After the beach we went to Carl's Jr. Through the drive-thru. We just ordered three hamburgers. Just something to hold us over till we got home. They were sufficient. I guess after some time at the beach they just hit the spot. I've always had good service at this location.

The cleanest fast food restaurant I’ve been to in the last 5 years. The famous star and western bacon cheeseburger taste fresh and it’s been a long time since a Carls Jr taste fresh. Kudos to the Manager and Operations Team at this location.

Got in just before 7am on a Friday and thought I would go in to order. Glad I did guy with no name tag took my order and his smile was infectious. I ordered the loaded breakfast burrito. Combo with ok and the has browns for $9.90. The dining area was clean and uncrowded, and the view out the window was of the tastefully landscaped area featuring succulents, well trimmed bushes and dark bark. The loaded burrito with pico de gallo salsa was warm and tasty. Cons: both had a leather style back but the seats squared off and were hard plastic. Not very comfortable. Music was a little on the load side pop. No biggie. Only bummer, when I sat down a was on the other side of a big “2 for $6” mix and match break fest special, yep for $2 more I could have had a second breakfast burrito or Sandwhich. A pleasant start to the day!

Date: 2/27/2024 Time of day - Afternoon Order - Super Star with Cheese Combo (Small) Menu price - $10.39 Receipt price - $10.39 Tax - $.08 Paid $11.19 Good service from the cashier Wait time - less than 3 minutes The burgers were made to order and it was absolutely delicious. 2 beef patties with cheese on sesame seed buns. To include lettuce, tomato and pickles. It also comes with onions and special sauce but I wanted it without. Good presentation. It was well wrapped. French fries were fresh. Hot and nicely salted. Dining room was nice and quiet. Mop equipment was left out, must had a spill from earlier. Restaurant was clean, but it just needed a light sweep under some of the tables. Restrooms were constantly used. Parking lot is clean but a pothole seems to be growing from the recent rain near the driveway. Moderate parking. About less than 24 cars. A standalone restaurant. Will come back #youruberdriveronbreak

Horrible food. Burger and chicken sandwich were totally cold and chicken sandwich with complete soggy bread where there was like water on the cheese. Luckily I had buns at home to replace it

Went last night before heading out of the Newport area. Person taking order didn't seem to know how to apply a coupon from the drive thru order system, took over 30 minutes for 6 cars to get through the line. Never even got straws for our drinks.

Absolutely worst experience at a Carl’s Jr. that I have ever been to in the 40 years. I have been coming to Carl’s Jr. I am a local and I will never ever come back here to order Carl’s Jr. from this location again they took forever. They did not care their attitude was very flippant. Emma was too interested in flirting with the guy behind the counter with her instead of serving the customer.

I recently had a terrible experience at this location. I used the drive thru service and was advised to pull around front while they make my order which I didn’t mind. However, when I got home the burgers were completely inedible; the buns were drenched in sauce to the point the hun was soggy, the bun also appeared to have finger marks. I tried calling the location to reconcile the issue but they don’t have a valid phone number on their google page? Atleast the one above does not go through. Overall I’m not happy with my experience and dissatisfied that I paid for something that I couldn’t eat.
