The girl running the drive thru has a horrible attitude problem. I placed a mobile app order. Pulled up to get the order. She immediately says “we don’t make coffee.” So I said y’all might want to update the app so it’s no longer an option. She proceeds to argue back about it’s not my fault. I never said it was your fault. Then she continued with the attitude at the window. Then there was an item missing and she wanted to dig through my bag to see. This happened on 3/7/2026 around 11:30am.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this Taco Bell location. I was overcharged for my order and, on top of that, did not receive the items I paid for. This feels like false advertising and poor customer service. Customers should be able to trust that what they order is what they receive—and at the price advertised. I hope management addresses this issue promptly and ensures accurate pricing and proper fulfillment of orders. Otherwise, this kind of experience will continue to frustrate and alienate loyal customers.

I have been waiting over 15min for my order that I did online. I went through the drive through, was told to wait in the parking lot, waited over 15 minutes I asked about my order and it seems to forgot about it, luckily the food was still warm. I'm only annoyed about it because I had groceries in the car.

DO NOT GO HERE!! The staff is extremely rude, and the so-called manager is the worst of them all. I spent $100 at Taco Bell—yes, $100—and I should’ve known better. After talking to several other customers, I found out I’m not the only one who’s had problems with this person. My order was completely wrong, and when I asked him to fix it, he said, “I already made it, I’m not fixing it.” Seriously? That’s how a manager talks to paying customers? The service is horrible, the food was wrong, and I didn’t even get what I paid for. I asked for my money back, and he refused. This location is a complete joke—unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else!

i have never had such a bad experience at a fast food restaurant before until now. my partner and i went in and ordered through the kiosk. when we received our food we realized they got the wrong topping on our nachos and i asked the lady kindly to add on the chicken or just remake it whatever was easiest. she took it without a word and remade it. when we got it back it had two tiny pieces of chicken. my partner brought it up there to discuss the issue and the lady was very rude and persistent that it was correct and had enough . I’m never one to be picky but girl..you knew they were skimpy. we got a refund and continued eating the rest of our food in the lobby. I’m just disappointed. I always come here and was really sad to see such attitude.

These people can not put together simple food, it is pathetic. Replace the whole staff with robots at this point. We ordered chicken tacos and they didnt put any chicken on either of them. Skip this spot and find another.

Looks like there was no care given in making the food. Yes it’s fast food but this is just ridiculous. Do better. Chicken strip was literally like a rock, glad we got fries, at least they were made correctly.

Horrible customer service. Will not go back here again. I’d rather drive in the opposite direction, sit in traffic, and pay more at another Taco Bell. Came and ordered two bean burritos with extra red sauce and onions. Was charged for extra red sauce, got home and the burrito was dry with no visible red sauce in the burrito. Called and spoke to a rude associate manager, Andy. I told her of my issue and she said she made it herself and the way she makes it is that she mixes the red sauce into the beans. I told her that that’s not what I’m tasting and not how I ordered my burritos. Did not get an apology but a pushback in telling me they will not remake my burritos and they will only give me a side of sauce. I told her that I was not coming back up there this evening and that was unacceptable. She still gave the same response. Asked for the actual manager’s name and she said it’s Javier and that he’ll be out for 3 days. I shared with “Andy” that her customer service sucks and that the side of sauce is not what I ordered when I’ll have to pour it onto a burrito after unwrapping it. If she wouldn’t have mixed the items together (which it was still dry, hence the reason for extra red sauce), I wouldn’t be writing this. It’s disheartening that customer service is so horrible for a $5 order. It’s not like I’m asking for a remake of a $30+ meal. Customer Service here has declined over time and I’ve had my issue addressed. But this…takes the cake. 0/10 would NOT recommend. Update: Went in the next day to talk to a manager and return my uneaten food for a refund. Guess who was there with a nasty attitude? Andy! I met her energy and spoke to a manager named Mo. I’m pretty sure he’s not going to do anything about her behavior or lack of customer service….I received my refund and will NOT ever return.

She wanted me to get back in line when I ordered 3 items she only gave me 2 when I informed her of this she started yelling and was very rude

AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ordered food and asked to pull around to door. There is already 20+ ppl waiting in the lobby and cars. After 45 minutes received food. Wish we could give negatives stars. This is terrible! Like did they have to go make the cheese, skin the cow or pick the beans???

Always get your receipt. They don’t want you to get one because they don’t want any bad surveys. This TB has gone downhill. They make you wait even if there is only one car. They always ask you to go park and wait for your food. They always get the order wrong or give your poor quality food. Their tacos are a joke. More shell than anything else. All the restaurants on 380 need to step up their game.

Order was to be ready at 9:57. I'm still.waiting at 10:53. If my son were in there I would have already left. The staff does not communicate in anyway as of they can't! Not even a greeting which would go a long way. One orders online so they can literally pull up and pick it up at the expected time. Had to retell the entire order to them. Got home and was still missing 4 tacos and the nachos were missing cheese and beef The manager are someone needs to figure it out or this place needs to just shut down. It's disgusting. If I were so tired I would go back and make them fix everything considering I spent over.$50 on this garbage
