We ate here on 6/7 circa 1pm and I wish I could remember the young man's name that helped us. Subway is known for being fresh not fast, yet he managed to get all 7 orders right in no time at all. We were totally impressed and will definitely be back.

This place remodeled recently and it’s definitely better than it was before. The ingredients seem fresher and the employees are kind and courteous. It’s a bit slow when it’s busy but that’s to be expected. All in all a good place to get a sandwich.

Nicely renovated. I was just very disappointed with the fact that i made my sandwich a combo and their price clearly states $1.99 for chips and small drink yet the employees kept arguing with me that it was $2.99. The lady at the counter barely spoke english and wouldnt try to understand that it said $1.99 on the board. I took a picture of the board and showed it to her but was still overcharged.
Sandwich was built perfect, service was great.. but why does Subway only give 1 napkin for footlongs?

2 star rating for giving Veggie Delight when ordered for Veggie Patty Sandwich.. this happened 2 times .. either they don’t read the order or they don’t care to inform when Veggie patty is not available

The manager an old Hispanic lady named Dianne was so rude every time I come in there. Today she told me to shut up and gave me bad service. They gave me hard dry meatballs then purposely overcharged me until I corrected her. This is literally the worst location I have ever been to.

Not a single star deserves this store. This is third time the same issue repeating that made us write this review. The person who assisted doesn't have little knowledge of wrapping up the wrap and it all became mushy and the wrap bursted out with all the ingradeints. Very very dissatisfied and will never go this location next time.
Very very hollow sub we have ever eaten, we have ordered 2 tuna sandwiches, and we hardly see neither tuna nor vegetables. This afternoon guy makes the worst sandwiches , it is not first time we noticed him, evening guy is better. Not coming to this location again
The young man doesn't wash his hands after using the register. He just put on his gloves and proceeded to open the oven and start a new sandwich. This is an issue about health services... cross contamination, the employees do not know the correct procedures to make food. I really wonder how they prep the meats and tuna in the back... There is no point on wearing a mask or wearing gloves if hands are also not been washed. Also, been short staffed is not an excuse to skip washing their hands at the very least sanitize.
On the last 3 orders I made using the app I asked for a special request, which was to TOAST my sandwich. Each time I came in I had to correct the lady: Lydia. The 1st time she said it was because she didn't have her glasses on, I didn't ask what her last 2 excuses where afterwards. What's the point of making my online order so that I can come and go if I have to come back each time!? It's a bit ridiculous.
Used to love coming to this location but the people here are not properly trained. Asked for a FL Pro and they did not understand what I meant or what it was. It’s on the menus!! Lol asked for a Baja steak and jack, they had no idea what Baja sauce was. I swear maybe It’s just me, but something tells me that’s not the case. The lady and the gentleman behind the counter today knew very little about their menus. For now it looks like my family will definitely be sure to not order anything from here when those geniuses are working.
One of the managers is rude when you bring in coupons. As if it were coming out of her paycheck or something. The worst thing that's happened to me there was my order was wrong so I drove all the way back to have them make me the right sandwich. They said "the guy we switched the order with brought it back" and they handed an open sandwich to me. How nasty and unsanitary is that?? When I refused it they made me a new one but how stupid do you have to be to do that? Geez :/
I went to this subway today to get a meatball marinara. When I came up to the Hispanic lady I asked for one. She then proceeded to make the sandwich, but then she asked if I wanted it toasted. I then asked her could u add the marinara sauce. And she was confused so I proceeded to show her a picture of what i wanted on the subway app. She grabbed my phone and started to scroll down to the ingredients shown on the app. Then she told me she would add the sauce after she toasted it and I said ok cool. After she took out the sandwich she asked if I wanted anything else and I said the marinara sauce to. She said oh yea but do you want anything else and I said lettuce. When she added the lettuce she closed my sandwich and tried to wrap it up. But before I said “u didn’t add my marinara sauce”. Then she proceeded to look confused then I said again the red sauce then she told me “Yeah we dont have any”. Like I ask multiple time if u could add it then she says yes but then whenever it’s all and done she tells me she doesn’t have anything. Then after I ate that dry sandwich. I ask someone to go in there after I left to see if there was marinara sauce cause another person was doing the sandwiches and he proceeded to say yes. I’m just a little confused because u say u have it then you don’t and in reality you do. Was this laziness or did she truly not know there wasn’t marinara sauce.
I’m being generous with the stars here. This is my second visit to this Subway, and unfortunately, it seems like the employees haven’t received adequate training. I understand that Subway doesn’t aim to be as fast-paced as McDonald's or Chick-fil-A (in the same parking lot), but the time it takes to make a single sandwich is just WAY too long. The employees seem to lack a sense of urgency and don’t appear to notice the growing line of customers. If the customer service was more in line with Chick-fil-A's, I’d be more patient—but the slow pace is really frustrating. The staff could benefit from retraining, specifically on sandwich ingredients, register operations, and handling multiple customers efficiently. It’s not fair to either the staff or the customers when only one or two employees are working without the proper training."

I love Subway and eat it 3–4 times per week. I usually go to the same locations, including this one near my neighborhood. The employee who works Saturdays has been consistently unfriendly and disrespectful every time we’ve been in. It feels like she’s angry and doesn’t want to be at work. This location has lost my business.

Ordered a spicy italian with extra tomatoes and extra lettuce. Got a sandwich with JUST MEAT AND CHEESE!!!!!!! How do you miss one of the only things on the sandwich is it that difficult to read a ticket?
