Huge thanks to the stuff , worked at Burger King Delano on Jan.13th, 2026. We stopped there for a lunch, and i left my purse at a table. When we arrived at Bass Lake area , I realized that i did not have my purse. Phone number was not active, and we had to drive back, praying for a miracle. What a tearful relief it was to get my purse back! after half a day! All my cards, ID, cash,- everything was saved. Thank you so much for your honesty, kindness and selflessness. GOD BLESS YOU.

I loved this burger king a lot untile it was caught on fire I waited for so long and then it open again I went there and loved the food so much, I recommend going here once it's opening again and for people saying it's bad before it's open don't put FALSE INFO ON HERE. 5/5

Food is always a delight when I come to Burger King 🤴. I had the sour dough melt 😋.

We were surprised they were still observing covid safety procedures when restaurants back home were opening up (we were paying through). We had to wear masks. No dining in and no bathrooms usage. We didn't mind though. Safety first.

Food is not consistent here.

Its an ok place the food is good sometimes the order is wrong but its ok they fix it. They really screwed up the place and the drop of people happen because they got rid of the kids play area. If they remodeled the place and brought back the play place for kids more people would drop by for a quick meal with the fam.

I go in here for breakfast all the time, yea this is e really busy place. But what did you expect food is good. Plus you can use as many coupons as you wish inside. Yea it does take a little longer to get your food but, it's ok.

Whatever the reason, I decided to give it a try. I went on drive-thru, after midnight and ordered a Whopper Jr. combo with NO ketchup and HEAVY cheese and the 4pc Jalapeño Cheddar Bites. The fries were crispy and yummy 5⭐, jalapeño cheddar bites cheesy and flavorful 5⭐'s! Appearance: my burger was messy (personally I don't care since I'm going to eat it but some people out there actually care about that crap) so 4⭐'s. Order accuracy: 5 ⭐'s! Food quality/flavor: The meat was so flavorful and juicy! I forgot that Burger King adds onion in their burgers, but it complemented the burger so well 5 mega ⭐'s! Customer service: The girl was very nice and sweet 5⭐'s. I will definitely start ordering Burger King.

Super smokey inside. My eyes were irritated. I thought something was burning in the kitchen or had burned. The cashier said the ventilation system was not working. It was difficult to hear the cashier she spoke too low and didn't seem to even want to. And the music was way too loud. Our order was prepared ahead of time. It was pretty stale. Crispy chicken sandwich meals. 😞

The last two times I was there and they were about a month apart. I order and they were out of i.e. dark soda, other time was bacon for breakfast. Overall they ight. UPDATE 10/23/22 , I dont know what's going on but they're always out of something I order from the menu. This time no onion rings.

Manager was constantly berating a new employee in front of customers! So very unprofessional and I would have left and never returned were I that poor kid. We were passing through with a moving truck. Took 30 minutes to place my order inside while the drive-through appeared to be working very well. Got my sandwiches quickly and they were tasty. I'd just caution the manager to be nicer if she wants to keep staff. She was short staffed to begin with.

I saw a commercial of BK advertising a special, double cheeseburger, fries, and a drink for $5.00. IT WAS A LIE!!! The cashier said it advertisesfor $4.99 buts really $5.99, and we said OK. She rang us up and surprise surprise, it was $7.49!!!! So 2 double cheeseburger, 2 fries, and 2 drinks cost over $21.00!!!!! Why you ask? Cause we wanted lettuce, tomato, and onion on our burgers and they charged us $0.60 cents for each one! X2!!!! Burger king Won't be seeing me anymore!!!

Burger King is very dirty and it's not even safe to take your children they're the way it looks.

I went through the drive through today at 9:56 and was disapointed. Aliene at the drive through was super rude! She was rushing you to take your order and finally when we pay she says we must go to the front to wait for our food. Finally a nice guy comes to bring our food.

It seems that everytime I go the place is filthy, they don't have ketchup and on top of that the service was bad. I happen to be a real good customer, I try to not make things hard on the employees at all when there is a mistake on my order, but there is always a limit for everything. This place used to be clean and nice. Anyways for sure the last time I come.

This place seriously sucks! The service is horrible! The staff is not friendly or attentive at all. I stood in line to order for about 5 mins before my order was taken. The manager was bagging food and some staff was in the lobby and no one ever greeted me or said a word until my order was finally taken and even then she just stood at the counter until I began giving her my order. It took more than 10 mins, yes I timed it, to get 4 plain cheeseburgers, a medium fries and a shake. So disappointing!

It seems that every time we go to burgerking they keep giving us the wrong order we always need to double check on our order. But last night just did it I won't ever go there any more , my husband just order (1) cambo and they didn't but my fries in my bag, OK come on (1) order and still can't do it right they can't say they were busy because nobody was on the back of me n reality its not so busy no only that, they put in the opposite of things that I didnt wanted in my burger.

They NEVER have any food product! Save yourself some time, when they ask for your order just ask them what they actually have....bet they list fries and buns only! They don't even have soda half the time. Go to jack in the box.

It's not the first time I waited 25 minutes in the drive-thru. The location was recently remodeled - but they did not repave the parking lot it has huge potholes but you have to drive around in order to avoid.

we ordered online, drove up to the drive thru, we waited a couple mins and no one answered. so we drove up to the window and the person saw us there and just ignored us. so we went back around and we got ignored again. we drove by and the guy who ignored us was sitting down eating with his friends. this isn't the first time we've had horrible service from staff. i highly dont recommend coming here

They took 30minutes to give me my food through the drive way. Their buns are always so dry and I asked for some jr whoppers for my sons and they cooked even take a bite at the patties because they were so over cooked, I'm not exaggerating I wish I would've taken a picture of them.

Placed order, was wrong when repeated back. Had to give complete order again. Kept waiting for the order for 30 minutes. Finally they said they lost the order and had to use my receipt, which they didn't give back. Got the order home and guess what it was wrong. The chicken that I did get was so dry, choked me when i tried to eat. No salt on the fries, which it was supposed to be a large, they gave a medium . will not be going back there for a long time. Not even a I'm sorry.

It's inexcusably unprofessional. If you want large fries, they will give you incorrect orders that you have already paid for, and the burger I had was ludicrous with ketchup splatter all over it like a freaking kid made it who does that? 0 stars rude And attitude that girl giving my orders.

My boyfriend went to get chicken fries for me and the new chicken sandwich for him, soon as he got home and took a bite out of the sandwich there was a black hair in it! He had to pull it out of his mouth cause he almost swallowed it. I’ve been going to this Burger King a lot as a kid but it’s really gone downhill in both management and quality. Definitely don’t suggest going here anymore, it takes forever and the only nice worker is the nice old woman inside that’s been there for years, everyone else ignores you and is rude. Honestly the place should of closed long ago, or get a whole redo, Burger King is definitely not as big as it was when I was little. Definitely not heartbroken to not go back, the food was never that great anyhow.

This Burger King has some of the rudest employees. The drive through line is 15-20 cars deep and they don’t move with a sense of urgency. It took 30minutes to get 2 burgers and onion rings. They didn’t greet us at the window nor did they offer other sauces. They were more interested with their personal conversations then actually doing what they are PAID to do.
