The food was amazing...the waitress was a little scatter-brained...didnt get my order right but thats ok...i have had days like that...our wait time was only 20 min...
Still great place to eat. Prime rib was amazing and the rattlesnake bites are a must try. Service was great. A+

Stopped in at Texas Roadhouse in Conway, Arkansas, and everything was spot on! The hamburger was cooked perfectly—juicy, flavorful, and just the way I ordered it. And of course, the rolls were hot, fresh, and absolutely amazing as always. Great service and friendly staff made it even better. Definitely worth the stop!
I had a lovely experience here. Not gonna lie I'm a fanatic for the rolls and butter, that alone sets the minimum to a 3/5 if that keeps coming, which it did. They were prompt on refills, reasonably quick service, my fried chicken sandwich had two fried filets for its meat which amused me. I'd recommend, and try the bar seating sometime it's kinda cool.
I eat here because it is as good now as it was the first time I ever ate at a Texas Roadhouse. Constant, flavorful, good service in every county and state I have been in.
I understand why they stay busy but hate it at the same time. You can't get thos quality of food anywhere near the same price at other places. Food and service is impeccable but the packed parking lot and line out the door is discouraging.
It's always a great place to eat. Food is almost always on point! Servers are grast! Only downside is that it's really loud!
We had great service and great food! We ordered the baby back ribs with baked potato and salad. Everything was prepared perfectly and tasted very good!!
Food was pretty good drinks were all good steak was cooked right
The food was good. The service was mediocre. The wait staff gave sub par treatment. (Had to ask for napkins and bags for the togo trays. Plus many other minor things throughout service)
First off, our waitress, Allison, was amazing. Brought drinks before we ran out, was friendly, verified order before she left. 11/10. I ordered the steak medallions, medium well, with portobello mushroom sauce for 24$. I received three chunks of steak, rare, with no sauce. I ate one and asked the waitress to send them back, cook them further, and cover them in the mushroom sauce. They came back slightly more cooked, and dry. I pointed this out to the manager who brought it out, and she returned with what seemed to be a small cup of mushroom gravy. This is not what the portobello sauce is, and was pretty disappointing. Wife's lips swelled up after eating some of her shrimp, which she is not allergic to, and not the first time she's eaten shrimp here. Had to take benadryl when she got back to the van. The dirty sodas were pretty good. Would buy again.
Every time we have been the place was packed. We tried to get a table but the wait was 1.5 hours. So instead we ordered take out. The steaks were kind of dry but did taste good. They were going to charge us for a few extra rolls until we complained. I don't know why we keep trying to go here.
The service staff was not the problem they were all amazing! The food itself...was questionable? They unfortunately don't know what a cooked steak is..or cooked bacon(on the bacon cheese burger)😔 We just assumed by the constantly packed parking lot it would be worth it but it wasn't.
We just left there and we had the worst service ever. Took us 15 min to get greeted 3” min to get out drinks and we told her it was my sons birthday and she totally ignored it.
The kids they have serving folks are by far some of the rudest I've encountered in my whole life. Laughing at patrons and making audible jokes at the expense of the customers. Not just one of them but three Mean Girl wannabes standing at the front entrance ridiculing folks. Bad for business for sure. Other than them it was a great experience. Snapped the picture of them so hopefully management will do something.
Again on 4-18-25 completely bloody raw steaks. Why can’t this cook get steaks well???? Now I have to go spend another hour at 7pm going to Colton’s which may just get my business if you can’t figure out how to cook steaks which is your main item. This is “well done”. Why does this keeping happening? 4 steaks none cooked well like ordered. Please fix whatever the problem is!!
