Couldn't get cheese sticks because they "weren't ready". Then it still took me 8 minutes to get breadsticks and a sauce. They still have the best breadsticks!

It's quick fast pizza.

I was at Little Caesars Pizza trying to pick up a quick pepperoni pizza for my mom who is in the nursing home that is close. I started to ask for a pizza and the woman at the window said Didn't you see the new sign ? I said no to much construction to see the sign while driving. Well she said you will be holding up the people who ordered for pickup. I looked back and there wasn't a sole in site. I said i just want a pizza. She said I guess I can do it this once very sarcastically. I used to drive through and get a pizza every few days no problem, quick service. The reason I don't go in is cause I am disabled. The sign does state pick up but I think she could have been a little more courteous. In the time she took to complain I could have had my pizza. I hope people will see this and drive through asking for a pizza, there is no rule stating I can't go through there. I will be telling everyone I know about this and they will be driving through and asking for a pizza. I think she should be reprimanded.

Poor service. Rude employees. Lack of professionalism. The past few months I've gone here I've been met with calling several times and being ignored, ordering food and not getting what I ordered then be questioned rudely If I had really ordered the right thing. I hear employees in the back talking poorly of customers. On top of all that the pizza tends to be under cooked, has a lack of toppings and not properly sliced. Although this location will no longer be seeing my business, the Oak Street location is the exact opposite. Great service, friendly employees and great quality food and actually picks up their phone and greets you. Go to the Oak Street location, folks.

I usually come to get pizza often, at least 3 or 4 times a week ticket minimum from $6.15 to 30 bucks or so. I usually don't have an issue but on this day I did. Usually there is a wait they let you know at drive thru, but they let me order and get to window to tell me it was 7 minutes. I didn't feel I had to pay for hot and ready if it isn't. The young lady before manager came was very nice and offered another pizza. I asked if I could get it at the same rate or discounted? She said she couldn't do that so I asked her to get manager and she did. Ethan the manager, He gets there and tells me he can't do anything to discount because it's not hot and ready. Usually I dont make a deal of these things, but I am a currently am a GM with corporate background who asked then if he could discount my hot and ready if I waited, he said no. Starred me down. I told him I have been the boss for years and there is something he could do. I wasn't disgruntled or so but you all lost my business because you should have managers to treat customers with a great experience.I would be pissed if it happened at any of my businesses I run.

Waited for 10 minutes in the drive thru to even be spoken to, then was told id have to wait another 15 min. If you want it actually fast, go to another location. second time ive been thru the drive in and left with no food.

One thing I hate is to be given food that has been sitting in the warmer to long.. I got Italian bread sticks that were sitting in the warmer to long and dried up. Their bread sticks are good when they are fresh but when they have been sitting up waiting to be bought they are dry and frankly hard to eat.

So one night I ordered delivery for myself and my family. We got 3 large pizzas 2 combo orders of crazy bread and for myself 1 order of garlic wings. When I got the delivery I noticed I was missing 1 combo of bread and my wings so I call their delivery helpline and get told that someone would reach out in 1 business day to make it right. I wait 2 business days with nothing back so I make a complaint on their website. Hear nothing back. Make another complaint still nothing. So I've given up and decided to take the loss. The wings were as much as my large pizza and we didn't have enough bread for everyone. Won't be coming back!!!

Went to pick up my online order of 2 orders of stuffed cheese bread waited 30 min then showed up and waited another 5 which was fine but then when I got them and took a bite it was raw strait dough on the inside just disgusted and wasted money…

They now only are carrying pepperoni and cheese as the hot-nready offerings until after 4pm. Noone in my family is able to eat pepperoni. No wonder they are never busy. Definitely will not be going back.
