Worst place ever I ordered my food online 20 minutes before I got to the place I get there and they make me wait 40 minutes. And there is no point getting in line because they only have the people with the loudest voice first. If you’re ordering 200 pieces, you automatically go first in line even if you were there first . They only got one person working in the register even though there’s a line they don’t bother putting anybody else to help. This was my second time going there that will be my last time because both times they did the same same.

We went there twice. We place our 8 piece family meal & had to wait about 25 mins on the drive thru window. And the reason for that is that there was only 1 employee doing everything!! At that he still got our order wrong. Btw 25 mins plus the time to place the order & for the other 2 vehicles to get there food, was a total of about 1 hour & 10 mins. And the lobby was closed so only the drive thru was open. The worker needs a raise but Popeyes needs to do better!!!

Worse Popeyes I ever been too and I have been in years and thought I was going to get some bomb food but ABSOLUTELY NOT I got the butterfly Shrimp with the chicken tenders and rice & beans for the side. Shrimp looks like popcorn shrimp (small as hell, wasn't nothing butterfly about it). Chicken tenders wasnt nothing but fried batter (where's the chicken). Rice n bean rice was undercooked (hard) and so much rice. Where are the beans at? No one need that much rice unless they ask for it. smh and all this gor $14.95, so not worth it what so ever. I see I won't be back this time

Came here to get the 6pc wing, they closed the inside at like 6pm Compton time. At the drive thru speaker I order the 6pc ghost pepper wing and strawberry biscuit, got to the window repeated my order and was served a chicken wrap 🙃. I immediately tried to return it but the girl just walked off. The cook came to the window and replaced my meal with plain wings and a plain biscuit 😒. I was like forget it and left, never to return.

Ordered sandwich and tackle box after 25 minutes of waiting told them gimmie my money back. Horrible customer service. Manager had a stank attitude when I expressed to her the dissatisfaction I had with their service. Man behind me just left without ordering cuz wait was so long. Lost this customer for life. This is the second time I’ve ordered wings from this location and they’ve served me several wing partials in my order… First off let I paid 30.53 for 24 wings… that is about $1.27 per wing… this is not a cheap item so I don’t expect to get wing partials I called the store before going to the review section to give them a chance to correct the situation… and all they kept saying is the “company” sends them this way… well everyone needs to know to CHECK your wings before you leave and I will be seeing exactly why the “company” keeps selling us these wing partials for $1.27 Below I have attached pictures… the partial next to a regular wing… and then both next to a quarter for you to see the size comparison Please stop cheating me Popeyes

My Ordered totaled $25.78 but got old hard 9 piece strips, I'm really disappointed. 4 piece platter as well chicken old and hard, please teach workers on how to maintain holding times if it's old it should not be served!

Overcharges people with EBT. Listen close and look at your recipe. Make sure youre paying the right price. The management team be moving quick trying to stick you with just the employee at the pos. Dont get ripped off.

This Popeyes is very nasty and disgusting and dirty there was a girl there named Maria that took a customer's food that they returned and put it back with all the other chicken that she was going to serve customers. The customer sat down and ate from the same box of chicken. She said that she asks the customer if he touched the chicken. Omg...Really...smh. The entire establishment was nasty the floors are nasty the table is nasty and the same Maria girl is rude. None of the fountain drinks worked except one. It took ovet 30 minutes for one three piece meal and two bobeless meals. It was the worst experience ever.

Paid for all chicken strips and I get home with three orders wrong. The supervisor (with the blue shirt)messed up my order. I would think that by 5 customers complaining prior to me they would had got it together and NO.i failed to check assuming she gave it right plus it was raining and had s 30 min drive back home with traffic) check out my family meal of 9pcs, chicken strips were dry and small and broken pcs.. It wasn't what I paid for. I invested $35 and 30 min of my time.
