Great service here, however for some reason I don't find a consistent taste in the brew. Maybe some process control is needed so customers get the same taste irrespective of the store.

The cream berry scone and almond croissant are great and the Americano and latte were done very good and the baristas were very nice. The 3 and 4 on service and atmosphere is for the bathroom... Needed TLC , low on TP and no seat covers 🤷🏻‍♀️and possibly cleaned more often, but it wasn't too bad, therefore gave a 3 on atmosphere...I appreciate having a bathroom while traveling, of course if there was no bathroom I would have had to go to a place that offered a bathroom along with service 🤣😂 Thank you Peet's, still appreciate you 2nd time and such a cute place..but the bathroom is terrible 😔

I LOVE Pete's Coffee, and because this is my home location I love it even more! Unfortunately, there has been a lot of employee turnovers lately and there's also a lot of errors being made, putting even more pressure on the experienced veteran staff to keep things moving along. While they do an absolutely wonderful job at keeping it together, customers don't always have 25 minutes to wait around for a drink.

I thought they were more flexible when beans did not work out. 😕 I purchased Garuda beans, but the coffee when ground & brewed made me sick. I paid with a gftcard, cash & knew time I was in. I was left holding the bag when I was told a manager could help me, then left me hanging. So sad. Only regulars treated with respect.

2 stars for not tasting burnt like Starbucks. Ordered a 16oz., 6 shot BREVE, not crazy hot, and a 16oz 4 shot blended latte. The breve turned out to be 20oz.(too much mil), made with milk, not ½&½, and scalding. The blended was ok. The 2 drinks totaled $17!!!😳 Even Starbucks only charges $8.50 for the breve! Dutch Bros. only charges $5.95 for the breve, and maybe $4 for the blended. And their coffee tastes better TOO

Not a very good experience. My coffee was not hot, it was more on the cooler side. Like a hot drink for little kids. The cup she gave me was a little bent on the lip so the lid couldn't be properly secured. The staff were nice but the product was not good.

Not a very good experience. My coffee was not hot, it was more on the cooler side. Like a hot drink for little kids. The cup she gave me was a little bent on the lip so the lid couldn't be properly secured. The staff were nice but the product was not good.

I got a free drink so I did a mobile order for peet's on Salvo st Concord. The frappe was watered down and was not sweetened at all. The whipped cream was sloppily applied.

Manager (didn't get her name) yesterday was completely rude!! She's tall and has a disgusted look on her face. Asked for straws, ignored me, asked for water and ignored me. She should not be a Manager!! Peets needs better management and maybe people would feel more welcomed. And to top it off , my DRINK WAS WRONG AND DIDNT COMPLAIN.

Unfriendly staff, and the warm foods from the menu are served cold. If you complain, you get an attitude from the cashier, who says they are served that way.

Hello, My wife and I were at your Peet’s location yesterday in Concord on Salvio Street. Courtney was the rudest and most incompetent person we have ever encountered at a Peet’s coffee shop. First of all she made are drinks wrong three times. I suppose a hot medium mocha and a medium iced matcha was too much for her to comprehend. When we used the customers restroom, we were shocked by the filth and smell of urine. When we told Courtney that it was disgusting and needed to be cleaned, she got quite an attitude. As we were leaving, she muttered, don’t come back. I let her know that we would never patronize this Peet’s again.

Mediocre coffee. Horrible customer service. Save yourself the headache and go to another location.

Came in for my everyday sugar free vanilla late, with 2 extra shots, it took them 3 tries to make the drink right, and it took me about 40 minutes to get out, when it’s a simple cup of coffee that should be right and quick . Also the store smells really bad I had to wait outside because I couldn’t take the smell,

I stopped by to buy water my for my tea that I purchased at home. The clerk insisted on changing me for tea even though I had brought my own. It's too bad. I intended on giving them a nice tip but due to this, I went to Starbucks down the street instead. They did not charge me the water and so they actually earned their tip.

They tell you if you want to order expect 20+ min delay and sometimes they don't want to take orders because they are so backed up. Again nothing more than a management issue because Peet's Coffee has been solid throughout the years.
