overcharging for a long time and said sorry with a brief price break, like “Here’s a nickel, don’t ask questions.” I hope this was just a glitch. A hiccup. A register having a rough childhood. But if it’s not… how long’s it been happening? Final thoughts: ✔ Friendly service ✔ Decent speed ✔ Food did what food is legally required to do ❌ Milkshake machine appears to be locked in a lifelong internal struggle ❓ Menu prices and register prices are living separate lives Four stars because the people were good and the food showed up. But until the milkshake machine finds peace, or a higher calling, or at least a technician… I’ll keep coming back, staring at that menu board like Joe Dirt looking at a fireworks stand thinking: “Maybe this time… this is the one.”

Tonight was the first time we didnt wait forever in the drive thru, usually its about 5 minutes or longer. The Employees are ALWAYS very nice, I never have a complaint there. The fries & nuggets weren't fresh, the fries were very salty, I couldn't eat them. The quarter pounder was a mess, not put together with love, the cheese wasn't melted. Anytime we are in Cobleskill & get McDonald's, the food is never very good, again, the people are always nice. They never have McFlurry's, why have it on the menu.

We oder curbside pickup for breakfast and the employee who brought the food didn't greet us nicely. Maybe too early for her. Anyways, I was disappointed with the food. I ordered 3 hashbrowns and they were too soft, seemed like sitting for a while. Dissatisfied

Don't bother ordering through the app and getting delivery from this location. The staff never gets the order right, items missing every time. And the fries and chicken strips were so overcooked I couldn't eat them. But you can't contact McDonald's to complain about THEIR staff because they refer you to Doordash for order issues. Why? The driver delivered my order sealed and on time. Your staff messed up, not Doordash.

This place- absolutely insane. Went through the drive through on our way back to Pa. We became trapped In line- at this moment (still haven’t gotten our food) we have been in line for 30 minutes- (since we ordered). Plus the 15 minutes we waited to even place the order! Absurd. All at 3:30 in the afternoon!

The kiosk didn't work, my food was dry and my fries were cold as well as the cheese was not even fully melted on my bacon double quarter pounder. No ketchup containers, had to ask at the counter .My order was brought to me in a paper bag even though I had a table and told the cashier it was a stay order. The people were friendly and the music was great. However, I most likely will not return 🙁

Sat in a drive-through for a happy meal, a plain for 45 minutes and then go to the window and they gave us the wrong stuff so then we waited another 15 minutes to get the right stuff by the time we got there it was cold. The french fries were so small that I had to go inside and purchase another thing fries so I had enough to eat. The cheeseburger was small cold drinks were watered down so much ice that should’ve just got a bottle of water. That place needs help employees or something ain’t quite sure what the problem is, but I don’t recommend it. I went in and I complained and showed them what I got and how cold it was never offered to give us a refund or even a free meal next time happy meal or anything. It was just the service was really bad.

Waited for 10 minutes in drive thru noone answered or asked us to wait we pulled up to the window since we had a Mobil order and waited 20 more minutes just for a couple of items
