Forgot my biscuit…and charged me extra for a drink when I ordered a dinner (supposed to be two sides and no drink at combo price). They said they were trained to do that! Trainer shouldn’t train workers to rip people off.

This place is a joke the mess up your order you have to come back and they want to get an attitude no manager on duty and shift leader is not nice this is the 5th time my order has been way wrong and the phone don’t work so! I don’t want free stuff I want the 70$ I paid for! But after all the inconvenience you would think they would offer a coupon or something instead of a shitty attitude

So disappointed with this place. The last time I went here the gravy was extremely watery, so much, we couldn’t eat it. I called and supposedly spoke to the manager and she couldn’t have cared less. I waited several months and decided to give them another try tonight. It’s still just as bad. The girl that took my order wasn’t even listening to my order in the drive thru and of course the order was wrong. Got home, the gravy was still water. This is the absolute worst chicken express I’ve ever eaten at. I’ll never get that $38 back. I’ll drive back to the location in Jacksboro, Tx if I want amazing food with excellent customer service. This place should call them and take notes. I will never be back to this location. Don’t waste your money.

Ordered 15 chicken tenders, they were dry and hard. Gravy was like water. Biscuits were hard and inedible. Called to let them know, they wanted me to drive all the way back to get another gravy. Nothing about the rest of the food. Could not find my ticket of what I ordered, but I gave them all information off my receipt. Not going back.

Here it is 11am lunch time!! 😋 I thought I would be getting FRESH CHICKEN not!!!! That mess was day old and you could tell by the outside skin on the chicken had the nerve to add a extra wing like that would make it alright to serve day old chicken. This is the 2nd time this has happened here. Next time I'll eat BBQ next door

I have been to this new facility several times, and they still can't get the order correct at the drive through. Complained have been given several items that were missing from order, but had to return and explain to manager. So problem hasn't been corrected, they just offer you replacement if you come back. I think the manager has even been replaced, but still no change in service.

Me & my husband came around 4:45 we both ordered fish dinner with 2 sides . The cashier was great but forgot my okra. My fish & all the sides was cold. Bad experience this time but again the cashier was amazing his name is Javier, we will be back of course but maybe not for dinner

My daughter and I stood at the counter for about thirty minutes. While standing there, every single staff member looked at us and chose not to speak to us nor acknowledge our existence. It was obvious right away that it was our pale complexion that was being considered in this complete lack of customer service. In order to establish order every staff member should be terminated and replaced. Racism shouldn’t be tolerated no matter the victim. We will never give a dime of our hard earned money to this establishment. The company should definitely consider pulling the franchise from them for these shenanigans and complete lack of respect.

Both times I bought there we were given more food than we ordered, and BOTH times the food was bad. Over cooked the first time, ZERO taste the second…no seasoning. The gravy was very, very watery. This location gives CE a bad name…I’ve been a customer for many years and this is the worst location due to food quality.
