Burger King

All BKs are the same and I love that. For people with unseen disabilities this is SO important! I know exactly what to expect every single time. We know the lighting, seating, noise level, smell, set up of the dining room, costs, etc. Many people don't realize how important it is to us to know in advance all the sensory surroundings and how much of an effect they have on us. Thank you BK for this!

I am very close and order from here rarely maybe once every couple of months. I've never had a problem with this restaurant. The interior is always clean and comfortable with nice styling, the service is average with no problems, wait has never been an issue, and the food is what I expect from any other BK. I can't fault these guys hence the 5 stars.

This is a decent Burger King location. The staff is friendly and they get your orders filled quickly. The dining area is clean and well maintained. The food is on par for fast food quality. It's an easy place to stop at for a quick bite to eat.

My sugar was low and they helped me out, the food was decent for fast food. I prefer this place to McDonald's across the street. Clean and tidy, bathrooms were spotless.

I had the worst day and cried my way to Burger King, and the sweetest most beautiful girl with an eyebrow piercing was so kind and so sweet to me and asked if I was okay. She’s a real girls’ girl and I appreciated that so much. The order was perfect too, but the kindness was stellar.

I have always received friendly, courteous service at this Burger King. The food has always been good, even when I have ordered a few minutes before closing. One might think that at that hour they would just throw something in a bag and hand it to you but that is not the case. The food is good no matter what hour. Which to me, is very impressive. Addendum: 1-18-2025. Today I was headed for the drive-thru when I noticed a poster saying that you could get two items as pictured for $5 or three items for $7. One of the items was The original chicken sandwich. So I went through the drive-thru and when I paid I noticed on the receipt I had been charged $11.98 for two original chicken sandwiches. She said I had failed to ask for the deal. I said I did not know I had to specifically ask for the deal as it is part of a poster but I did order the two items that would have qualified. Her response was 'Well. Now you know for next time." This is what we call crappy customer service. She could have honored the deal. Implying that I 'will know for next time' means basically screw 'you this time' because you thought Burger King would just automatically honor their promotion. It's not worth having promotional offers if it just creates opportunities for bad PR, Burger King.

I order two cheese burgers, in unwrapping the burgers I noticed they were dripping in ketchup and mustard. I have not had Burger King very often and it came back to me that the burgers had to much ketchup and mustard that I could not even taste the meat or cheese. Sorry I thought I order a cheese burger not a condiment sandwich. Sorry it may be a long time before I try Burger King again.

Oh and the cheap liquid soap in the bathroom is TERRIBLE and makes my hands smell so that that's all I taste when I eat a burger and fries. ugh Also every time I order oh my phone to dine in they put it in a bag. It happened at another Burger King too!

I go everyday to get a vanilla ice coffee. For some reason they have changed the recipe. I don't think they put coffee in it anymore. It's more like a vanilla ice milk. The service is great but I'll no longer be going since they can't stay consistent with their recipes. Please add coffee to the vanilla ice coffee. It's coffee with added flavor not milk.

So I didn't actually have food here. The lady's bathroom was way too disgusting. I'm not sure I've ever been in a bathroom this dirty. It takes months to accumulate the kind of filth on this sink. The toilet was repulsive. And don't even tell me the employees responsible for cleaning aren't using this same bathroom.

Want to pay my gift card didn't work. I asked him what i needed to do. He said it was the thing they use to run it. The other work told him he might have to do entire it in. He couldn't be bothered to do that. He said I ran it 7 times. When I pulled away he yelled at me and said thanks for the attitude. It will be a long time before I go back to this location

Extremely rude staff ive been here twice over the past 3 days in the area for family emergency and both time different crew at window are extremely rude and orders are not made correctly.

I ordered onion rings they were cold and no zesty sauce. I also ordered chicken nuggets they asked what kind of sauce I wanted honey mustard. Well.. I didn't get that sauce either. You got the mocha coffee perfect tho!! For 8 bucks all I wanted was hot food and my sauces.
